Melania Trump drops a hint at return as First Lady in first interview since leaving the White House

The period during which Donald Trump was the head of the country was filled with plenty of controversy. He, however, definitely left mark in American history.

When he left the White House, it was widely reported that his wife, Melania Trump was relieved. Apparently, she had it enough of the life as a First Lady and rumors were she wasn’t happy with the fact that her husband entered another political battle for president. Back in 2020, while Trump was yet in the race to secure a second term, a source told CNN that Melania “just wants to go home.” When Trump announced he would be running for president yet again in 2024, that same source said, “that might not go over well”.

Trump lost the elections and Jo Biden took his place, but as most of us would agree, Biden will never steal the spotlight the way Trump did.

In recent time, Donald Trump neither confirmed nor denied if he will be running for re-election in 2024, and there is a lot of space for interpretation of his recent appearances at political rallies at different countries.

In an interview for Fox & Friends, Melania dropped a hint regarding her husband’s future political plans, although it is highly unlikely that we will ever hear a straightforward answer to the question of whether Trump will try to secure for himself the most powerful seat in the world.

In the interview, Melania was to reveal her initiative to celebrate foster care month. She said her plan was to help young adults in foster care to attend college. She even Facetimed one of the recipients of a scholarship, Michael Whitesman, who thanked her for her generosity, to which Melania replied, “Study hard and get good grades.” The young man then promised, “I will, I got you, straight A’s all the way.”

However, that wasn’t all she talked about. Among the rest, the former First Lady spoke of her exclusion from the cover of Vogue Magazine, and the current administration leading the country.

“I think it’s sad to see what’s going on, if you really look deeply into it,” she told Hegseth.

“I think a lot of people are struggling and suffering and what is going on around the world as well. So it’s very sad to see and I hope it changes fast.”

Asked about what she thinks of her husband’s achievements during his years of presidency, she said, “I think we achieved a lot in four years of the Trump administration.” For the possibility of her husband running again, gorgeous Melania answered, “Never say never,” leaving many both stunned and puzzled.

Trump himself has also dropped hints that he is ready to enter a lengthy election campaign as he took the stage at the Austin Convention Center in Texas some time ago as part of his American Freedom Tour, and urged Republicans to get ready to “take back” the United States when the next election rolls around.

Joined by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Trump told the crowd, “I ask you to get ready to work, get ready to fight, get ready to win — and win like never before.

“Together, we will take back the House, we will take the Senate, and we will take back our country.”

We are yet to see what the future holds for the Trumps when it comes to their life in politics.

Dog won’t leave baby’s side while she sleeps – when parents learn the reason why, they call the police

That dog is man’s best friend has been proved many times. These animals are the most loyal companions one can ever ask for.

A dog named Benji, who seemed to be overprotective when it came to the newest addition to the family, worried the little one’s parents.

In fact, Benji acted strangely even when his human mommy, Jessy, was pregnant with baby Lily. They even took him to the vet to see if everything was okay with him and see why he was acting so strangely. The vet assured them that there was nothing wrong with Benji, he was just looking forward to meeting his human sister.

When Lily was welcomed into the world, Benji wouldn’t spend a minute away from her, and no matter how much Jessy and her husband David loved the attention their daughter received, they thought that their furry pal was a little bit more protective than they wanted him to be.

Benji never left Lily sleep all by herself, he was always there watching her, whether it was during the day or during the night.

However, what puzzled David was that their dog was getting anxious whenever Jessy’s best friend Anne was around. Anne was by Jessy’s side during her pregnancy, and she even offered to babysit the baby whenever they were in need of a helping hand. So, when David brought up the question, Jessy got mad. She didn’t want her friend to be accused of anything, because she was the first person Jessy turned to when she was in need of a friend during the past couple of years.

Since Benji was getting particularly anxious during the night, David decided to install security cameras in Lily’s room. When Anne heard of it, she asked why he would do that, which had David thinking even more. Was Anne doing anything to Lily? Was that the reason Benji didn’t like her? If so, the dog wouldn’t be that anxious at night, when Anne wasn’t around. There were so many questions messing up with David’s mind, and he couldn’t find the answer no matter how much he tried.

Days passed by, and David didn’t notice anything strange after reviewing the footage. But then, he realized that the videos the camera captured during the night were compromised.

He then decided to make a separate encrypted backup every day for the night recordings, and what he saw chilled his blood. Someone was entering Lily’s room through the window during the night.

The following day, they alerted the police. However, not being able to clearly see the person entering the baby’s room it was hard to identify him or her. When the police entered Lily’s room, Benji wouldn’t stop barking at a wall. He was even pointing towards it. The officers decided to break it and see whether there was anything inside it. When they cracked the wall open, they spotted a safe. Inside, there was money, some jewellery and a number of documents and passports. In each of them, under a different name, there was a photo of Anne.

But where was she? Anne was nowhere to be found when the police wanted to question her.

When they checked her photo in their database, they realized that Anne was in fact a woman named Elizabeth, who was wanted for espionage in seven countries.

The reason she infiltrated the lives of Jessy and David was because David worked as the director of the national security company. He had access to the entire national security grid and Elizabeth had probably been hired by a rival company to get access to the data David possessed.

Thanks to Benji, a mystery was solved, and the family was saved from the damage Elizabeth could have easily caused.

Dad gets in heated argument with woman while changing his baby’s diaper in the ladies’ restroom at a large store

Having a baby is demanding by itself. The truth is that first-time-parents don’t have it easy, and sometimes, the society doesn’t really do anything to facilitate the lives of new moms and dads. For one, they need to find the most suitable solution regarding their child’s care in case they both do full-time jobs, and all that baby stuff, such as diapers and strollers, isn’t really cheap.

However, raising a child is the most beautiful thing there is, so all the struggles which come with it are in the shadow compared to the joy children bring.

A father of a baby took to Reddit to share a recent experience he had with restrooms and changing tables. He wanted to learn whether he was right or wrong when he decided to change his baby’s diapers in the women’s restroom since the men’s didn’t have any changing tables.

When he noticed the smell coming from the little one’s diaper, he rushed towards the bathroom section and looked for a family restroom, but since there wasn’t any, he headed towards the men’s restroom, but there wasn’t any separate space that he could use in order to change the diapers of his baby. “There was a cubicle and a few urinals, but no changing table. The sink didn’t have a counter either,” he explained in his post.

He then asked an employee for help, and she assured him there was a changing space at the men’s restroom. He went back inside and looked thoroughly but there wasn’t any.

It was then that he decided to use the women’s restroom. There was a lady there washing her hands, but he assured her he was there just because of the baby. Then another woman entered and started screaming, “Get out! You can’t be here!”

She then went to an employee and started complaining. Seeing that, this dad took his baby and rushed outside the bathroom. “I saw the woman talking to an employee and decided to leave without my stuff. The employee tried to wave me down and stop me, but I rushed out to my car, buckled my son into his carseat and left,” he explained in his post.

He then added that when he went home and told his family what happened, his mother called him ‘an idiot,’ but his wife assured him he did just the right thing.

Not surprisingly, most of the Reddit users who commented on his post took his side. “That store is 100% to blame for this. I wouldn’t be shocked if they’ve received complaints about this in the past and haven’t done anything about it,” one person wrote.

