Every child is a different kind of flower and blooms at different period of their life. For example, some start speaking and walking even before they turn one, and others do it at the age of 2 or even 3. But that’s okay, because just like grownups, kids are unlike, and possess different talents.

Brynn Cartagena was only three years old when she won her first medal at an ice skating competition. Her performance was pretty much flawless. What’s most impressive and most interesting of all is that she only spent overall eight weeks on ice skates before she took part in the Magnolia Open Ice Skating Competition
Source: YouTube
At first, she appeared a bit nervous, but once she took the floor, she showed her greatness and skated with confidence.
Brynn is all smiles and is so devoted to her routine that she makes us all fall in love with her and her passion.
And yes, why we love her skating even more is the song she chose to perform on. Having in mind she’s just three on the video, it doesn’t come as a surprise she opted for one of children’s most favorite, The Muffin Man.

With all her spins and all her cuteness, Brynn won our hearts, and she definitely deserved winning her first medal. Take a look at this cute little lady in the video below. Isn’t she a skater in the making?
Whales are considered one of the most gentle creatures. Not only they are huge and magnificent, but they are very friendly too. That is why the strange behavior of a humpback whale left the 63-year-old biologist Nan Hauser and her crew puzzled.
As they were snorkeling near the Cook Islands in the South Pacific, the 50,000-pound creature approached the boat and left everyone mesmerized. Being so close to such a beauty wasn’t something these lovers of the nature experience that often. They were all eager to make some close-up photos of the whale’s textured skin. But then, all of a sudden, the creature started acting a bit strange. At first it resembled a violent behavior, or maybe what this gentle giant wanted was to play, unaware of how its strength could hurt Hauser.
Photo: Facebook/Nan Daeschler Hauser
What the whale did next was scary. It started pushing the woman through the water, lifted her up on its head, and then constantly tucked her under his pectoral fin. Hauser tried really hard to get away, but to no avail. She pushed it as hard as she could wanting to prevent it from hurting her, but she was simply powerless.
Photo: YouTube/Caters Clips
“I stayed calm to a point but was sure that it was most likely going to be a deadly encounter,” Hauser said. “I tried to get away from him for fear that if he rammed me too hard, or hit me with his flippers or tail, that would break my bones and rupture my organs. If he held me under his pectoral fin, I would have drowned.”
Photo: Facebook/Nan Daeschler Hauser
Everyone who witnessed this encounter was petrified. The team even stopped the drone footage fearing they could accidentally film Hauser’s death.
“I didn’t want to panic, because I knew that he would pick up on my fear,” Hauser added. “I feel a very close kinship with animals, so despite my trepidation, I tried to stay calm and figure out how to get away from him.”
But, it turned out things weren’t as they seemed. The reason behind this atypical behavior was a 15-foot-long tiger shark the whale tried to save Hauser from. First, the team though the creature was another whale, but later, when they noticed it was a shark they became aware of what was really going on.
Another whale that found itself close by slapped the water with its huge tail wanting to divert the shark from the human.
Photo: Facebook/Nan Daeschler Hauser
“I’ve spent 28 years underwater with whales, and have never had a whale so tactile and so insistent on putting me on his head, or belly, or back, or, most of all, trying to tuck me under his huge pectoral fin,” said Hauser.
She also says how she can’t be more grateful for what the whale did for her, although she admits she was scared during the whole time. Once she found her way to the boat, the whale who saved her life poked itself out of the water again just to make sure she was alright.
Hauser who spent her whole life working with whales says how she has seen this type of protective behavior at whales for those of their own kind or other creatures, but this is the first time she witnessed one to step in for a human being.
You can take a look at the chilling encounter in the video below.
No matter how much time passes by, the cast of the iconic TV show The Andy Griffith Show will always remain nothing less than legendary and will be remembered as a crew that left a deep mark on Hollywood.
After the show ended in 1968, large audiences expected from emerging shows to keep the same quality, but at the time, getting even closer to what The Andy Griffith Show provided to the fans was quite impossible.
Among the actors who practically made history, was George Lindsay, who appeared in season four and played good-natured but slow-learner Goober Pyle.
Playing alongside Andy Griffith and Don Knotts, Lindsay fit in the show just perfectly. Over the years, he spoke of his role and how he and the rest of the actors remained good friends after the show was over. He was particularly close to Griffith.
Lindsay was born on December 17, 1928 in Fairfield, Alabama. In high school, he fell in love with acting and excelled in sports, which helped him get a scholarship and finish his studies later.
