Kelly Clarkson And Pentatonix Join Together For Christmas Performance

America’s sweetheart Kelly Clarkson and our all time favorite a capella group Pentatonix have joined their out-of-this-world vocal skills before, but their performance of this year might be the best so far.

They are no strangers to holiday specials and each season they leave us eagerly waiting for their choice of holiday hits they give new life to. Listening and watching them sing together makes us all smiles and fill our hearts will pleasure as they belt out the lyrics of Kelly’s hit song “My Grown Up Christmas List.

The whole experience is way better than anyone could have imagined. They never fail to lift the Christmas spirit up and treat their fans and everyone who gets to listen to them with this once-in-a-lifetime performance.

The group huddles together in a Las Vegas restaurant and gives one unsuspecting couple the surprise of their life.

YouTube

Both Pentatonix and Kelly became the synonym of the best Christmas shows over the years. Their treat their audience with renditions of the melodies and the songs that grew close to our hearts and remind us of all the beauties the season brings. They perform alongside many other famous artists. Kelly had previously performed “Silent Night” with her idols Reba McEntire and Trisha Yearwood.

Kelly gushed:

“Trisha and Reba – total dream come true. Totally cried the day we were in the studio. I was just freaking out. We did ‘Silent Night’ as a trio, and it ends a cappella! And it’s so ridiculous. I have never been so vain in my whole life, but I have listened to that song I don’t know how many times.”

You’re not the only one, Kelly!

YouTube

Kelly always knew how to appreciate the holidays, but after she got engaged to the love of her life, this season became her all time favorite. She even dedicated some of her hits to Brandon.

Kelly explained:

“The one titled ‘Winter Dreams: Brandon’s Song’ would be one [that was dedicated to Brandon]. What was the first hint? No, that one’s definitely about him. Honestly, I wrote ‘Every Christmas’ which was another song on the Christmas album. It was the first song I wrote on the Christmas album with my guitarist, and I wrote it about just my whole life, how every Christmas, I was just like, ‘This is going to be different, right? I’m going to actually find someone and not be pathetically alone for the rest of my life?’

So, I wrote it about those deep emotions that you go through during that time, when it’s supposed to be a happy time, but you’re just like, OK, every Christmas, I keep thinking it’s going to change, and it doesn’t. Then ‘Winter Dreams: Brandon’s Song’ is kind of after we were together and we got engaged. Christmas changes, it morphs, it comes to life a little more. It’s just a happier time.”

She never misses the chance to remind us what Christmas is all about, and that’s the love we have for each other. As for her album “Meaning of Life,” she said how she couldn’t wait for the fans to experience the music live, to not only hear it, but feel it. And she definitely nailed it, because the fans were left speechless.

Man Asks Hotel If He Could Bring His Pet. But Their Reply Is Gold

Maybe dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole. Having one means being constantly surrounded by unconditional love and loyalty. And even though there are many people who don’t understand how important our fur babies are to us saying they are just dogs, luckily, there are those who know these creatures are family members, just like this cool hotel owner.

Take a look at this, it’s awesome!

A man wrote a letter to a small hotel in a town he planned to visit on his holiday. He wrote: I would very much like to bring my dog with me. He is well-groomed and very well behaved.

Would you be willing to permit me to keep him in my room with me at night?”

An immediate reply came from the hotel owner, who wrote:

SIR: “I’ve been operating this hotel for many years. In all that time, I’ve never had a dog steal towels, bedclothes, silverware or pictures off the walls.

I’ve never had to evict a dog in the middle of the night for being drunk and disorderly. And I’ve never had a dog run out on a hotel bill. Yes, indeed, your dog is welcome at my hotel.

And, if your dog will vouch for you, you’re welcome to stay here, too.”

Her reaction to dad’s surprise homecoming will make you cry

It’s been said that behind every great daughter there is a truly amazing man who makes sure his little baby is the most loved girl in the whole world. This relationship is the purest and the strongest of all.

Source: Meredith Shealy Morski

When Iliana’s father, Army Captain Eric Morski was deployed to Nepal six months ago, it left the 10-year-old heartbroken. She missed her daddy so much that she would talk to him on the phone every single day to tell him about how she spent her time.

Source: Meredith Shealy Morski

A few days ago, lovely Iliana was talking to her dad on Facebook during dinner time. However, this time it was different. As they were doing the small talks, Meredith, Iliana’s mother asked her daughter to take a closer look at the background. The girl went completely crazy wen she noticed familiar setting. Her dear hero of a father was in the other room.

The girl’s reaction is a must watch. Simply priceless!

Beachgoers Clap To Reunite Lost Girl with Mother On Brazilian Beach

YouTube

Brazil is known for its stunning tropical beaches that are one of the best in the world. With dazzling white sand and the clear blue water it feels like you’ve found a secret bit of paradise on Earth.

These out-of-this-world places are visited by millions of people who enjoy the beauties of the God-given nature. Among all the visitors there are families with young children who can easily get lost among the crowd.

What is truly amazing is that in case a kid is lost, the beachgoers have came up with a very simple but useful technique of tracking the parents of the lost child down.

With no broadcasting system to cover the large stretch of sand, one of the bystanders puts the child on their shoulders while the onlookers constantly clap their hands.

YouTube

This technique seem to be a very useful one because it has helped many parents reunite with their little ones in a matter of minutes, which would otherwise take a lot more time.

A little girl got separated with her mom at the Pria das Conchas (beach). When the crowed realized the girl was all by herself,  they started clapping.

YouTube

While they were going up and down the beach, a man was standing in the water waving hands.

YouTube

The search for her girl had a happy ending as the mom noticed the people clapping and rushed to take her daughter in her arms.

We are happy everything turned out just fine for this loving family.

Take a look at the video below.

Woman Finds Hilarious Note Attached to Dog’s Collar

This is really awesome. To be honest, I didn’t expect such an ending.

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard; I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home and was well taken care of.

He calmly came over to me, I gave him a few pats on his head; he then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.

The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour. This continued off and on for several weeks.

Curious I pinned a note to his collar:

”I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.”