“If anything you did wrong by rushing out as if you did something wrong. You should have told the employee that there’s no changing room in the men’s and that they should do something about that,” another added.

We do believe he isn’t the one to blame for using a women’s restroom. What about you?

After seeing Prince Harry pictured with a young woman, Meghan Markle ‘suffered’ a nervous breakdown

Ever since the world learned that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were a thing, all eyes have been on them.

They have been through thick and thin together and have made headlines with their decision to step down from their royal duties and leave Britain for America.

The infamous interview the Sussexes gave Oprah Winfrey following their departure from The Firm caused quite a stir because they brought up questions no one has ever dared to speak about openly. The couple shared that a member of the royalty questioned the color of then unborn Archie. Further, Meghan claimed that she came forward about her mental struggles, but she was silenced.

All this, along with the pressure the media imposed on the actress, was a reason enough for Harry and Meghan to leave the Royal family and start their life in California.

In the past, Harry said he would never allow the press to have an impact on his wife the way they had on his mother, and he kept that promise.

However, although they are very much in love and their marriage resembles fairytale, rumors are Meghan was jealous of Harry recently, after he was spotted in the company of another woman.

Namely, Prince Harry attended a charity polo game in Colorado recently, and a photo of the winning team, Harry was part of, was shared on the Instagram page of the Aspen Polo Club. Another member of the team was Riley Ganzi, a gorgeous 24-year-old polo player.

“Meghan went crazy as soon as she noticed Riley, who is talented, gorgeous, and very funny. She then found out that Riley’s parents are influential people in the world of polo and are close to Prince Charles,” a source close to the couple was reported to have said.

Further, the source added that Riley is the type of a woman who would have attracted the prince’s attention when he was a bachelor.

The event Harry and Riley attended helped raise $3.5 million for the vulnerable children in South Africa.

Fed-up judge gives animal abusers a taste of their own medicine

Some people can be so cruel sometimes that it makes us lose our faith in humanity. I don’t understand how hurting animals can bring joy to them, and all I ever hope for is for every person who abuses animals get what they deserve, a long time behind bars.

Besides the punishment which comes in a form of a fine and some prison time, now-former judge Michael Cicconetti gave animal abusers creative punishments in an attempt to teach them a valuable lesson that will stick with them for many years.

Judge Cicconetti is a huge animal lover and believes that animal abuse and neglect should never take place because animals are meant to be loved unconditionally, not suffer from the hands of those who are supposed to care for them.

This judge’s punishments were so clever that a huge number of people heard of them and praised him for his creativity.

One time, a woman was found guilty of forcing her dog live in filth, so along with a fine, judge Cicconetti sentenced her to spend an entire day at the county’s dump.

“I want you to go down to the county dump, to the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest, smelliest, God-awful odor place they can find in that dump and I want you to sit there for eight hours tomorrow, to think about what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke,” he was reported to had told her.

Another woman was found guilty of abandoning a litter of kittens in the woods, so the judge sentenced her to spend a night in the woods all by herself, just to see how it feels and how scary it is.

Tom Selleck admits he experiences health issues after over 50 years of doing his own film stunts

Hollywood is the place where dreams are made, but the number of people who get there and manage to stay is limited to those most talented and most fortunate.

Having a successful career in the film industry isn’t something many can brag about, but luckily for us, Tom Selleck is one of those celebs who has been on TV for many years.

This actor’s big break came when he was cast in the lead role as Thomas Magnum in Magnum, P.I., which brough him five Emmy Award nominations, winning one in 1985.

Before reaching stardom, however, he landed minor roles in films and series, played in a number of commercials, and made a pair of appearances on The Dating Game. Speaking of the game show, he recalled, “Humiliating and embarrassing. I lost. Twice. I wasn’t particularly funny or glib.” Selleck was then offered a spot on 20th Century Fox’s talent program, where he spent around two years before taking leave to do six months of active duty. Once he returned, he was dropped, but that didn’t break his spirit.

“The luckiest thing that happened was that I didn’t get a real job until I was 35,” Selleck shared with AARP. “When I was 25, I looked 35 but sounded 15. There are a lot of very good actors who make it as younger leading men but don’t graduate — because the audience won’t accept them as grown up.”

Magnum P.I. came at the time when he was almost ready to give up chasing a career as an actor. “I think if Magnum hadn’t worked out, I’d never have worked again in this business,” he shared in an interview with Closer Weekly.

Ever since 2010, Selleck has been a co-star in the television series Blue Bloods where he plays Frank Reagan, the commissioner of the New York City Police Department. The show has been renewed for its 13th season.

Over the course of his career of many years, Selleck has done most of the stunts himself, but as it turns out, this decision has taken its toll and his body isn’t the way it was.

“My back’s kind of messed up,” Selleck shared.

“When you do stunts in movies—I do a lot of them—you’re taking a risk, but you’re also sitting around a lot. So you might do a fight scene, and then you sit in your chair, and it’s not like you have a personal trainer saying, ‘Okay, we’re ready to go, but Tom needs ten minutes of stretching and warm-up.’”

“And I think the price,” he added, “I see it with peers, I talk to them sometimes. You just see the price of all those stunts. They weren’t that hard, but I think it’s the stop-and-go of all that stuff.”

The actor keeps in shape by working on his ranch in Ventura, California. He’s also very passionate about horses, love he has passed down to his daughter.

Selleck has been married to wife Jillie Mack for 35 years. What makes their union one of the strongest in Hollywood is that he always puts his family first.

Speaking to People, Selleck said in 2012, “I quit Magnum to have a family.

“It took a long time to get off the train, but I try very hard to have balance, and this ranch has helped me do that.”

“We both thought it was the best environment for Hannah to grow up,” his wife added.

Why are single women without children so happy?

Some people believe that life is all about finding the one, getting married, and starting a family. But is this the norm? Certainly not. There are also those who find happiness in being single and free, and that’s totally fine.

Many people don’t want to commit, and they are not judged for their decision as they were in the past. At the end of the day, there is no exact definition of what happiness is, because different people find it in different things.

Recent research shows that single women who don’t have children are the happiest people of all. Relationships do make people happy, but according to Professor Paul Dolan from the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE, when two people get married the women are the ones who have a higher risk for both mental and physical health problems in middle age.

“[t]he healthiest and happiest population subgroup are women who never married or had children.”  he says.

For a number of women, the stress is heavily weighted upon having a relationship and children.

Professor Dolan claims that recent data shows that the “traditional” model of success, which is a marriage and children, isn’t correlated with happiness and satisfaction. Even today, women are the ones who are expected to clean the house and do most of the chores. They also tend to do more of the emotional work in a relationship.

“There’s evidence that women spend longer on domestic tasks than men, and I think they also do more emotional work — so they still do more housework and cooking and things as well as more emotional labor,” says University of Essex Professor Emily Grundy.

In the past, women were more dependent on men. They were not allowed to work and have careers, but as years went by and all this changed drastically, women became independent, and with that, the need to be married by any cost diminished.