While studying at the American Theater Wing in New York, Lindsay had comedy gigs at nightclubs. During one of his performances, he was spotted by an agent who signed him, so Lindsay became part of the production All American and Wonderful Town at Broadway’s Winter Garden Theatre.
Before getting the life-changing role of Goober Pyle, Lindsay appeared in western movies including The Riflemen and Gunsmoke, as well as in several Disney productions and in three episodes of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour.
Lindsay loved the role and the show. After it ended, he was part of the spin-off series Mayberry R.F.D for three years.
Speaking of working on set with Griffith, he told Huffington Post in 2010, “He was a great leader and the best script constructionist that I’ve ever worked with. And he was easy to work with. If you knew your lines, that’s all you needed… and I worked with another guy that was brilliant and that’s Don Knotts. They were terrific professional actors, and I was honored to be in their company.”
His fellow acting friends felt the same for Lindsay. “George often told me his fondest memories of his life in show business were the years he spent working on ‘The Andy Griffith Show’ and ‘Mayberry R.F.D.’ They were for me, too,” Andy Griffith said in a statement following Lindsey’s passing.
In the years following The Andy Griffith Show, Lindsay landed different roles in different movies, series, and projects, but he somehow believed he wasn’t hired for himself, but for Goober. “It was a nightmare,” Lindsey said according to AI. “Almost everywhere I worked, I insisted they hire me as George Lindsey, but what they really hired was for me to do Goober, even on ‘Hee Haw.’”
In 1955, Lindsay married Joyanne Herbert and they had two children together, George Lindsey, Jr and Camden Lindsey. Although he always said she was the love of his life, the couple divorced in 1991.
Lindsay was knows as a person with a heart of gold who cared for the well-being of other people. He was a supporter of the Special Olympics and helped raise $1 million for it. During the 90’s, this caring man visited patients as hospitals as Goober because he knew it would make them happy. “Maybe it takes a long time for me to catch on,” he said according to AI. “I finally caught on that Goober is a very nice person, and it’s OK to be him.”
YouTube
Lindsay passed away in 2012, at the age of 83, of heart failure. He was buried in his hometown of Nashville where he spent most of his life.
Andy Griffith was there to honor his lifelong friend and said through an obituary, “George Lindsey was my friend. I had great respect for his talent and his human spirit. In recent years, we spoke often by telephone. Our last conversation was a few days ago. We would talk about our health, how much we missed our friends who passed before us and usually about something funny. “I am happy to say that as we found ourselves in our eighties, we were not afraid to say, ‘I love you.’ That was the last thing George and I had to say to each other. ‘I love you.’”
George Lindsey-warm intelligent lovable He generated lots of laughs & raised a lot of money for Special Olympics RIP George
Lindsay truly was a very special actor and a person who made many laugh. There will never be another Goober Pyle!
The University of North Alabama awarded Lindsay an honorary doctorate and the state of Alabama have named a section of Birmingham’s Highway 78 as the “George Lindsey Highway.” Amazing tribute to even more amazing man.
Unless you are a parent or you have babysat, you don’t have any idea how hard and demanding it is to put your kids to bed when they are still full of energy and sleeping is the least thing on their mind.
Well, it seems like there are also parents whose kids don’t fight and argue when it’s a bed time.
Kristine is a mom of two incredibly cute twin boys named Chris and Zac. Believe it or not, these two are so well-behaved that their mom only needs to tell them to go to bed once in order for them to actually do it.
Source: YouTube Screenshot
In the video below, that Kristine took for her family, the twins could be seen siting in the hallway and wearing their pajamas. They also have their sippy cups with them. In one moment, Kristine says, “Go to bed! Go to bed, hurry!” and the boys run towards their room, climb on their cribs, and hop in.
When she shared the video on her YouTube channel, Kristine wrote: “I took this video for family who lives far away, so they could see how the kids were growing and becoming pretty athletic at a young age. We never taught them to do this. One day I told the Zac & Chris, identical twin brothers, to go to bed and they did it! They just ran to bed and hopped in! I was shocked, and now they do it on a regular basis. This is their favorite part of the day, when they get to parkour themselves into their beds together and see who makes it in first.”
Source: YouTube Screenshot
Once they are all settled, Chris and Zac say “night night!”
Although comments are turned off, there were probably people who were a bit worried about the climbing part and the tents, or maybe Kristine just wanted to clarify things herself, so she wrote: “The crib tents are to keep them safe if they wake up while we are sleeping, because they tend to silently climb out and try to go in places that could be dangerous for them, and they help to keep bugs out of the cribs, just in case. They are also fire retardant, just in case anyone was worried :). and yes…we brush their teeth after they fall asleep–a fabulous recommendation by our dentist!”

