13-year-old girl all covered in bruises after she was beaten and bullied by a classmate during PE class

For a young child, or any person in general, to experience bullying means for their self-confidence and life to change a great deal, sometimes forever. The sad reality is that some people never get to overcome the fear from being a victim of bullying.

Although we are all very well aware of the negative impact and the consequences of this devastating phenomenon, it looks like the institutions where it takes place the most, the schools, don’t do a lot in order to prevent it from taking place.

Just recently, the photos of a 13-year-old girl who got attacked by a schoolmate during a PE lesson were shared online and people were left furious.

The photos show seventh grader Charlee Funes covered in bruises after she was beaten by her classmate. “She took her chest on my back and pushed me down,” Charlee, who attends Gardner Grade School in Grundy County, in Illinois, told 6 ABC News of the incident.

The photos were only shared by Charlee’s brother after the school refused to do address the issue.

“I was told the girl would receive two days’ suspension. And no charges would be filed against the girl because it was her first offense,” Kim Funes, Charlee’s mother, told 6 ABC News. “I taught my kids to do unto others as they want to be done unto them,” she added.

A lot of people reacted to the story and many wondered why Kim didn’t take matters in her own hands. They believed she should confront the bully’s mom and even smack her. But Kim said that she doesn’t believe she should be answering to violence with violence. “But two wrongs don’t make a right. We have to do what’s right,” she said.

After the incident gathered attention, the school district superintendent sent a statement to families assuring them that the students’ safety is their number one priority.

“In response to the incident, the District immediately began an investigation. Throughout the investigation, the District worked collaboratively with law enforcement, and took immediate action in response to the student who committed the misconduct.

“While the District is unable to share the details of the investigation and the actions taken to respond to the misconduct due to student confidentiality and privacy laws, the District takes all incidents of misconduct seriously and our student’s safety is always our first priority.”

Charlee hasn’t been to school after she was bullied and beaten because she’s afraid. She, however, is happy she has her family’s support.

We truly hope bullying will not be longer taking place in schools, or anywhere else.

Mom of Quadruplets posts before-and-after photos of her belly to shows how amazing the female body is

From the moment they are told they are carrying a baby until the moment the little bundle of joy is welcomed into the world, most moms have mixed emotions regarding the journey of nine months that most refer to as the best period of a woman’s life. No matter how happy they are, the question of whether everything was going to be fine until they hold their baby in their arms is always present, and this is especially true if the mother-to-be experienced a miscarriage before.

When their son Carson was born, parents Syman and Lindsay Hay from New Jersey were over the moon. But they always knew they wanted a big family so the thought of having more kids was still there.

However, things didn’t go as planned as Lindsay went through several miscarriages and they were told she had “poor egg quality” which meant conceiving naturally would be almost impossible.

WEEK 26 QUAD BUMPDATE! Except I’m actually 26+5 in this photo and sharing at the 27 week mark which you’ll also get an update on in a few days. If you want a sneak peek at what’s going on at week 27, have a look at my story. 🙈 But back to week 26, this was the week I found myself at the hospital for abdominal cramping that just turned out to be… Constipation. So there’s that. You’re welcome. At this point my body seems to be handling the pregnancy well aside from the 500 stretch marks that have appeared out of no where and increased pelvic pressure. There’s also the modest 49 pounds I’ve already gained or the fact that at 26+5 I’m measuring FIFTY WEEKS. Nbd. Babies are all looking great, developing on track, and baby d’s fluid that was once a bit excessive is now back in perfect range. Babies are all SUPER reactive and responsive to me poking at them. It’s truly incredible to feel 4 humans moving at one time. So grateful we have made it this far and am counting every single day as a major win. Trimester 3, I’m comin for ya. 💛 . . . . . #growbabiesgrow #quadruplets #quadmom #quadrupletsofinstagram #quadrupletpregnancy #highriskpregnancy #incompetentcervix #cerclage #emergencycerclage #preventativecerclage #higherordermultiples #rainbowbabies #hopeafterloss #wordsofaffirmation #bumpwatch #secondtrimester #pregnancyupdate #26weeks #26weekspregnant #stretchmarks #somanystretchmarks #viability #summerbabies #momofmultiples #momof5 #expecting #infertility #infertilityawareness #haysfordays #thehayquads

Doctors suggested they should try a treatment with an injectable hormone called Follistim before they turn to IVF. This gave them hope and they decided to give this treatment a go.