“Certainly, there’s a common finding from a lot of studies that women who don’t have a partner tend to do more social activities and more friends compared to women with partners whereas with men it’s the reverse — men without a partner tend to do much less of that,” says Grundy.

The truth is that men can also benefit from the lack of responsibility to another person or family, with the difference that women weren’t allowed to enjoy those benefits for a long period of time.

It is beautiful that every person can choose to do what makes them happy. If that is being in a relationship and having kids, just go for it, but never judge those who decide to stay single and don’t see themselves as a parent material.

7-month-old boy beaten by his aunt’s boyfriend refuses to die after life support switched off

When Berry and Elsie Webber went on their honeymoon, all they hoped for was to spend some great time together. They were at ease knowing they left their kids in the hands of their caring aunt who would keep a close eye on them. However, they never imagined the aunt’s long time boyfriend would do something unimaginable. That cruel man named Andrew Nolan tortured and severely beaten 7-month-old Bobby, leaving him fighting for his life. The incident took place while Elsie’s sister was out with the other kids.

The violent assault lasted for four hours. At the time he was rushed to the hospital, little Bobby had multiple skull fractures, a fracture to his vertebra, a bruised genitalia, and bite marks all over his tiny body.

Bobby was placed on life support, and the doctors’ prognosis were poor. They advised the parents to switch off the ventilator and let their son go.

The Webbers made a decision to take that advice, but once the life support was turned off, Bobby continued breathing on his own.

Was it a miracle? Definitely yes. Everyone was surprised and realized the brave little boy was willing to fight.

Today, four years after the horrific incident, Bobby is still doing his best to live his life as best as he can. The injuries he suffered from caused him to develop quadriplegic cerebral palsy and vision impairment, but that doesn’t stop him from fighting.

“Absolutely everything that Bobby achieves blows my mind,” his mom told Daily Mail Australia.

“The hardest part is the constant position changing. He can’t sit up or crawl to get to where he wants to be, he relies on us to help him,” Elsie said.

“It never stops. As soon as Bobby wakes up, there is a lot of lifting involved. We give him his first round of medication and try to get him changed. We take him to the toilet because he’s toilet training at the moment. But he’s nearly completely toilet trained — which is amazing.”

“It is honestly one of his biggest achievements, and it has changed so much for us as a family. We were told all these things, he would never do any of this stuff but here he is doing it. He’s in remission from epilepsy, as well.”

Thankfully, Bobby is in remission from epilepsy and he’s involved in social activities. Currently, he attends Liberty Allstars cheer-leading every Sunday where he gets to bond and have fun with other kids with special abilities.

“It has given him the opportunity to be in a sport, and he doesn’t feel like he’s different,” Elise said.

“He doesn’t have stigma, and he gets so much joy from being at Liberty, going out into competitions and hearing everybody clap for something that he is proud of. It has been wonderful for awareness of his body.”

“He really responds so well to music and just the supportive environment for me, Bobby and Olivia is a blessing. There are people in that gym who were once complete strangers and are now family and friends.”

The story of Bobby is both heartbreaking and inspiring. He deserves all the praise for never giving up, no matter how hard things are.

She received a call while getting married in church and immediately left without saying a word

The wedding day is one of the most beautiful and most memorable days in every couple’s lives. It is the day when two people say ‘I do’ and commit to each other, hoping it would be forever.

The wedding day of a woman named Sarah Ray of Tennessee took a dramatic turn and the ceremony was delayed after she heard that her father and grandmother were involved in an accident.

Just as she was about to walk towards the aisle, Sarah suddenly rushed outside the church. The guests were left in shock as they believed she ran away and didn’t want the ceremony to proceed. But that was far from the truth.

Sarah works as a paramedic, and she was certain she could help the fellow first responders.

Her future husband didn’t get mad at all, on the contrary, he was proud of her and the way she reacted, as he knew she has a heart of gold.

Once she made sure her dad and her grandma were fine, after they were provided with medical help, Sarah returned to the church and married the love of her life, the person who totally understood how great of a person she is.

Speaking of her wedding day, Sarah said that she wouldn’t hesitate even a bit to save a life, even during her wedding, and not only her father’s, but of any person out there.

They saw him start digging huge ditches in the backyard and loading soil into bags

DIY projects are always a challenge. To build and create something from scratch requires a lot of dedication, a creative mind, and in the case of a man named Alex Dodman, watching plenty of YouTube videos.

The Essex native recently moved to a new home which needed renovation. Being interested in doing most of the renovation himself, he made a plan and turned his new place into an incredibly beautiful home for himself, his wife Sarah, and their two children, Allie and Eddie.

Once the renovation was done, it was the time for a new pool. Believe it or not, Alex constructed it mostly by himself. He started the project back in 2020, but then the COVID-19 pandemic struck, and his work was delayed.

He bought most of the materials needed through Facebook and the final project cost him around $10,000, which is much less than to hire a professional for the job.

“I did everything myself,” he said, “from picking up the materials and bringing them into my garden to hiring a digger and digging the hole, as well as the tiling and all of the plumbing.”

Constructing a swimming pool was truly challenging, but Alex was determined to turn his backyard into a place for enjoyment. In order to be able to understand the entire process, he watched plenty of YouTube videos, especially the work of a woman from Holland who was his inspiration as he admired her DIY creation.

When the pool was finished, he was proud of what he achieved, and his family loved it.

This wasn’t the first time, however, for Alex to build something from scratch. In the past, he created a home theater and a gym all by himself which helped him safe around $75,000. Impressive, isn’t it?

After 30 years of marriage, just as she imagined enjoying good times in her second youth, she was surprised with an unexpected divorce

When two people get married, they believe it is forever. The truth is, however, that for a marriage to function the way it should, besides love, it takes kindness and commitment.

After 30 years of marriage, a woman named Violeta experienced heartbreak. Her husband filed for divorce, and she was left shocked, to say the least. But she managed to overcome the difficult period and she is now sharing her life story.

“I have been thinking of writing to you for a long time. I didn’t have the courage and I was ashamed, but now I have resigned.

“My partner was attentive and behaved exemplary with me. We intended to rekindle the romance of youth when our kids graduated from school, and we saw them tie the knot. To retire in later life, we decided to construct a home in the mountains.

“Two years ago, when we were watching television, my husband said he wanted to talk to me.

“I had no clue he would deliver such awful news to me. He quietly confessed that he was in love. But not with me. He gently explained to me that they had been dating for some time, that she is a student, and that he wants to live with her.

“Fortunately, I was sitted on the armchair. I didn’t even have the courage to confront him, demand answers from him, or ask questions. Through my tears, I could only shiver and ask, “Okay, but what about me?”

“He packed his things the very following day and left. I was upset, but I couldn’t even point the finger at the girl who had his attention.

“The only thing I regretted was that I didn’t see his transformation and that I let him leave. Quickly after, I got a divorce notice. I endured so much pain. I was accused of letting him go too easy by the kids. But I believed that fighting for him was pointless.”

I believed that he would later regret the decision. I also began a new life. In order to replace the void in my spirit, I didn’t want to find anybody else, but only looked for peace.  I travelled, met new people, and tightened my bonds with the close ones. While he was gone, I felt fantastic.