When a World War II veteran named Alfred Guerra found himself without a roof over his head because the home he used to share with his late wife, Emma, became a dangerous place to be in, the whole community stepped in and that showed just how much these people who fought for our country are appreciated by everyone.
Because of the extremely poor living conditions in the house, Guerra was forced to move in with his daughter Maria. According to her, he didn’t want to live his home because of all the memories it evoked.
Source: GoFundMe
Knowing just how much his house meant to her father, Maria decided to ask for help from the community, and in a matter of days, a huge number of people and organizations stepped in. Among them were the members of the local Military Order of the Purple Heart who were happy to help a veteran who was awarded a Purple Heart as well as a Bronze Star for the bravery he showed.
The Broken Warriors’ Angels, a non-profit organization, the VFW Post 76, the city’s Department of Human Services, and the Department of Military Affairs also joined in the project of reparing Guerra’s home.
Fred Alvarado, the CEO of Broken Warriors Angels, told KSAT-News: “It’s veterans helping veterans. That’s all there is to it.”
Besides these organizations, companies like SRS Raise the Roof Foundation also stepped in.
Because of the pandemic, the repair process took a bit longer than expected, but everyone assumes it won’t take more than a month before Guerra is able to get back to his home again and take care of his garden and his roses.

“It’s a wonderful thing. It’s a mission of mercy,” Maria said and thankned everyone involved in the process, including all the veterans who served in Iraq, Vietnam, and Afghanistan.
Little children throwing tantrums in public is a sight that we witness too often nowadays. I guess that when we were kids ourselves, we were more obedient and somewhat more afraid of our parents than children are nowadays. The reason why is that most parents spoil their little ones rotten and fulfill their every wish, so the youngsters are simply used to getting things whenever they want that.
Some children, however, don’t cry and scream when they want things to be done their way, but find ways of playing around with their moms and dads. Well, just like this cutie pie in the video below.
Zoe and her mom are at the store when she starts running. Her mom then shouts, “No running, no running,” and it takes around 30 seconds for Zoe to come up with a strategy. So, instead of running, she decides to dance as she walks.
The video of Zoe has been seen over 6 million times and people say things like: “What a great listener! No tantrums or running faster…she walked while dancing and looked like she was just happy.”
This little girl thought out of the box and showed incredible intelligence. And yes, she made us all laugh.
This Chinese proverb says, “When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills.” In life, we should all do our best to be those who embrace the change and try to make the best out of it, no matter how scary it looks at first.
One renowned chef is an example that we should never give up on our dreams, even during this pandemic that changed our lives completely.
Chef Millie Peartree had been running her own restaurant in Bronx until 2019, but someone messed with her gas lines and she was forced to close the place indefinitely.
Having to find a way out, she turned to the catering business, but then the pandemic struck and she was once again left jobless. However, Chef Millie was then contacted by the InStyle magazine and was offered to prepare meals for USPS workers and hospital staff on behalf of the magazine. She was more than happy to accept this offer, and soon after, she prepared 6,000 meals.
Once this project was over, this incredible woman decided to go on with it, but his time, her focus was on the children of Bronx.
Speaking to Today, she said: “I would pivot my efforts toward feeding children because I knew that some of the city’s food distribution programs had been canceled or reduced due to the pandemic. I created Full Heart Full Bellies to provide prepared meals for children in grades K through 12, from July 6 to Aug. 28, in the Bronx, which is the poorest of the five boroughs.”
Each week, Chef Millie’s organization prepares 1,800 nutritionally balanced meals. She’s doing all this with the help of huge companies such as Audi, Coca-Cola, Amazon, Barilla, and local business and non-profit organizations. Through the GoFundMe she started, Chef Millie was able to raise over $60,000.
Her project is still ongoing and she’s urging others to help feed the hungry and vulnerable as well because that’s the only way to cope with the pandemic. “When we talk about social justice, we often get hung up on the hashtag instead of the actual work. You may not march, but maybe you can feed a protester. After the money is donated, what can we do in the community to change things?” she says.
Take a look at her interview with CBS New York below.
Absolutely every single person on the planet has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic one way or another. But we all have to agree that those on the front line, the doctors and the nurses, are the backbone of the health systems and are in most risk of contracting the deadly virus. Yet, they are on the job every single day and work long hours and often times double shifts in order to provide help to each and every patient out there.
The staff and the volunteers at Josephine County Public Health are just some of the workers who risk it all for the safety of us all. A few days back, a group of them headed from Illinois Valley High School, around 160 miles south of Eugene, a city in Oregon, to another clinic in Grants Pass to administer vaccines.
However, the weather was pretty bad and it was snowing heavily, so they found themselves stranded on the Highway 199.
The vaccines could only be kept for a couple of hours before they could no longer be used. Not wanting for the six leftover Moderna doses to expire, Michael Weber, Josephine County’s public health director, told The Washington Post: “We knew the vaccine would not make it back to Grants Pass. In all likelihood, it was going to expire. I decided to start going door-to-door, car-to-car, offering the vaccine.”
There was also an ambulance on standby for safety.
In no time, the health workers found six people who were more than happy to finally get the vaccine. Speaking to The New York Times, Weber said: “We had one individual who was so happy, he took his shirt off and jumped out of the car,” and described this operation as one of the coolest he has ever taken part in.
Christi Siedlecki, one of the twenty health workers spoke to NBC News and said she felt proud seeing her team did all they could in order for the vaccines not to be wasted. “It is important for people to know how dedicated health professionals are to getting every single dose into people. My community should be so proud. I am,” she said.
We are very proud of these people who are taking care of our well-being as well. If it wasn’t for their dedication and hard work, the situation with the pandemic could be much worse than it is already. Doctors and nurses from all around the world, you are our heroes.
Nothing speaks love and compassion louder than unlike animal friendships that light our days like sunshine rays on cloudy days.
The most watched ad of all time featuring different species sharing happy moments together reminds us of the beauties of life. We don’t have to be same in order to respect each other.
The Android ad spreads the message that says, “Be Together, Not The Same” through series of images between animals of different kinds that found friends in one another. So if you’ve never seen a dog and a dolphin swimming together, or a bear and tiger nuzzling then this is your chance.
We have to agree that Android did awesome job with their ad and really stood out. They showed us the core of our existence and inspired us to share love with everyone around us putting aside the differences in our religious beliefs, our skin color, or our social status.
“Friends Furever” will make your day as it did to the millions of people who got to see it.
This is definitely a must see. Get ready for your hearts to be melted.
Oscar winning actress Cloris Leachman best known for her roles as the self-absorbed and slightly neurotic neighbor Phyllis in The Mary Tyler Moore Show and the embittered small-town housewife in the film The Last Picture Show died of natural causes on 27 January of this year.