The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar:

”He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3, he’s trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow?”

93-yr-old WWII veteran dies with no family to carry casket – then 6 teens show up in uniform

Veterans who served our country are the pillars-of-the-community and the reason why we get to enjoy the freedom of today.

These people have sacrificed a lot and deserve all the respect in this world. We should make sure to always remind them how we wouldn’t make it without their courage and selflessness.

However, young generations don’t seem to understand the role the veterans played for the safety of the nation, and although it’s sad, our faith in the youth restores when we hear stories like the one below. These young men did something that should teach the rest of us how things should be done the right way.

This is the story of Thomas Hunter, a brave soldier who took part in the WWII from 1942 to 1949.

After the war ended he didn’t get married and spent his life of 93 years alone. He did have siblings, 11 to be exact, whom he outlived. So when this veteran died, there was no one who could carry his casket.

Bryan Price, the funeral director helping to arrange the necessary formalities, contacted local football coach Lyn Bankston to see if any of his players would be willing to help out.

Bankston spoke with Matthew Harrell, Brett Jurek, Justin Lawson, T.J. Homan, Christian Evans, and Lee Estay to see if they minded getting involved. Every single one of them gave a resounding yes.

“They know the sacrifice Mr. Hunter made and it meant something to them,” Bankston said

The boys appeared on the day of the funeral wearing their football uniforms and performed all the duties this man deserved as a final goodbye.

U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham praised the young men for their actions, saying:

“They didn’t know this man, but they knew that every veteran deserves to die with dignity and be honored for the sacrifices he made in defense of this nation,” Abraham said. “I think the actions of these young men speak volumes about what’s truly important — country, community, family, God.”

We can’t thank these young men enough for everything they did for the veteran, because helping him meant helping the nation. They assured us our youth is well raised and knows how to respect the elderly and those who gave up on everything for the United States.

This is indeed a really touching story. Please share it with your family and friends.

This Man Just Found A 14 Year Old Pregnant Girl Out In The Cold. This Is Heartbreaking.

We never know how significant, and even life changing, the kindness and the good deeds we do can be for those who go through tough times. Sometimes, even a few words of empathy are enough to make person’s world go round again.

The following story is a perfect example of that. It’s so soul-touching I couldn’t hold my tears back.

I was day tripping to Vancouver from Seattle and stopped in for lunch at a little cafe. From my window I saw a young teenage girl out in the cold, squatted down in a closed up businesses doorway, holding a small bundle in her arms. She was panhandling, people were mostly walking by ignoring her. She looked just broken.

I finished up my meal and went outside, went through my wallet and thought I’d give her $5 for some food. I got up to her and she was sobbing, she looked like she was 14-15. And that bundle in her arms was a baby wrapped up. I felt like I just got punched in the chest. She looked up putting on a game face and asked for any change, I asked her if she’d like some lunch. Right next door was a small quick-Trip type grocery store, I got a can of formula for the baby (very young, maybe 2-3 months old.), and took her back to the cafe though I’d just eaten. She was very thankful, got a burger and just inhaled it. Got her some pie and ice cream. She opened up and we talked. She was 15, got pregnant, parents were angry and she was fighting with them. She ran away. She’s been gone almost 1 full year.

I asked her if she’s like to go home and she got silent. I coaxed her, she said her parents wouldn’t want her back. I coaxed further, she admitted she stole 5k in cash from her Dad. Turns out 5k doesn’t last long at all and the streets are tough on a 15 year old. Very tough. She did want to go back, but she was afraid no one wanted her back after what she did.

We talked more, I wanted her to use my phone to call home but she wouldn’t. I told her I’d call and see if her folks wanted to talk to her, she hesitated and gave bad excuses but eventually agreed. She dialed the number and I took the phone, her Mom picked up and I said hello. Awkwardly introduced myself and said her daughter would like to speak to her, silence, and I heard crying. Gave the phone to the girl and she was just quiet listening to her Mom cry, and then said hello. And she cried. They talked, she gave the phone back to me, I talked to her Mom some more.

I drove her down to the bus station and bought her a bus ticket home. Gave her $100 cash for incidentals, and some formula, diapers, wipes, snacks for the road.

Got to the bus, and she just cried saying thank you over and over. I gave her a kiss on the forehead and a hug, kissed her baby, and she got on the bus.

I get a Christmas card every year from her. She’s 21 now and in college.

Her name is Makayla and her baby was Joe.

I’ve never really told anyone about this. I just feel good knowing I did something good in this world.

This great man restores our faith in humanity. We should always offer a helping hand and make a change in someone’s life.

Woman Shocked A Welfare Officer When She Walked There With Her 15 Kids.

This is hilarious. Having 15 kids ain’t easy, but this woman knows how to deal with them all. Take a look and get your laugh for today!

A woman walks into the downtown welfare office, trailed by 15 kids…

“WOW,” the social worker exclaims, are they ALL YOURS???”

“Yep, they are all mine,” the flustered momma sighs, having heard that question a thousand times before. She says, “Sit down, Leroy.” All the children rush to find seats.

“Well,” says the social worker, “then you must be here to sign up. I’ll need all your children’s names.”

“This one’s my oldest – he is Leroy.” “OK, and who’s next?” “Well, this one he is Leroy, also.”

The social worker raises an eyebrow but continues. One by one, through the oldest four, all boys, all named Leroy. Then she is introduced to the eldest girl, named Leighroy!

“All right,” says the caseworker. “I’m seeing a pattern here. Are they ALL named Leroy?” Their Momma replied, “Well, yes–it makes it easier. When it is time to get them out of bed and ready for school, I yell, ‘Leroy!’ An’ when it’s time for dinner, I just yell ‘Leroy!’ an’ they all comes a running. An’ if I need to stop the kid who’s running into the street, I just yell ‘Leroy’ and all of them stop. It’s the smartest idea I ever had, naming them all Leroy.”

The social worker thinks this over for a bit, then wrinkles her forehead and says tentatively, “But what if you just want ONE kid to come, and not the whole bunch?”

“I call them by their last names.”