“My husband finally came home in peace after a considerable period during which no one knew anything about him. I felt bad for the guy. He was ill and had a terrible look. He wished for us to reconnect.

“It wasn’t until then that I began to feel upset and recognized how much pain he had caused me. He had used me as a ‘poor weather cloak.’

“I asked him to leave my house with a smile on his face and the same composure that he had when he told me he was in love with another woman. I told him that his place is next to the woman he cherished so much and for whom he abruptly left his family.

“He no longer lives with her, is single, and is still attempting a reconciliation with the kids.

“But even if I would fall in love again, I would never marry again since I take care of my life and cherish every second spent with my grandkids. Because, even at 55, life is worth living wonderfully, responsibly, and quietly”

Couple opens wedding gift 9 years after aunt told them not to

The day of the wedding is the moment that most of us eagerly wait to happen. It is the day dedicated to us and it signifies crowning of the intimate relationship that we have. Besides that, wedding means a lot of guests and a lot of lovely presents from family and friends. Some will be good, some will be wonderful, but some are… just odd.

The wedding day of Kathy and Brandon Gunn was like any other. It was an event woven with love, good friends, beloved family members and lots of gifts and wonderful memories. However, their Aunt Alison made their day quite extraordinary. She gave them the most unusual gift ever!

Aunt Alison’s present was a mystery on the day of the wedding since she instructed the young couple to open the gift when their first disagreement occurs. Imagine their excitement about it.

Nevertheless, Kathy and Brandon followed their aunt’s instructions. The gift ended up in their closet and they almost forgot about its existence. Like many other couples out there, Gunns had many disagreements and disputes. But, they never even thought of opening the gift that meant a lot to them – not until nine years later.

The time of opening the gift was not actually the moment of their bitter argument. It was the other way around. Their marriage was going well and their lives were complete. The idea of opening the box came when Kathy and Brandon talked about buying a gift for their friends’ wedding. They remembered the old box, opened it and they found the best present they got in their lives.

The box contained some ‘life saving cash’ and two notes, one for Brandon and one Kathy. Aunt Alison’s note to Kathy read:

Kenny Saylors drank only water for 50 days: Inside the Texas native’s inspiring weight loss journey

The story of a man named Kenny Saylors, who weighed over 500 pounds at his heaviest, shows that determination and hard work do wonders. He is just another proof that if we put our mind to something, the sky is the limit.

For Kenny, it all started when he and his girlfriend broke up back in 2006. This affected Kenny a great deal and he found comfort in eating junk food. Over the years, he gained so much weight that he could barely perform even the simplest of tasks.

During the first year of their breakup, Kenny gained 88 pounds.

“I was devastated. I wasn’t just broken-hearted, I was broken. And she never gave me a reason, just ended it. I didn’t know, emotionally, what to do with that. There was no closer. From that point, over the next year, I gained over 80 pounds. I ate, and I ate because food doesn’t reject you,” he explained.

“When people see me they just see a fat guy. But what they don’t see is that I’m a person that struggles with every day. It’s something I’m trying to overcome. I know that there are much bigger people than me around, so I can’t even imagine what they are going through.”

Between 2007 and 2008, his weight jumped from 235 pounds to a whopping 315 pounds.

But then, some three years after the breakup that left him in a state of devastation, Kenny knew he needed to change his life for the better. With the support of his family and friends, and with the help of doctors, he turned to a fasting program which lasted 55 days during which he only drank water. With that, he set the world record of longest period of time without consuming any sort of food.

Of course, he did it while under close observation by professionals.

The form of fasting Kenny practiced, or water fasting, is described in a 2021 study as, “An absolute cessation of food consumption while consuming water. This type of fasting is believed to improve health and can help motivate a healthy diet and lifestyle changes. It has been found that this type of intervention stimulates physiological effects that are potentially favorable to health. They include enhanced ketogenesis, modulated hormone activity, reduced inflammation and oxidative stress symptoms, lipolysis, autophagy, and improved physical and emotional well-being.”

The study also suggests that this method shouldn’t be practiced without consulting a doctor as it is very rigorous and needs to be done under supervision.

Of course, it doesn’t work the same way with different people.

In Kenny’s case, doctors advised him to drink Smartwater, which is enhanced with electrolytes, specific minerals needed to regulate body organs and cells.

Mere days into the fast, Kenny had his first colonic irrigation, using warm water to help clean his colon from waste. Besides not consuming any food, this man practiced sports, such as tennis.

There were days when he couldn’t get out of bed, but there were also days when he was able to regain his energy.

At the end of those 55 days, Kenny lost 50 pounds. He was happy with the results, but as years went by, he gained more weight.

Then, in 2013, he decided to reinvent himself again. Kenny documented his journey and showed the results of the incredible transformation he went through.

“Reinventing Kenny” was a form of a lifestyle he was willing to share with other people.

“My quality of life due to obesity had driven me to an almost reclusive lifestyle. I could not walk across a flat parking lot without losing breath, or even take on stairs without agonizing pain in my joints from the pressures of carrying around so much fat,” he wrote on his website.

“I didn’t WANT to be this way, but after more than a decade and hundreds of failed attempts to get my obesity under control – trying every eating plan, program, and lifestyle imaginable – I had become hopeless and resigned myself to the fact that I would be ‘the fat guy’ for the rest of my life.”

Kenny dropped 80 pounds, and things looked promising, but the COVID-19 pandemic slowed things down for him, as it did to the rest of the world.

“Life took an even harsher toll on me, as I faced a series of emotional challenges in my life that broke me almost entirely and brought me to the brink of depression. I weighed 420 pounds and realized I needed a goal in mind and the accountability of people around me to achieve the impossible,” he said.

Although he has more pounds to lose, Kenny is on the right track. He shows that he’s a true fighter who never gives up on his dreams.

In September, 2020 he celebrated a milestone moment after losing 100 pounds!

Kate Middleton’s secret changes to Diana’s engagement ring revealed

The passing of princess Diana left the world mourn for her loss. She was loved by millions of people, but it was her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, who were affected the most. Their world turned upside down and their hearts shattered into a million pieces.

It was reported that the brothers were allowed to choose a single piece of their mother’s jewellery collection to hold on. William chose her Cartier watch, while Harry opted for her famous engagement ring.

However, when the time came William to propose to Kate Middleton, Harry believed he should do that with their mother’s ring so he gave it to his older brother. It was a very touching gesture.

After William asked her to marry him, Kate reportedly resized the diamond ring because the original design by Garrard was a little too big. This change, however, is not visible because jeweller G. Collins and Sons altered it by adding small platinum beads inside the band to reduce its diameter.

What’s best about this secret change is that it can be easily reversed.

“It would be easier to think that by adding extra platinum, or by working on something, we increase or decrease its value, however….this item of jewellery is truly unique in the fact that its provenance has increased its true value considerably, and so these minor alterations won’t truly affect the price in any way,” explained diamond expert Anthony French at Austen & Blake.

“Especially with the small cosmetic change being something that can also be removed, and the ring put back to its ‘original’ state if need be,” he added.

Princess Diana was said to have chosen this particular ring for her own engagement because the color of the diamond matched her eyes and it reminded her of her mother.