Leachman’s career was rich and spanned more than seven decades. She was a versatile actress who showed excellence in both comedy and drama, although comedy seemed to be her thing. In one occasion, during an interview with ET in 1982, she said: “I adore comedy. I like to do it over and over again until I just get sick of it. If something is funny, oh do it again. Part of it is common experience. I have experienced everything that any woman could have experienced. There is nothing you can name that I have not experienced, that I can think of.”
Leachman received a number of awards during the years, including an Academy Award for best-supporting actress in 1971 and eight Emmys.

According to a statement released by her publicist Juliet Green, the actress died at her home in Encinitas, California. Green wrote: “It’s been my privilege to work with Cloris Leachman, one of the most fearless actresses of our time. There was no one like Cloris. With a single look she had the ability to break your heart or make you laugh ’till the tears ran down your face. You never knew what Cloris was going to say or do and that unpredictable quality was part of her unparalleled magic.”
“She loved her children and her grandchildren ferociously,” the statement went on to say. “A lifelong vegetarian, she was a passionate advocate for animal rights. The family requests that any donations in her name be made to PETA or Last Chance for Animals.”
We are about to show you a cottage resembling one from a fairy-tale, placed on the shoreline of the picturesque Vancouver Island. An innovative masterpiece you didn’t believe exist.
“The Winckler” cottage, named by its owner, Bruce Winckler, or the “Hansel and Gretel Cottage,” as this man’s friends want to call it, is the home everyone would ask for. It’s tiny and spacious at the same time and built with locally-sourced as well as hand-crafted materials.

The company behind the creation of this one-of-a-kind home is the Lindcroft Custom Dwellings owned by Daniel Huscroft and Tim Lindberg. Speaking of this captivating project. Huscroft said: “The inspiration came from the idea of building a whimsical cottage by the sea and capturing elements of fairy tale and storybook designs to complement the natural surroundings.”

The interior of this “once upon a time” 500-square-foot home is in fact contemporary. It has stainless steel appliances and a glass shower, as well as a lofted bedroom. But despite this, it still offers a rustic vibe and an incredible view.
I don’t know about you, but I would die to spend a night in this cottage.

Although it looks tiny on the outside, the cottage offers a lot of space for storage. The centerpiece of the living room is a huge stone fireplace which makes the place even cozier.

Needless to say, people fell in love with this home. “I love the marriage between the whimsical nature of the exterior with the contemporary characteristics of the interior. It’s wonderful. A functional dream come true. I don’t need the interior to look like a fairy tale. Probably my favorite yet,” one person wrote.