If this made you laugh, please share it with your friends!

United Airline CEO Refuses To Let Frail Senior Take Her Seat

In recent years we’ve stumbled upon various testimonies of passengers flying with the United Airlines, most of which judging their poor customer service. Although it’s not easy to satisfy the needs of so many people who opt to travel with them, the customers should always come first. The company is known to be trying to reshape its public image, however. The latest story relating to this company brings a change of the spirit after the act the CEO did.

Rebecca Kuchar Krutz is being honest when she confesses how United Airlines is not her first choice when it comes to traveling by plane. She prefers their competition, the Delta Airlines. But, this time, she found herself sitting a United first-class seat.

Writing a Facebook post about the experience, she recalls what she got to witness. Namely, once she boarded, she could see people approaching a guy. She didn’t recognize him at first but then realized it was the company’s CEO, Oscar Munoz, who had already taken his seat at the VIP section. Another passenger, an elderly woman whom Rebecca saw chatting with Munoz at the gate was taking her seat at the economy class. But that’s when things took different turn.

Flickr/Oliver Holzbauer

What Rebecca has to share with the rest of us is just amazing.

“I’m a pretty loyal Delta Airlines customer. But tonight I was on a flight w the CEO of United. I was a bit surprised seeing him walk back into the economy section of the plane to take his seat. Seated in front of me on the plane was an elderly lady in her 80’s (maybe even early 90’s). She didn’t appear to be in great health and had a bit of a hard time with her speech. Prior to boarding, I’d seen Oscar (the CEO) make his way out of a crowd of people in order to go over and speak w her.”

According to Rebecca, it was clear from the CEO’s face that what he did was an honest good deed. He was really happy to give his seat to the woman, and the lady herself was astonished by the gesture.

Flickr/Michael Rehfeldt

Rebecca was impressed by that gesture too. She felt she had to tell the world how things should be done. The old lady was initially nervous to be on a plane, but what she experienced made her fears fade away.

“That, ladies and gentleman, is how it should be done. Treat our elders with the respect and care they deserve. I may very well be a lifelong United customer after witnessing that act of selflessness by a man who likely has his own private plane, and yet was humble enough to give up his seat to an elderly lady he’d never met before, because he thought she’d be more comfortable there. United??”

She ended her post by cheekily asking everyone, “United??” Oscar certainly knows how every passenger is important and should be treated as such.

Facebook/Rebecca Kuchar Krutz

Oscar was raised in a household where he was taught to treat the elderly with the utmost of respect. He told the Houston Chronicle:

“I was brought up in a house where we were taught to respect our elders. I have a grandmother in her 90’s and if she walks into a room where family is seated, we rise and offer her the most comfortable seat. We do this out of love and respect as she is the matriarch of our family and we feel she deserves to be treated this way. You did this exact thing; only for a woman you’d never met before, and likely will never cross paths with again. Thank you for extending such kindness and respect to an elderly passenger. While it may have been a small gesture for you, I can assure you it meant a great deal to her, and though I don’t know her, it meant a great deal to me as well.”

Most CEOs put business before the customers without realizing that the customers are the ones who make you successful. Oscar isn’t like most bosses, he is a kind-hearted man, and above all, a human.

Spoof Emails Capture Chaos Of Planning Christmas Office Party

We all want to attend a good Christmas party that will let us chill and simply enjoy the most wonderful time of the year. But have you ever though how complicated it is for such a gathering to be organized?

Below is described the attempt of Pauline, a HR Director, to come to terms with everyone’s wishes, but fails a great deal. The story is fictional, but still a perfect example of how the common sense among humans is simply fading away as people nowadays get easily offended by everything and everyone.

RE: Christmas Party

I’m happy to inform you that the company Christmas Party will take place on December 23, starting at noon in the private function room at the Grill House. There will be a cash bar and plenty of drinks! We’ll have a small band playing traditional carols… please feel free to sing along. And don’t be surprised if the CEO shows up dressed as Santa Claus!

A Christmas tree will be lit at 1pm. Exchange of gifts among employees can be done at that time; however, no gift should be over $10 to make the giving of gifts easy for everyone’s pockets. This gathering is only for employees!
The CEO will make a special announcement at the Party.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

RE: Holiday Party

In no way was yesterday’s memo intended to exclude our Jewish employees. We recognize that Chanukah is an important holiday, which often coincides with Christmas, though unfortunately not this year. However, from now on we’re calling it our “Holiday Party”. The same policy applies to any other employees who are not Christians. There will be no Christmas tree or Christmas carols sung. We will have other types of music for your enjoyment.

Happy Holidays to you and your family.

Regarding the note I received from a member of Alcoholics Anonymous requesting a non-drinking table… you didn’t sign your name. I’m happy to accommodate this request, but if I put a sign on a table that reads, “AA Only”; you wouldn’t be anonymous any more!!!!!

How am I supposed to handle this? Somebody?

Forget about the gift exchange, no gift exchange allowed now since the union officials feel that $10 is too much money and management believe $10 is a little cheap.
NO GIFT EXCHANGE WILL BE ALLOWED.

RE: Holiday Party

What a diverse group we are! I’ve arranged for members of Weight Watchers to sit farthest from the dessert buffet and pregnant women will get the table closest to the toilets. Gays are allowed to sit with each other, lesbians do not have to sit with gay men, each will have their own table. Yes, there will be flower arrangements for the gay men’s table too. To the person asking permission to cross-dress – no cross-dressing allowed.

Low fat food will be available for those on a diet. We cannot control the salt used in the food – we suggest those people with high blood pressure taste the food first. There will be fresh fruits as dessert for diabetics, the restaurant cannot supply “No Sugar” desserts. Sorry!

Did I miss anything ?!?!?!?!

Vegetarian jerks, I’ve had it with you people!!! We’re going to keep this party at the Grill House whether you like it or not, so you can sit quietly at the table farthest from the “grill of death,” as you so quaintly put it, and you’ll get your f****** salad bar, including organic tomatoes. But you know tomatoes have feelings, too. They scream when you slice them. I’ve heard them scream. I’m hearing them scream right NOW !!