Kate was first spotted wearing the magnificent ring on the couple’s official engagement announcement at St James’s Palace on 16 November 2010.

The Duchess of Cambridge isn’t the only royal who have altered her engagement ring.

Meghan Markle did the same when she replaced the gold band by a delicate diamond-studded band. The diamonds the ring was made of also belonged to Princess Diana’s jewellery collection.

Many people adored Patrick Swayze, but few were aware of the depth of his suffering

The incredibly touching plot along with the dancing choreography which hundreds of people tried to imitate over the years make movie Dirty Dancing iconic. The star, Patrick Swayze, who was named Sexiest Man Alive in 1991 by People, took the world by storm.

Young Patrick fell in love with dancing after he started visiting the Houston Jazz Ballet Company where his mom was a director. It was there where he met his future wife Lisa Niemi. Of course, at the time of their first encounter both Lisa and Patrick were still very young and only started dating later. “If I started putting on a pose or doing my Casanova routine, Lisa would turn away and not say anything,” Swayze told People. “We had a lot of dates in silence.” He added, “I knew she was the smartest chick I’d ever met. [Before Lisa] I had been meeting girls with names like “Mimi” and “Angel”. And for a long time, I didn’t feel like I deserved her.”

Although she was the love of his life, the couple never had children together, and that caused heartbreak at Patrick who desperately wanted to be a father. I was born to be a dad,” he said according to Closer magazine. 

Some claimed that it was Lisa who didn’t want to have children after she suffered a miscarriage, and he was so in love with her that he agreed to her wishes.

In 2007, Patrick was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. His body changed over night and he told Access Online how he “dropped 20 pounds in the blink of an eye.” He was a heavy smoker his whole life and didn’t quit the habit even after the devastating diagnosis but told Barbara Walters, “I’ve seriously cut down. I was one of those dumb ones that started back in the Marlborough Man days whose — you know, it was cool. I’m a cowboy. But I’ll tell you one thing. I will talk so hard core against, against smoking for kids. That’s one reason I’ve never smoked in front of children.”

After his passing, a friend close to the family spoke of the relationship between Patrick and Lisa and said it was a relationship of abuse, claiming that she beat the actor, not only while he was active, but during his final days as well.

“She used to hit him, as well as the furniture and the walls. They frequently got into arguments, and I constantly attempted to mediate the situation. They damaged their own home, automobiles, and hotel rooms.” the source close to the family revealed. “It was a relationship of abuse.”

When asked if Lisa would hit Patrick during his 21-month cancer fight, the friend supposedly added, “Oh yeah, it didn’t matter. She wouldn’t hit him with stuff — she would claw at his arms and neck. She would punch and slap him.”

When he was in need of assistance, she ignored him and left him in filthy clothing.

Another friend of Patrick, Charlotte Stevens, said she encouraged the actor to leave his wife because she had affairs with different men and women. As reported by The Daily Mail, Stevens said, “I would tell him, ‘You mean to tell me she’s having these affairs and you haven’t stepped out on her?’ And he would say, ‘No I don’t want it used against me.'”

Lisa denied all those allegations through her spokesperson who said, “It is categorically untrue. It is that simple.”

Family claim they were photobombed by a ghost on holiday

Some people believe in the paranormal, while others don’t. However, no matter which group you belong to, the truth is that there are things that are hard to explain the logical way.

While on vacation, a woman named Rhynnice Trelfa, 28, snapped a photo of the group she was with. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary that day, but once she took a closer look of the photo, her blood froze. She spotted what resembled a dismembered hand sitting on a wall. She was certain there was no one standing behind them at the time the photo was taken. On top of it, there was no hand in another photo she took right after the controversial one.

“When I first discovered the abnormal hand I knew immediately that is was an unexplainable phenomenon,” she said.

“A shuddery feeling went all over my body, I started to cry, I had a lump in my throat, goosebumps. I was terrified.

“I know absolutely that nobody was behind us. Also, another photo that was taken only seconds afterwards shows no sign of the hand,” the woman added.

Later, Trelfa learned that on the day the photo was taken, a body of a deceased woman was found at the site, Dovestones Reservoir, which turned out to have a dark history of deaths.

Eager to learn more, Trelfa took to the social media to ask for help from paranormal experts in an attempt to solve the mystery.

According to Trelfa, the hand was pointing to the man in the middle of the group, Trelfa’s former partner, who died some years later.

“After I uploaded it online I was messaged by a few mediums who said it belonged to a female with sort of connection to my child’s father.

“My father and I found there had been a long list of tragic incidents that have happened at the reservoir.

“The most recent of these blew my mind.”

“On the same day I posted the photo, a woman’s body was found in the same part of the reservoir.

“The question I have to ask: Is it a message from the other side?” she kept wondering.

“My belief is that the soul in the photo is somehow linked with us.”

“It’s very exciting to have captured something like this.

Mum shares the heartbreaking moment she woke up to find her baby boy dead in her bed

There is no greater heartbreak than that of losing a child. Children should outlive their parents, and when that doesn’t happen, entire worlds come crashing down, and all of a sudden, nothing is the same and grief settles in the hearts of the bereaved parents.

Amanda Saucedo, a single mom from Lorain, Ohio, is trying to raise awareness by sharing the story of how she lost her 30-day-old son Ben and how the feeling of whether she is the one to blame or not is destroying her life. She is giving out Benny Bears with her son’s short story attached to the parents of new-born babies.

Amanda, who once worked in the army, took her baby in her hands that night and brought him to her bed to feed him. She then put him to sleep next to her.

The following morning, she woke up to see that baby Ben wasn’t breathing and was surrounded by a pool of his own blood.

Unaware of what could have happened during the night, she quickly grabbed her son in her arms and called 911. The operator asked her multiple times whether she wanted to perform CPR on her little one, but Amanda was aware there was no point. She knew her baby was dead for hours.

Amanda was tested for alcohol and drug presence in her blood. There wasn’t any and she was eager to learn what could have happened to her son during the night.

“I only had one question for the coroner: ‘Did Ben suffer?'” the heartbroken mother said.

“‘Babies this small generally don’t suffer when they’re smothered,'” he answered.

“And that is the moment my whole life, my whole being, was consumed with guilt. I killed Ben?

“But I knew I didn’t lay or roll onto him. The coroner told us that by smother, he meant suffocation.

“Somehow after I fell asleep, Ben suffocated. I explained to him that there was nothing blocking Ben’s airway. How did this happen if his nose and mouth were not covered? I did not understand.

“While the detective was so kind about it, I felt like they were trying to find where I screwed up, as if I must have done something to put myself into an abnormally deep sleep. But there was nothing.

“I call this my hell day. It is the worst story to tell. And it never seems to get easier.”

Although there was no proof that Ben suffocated, his cause of death was recorded of positional ‘asphyxiation due to unsafe sleep conditions.’ This ruling filled Amanda with guilt even more.

“Of course when things like this do happen, other people always want to jump to conclusions and make their own assumptions about what must have gone wrong.

“Bed sharing accidents only happen to people who have been drinking, on drugs, or obese, right?

“Surely, this parent or caregiver was not practising the safe sleep guidelines written by the almighty attachment parenting doctors.