Not all heroes wear capes, and sometimes, they come in the form of a 7-year old who shows more bravery than most adult people.
That night on December 9th of 2020 was just an ordinary one for a family of five residing in New Tazewell, Tennessee. Mom and dad Nicole and Chris Davidson put their three kids to bed and nothing spoke trouble as they headed to their bedroom themselves.
Deep into the night, Nicole was suddenly woken up by the smell of smoke. In the next moment, she realized the house was on fire. The flames started spreading really quickly and she and her husband managed to get two of the kids out, while the youngest one, 22-month-old Erin, was still trapped in her room.
“The smoke and fire was so thick there was no way I could get to her,” Chris Davidson said, according to CNN.
“I thought I couldn’t do it, but then I said, ‘I got her, dad,'” the boy says. “I was scared, but I didn’t want my sister to die.” https://t.co/4MCXvCHqDR
But then, as they thought Erin wouldn’t be able to get out of the burning place, her 7-year-old brother Eli stepped in and saved the day by saving her life. It was a tense situation that required a lot of courage.
“We went outside to get to her from the window, but there was nothing for me to stand on to reach up there,” Chris explained. “So I picked up Eli, who went through the window and was able to grab her from her crib.”
At the time the firefighters arrived, the house was no longer there, the flames caught up everything, but at least no one from the family members suffered any serious injuries. They all made it out alive.
Speaking to CNN, the hero of the day, Eli, said, “I thought I couldn’t do it, but then I said, ‘I got her, dad’. I was scared, but I didn’t want my sister to die.”
Twitter
Nicole and Chris are former firefighters themselves. They have fostered 34 children throughout the years, including Eli, and the two others that were in the house that night are their adopted children.
“We lost everything that we have ever had,” Chris said.“Our entire lives were in that home. Our three cars were also damaged in the fire. It’s devastating. We have nothing. You have never been as humble as you are when you don’t even have your own underwear to wear.”
A GoFundMe page was set up for the Davidsons and so far, over $350,000 have been raised.
A lot has been said of the positive impact and influence grandparents have on their grandchildren. Those who don’t get to grow up around a grandma or a grandpa miss a lot in their life, because the love and the care the elderly are willing to provide is unique and unconditional, and unlike any other form of affection one will get during their lifetime.
YouTube
Our grandparents are our best friends, and when the moms and dads say no to something, these special human beings are there to spoil the little ones rotten. However, it’s not just the kids who benefit from their relationship with their grandparents, but the elderly as well. It has been scientifically proven that being around their grandchildren, the lifespan of the grandparents increases, as well as their level of happiness.

The video below shows an incredibly cute interaction between a baby and her great-grandmother. We all know that when they are very little, babies only communicate using their hands and some baby language that no one understands. That, however, doesn’t stop this lady from answering back to the chatty little girl.
Seeing them talk to one another back and forth melts our hearts. These two really have a very special connection. Check them out below.
Our children are the future of our country and hold all our hopes for a better nation.
They see us grown-ups as their role models and tend to replicate our beliefs and behaviors, so if we don’t give them anything worth copying than our expectations that things will change for the better shouldn’t be high.
When we see young kids and teens bullying and making fun of those that are different, we assume their parents didn’t teach them right from wrong, and although that’s not always the case, many times it turns out we were, in fact, right.
If you mock people with disabilities yourself, your kid will do that with their friends and classmates too, and one very rude mom is the perfect example of that.
Kate Swenson shares a story that made us all thinking. Recently, one of her co-workers was bragging in front of the rest of the staff how her brilliantly intelligent son was mocking a fellow student who had autism.
Believe it or not, this mother found her son’s behavior amusing. Kate, whose son is autistic as well, couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
“My son makes fun of the autistic boy in his class, and it’s hilarious,” the mother said. And as though it wasn’t enough hurtful, she proceeded saying, “he even has the whole act down.” Apparently, her son loved imitating that boy and everything he made, like covering his ears, and twitching and flapping his hands.
Kate felt horrible, especially because she knew how it felt like to be bullied for having the condition. She could think of all the times her own son felt down because of rude boys like that of her co-worker’s.
The rest of the colleagues were all looking at the boasting mother in a pale manner. They made sure she knew what she was saying wasn’t funny at all.
Realizing she didn’t get the response she hoped for from those who listened, she tried to defend her son’s behavior saying, “Well, he doesn’t do it in front of him. Just at home for us.”
Everyone was still horrified by what they heard so this crazy mother tried to explain how it was funny in deed, they just had to see how greatly her son was imitating that boy. What’s most, she even started doing an impression of the autistic boy herself.
After she finally understood that everyone really resented her for what her son was doing and the way she presented it as something hilariously fun, the mother excused herself and left.
One of the other co-workers approached Kate and asked her if she was okay.
This highly unpleasant experience made Kate lose her faith that things would ever turn for the better for those who are considered different by the society. She couldn’t help but wonder whether other moms and their sons’ out there speak of her boy the way that awful co-worker spoke of her son’s autistic classmate.
“In that moment I realized how ugly the world can be,” Kate said.
It’s beyond sad that a mother is encouraging her own child to treat others with disrespect. Sadly, with parents like this, we know what our future holds; and that isn’t anything good.
Teachers don’t get paid a lot of money and even struggle to make ends meet at times, and many of them only continue teaching because of the joy of seeing their kids succeed and become good people. Every smile, every thank you, and every learning obstacle surmounted is sometimes a proof that the best things in life are free.
A teacher that goes by the name Rachel Uretsky-Pratt from a Washington State elementary school is sharing a heartwarming story which took place somewhere around Christmas.