I hope you all have a rotten holiday, The Bitch from HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelly Clarkson Joins The Stage With Trisha Yearwood And Reba McEntire

Kelly Clarkson’s musical talent took our breath away from the moment she first walked on the stage of American Idol back in 2002. Once she let her voice fill the place with magic, we all knew she will remain one of the nation’s sweethearts.

Over the years, Kelly’s performances of the all time favorite holiday melodies became the synonym of Christmas. Each year, we are eagerly waiting for her to choose a song and make of it a memorable rendition that will bring the Christmas spirit in each of us.

This year, however, among the hits she chose to give a new life to is the song “Silent Night” she performs along with two other huge names in the showbiz. The result is indeed something special.

YouTube

Kelly hosted a Christmas special that brought at the same place some of the most iconic artists. Many singers that practice different type of music got together and listening to every one of them is a real pleasure.

Kelly sang with Trisha Yearwood and Reba McEntire, and the way this trio sounds is out of this world. A perfect blend of three exquisite voices that leave us dumbfounded and eager for more.

The organizers of the show did the right thing giving Kelly the role of a host. Her charm lit the stage up and reminded us once again what she is our favorite.

YouTube

Stars like the late great Robin Williams, Blake Shelton, Whoopi Goldberg, Jay Leno, Danica Patrick, Heidi Klum, Ken Jeong and Jai Rodriguez also joined “Kelly Clarkson’s Cautionary Christmas Music Tale.” They all added a personal flair to an evening of Christmas fun.

Although it’s a privilege to be performing alongside any of these amazing artists, Reba told The Boot how Kelly and Trisha are her favorite.

“They entertain me. I sit back with my jaw dropped and just listen to them sing and perform. I’m just in awe of them.”

This NBC’s show was seen by millions of people who were treated with the ultimate singing and a night to remember.

The combination of voices of three such beautiful ladies really lifts the Christmas spirit.

Listen to this incredible trio sing “Silent Night” for yourself below. We hope we’ll get to see more of them in the future.

Susan Boyle Sings Christmas Song That Gives You Goosebumps

I’m sure everyone remembers when Susan Boyle first took the stage of one of the most popular music shows, Britain’s Got Talent. When the judges saw the middle-aged woman walking in, they didn’t expect much, but once she started singing, she left everyone in awe. Her voice spread to the end of the huge place and some strangely magical beauty could be felt in the air.

Now, with the Christmas just around the corner and all the holiday songs that announce the birth of our Savior, we get to listen to many renditions of those familiar melodies. However, this year, nothing compares to Susan’s performance of the classic “Away In A Manger,” which comes from her second album, “The Gift.”

YouTube

The soul and the deep emotions that pour from this incredible song are enough to get anyone in the Christmas spirit! She wows everyone who gets to listen to her angelic voice that sends chills down our spine. The version of this song is bound to become your favorite.

Susan is a devoted Christian who keeps the faith near to her heart. She explained her religious beliefs to Christian Post saying:

“My faith is incredibly important to me on every level. It gets me through those moments of self-doubt and also allows me to understand that this gift of my career, later in life, is from a higher power. Religion is very important to me and I still attend church services regularly. As a young child, I went with my family to church and sang in the choir. I find that my religion gives me a direction in life and brings great happiness. “

She performs at the Rockefeller Plaza in New York in front of a huge crowd that gathered to feel the magic and the spirit of the holiday during the annual lightning of the Christmas tree.

YouTube

This once-in-a-lifetime show starts with little children dressed in outfits that speak Christmas singing in a choir. They might be young and tiny but their voices are incredibly powerful. They start singing the introductory lyrics and when we think it can’t get any better, Susan takes the stage and it’s impossible not to get goosebumps while listening to her amazing vocal abilities.

What a wonderful way to ring in the holiday season.

Couple Served In WWII Together, Married For Seven Decades, Die On The Same Day After Taking Their Last Nap Together

If you have ever questioned the existence of true love, the story of Isabell Whitney and Preble Staver will make all your doubts fade away.

The two first met before the WWII took place and were separated until it came to an end. During those years, Preble was serving in the Marines and the love of his life joined as a nurse in the Navy.

This loving couple was married more than 70 years and stood by each other’s side for better and for worse and ended their life dying on the same day, embracing each other and holding hands.

The sweethearts got hitched in 1946 and raised five children together.

Laurie Staver Clinton

One of their children, Laurie Staver Clinton, told PEOPLE, “They were great people. Mom really taught me that you can’t change another person but you can change your attitude towards them. Dad was a bit of a prickly pear!”

As time passed by and they got old, they were placed at a care facility as Isabell started suffering from dementia which was getting worse over time. Unfortunately, that resulted in having to keep the lovebirds in a separate rooms.

Laurie Staver Clinton

62-year-old Laurie said how his mother was forgetful and didn’t recognize many people who were part of her life, but she never forgot Preble. “Sometimes we’d have to tell her to focus and look but when she looked and knew it was dad, she’d get that little smile”

On Preble’s 93rd birthday, he only had one wish, and that was to be allowed to spend some time with his wife of seventy years. The facility staff were glad to grant him the wish and the two laid next to each other for more than 3 hours.

Laurie Staver Clinton

“There was not a single word spoken between the two of them. They held hands and just fell asleep. I told dad, ‘This is mom’s birthday present for you.’ He was just so happy that he got to take his nap with her,” Laurie said.

On October 25, Laurie got the devastating news of her mother’s passing. She rushed to the hospital to say the final goodbye with Preble by her side.

“He held her hand, and it was just so tender. I asked him if he wanted to stay after the prayers, and he shook his head. I said, ‘Okay, but you know that means you’re going to have to let go of her hand?’ I was crying, and he was crying,” Laurie recalled.

Preble died hours after his loving wife. It’s unusual how the two left the world on the same day. It was as though they were destined to live together, and die together.

Their marriage was one of those that not everyone gets to experience. The old-school union in which a couple lives by the real values of honest love, respect, and never letting go.