“The rest of the world always wants to find a fault – any reason they can cling to to believe this would never happen to them.

“Healthy babies don’t just die, right? Sadly they do. Mine did.”

Ever since Ben’s passing, this mother’s life is divided into two periods, before her child died after her child died. She is now doing all in her power to teach parents of babies of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and the potential dangers of sharing a bed with an infant.

“Science has proven time and time again that bed sharing absolutely does increase a baby’s risk of SIDS or SUID. Many people tell me that if their babies were to die for no reason in their sleep, they would want their child next to them, instead of alone. I would also have to disagree there. Never knowing if my baby would still be alive had he been sleeping alone is something I will take to the grave with me,” Amanda says.

“If Ben had died while I was practicing the ABC’s of safe sleep, I feel my life wouldn’t constantly be filled with doubt and guilt. Could his death have been prevented? I may never know. But I would not wish this feeling of guilt and never knowing the answer on anyone.”

Queen Elizabeth’s ‘favorite’ granddaughter had eye operation and earns $8 an hour at garden center job

When we think of the British Royal family, the first thing that comes to mind is their lavish life style. They own castles and live the life many people dream of.

The truth is, however, that the younger generation is departing of the norm and tend to live their lives as normal as possible.

Lady Louise Windsor, who is the Queen’s youngest granddaughter and the daughter of prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex, is just like any high-schooler in the UK. Unlike her cousins, Prince William and Prince Harry, who have spent their entire lives under the spotlight, this young lady tends to lead a quieter life and do what every person her age does, like having sleepovers and hanging out with friends.

Lady Louise has a younger brother, James, who has the title viscount Severn and is 14 years old.

Their mother, the Countess of Wessex, who worked as a secretary before tying the knot with Prince Edward, said it is improbable that her children would use the HRH title with their names after they turn 18 years old. This doesn’t come as a surprise as she and her husband are doing all in their power to offer their children ‘normal’ lives and teach them the value of earning their own money and doing honest jobs.

Despite all the commitments the royal life imposes on them, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, Countess of Wessex, make sure they spend as much quality time with their children as possible. Speaking of her husband, Sophie says he is “very engaged as a father” and goes fishing with his son and rides horses with his daughter.

It looks like Lady Louise has learned a lot from her parents about the importance of being able to make her own money, to the surprise of many.

Namely, this young lady finished her A’levels and got accepted at St. Andrews University in Scotland, where she would study English, the same university her cousin Price William attended. It is where he met his future wife, Kate Middleton.

While waiting for the university to start, Lady Louise, who is believed to be Queen Elizabeth’s most favorite grandchild, worked at a garden center and earned around £6.83 an hour, which is equal to $8.

She did everything there, from greeting customers to pruning and potting plants and working on the tills. Many of the customers were stunned and a bit shocked to see one of the Queen’s grandchildren working at a garden center. “I knew the cost-of-living crisis was bad, but I didn’t think I’d ever see a grandchild of the Queen working in a garden centre,” one shopper was reported to have said.

As a young child, Lady Louise had undergone a surgery on her eyes, which didn’t give the results everyone hoped for. She was born with a rare eye condition known as esotropia, which causes strabismus. Back in the day, her mother opened up about Lady Louise’s condition that usually affects premature infants as the eyes are the last organ that develops during the gestation period.

At the age of 10, she had undergone another operation, and this time, it was a successful one. “She’s fine now – her eyesight is perfect,” her mother Sophie said in an interview with Hello Magazine!

Lady Louise was offered to be a working royal, but she rejected the offer. Instead, she’s looking forward to her studies, and in the meantime, besides working, she spends a great portion of her free time riding horses, a passion she shares with her grandmother.

Lady Louise could be often spotted around the horses on her grandma’s estates. She loves spending time with her grandmother as well. The Queen, on the other hand, doesn’t hide the fact that she loves her granddaughter very much. Just recently, despite her health condition, the Queen was spotted at the Royal Windsor Horse Show to watch and support her beloved granddaughter, Lady Louise. The event marked the 100th anniversary of the Fell Pony Society with a carriage display.

The fascinating and tragic story of Mary Ann Bevan

The story of Mary Ann Bevan, who was considered ‘The ugliest woman in the world,’ starts in the 19th century, a dark period of the American culture when ‘freak shows,’ traveling circuses showing people with certain deformities and disabilities, were at the peak of their popularity.

Today, it is highly unacceptable to treat people with disabilities with disrespect, but back in the day, no one believed it was morally wrong to dub them freaks.

Mary Ann Bevan was born on December 20, 1874, in Plaistow, East London, United Kingdom. She grew up to become a nurse and was respected by the society. On top of that, she was a very attractive woman who was offered many possibilities.

In 1902, Mary met the love of her life, a man named Thomas Bevan. The two married and welcomed four children together, but their happiness didn’t last long. After 14 years, Thomas passed away, leaving Mary heartbroken.

Her life became difficult as she was left to take care and provide for her children all by herself.

Unfortunately, around the time she turned 32, Mary started experiencing strange symptoms. Her face started changing gradually and she didn’t know what was happening or what caused that change which impacted her both psychologically and financially. Mary’s bones grew big, and her face became deformed. As a result, she lost her job and was unable to provide for her children any longer.

Back in the day, no one could diagnose her, but this poor woman suffered from acromegaly, a hormonal disorder that develops when the pituitary gland produces too much growth hormone during adulthood, when a change in height doesn’t occur. Instead, the increase in bone size is limited to the bones of the hands, feet and face.

Today, a lot more is knows about this condition and there are ways to keep it under control, which wasn’t the case during the time Mary lived.

Crushed, heartbroken, and poor, this woman saw an ad one day which read, “Wanted: Ugliest woman. Nothing repulsive, maimed or disfigured. Good pay guaranteed, and long engagement for successful applicant. Send recent photograph.”

No matter how awful she felt about this ‘job,’ she saw no way out of her situation. She simply needed to do anything in order to feed her children. Above all, she was a mother.

Mary answered the ad and she was soon contacted by the circus’ agent, a man named Claude Bartram, who later shared Mary’s story.

“She was not repulsive at all. She had the kind of face one usually finds in a giant, a powerful, masculine jaw, prominent cheek-bones, nose and forehead, but she was unblemished, healthy and strong. She told me she did not like the idea of placing herself on exhibition, she was shy and did not want to be separated from her children,” Bartram said, according to Daily Star.

“I told her she would earn £10 per week for a year, travelling expenses and all the money from the sale of picture postcards of herself, so she could provide for the education of her children.”

In no time, magazines were filled with Mary Ann’s photos and everyone recognized her as ‘the ugliest woman on Earth.’

Her popularity brought her to the Dreamland Circus in Coney Island, New York, one of the most famous circuses there were. Mary Ann became an attraction, but then a doctor named Harvey Cushing, a leading neurosurgeon, spotted her and knew there was more behind ger huge face that he wanted to explore thoroughly.

“This unfortunate woman who sits in the sideshow of Ringling Brothers ‘between Fat Lady and Armless Wonder’ and ‘affects white lace hats, woollen mittens and high laced shoes’ has a story which is far from mirth-provoking.