As she explained in her Facebook post, most of the students at the school are coming from families which don’t have large incomes and 100% of them are on free/reduced lunch. So, when she gives them tiny, usually hand-made gifts for Christmas, she doesn’t expect anything in return.

One of her students, who wanted to give her teacher a present badly but had no money to afford anything, came up with a lovely idea and melted Rachel’s heart. As we all know, the Marshmallows in Lucky Charms are favorite to every child, and this girl decided to keep all of them for her teacher as a Christmas gift.
“Rather than give me nothing, this student opened up her free breakfast cereal this morning, took the packaging of her spork, straw, and napkin, and finally took the time to take every marshmallow out of her cereal to put in a bag—for me,” Rachel wrote.
Source: Facebook
The carefully picked and wrapped Marshmallows meant the world to this teacher. It was all the girl had and she decided to give it to Rachel, and she knew that gestures like these are worth all the effort put inside the classroom.
“Be grateful for what you have, and what others give you. It all truly comes from the deepest parts of their hearts,” Rachel concluded.
Danielle and Adam Busby have their hands full. These two are parents of six beautiful girls, five of which are twins and the only American all-girl quintuplets on record. Their busy schedules and everything that comes with raising their daughters found its way to the screens of millions of Americans, as well as people from other parts of the world.
The reality series OutDaughtered, by the TLC Network, featuring this family’s life was first released back in 2016, with its seventh season premiering in June 2020 and still going on.
The description of the show says: “How many people does it take to prepare 40 baby bottles a day, change 420 diapers a week, and administer feedings every three hours? Two, as in Danielle and Adam Busby.”
Well, days are never boring in the Buzz world, and it can be seen from the number of cute videos of the girls posted on the family’s YouTube channel. One of them, however, was seen by over 2.5 million people and shows sweet Olivia, who the channel refers to as “the youngest of the twins,” taking her first steps and reaching a milestone.
As she’s taking tiny steps, she suddenly starts laughing so hard that we can’t stop laughing either. Her sweet dimples are on point and we can all agree that she’s one of the cutest little girls out there.
“She loves to laugh and make others around her laugh. She likes to have an audience. When she get’s people laughing, she will dance and spin. Olivia has the biggest dimples,” her TLC bio says.

The sweet little girl from the video below that went viral in a blink of an eye is a huge dog lover. In fact, she spends a great time watching dog shows and being around these incredibly friendly, loving, and loyal creatures. She doesn’t only enjoy their presence, but they help with her autism as well.
In fact, according to a number of research, dogs do help those children with autism by reducing their meltdowns and affecting their self-confidence in a positive way.

One day, her parents told her how they were actually taking her to the local dog show. Needless to say, the girl was over the moon. She put on her best dress, put a leash on her stuffed toy dog, and was ready for an experience of a lifetime.
Once there, one of the judges noticed her and approached closer. He asked her about her dog and told her that she keeps great care of it. In the next moment, this kind man told the girl that she can take the floor and walk her toy dog around. She was so excited that she didn’t need to hear that twice before she put on a show.

After her dog’s “show,” the girl went to the judge again and he gave her a hug. Luckily, someone watching all this put the whole thing on tape and later shared it on YouTube.

People praise the judge and say that he’s the perfect example that not a lot is needed for one to be kind and changes someone’s day or even life. “This sensitivity and attitude are necessary for love!” someone wrote, and we can’t agree more.