“Mom and dad really lived out that, if you make a commitment, and even though life gets rough or life gets in the way, you work through life, and you live your life together.”

The below video is of a 92-year-old Veteran who sings to his wife. The relationships like that of Isabell and Preble, and the one below, are a reminder that true love still exists.

Pentatonix Belts Soulful Rendition Of ‘Mary Did You Know

Our all time favorite a capella group, Pentatonix, never ceases to take our breath away while performing the much anticipated holiday hits. In the latest video they released, they give new life to the song “Mary Did You Know” and the whole experience is touching.

They perfectly season the hit with a pinch of a modern-day flare and the final result is astounding.

The scenery they chose only adds to the magic they create, which can’t be compared to any other rendition we’ve stumbled upon this following season. They make the Christmas spirit be felt as their voices blend in perfect harmony and fill the air with joy.

YouTube

The song that catches the hearts of millions of people each season was originally written back in 1984 by Mark Lowry and despite its many renditions, none touches the soul as this one. The purity and the perfect blending of the voices of the members of Pentatonix will send shivers down your spine.

Mark told The St. Augustine Record:

“At the cross on Mount Calvary, while Jesus was dying, [Mary’s] silence was a great testimony to the fact of who he was and is. He said to them, ‘When you have seen me, you have seen the Father.’ Of course, for this they nailed him to a cross, and his mother never said a word.

As my mind went back to the manger scene, I began to think about the power, authority and majesty she cradled in her arms. Those little lips were the same lips that had spoken worlds into existence. All of those things were contained in the young child lying quietly on her bosom. Even now, he was the very one who had given life to his mother, Mary.

I began writing a list of questions I would like to ask Mary if I could sit down with her – questions such as, ‘Mary, do you know who is in your arms?’

‘Did you know the one who holds creation together, and the one who holds you together is lying helpless in the manger?’

‘Did you know that your baby boy will walk on water, give sight to a blind man and calm a storm at sea with his hand?'”

From the moment it was initially released, the song had been performed by many talented musicians in very different stiles, but this version is sure to become your favorite.

The melody and the lyrics coming from the hearts of these performers reflect on the blessings Christmas have for each of us.

The five skilled vocalists from Texas put their talents on display for the world to see as they gently crooned out each note. Not only their voices are captivating, but the way they act and let the emotion of the song be shown through their facial expressions is just amazing.

Once you hear them, you’ll want more. They beautifully capture the spirit of the song and the season.

Only a few more “sleeps” until Santa comes to town!

Customers Are Hit With ‘Truth’ After Man Pays For Groceries

Among all the pranks we get to see on YouTube, most of which tend to
bamboozle people and make them feel bad about themselves, a man named Stuart Edge who is widely known as an ultimate prankster, brings to us something quite different.

His viral videos of good pranks bring laughter and joy at the people from all around the world. To be honest, to come up with a perfect prank is not an easy job, but Stuart gets assistance from real professionals who help him pull his ideas off. In the last video, he got a helping hand from his friends Bart Johnson and Charan Prabhakar, from Disney’s High School Musical.

As Stuart says, “It’s the holiday season and it’s a great time to focus our efforts on giving back,” and we can’t agree more.

YouTube

Bart and Charan are playing store cashiers, nicely dressed in green aprons, and completely into their role.

Stuart comes up with the ultimate plan of helping random customers by offering to pay for their groceries pretending to be an angel sent from Heaven.

So, while many people who are doing their shopping at the store wait in queue, out of the blue, a man in a fully white outfit comes along and starts a conversation with them.

YouTube

Stuart approaches and says he is coming from “management” that’s “upstairs.”

The cashiers are very chatty and “can’t see” the man in white who makes small talks with the customers insinuating he is a real angel. The next thing he does leaves them completely puzzled as he places his smartphone near the pay station and pays for their bill. Once he does it, he just walks off while the people stare at him wondering what is going on.

After this, the cashiers ask the customers whether they’ll use their credit card or cash to pay for their groceries, which confuses them even further. They say how their bill was paid already by the man in white who had just wandered off the store.

YouTube

The shoppers are left in disbelief and can’t figure out how the cashiers don’t see the “angel.” When they point to the direction he left, Bart and Charan tell them how the managements’ offices are in the opposite direction which baffles the shoppers even more.

Most people reacted with a smile, but there was one particular family whose reaction was so overwhelming that Stuart couldn’t proceed with the prank.

YouTube

This family was struggling to make ends meet as they were about to pay for the groceries using their credit card. It was their son’s fifth birthday so they simply had to do everything in their power to buy things and celebrate it the right way.

This touched Stuart and the whole crew so they asked the parents to get back into the store and buy everything they need, all covered up.

They couldn’t believe the kind gesture and tears of joy rolled down their faces. This kindness was their ultimate Christmas present. Now they wanted to do a good deed for someone else and pay the generosity forward. This was the best “thank you” Stuart could get.

Take a look at the heartwarming video below. It may inspire you to become a “Secret Santa”, or like in this case a “Secret Angel” to someone in need of some holiday magic.

Man’s Small Act Of Kindness Rewarded With 5000% Tip

We’ve witnesses many times in life how an act of kindness, no matter how big or small, can go a long way and even change someone’s life forever. Being there for other people when they need us the most is what makes the world go round.

Take a look at the following story that will remind you that no good deed ever goes unnoticed.

A young boy approached the counter of Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Katy, Texas, with a handful of coins, trying to pay for a frozen dessert. Travis Sattler, the guy behind the register, took the money  and after carefully counting it, he could see the boy was $2 short.

“He wants to order dessert,” said Sattler. “He was a little nervous. Ends up handing me everything he had.”

YouTube

Sattler couldn’t let the boy leave the store without the treat so he pulled his credit card and paid the rest of the money.

“It’s on me,” the cashier said, and the child was very thankful. “He had the biggest eyes, the widest smile.”

Some time later, before that same boy and his  mother left the store, he approached Sattler again and handed him a note.

“It says, ‘Thank you for being so nice and paying for my custard. We need more people like you,’” Sattler read.