“She, previously a vigorous and good-looking young woman, has become the victim of a disease known as acromegaly,” he wrote in a letter to Time magazine.

Mary Ann spent her life working at the circus and she was reported to have earned a small fortune which enabled her to send her children back to England where they attended boarding schools.

She endured a lot, but she did it all for her children.

Mary Ann died at the age of 59 of natural causes. Her final wish was to be buried in her homeland, England, and her children fulfilled her wish. She is resting at the Ladywell and Brockley Cemetery in South London.

This woman’s sad, yet fascinating life story speaks of the mother’s love for her children more than anything else.

‘My life is incredible:’ 76-year-old man, paralyzed from polio at 6, is one of the last people with an iron lung

Paul Alexander, a 76 year old man who has spent most of his life confined to an iron lung, is the perfect example that the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves.

Paul recalls that when he was around six years old, he rushed home one day and told his mother that he didn’t feel good. Up until that moment, Paul has been a normal child. He was vibrant and loved being around other kids. “Oh my God, not my son,” Paul he recalled his mother saying.

At the time, he couldn’t understand what was wrong and what was going on because he was still very young to understand that he contracted polio, a contagious viral illness that in its most severe form causes nerve injury leading to paralysis, difficulty breathing and sometimes death. Even children who seem to fully recover can develop new muscle pain, weakness, or paralysis as adults, 15 to 40 years later, a condition known as post-polio syndrome.

Few days passed by and Paul’s condition worsened. He had fever and muscle pain, so his parents rushed him to the hospital. There, he wasn’t alone. Sadly, a huge number of children who contracted the virus were waiting to be treated, although there is no known cure.

At first, Paul was pronounced dead, but then another doctor approached him and decided to perform an emergency tracheotomy on Paul. Right after the surgery, he was placed inside an iron lung.

Iron lungs had been invented during the early 1920s. Known as the “Drinker respirator” in the early days, this mechanical respirator which encloses most of a person’s body and varies the air pressure in the enclosed space, helps stimulate breathing.

“I didn’t know what had happened. I had all kinds of imaginings, like I’d died. I kept asking myself: Is this what death is? Is this a coffin? Or have I gone to some undesirable place?” the Texas native told As It Happens host Carol Off in 2017. “I tried to move, but I couldn’t move. Not even a finger. I tried to touch something to figure it out, but I never could. So it was pretty strange.”

After spending 18 long months inside the machine, Paul started working with a therapist named Mrs. Sullivan who helped him learn how to breath again using a method known as the ‘frog-breathe’ technique.

Paul was then able to spend more time outside the iron lung than he was before.

Paul not only attended school, but he graduated from the from Southern Methodist University and then attended law school at the University of Texas at Austin after which he passed the bar exam and became a lawyer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “And I was a pretty damn good one too!” Paul said.

Speaking of the time he was a student, Paul recalled, “They said I was too crippled and did not have the vaccination. Two years of tormenting them, they accepted me on two conditions. One, that I take the polio vaccine, and two that a fraternity would be responsible for me.”

Paul had a very successful career as a lawyer of over 30 years and even wrote a book.

According to reports, he’s the last person who is still using the iron lung.

“I have travelled with it —  put it in a truck, took it with me. I’ve gone to college with it, lived in a dorm. That freaked everybody out,” he said.

Once, when his machine almost broke down, Paul pleaded people to help him fix it. Luckily, as no one uses them any longer, he was able to find spare parts. “A lot of people who had polio and they’re dead. What did they do with the iron lung? I’ve found them in barns. I found them in garages. I’ve found them in junk shops. Not much, but enough to scrounge [for] parts,” he explained.

Despite his condition, Paul says his life has been fulfilling and he’s happy with how things turned out for him. “I am not going to accept from anybody their limitations on my life. Not gonna do it. My life is incredible,” this inspiring man says.

Police commissioner asked to resign over shirt she wore 25 years ago

How many times has it happened for someone to wish to change their past, or at least a decision they made back in the day? I guess there’s no person alive who doesn’t have regrets over past events that interfere with their present or future.

Just recently, a photo taken around 1994 emerged and it shows Christine Coulter, current Philadelphia’s acting Police Commissioner, wearing a T-shirt which cause controversy years later. The T-shirt in question, that Coulter wore some28 years ago, had the following writing on it, “L.A.P.D. We Treat You Like a King.” People believe that these words were a reference to the incident which took back in 1999 involving a man named Rodney Glen King who was a victim of police brutality.  King was beaten by LAPD officers during his arrest, after a high-speed chase, for driving while intoxicated on the I-210.

Coulter, the acting commissioner, decided to address the issue during a Philadelphia City Council hearing on social media posts by police officers. She apologized for wearing the shirt that many years ago but a councilwoman called for Coulter’s resignation.

Coulter explained that the photo was taken at a beach party shortly after she started working in the 25th District. Saying that she was profoundly sorry, the commissioner added she had “never even thought of it as anything other than an L.A.P.D. shirt,” and she failed to recognize the potential connection between the slogan and King’s beating.

“It is clear that it was a bad decision on my part, and I would not wear that shirt today,” she said. “Certainly, as I look at the past week and the h5rt and damage it has caused people who I care about to communities that I always care about, I should have known,” she added.

“My heart has been broken over this,” Coulter continued. “There’s folks in this room who I have served in their communities who know my heart and know that for 30 years I have served in black and brown communities with all that I ever have to give, never treating people unfairly or unjustly because of their race. Even people I’ve had to arrest, I treated like gentlemen or gentle ladies going through the process.”

McDonald’s worker tells cop ‘I ain’t serving no police’

Police officers swear an oath to protect and serve the citizens they represent, and they truly do an amazing job when it comes to keeping communities safe places to live in.

Yet, there are people who have negative opinion about police officers. The reasons are various. For example, the death of George Floyd who was killed by officer Derek Chauvin after he had his knee on Floyd’s neck for nine minutes made many lose their trust in the police and protest for the brutality by the officers to finally stop.

However, no matter how tragic this particular incident was, it doesn’t mean that every officer out there is brutal.

Recently, a cop named Scott Naff found himself offended after a McDonald’s employee refused to serve him because of his uniform.

The story was shared by Naff’s wife, Cathy, who decided to share details of the incident on the social media.

She started the post explaining how her husband had just finished a 13-hour shift before he went to McDonald’s in order to grab something to eat.

“My husband just got home from working a 13 hour day to share a story with me that has left me completely shocked.

“Around 7:00 tonight he took a small break and went to the drive through of the Mcdonald’s at Parham Road and Route 1. He was in uniform and his police vehicle. He paid for his food and drove forward to the next window.

“The young man who was working that window looked at him and backed away from the window mouthing something to my husband. My husband couldn’t hear him since the window was closed. The guy finally walked to the window and slid it open,” Cathy explained.

“My husband told him that he couldn’t hear him and the guy said “I ain’t serving no police” and closed the window. The guy proceeded to tell everyone in McDonald’s, including the manager, that he was not going to serve the police. The employees stared at my husband trying to figure out what they should do…..after all he had paid for his food but no one wanted to give it to him.

“Finally one guy brought it over to him without a single word. As my husband pulled around the building, a gentleman who was in the McDonalds at the time approached his car and told my husband how he had never seen anything like this.