Gabe is a second grader who is forced to walk to school every single day. He and his mom live in Nebraska and according to a law imposed by this state, those students living not far from the school are not allowed to take the school bus.
Since Gabe’s mother, Kim, who is raising her son all by herself and is a part-time student can’t afford to buy a car, she and her boy spend 45 minutes walking to school, and additional 45 minutes getting back home. In fact, Kim walks this route twice, once in the morning, and then in the afternoon when Gabe’s lessons finish. This mom spends roughly three or more hours walking, and not only her, but her boy is tired all the time too.

With the tough winter around the corner, Kim knew she had to do something.
Unable to help her son by herself, she decided to share her story with a local news station and ask from the members of the community to lend them a helping hand.
Once the story spread around, an angel in the form of another mother stepped in. Becky Novotny’s son studies in the same school and the same class as Gabe, so it meant she could drive both the boys to and from school.
“I’m a stay-at-home mom. I’ve got three kids of my own that if I was in the situation, I think I’d want somebody there to help me.” Becky said.
Kim is grateful Becky is now taking care of her son’s problem with transportation. It means the world to her and Gabe. “I had nowhere else to turn. Like I said, I tried with the schools, I tried with administration, I tried particularly with the school itself and nothing was happening so I greatly appreciate your guys’ help,” she says.

Some awesome news came from Indiana this week. Parents to be, Shaniqua Traywick and Carl Robertson, were headed to the hospital as Shaniqua was about to give birth to their first child. However, her contractions were getting more and more severe with each passing minute and they both realized that the baby couldn’t wait until they get to the hospital so Carl pulled the car over.

Indiana State Trooper Thomas Maymi was on duty on the Indiana Toll Road and noticed the car stopping on the side of the road. He then noticed this man running towards him and telling him that he’s wife is in labor. Trooper Thomas called an ambulance and headed towards Shaniqua. While they were waiting for the LaPorte County EMS to arrive, Thomas offered his help and stayed by the future parents’ side.
“Two minutes after paramedics were on scene, the baby was delivered. Upon delivery, mom and baby were transported to LaPorte Hospital,” the Indiana State Police said in a statement.

Luckily, everything went perfectly fine and the sweet baby boy was born healthy. To honor the kind trooper who was there when they needed it the most, they named their bundle of joy Malaki Thomas Robertson. Of course, he was happy to hear that. The proud mom said of that special day, “We were all troopers that day!”
When temperatures drop below the zero, I can’t help but think of all the homeless people out there, who are freezing and struggling to find a place to spend the night. Sadly, due to the coronavirus pandemic and the strict measures along with the health guidelines imposed by the governments, many shelters stopped working and homeless people faced closed doors. This made this category of citizens double victims of the pandemic.
But one city in Germany seems to have the solution. Namely, authorities at the city of Ulm are installing sleeping pods all around the place so that the homeless have a bed to sleep in. These pods are made out of wood and steel and are insulated and waterproof. At the same time, they include solar panels and communication services.
Heute wurden die beiden Ulmer Nester wieder aufgestellt – coronabedingt leider mit Verzögerung, aber gerade noch…
One doesn’t need to check in anywhere in order to use them. The moment someone enters inside them, a local non profit gets an alert and representatives pay that person a visit in order to offer additional help as well as to clean the pod the following morning.
“With the Ulm Nests, we hope to offer a little bit of protection and security to those who most depend on it in Ulm,” the Facebook page dedicated to these futuristic homeless shelters wrote.
These unique pods have also found their way out of Germany, as per KTVZ.com, around 100 of them were also installed in Portland, Oregon, in December of 2020.
“They provide safety, protection from the elements, and a good place to be on a short-term basis, but they’re not intended to replace a permanent housing situation,” the director of the city’s homeless services Marc Jolin said.
Little children are the most pure minded humans. They are born to love everyone, but as time passes by, they are taught certain things, among which, sadly, racism. Those parents who don’t let their little ones judge anyone or form an opinion about someone based on their skin color are the ones creating a future of love and a world we all want to be part of.
However, there will always be those people who distinguish between black and white humans, and that is something we should all fight against because we are all equal and we have always been.
Little Sophia, who was two at the time her story went viral, had successfully completed her potty training and her mother told her she could get any toy she wants from Target. Sophia was over the moon and quickly headed to the toy section, picking a doctor doll.

But, as she and her mom, Brandi Benner, headed to the counter, the employee at the register was quick to notice that the doll Sophia had in her arms was black. She assumed they were buying it as a gift, and when Brandi said it was for her daughter, the woman asked why Sophia didn’t choose a doll that resembled her more, alluding to the doll’s skin color.
As smart and as quick-thing as she is, Sophia replied: “She looks just like me. We both are doctors. I’m a pretty girl, and she’s a pretty girl. See her lovely hair?”
Needless to say, Brandi was very proud of her girl. She knew at that moment that she is raising Sophia right.
We really hope the employee realized she was showing racist behavior. As for Sophia, she did a great job teaching that woman a lesson to remember. Check out the whole story in the video below.
Little kids are curious by nature. They are still discovering the world around them and don’t want to miss on anything. That is why many toddlers refuse to go to sleep at a proper time and give their mommies and daddies a hard time.
Well, they are completely right, because you know what they say, you can’t make memories sleeping, and kids seem to know this all too well.