YouTube

Wrapped inside the note was a $100 bill. Sattler couldn’t believe how his $2 dollars brought him a tip so huge. He was rewarded for his kind heart, and he was beaming with joy knowing he made an impact and made someone’s day.

“I like to think that I made a good impact on their day, and I kind of brightened it up, just like they did mine,” Sattler said.

Sattler says that it’s not about the money but about that feeling of fulfillment knowing you are a hero in the eyes of a little boy who may just follow your example and become a good person.

YouTube

Both Travis and the boy were complete strangers before that day, but still they managed to share a very special moment none of them will ever forget.

“Travis’ face is probably a face that boy will remember for a long time,” said Padden Nelson, owner of the Katy location of the franchise.

As good news spreads really fast, Travis’ deed was noticed by the restaurant owner who rewarded the generous employee with additional $100.

Travis is an example of how every employee should treat the customers.

YouTube

The restaurant now wants to track the boy and his mother down because they have some gifts for them. Everyone is happy how this story turned out, with many people wanting to do a good deed themselves. Travis and the boy are such inspiration.

Check the video below to see what Travis has to say about the whole thing in his interview for USA Today.

Muslim-owned restaurant hangs huge note out front about Christmas day that’s going quickly viral

It’s simply amazing how the holidays bring in people the need to be kinder towards the less fortunate and spread more love to everyone around. It’s the Christmas spirit that makes us think of the way we treat others and how we can become better people and an important part of our community.

What everyone strives for when it comes to the holidays is to spend them in the company of the loved ones. Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky to be around family and friends for the special day. Many homeless people on the streets and elderly whose families seem to have forgotten about them are about to be all alone and not able to feel warmth or kindness on the day that’s all about spreading love and good vibes, and that really saddens our hearts.

Helping these people and making them feel important should be our number one priority, no matter their or our religion, or race.

A restaurant owner from London is showing us what Christmas is all about by doing an amazing act of kindness. He opens the doors to the place and offers free courses of meal for those who have no family or friends. Hasan Masud is a Muslim, and he doesn’t celebrate Christmas, but he is a generous and kindhearted man whose action touched the hearts of many. His sign has gone viral and people from all around the world regard him as an amazing guy whose example we should all follow.

In this restaurant that serves traditional Turkish food, no one dines alone!

The restaurant, named Shish is located in Bexley, London. The owner spread the word through social media to benefit maximum people who can try the delicious taste of the Turkish specialties.

The menu for the occasion will include starters like soup and cacik. The main course will include chicken or vegetarian casserole or chicken shish. There will be rice pudding for dessert.

“We’re just helping people,” Hasan Masud, an employee at the restaurant, told Buzzfeed. “Lots of people stay home alone for Christmas. They don’t need to. They can come here and have some fun.”

“We are here to sit with you,” owner wrote in a note about the offer posted to the restaurant window.

This could be one of the most charming Christmas stories we’ve stumbled upon.

Please share it with your family and friends.

GENTRI Sings “O Holy Night” Perfectly In Their New Video

As we are all anticipating the arrival of the holidays, many musicians and singers try to lift up high the Christmas spirit by treating the listeners with amazing and breathtaking renditions of the songs that grew close to our hearts because they are the true melody of Christmas.

The trio GENTRI released an alluring performance of “O Holy Night” and proved their talents once again. Their dazzling voices blend in a perfect harmony that creates a feeling of warmth. In a very powerful way, these men bring to us the true meaning of Christmas.

The song comes with a video which is as powerful as the soothing sound they create.

YouTube

The story that follows the song is about a father who’s doing final preparations for the most beautiful time of the year. At one moment, he comes across a homeless man who offers him to help attach the Christmas tree to the top of the car. Throughout the rest of the video, the father can’t stop thinking of the homeless man sitting on the cold all alone. That’s when he decides to do something in the spirit of Christmas, and that’s to provide kindness and a helping hand to someone in need. Isn’t that what Christmas is all about?

He tracks the man down and what follows is simply heartwarming.

Doing the “right thing” is something the men of GENTRI want their listeners to feel inspired to do after listening to their music. They told the Prelude Press:

“We wanted to make sure that the messages conveyed in our songs were those that challenged the listener to live life more fully and love more deeply. The messages of these songs are an extension of the core message of GENTRI itself. When it comes to self-improvement and trying to be better today than we were yesterday, we are certainly no exception…”

YouTube

“We wanted the music and lyrics to reflect the things that matter most to us – relationships with family, chasing our dreams, and living life to the fullest. The biggest challenge when writing and recording an album always seems to be putting it all together in a way that comes across as authentic. “

The video ends with the text from Matthew 25:40 on the screen, “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

Being there for those who are facing hard times in life is what makes us good Christians, not the presents we buy for each other, but what we do for the less fortunate.

We as well hope that this amazing performance along with the video will inspire many people to do the right thing.

Dad Records Doctor Laughing and Making Fun Of Son’s Anxiety Attack

A California doctor has been suspended from her duties as an emergency room physician and is being investigated after a video shows her grabbing and mocking a patient who reportedly was suffering from an anxiety attack.

Samuel Bardwell is a college athlete who suffers from severe anxiety and panic attacks. Recently he suffered one that was so serious it caused him to collapse during a summer basketball class.

His coach, Scott Eitelgeorge said Bardwell was struggling.

“He wasn’t looking too good,” the coach said. “It looked like he was having a pretty severe anxiety attack. Sam played for maybe five minutes before he had to step out. He collapsed on the grass outside the weight room. When we went outside he tried to get up but fell back down.”

To keep his condition under control Samuel takes Klonopin, his dad Donald Bardwell told The Mercury News.

“He was on medication for his anxiety but was off his meds for two days because he couldn’t get to the pharmacy before it closed,” Donald Bardwell said.

The situation was serious enough that Samuel, 20, was rushed by paramedics to El Camino Hospital in Los Gatos, California.

Donald and his son assumed they would receive professional help at the hospital. They assumed the young man would be helped in a timely and benevolent manner.

The doctor who treated Samuel sure proved that to be wrong!