“He said the guy had told the manager that she could fire him but he wasn’t going to “serve the police.” The manager did nothing to help the situation and wasn’t even the person who brought him his food.

“It’s amazing that people can act this way but even more shocking that the manager allowed him to continue on with his antics. I know that we will never visit this McDonald’s again! This is such an eye opener for me as to what the people who protect us have to go through on a daily basis. Please pray for the men and women who serve and protect us and put their lives on the line for us each and every day,” she concluded her post.

As Cathy’s post vent viral and was shared by a huge number of people who stood by her husband’s side, McDonald’s issued a statement. “At our restaurants, we are dedicated to serving all of our customers, including the police officers who protect and serve our communities,” the fast food chain said, according to Blue Lives Matter. “We are conducting a full investigation into this matter and will take appropriate actions.”

Some days later, Cathy posted an update explaining how the restaurant told them how they let the employee who refused to serve her husband go, but claimed the manager wasn’t aware of the incident, which wasn’t true, according to Cathy’s husband.

“My husband is one of the calmest, kindest, most level headed guys I know. This should’ve never happened to him or anyone else. Others have privately shared with us throughout this ordeal that the same behavior happened to them at the same restaurant,” Cathy wrote.

“For McDonald’s to be questioning the validity of this story is an outrage. Thank you for all the support….not just for my husband but for law enforcement officers everywhere! The bottom line is that we shouldn’t treat anyone…..uniform or not in the manner this McDonald’s has been treating people. Every person should be treated with respect!” she concluded her post.

Are you serious!?”: Mom tells teacher to step outside after hearing rumors

Teachers are those special individuals who are never hesitant to go above and beyond for the well-being of their students. They are not paid much, but they do their best to make the most out of the money they make, including purchasing plenty of materials and helping their students in any way possible.

Courtney Adeleye, the CEO and founder of The Mane Choice hair care products, decided it was just about the time to step in and return the favor to her daughter’s elementary teacher for everything she has ever done for the little minds in her classroom.

Namely, Courtney’s daughter told her parents how she heard a rumor that her teacher struggled getting to work because she was forced to use public transportation. She couldn’t afford to buy herself a car and the commute added hours to her already busy schedule.

After chatting back and forth about what they should do, Courtney decided they were going to buy their daughter’s teacher a brand new car. It was a big purchase but knew having a vehicle would change her life forever.

They went to the lot, selected a beautiful new car and had it wrapped in a bright blue ribbon. This was the surprise of a lifetime and they had to make the most of it.

After speaking to her husband about the teacher’s situation, they decided they should try and solve her problem by buying her a brand new car. The following day, they purchased the vehicle and wrapped it in a bright blue ribbon.

Courtney hoped that the teacher wouldn’t feel offended by her gesture. When the moment came for her to hand in the keys, Courtney’s heart raced. 

The big reveal was caught on tape and later shared online with the caption:

“When my husband tells me that the teacher who has been teaching my girls for the last few years has been catching multiple buses to get to and from work every day in the hot sun and cold! He said we should give her something I said… say no more! When you ask me to define success… this is my response!”

As soon as she realized that she got a new car, the teacher broke down in tears. 

“No more sitting in the cold, no more riding the bus, no more waiting on somebody to come and pick me up!” she said. 

Courtney paid off the car completely. That means the teacher won’t have to worry about a car payment on her stretched salary.

We need more people like Courtney in the world – those who will step up and do the right thing when they have the means. She’s proof that we can all do a little more for those in need, even if it’s a small gesture. What an inspirational woman!

Johnny Weissmuller tied the knot while still married to another woman: Inside his tumultuous private life

Johnny Weissmuller, the original Tarzan, was man of many talents with a tumultuous private life.

Born in 1904 in the tiny village of Freidorf, which today is close to the Romanian city of Timisoara but used to be part of the Austro-Hungarian Habsburg empire, Johann Peter Weissmüller’s family left Europe for America and after a 12-day trip from Holland, they stepped foot on Ellis Island’s soil.

When he turned seven years of age, Johnny started taking swimming lessons at Fullerton Beach on Lake Michigan and showed immense talent and dedication. His love for the sport turned him into one of the greatest swimmers the world has ever seen. At the age of 17, Johnny held more world records than any other American swimmer and was a fierce competitor.

“He had the gawkiness of an adolescent puppy,” swimming coach Bachrach recalled of the tryout.

“Also, the stroke he used was the oddest thing I ever saw… but the stopwatch told it all; nearly record time. By the time he got out and dried off, he was an official member of the Illinois Athletic Club.

“Before a race he asks me what the record is for the distance. I tell him,” Bachrach said. “‘All right,’ he says. I’ll break it.’ Records don’t mean anything to him. Although I’ve trained the boy and taught him and watched him.”

He was breaking his own records whenever he wanted and was the strongest swimmer on the planet.

At the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, he won three gold medals and a bronze in water polo. Four years later, he won another two gold medals at the Summer Olympics in Amsterdam. Johnny won 52 US National Championship titles, setting 67 world records along the way and was voted the greatest swimmer of the first half of the 20th century by 250 sports journalists from the Associated Press.

Later on, this incredible man would reach even greater fame in the world of film by portraying the legendary role of Tarzan. After noticing him in another film where he had a minor role, producers wanted to see Johnny audition for Tarzan.

“I didn’t realize what was going on,” Weissmuller said. “They asked me if I could climb a tree and I said yes, and they asked me could I pick up a girl and walk away with her and I said yes … and that’s all there was to the test. I had the part,” he said of the audition that helped him rise to stardom in the film industry. Johnny stared in a total of 12 Tarzan movies and became one of the most profitable actors at MGM.

Once he decided to leave his acting career behind, Johnny started his own swimming pool company and chain of health food stores. At the same time, he was a host at Caesars Palace Hotel in the early 1970s and helped disabled children through the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation and the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

When it came to his private life, it’s safe to say it was a tumultuous one. This handsome man was married five times. He and his first wife, Bobbe Arnst, divorced after 18 months into a union. He was reported to had had a big role in Johnny getting the role of Tarzan. Bobbe claimed that mental issues were the reason their marriage ended, but reports are that while being married to her, the swimmer and actor had an affair with a woman named Lupe Velez, who would later become his second wife. Apparently, MGM paid Bobbe $10,000 not to reveal that Johnny was unfaithful to her.

After untying the knot with Lupe, Johnny went to on to marry his third wife and the mother of his three children, Beryl Scott.

If reports are to be believed, Johnny went on to marry his fourth wife, young golfer Allene Gates, while his divorce with Beryl still hadn’t been finalized.

In 1962, the Hollywood icon married his fifth wife, Maria Brock Mandell Bauman, with whom he stayed together until his passing in 1984. He was 76 at the time he left this world.

The cause of death was pulmonary edema. He was laid to rest at the Valley of the Light Cemetery in Acapulco, Mexico, were he wanted to live during the last years of his life, as reported by his wife.

On the day of his funeral, Senator Ted Kennedy and President Ronald Reagan arranged for 21-gun salute to be shot.

Johnny Weissmuller was larger than life. He still remains an icon loved and adored by millions.