A recent video of one of the most hilarious babies we’ve ever seen, baby Leo, captured the hearts of many. Well, it also brought up some questions about his safety and his parents faced criticism, but still, most of the people who have seen Leo doing his best not to fall asleep when he could barely keep his eyes open agree he’s the cutest ever.
The family is in the car and Leo is so sleepy that his tiny head falls down each time he closes his eyes. But that only lasts for a second because he opens his eyes widely and gives his parents a huge smile, and that goes on and on.

Leo’s brother Rion also has a viral video. According to their mom Lisa Jones, when she opened her YouTube channel back in 2006, she never thought her two boys would become an internet sensation.

This time, some people commented how they were worried for Leo’s safety as it seemed like he wasn’t properly secured in his car seat.
Lisa wrote back explaining: “NB: For anyone concerned about the positioning of the carseat and the untightened straps: Here in UK, car seats are permitted in the front seat as long as there are no airbags fitted or at least deactivated. This was our old car – Hyundai Accent. There were no airbags fitted on the passenger side. Before I started the engine, Leo’s straps were tightened securely and we made our journey in safety.”

One thing that the coronavirus pandemic, which seems will not come to an end any time soon, taught us is that we should never again take things for granted. Walking to the park with your friends, having coffee at the local coffee shop, or organizing a birthday party and inviting those you love the most. These are all things that we were forced to forget about for more than a whole year now, and we have to admit that things haven’t been easy.
Many lost their jobs and are struggling to make ends meet, and the number of those who died is huge already.
During these tough times for each and every one of us, we realize that the only way to overcome this situation is to stand together in the fight against it, respect the rules, and do our best to protect the most vulnerable among us.
Neil Diamond, one of our favorite musicians of all time, is helping people stay sane the best he can; by offering to us his incredible music. This time, however, he is promoting steps to prevent the spread of the coronavirus by changing the lyrics of his iconic song Sweet Caroline for a musical PSA about the virus.
Needless to say, people love it and praise his creativity. This version has been seen over 2 million times with people saying things like: “His voice has a way of putting my heart at ease. Tender and kind and sounds as beautiful as ever. Many memories with his music.”
Check the video below and share it with your friends if you loved it as much as we did.
Officer Marquis Hines of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Houston and a fellow police officer got a call about a 92-year-old lady named Tina who had been spotted by the neighbors going up and down the street on the cold. They said how they sometimes let her in to warm herself up, but still, she needed help.
When they answered the call, they noticed how the woman’s place wasn’t very clean and the only thing in the fridge was a bottle of milk, some old lemonade and Cheerios. According to her, her two sons hadn’t visited in a while, and that made Officer Marquis share Ms. Tina’s story on the social media.
Got a welfare check call of a 92 yr old woman, who sometimes walks up and down the road and doesn’t know where she is….
“Without her knowing, we left and got her some groceries for her home. Big rotisserie chicken, some sandwich items to last a week or 2, some chunky soups, bunch of chips and meat, some waters. Knocked on her door and she was all smiles and in disbelief someone actually cared enough about her to even help.”
Officer Marquis even started a fundraiser to help this elderly lady with her needs and thanks to kindhearted people, the goal of $10,000 was quickly surpassed.
People praised these officers’ action and were quick to judge Ms. Tina’s sons who didn’t take care of their mother whose health was obviously not good.

However, once the story went viral, it turned out Ms. Tina wasn’t really telling the exact truth, of course not on purpose but because of her dementia and because she tends to forget things easily. Her sons contacted officer Marquis and explained how they do visit their mother very often, but she forgets that. She even forgets that she had a meal and eats multiple times a day.
He then posted again and apologized to Ms. Tina’s sons for depicting them as bad people before learning the entire truth. “I want to apologize to the sons for making it seems as if they just left her on her own for good. NOT the case. I judged based on what Ms. Tina said who tends to forget very very quickly and the living condition of her home. Her sons are involved in her life like a son should be, but can’t dedicate every minute as they have their own children and jobs also. I respect the family a lot more after speaking with them and knowing that she will forget a meal she just ate a couple minutes ago.”
Little buddy said he on duty tonight if we need help.
Like I said in the beginning, change the world one smile at a time😎