Doctor Had A Horrible Bedside Manner

Keegstra was allegedly rude and physically abusive to Bardwell. Image courtesy of Donald Bardwell via Facebook.

Her behavior was captured on video. As a result, she was suspended when the hospital got wind of  it. The two men say they waited in the hospital for an absurdly long time as the doctor allegedly laughed and chatted with her co-workers.

Keegstra can be heard harshly mocking newly enrolled West Valley College student on the video.

“I’m sorry sir, you were the least sick of all the people who are here who are dying,” she says in the video. “There, so you picked your head up. Now don’t try to tell me you can’t move. C’mon, sit up.”

She tugs his arm, telling him to sit up. Bardwell tells her he can’t get up and can’t inhale.

Her response?

“He can’t inhale. Wow! He must be dead. Are you dead, sir?

Doctor turns belligerent

At one point, she can even be heard swearing, having accused Bardwell of changing his story about why he was in the emergency room, ABC News reports.

“You’re full of sh*t,” she can be heard saying.

Keegstra, a practicing physician for 31 years found herself suspended from all of the facilities associated with the hospital. In a statement, Dan Wood, chief executive officer of El Camino Hospital said her “demeanor was unprofessional and not the standard we require of all who provide care through El Camino Hospital.”

“We have expressed our sincere apologies and are working directly with the patient on this matter,” Wood said. “Please know that we take this matter very seriously and the contracted physician involved has been removed from the work schedule, pending further investigation.”

And Donald Bardwell seemed to concur with Wood that the doctor acted in a manner that was “unprofessional.”

“In my mind, I don’t think she should be practicing medicine at all,” he said during an interview on Good Morning America.

Samuel Bardwell says he asked his dad to videotape the situation after noticing Keegstra eyeing him suspiciously while talking to a security guard in the emergency room.

In an interview with Inside Edition, Samuel Bardwell says he made every effort to sit up but was unable to. Screenshot by Inside Edition via YouTube.

Bardwell says he knew trouble might be brewing because the doctor kept eyeing him suspiciously while she was talking to a security guard in the waiting room. So he asked his dad to grab his phone and start taking a video.

Anxiety is a common problem in the U.S.

A patient can’t be bullied out of an anxiety attack. Doing something this callous is sure to make it worse. Anxiety disorders are the most common form of mental illness in the U.S. They affect 40 million adults each year in the U.S., the Anxiety and Depression Association of America reports.

Samuel Bardwell was struggling or he wouldn’t have gone to the emergency room. What this doctor did is inexcusable.

Here’s what he has to say in the video below.

Dad Creates DIY ‘Monster Spray’ For His Daughter

It’s an undeniable fact that there is no such power on Earth as the father-daughter love. It’s so cute how daddies would do anything for their sweet little angels, even when they are all grown up. Making sure they are safe and sound is always a number one priority.

Talking about dads, I guess it’s safe to say they are the real life superheroes.

YouTube

Mya is an adorable girl who faces the fears most kids her age do, the one from monsters. How come these tiny smarty pants be afraid of something that doesn’t really exist? Well, we know they are not real, but explaining it to the children can be a bit difficult.

Nowadays there are quite a lot of fun movies and cartoons featuring cute monsters so that kids get rid of the ones in their head, but sometimes that doesn’t help either.

YouTube

While most other dads will check for the big scary creatures under the bed or inside the closet telling their kids there are none any to be spotted and then just ask them to go to sleep, Aaron Wilson knows better and has an ingenious plan on how to turn that fear into a fun activity.

YouTube

When interviewed by CTV News, Aaron told them more about Mya’s fears.

“At night time, she was always saying there are monsters in her room. There was something here, there was something there.”

He started getting concern and knew he had to do something regarding his daughter’s fears when he realized it really affected her sleeping at night. She was restless and constantly looking around instead of being sound asleep during the night.

He got her a prescription monster spray from the local pharmacy that she could use to get rid of all of the monsters! Isn’t this the ultimate and most entertaining fighting weapon? He even glued the prescription on the bottle so it looks real.

YouTube

As you may be guessing, the inside of the ‘magic monster chaser’ was filled with water.

Turns out it helped the cutie pie get rid of the scary creatures and it also caught the attention of other parents whose kids are facing the same issue. The pharmacy now gets many requests for the famous monster spray.

The pharmacist really liked Aaron’s idea and told CTV News:

“I thought it was really cute and I said that is a neat idea and I hope it works!”

YouTube

“We’ve been trying to tell her for a while, they’re trying to be your friends and not to worry.”

Would you try this with you child? Please share this article with your friends, it may really help someone.

Salesman in Costco is Joined For an Adele Duet and Goes Viral

Some people are lucky to be gifted with special skills. We know of very famous singers, actors, or maybe football players, who are the best at what they do, and they do it with ease. Sometimes, watching them singing, or playing, makes us believe we can rock it as well, but as soon as we try we figure out it requires a lot of practice to master it, or simply a raw God-given talent.

It’s always a pleasure to learn how these people are getting a chance in life to make an impression, either by attending some talent shows, or casually showing off at the local Costco store. Yes, you’ve heard that right.

One such case is when a customer and a salesman sat down on the piano for an amazing duet of “Someone Like You.”

Once they started playing, many of the customers approached and were wowed by what they were seeing and hearing. Luckily, someone though of capturing this adorable duet on video so that we can enjoy it too. They sound so good that a father and a son could be spotted dancing in the background.

The video was initially posted on YouTube a couple of years ago, but it’s so captivating that it vent viral again. Well, it’s not everyday that we witness a live piano concert at a store. People from all around the world are adding comments with words of praise. Although some kids could be heard playing on other pianos, it doesn’t  make the whole experience less magical.

The girl from the video says how this was one of the best days of her life. She even made some more videos of playing the piano after a huge number of people witnessed her talent.

Costco seem to be the place of inspiration, because this wasn’t the first time someone to be spotted playing the piano there. The video shows a young boy playing a song from memory, and it’s amazing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0phAtbIf8A#action=share

The boy’s performance has been seen more than two million times and people sometimes joke how this store might be the perfect place to be noticed and become a star. But it looks like these talent discovering situations can be seen in other similar places where lots of people go in and out, such as Wal-Mart. Maybe you remember young Mason Ramsey who was seen yodeling at one of these stores.

He became so famous that even Ellen hosted him in one of her shows.

Source: etcanada.com

There is another similar story coming from Paris. This didn’t happen at any store but a real magic unfolded in front of the eyes of the passersby when a random stranger approached the man playing and asks to join in. The final result is so good that it’s a must watch.

Then there is this random guy who masters Jerry Lewis’ “Whole Lotta Shaking Going On” at a hardware store.

I wish I have the chance to stumble upon a performance of this kind while doing my groceries. I guess it’s sort of amazing to witness someone unfolding their talent right in front of you.

I hope this article and all these stories will inspire you to show your skills, of course if you have them!

Jenna Shares Heartbreaking Confession From Grandpa George

Our beloved former president Geogre W. Bush left this world recently and we are yet to understand his true greatness as a politician who had done a lot for our country, and as an emotional human being who never got over the grief for the loss of his young daughter.

The relationship and the marriage of George H.W. Bush and his wife Barbara was indeed one-of-a-kind. They had been through so much during the seven decades of married life and raised five children together. They welcomed six into the world, but in 1953 a tragedy struck the Bush family when their daughter Robin was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of three.

Twitter/Bush Library

The passing of little Robin affected George’s life. He would often write letters to family members, particularly his mother, expressing how he felt regarding the tragic loss.

In the wake of his death, the Bush library released one of the letters the President addressed to his mother back in 1958 saying how they still felt Robin’s presence, even years after her death. The bereaved parents found a little comfort in their mission to fight against cancer “for the rest of their lives.”

“There is about our house a need. We need some soft blonde hair to offset those crew cuts. We need a dollhouse to stand firm against our forts and racquets and thousand baseball cards. We need someone who’s afraid of frogs. We need a little one who can kiss without leaving egg or jam or gum. We need a girl. We had one once — she’d fight and cry and play and make her way, just like the rest. But there was about her a certain softness. She was patient. Her hugs were a just little less wiggly. We need her and yet we have her. We can’t touch her and yet we can feel her. We hope she’ll stay in our house for a long, long time.”

Editorial cartoonist Marshall Ramsey decided to honor the late president with a drawing of George arriving to Heaven holding hands with the two great loves of his life. The picture portrays Barbara welcoming her husband saying “We waited for you.”

Months before George reunited with his beloved wife and daughter, he spoke to his granddaughter Jenna Bush Hagar, telling her how he wasn’t afraid of dying any longer, but somehow looking forward to meet Barbara and Robin again.

Jenna shared her grandfather thoughts right after his passing along with the cartoon drawing that provided her with comfort. She truly believes that’s exactly where he is.

“Well, when I die, I’m going to be reunited with the people I’ve lost. I hope I see Robin, and I hope I see my mom. I haven’t yet figured out if it will be Robin as the three year old that she was, this kind of chubby, vivacious child or if she’ll come as a middle-aged woman, an older woman… I hope she’s the three-year-old.”

He was a great man who had sorrow in his heart. Now the whole nation mourns the loss of a beloved president and person.

Our condolences go to his family. He will never be forgotten!

Mom Fears That 2-Year-Old Won’t Recognize Her Soldier Dad

Being in the military means being a hero to a whole nation of people who understand and appreciate your courage and your sacrifice. It also means risking your life and very often being far from your loved ones. These men and women don’t have it easy.

I guess the best part of their service abroad are the sweet reunions once they get back home.

Now if you believe you’ve seen emotional encounters of soldiers and their families, wait until you see this tear-jerking homecoming.

Sergeant Brenden Taylor and his wife Amanda are proud parents of two adorable girls. But, only nine months after their second child was born, Sgt. Taylor was deployed.

Amanda and the girls missed him so much, and couldn’t wait for him to be back home. They know their brave husband and father thinks of them all the time, and loves them with all his heart.

However, Amanda was left to take care of the kids all by herself. She felt as though she couldn’t do it any longer, and wanted her husband by her side. But, her main concern was that once he is home, their older daughter, who is 2,5 years old may not remember him or recognize him after so much time.

This mother recalls the day her husband left the country, and how their daughter was puzzled about where her daddy went and why he wasn’t there to embrace her and comfort her while she suffered from a stomach bug.

Realizing how deeply the father’s absence affected her daughter broke Amanda’s heart into pieces, so she did her best to cheer the girls up every single day.

She knew that negativity wouldn’t help anyone, so she tried to turn those feelings around. The creative mother even came up with a brilliant idea of how to make the waiting ‘more bearable’ by creating many fun games of counting the days of Brenden’s homecoming.

The big moment of the so much-anticipated reunion was coming closer. After long 175 days, Sgt. Taylor would finally get to hold their daughters in his arms. This was going to be a moment to remember. Assuming this, Amanda hired a professional photographer to immortalize the sweet encounter so they could cherish it forever.

As the family was impatiently waiting, a bus full of marines approached. Amanda’s fears faded away and she set her mind at rest as their daughter recognized a familiar face among the heroes who were all eager to meet those who made them endure even the hardest battles.

The little girl shouted ‘Daddy, get off the bus!’ with excitement and a smile so big that it covered her whole tiny face.

Running right into daddy’s arms, the family was now together again. Everyone was having a blast as they had the sweetest and most heartwarming group hug we’ve ever seen.

“I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a smile from my husband like I did that day when he finally got his little girls in his arms again,” Amanda said. “Deployments end, love doesn’t.”

Photographer Maddie Short has filmed plenty of beautiful moments, but she says that homecomings such as this one will always hold a special place in her heart.

“Homecomings hold such a special place in my heart but this family, in particular, is one of the reasons why I love shooting homecomings so much!,” she wrote on Facebook.

“175 days away from everything you know and the people you love most! I couldn’t be more excited for this little family! Welcome home, Sgt Taylor! Your girls sure did miss you!”