“The theory behind the drugs was that if I produced more than one egg per cycle, I’d catch a good one faster. We had to try this, plus timed intercourse six times, before moving on to IVF,” Lindsay told BuzzFeed.

27 WEEK QUAD BUMPDATE! This isn’t my norm update pic since I’ve been camping out at the hospital but I needed to capture the belly in all it’s glory and give everyone an update! — And tomorrow is already week 28!!! Since I had the episode of contractions last weekend they’ve been keeping me under observation and continuing to give me procardia to keep things calm. So far so good and if things continue this way for the rest of the day, I get to go home TOMORROW! Hospital life isn’t fun but I’ve had some really amazing nurses taking care of me and keeping me company. Plus I had a huge outing to the first floor for my growth scan (27 + 5) and the babies look so good! Baby A- 3 lbs. 2 oz, Baby B- 2 lbs. 6 oz., Baby C- 3 lbs. 0 oz., Baby D- 2 lbs. 13 oz.) My face is starting to swell and I’m not loving how I’m looking but these weights are everything to me and makes it all 1000% worth it. For a small person I seem to make some decent sized babies!! My spirits are good and every day my rockstar hubby @syman_1 has been bringing Carson to come see me and we push the hospital beds together so we can have dinner and watch a movie together. The hardest part of this week has definitely been being away from them and I’ve cried a bunch but we’re doing it. Can’t believe today is our last holiday as a party of 3 AND LAST DAY IN THE 2ND TRIMESTER! 🇺🇸❤️ . . . #growbabiesgrow #quadruplets #quadmom #quadrupletsofinstagram #quadrupletpregnancy #highriskpregnancy #incompetentcervix #cerclage #emergencycerclage #preventativecerclage #higherordermultiples #rainbowbabies #hopeafterloss #bumpwatch #secondtrimester #hellotrimester3 #pregnancyupdate #27weeks #27weekspregnant #stretchmarks #somanystretchmarks #viability #summerbabies #momofmultiples #momof5 #expecting #infertility #infertilityawareness #haysfordays #thehayquads

To their surprise and delight, this treatment gave them what they expected for so long, and so much more than the baby they dreamed of. Lindsay was pregnant with quadruplets, which happens once in 700,000 pregnancies.

This was awesome news, but knowing she lost babies before, both Lindsay and her husband feared for the life of the four babies she was now carrying.

“I was in a lot of denial because I was told I had poor egg quality, and I just didn’t believe it. My husband was silent and white as a ghost,” Lindsay said.

23 WEEK QUAD BUMPDATE! Interrupting my baby shower spam for a super late update. I’m actually 23 weeks and 5 days today so some of my “symptoms” are going to overlap with my 24 week update in a few days. Spoiler alert: I have a stretch mark. Actually make that three. While I know what my body is doing is incredible, I’m not ready for the sentimental comments just yet. I am having a vain moment and grieving my “perfect” stomach, ok? 🙈There was a time hubby and me wondered if I’d ever have a pregnant bump again though so I truly am grateful and embracing it, but sometimes it’s hard and I’m just keeping it real. This week we had my first cervix check post cerclage and it’s actually lengthened which is a huge relief. Babies are developing right on track, my blood pressure is great, and I’m up 35 pounds! Can’t wait to hit viability (!!!) in just two short days and check on my sweet babes again next week. Luckily, each of the ultrasounds showed the little babies were developing normally.

“You carry the pain of miscarriage with you wherever you go, and even after being on the other side with my rainbow babies here, it still hurts. I don’t think I’ll ever fully heal. It definitely made me stronger, though, and gave me new perspective and appreciation for just how big of a miracle these babies and all babies really are,” this mom-to-be said.

The pregnancy wasn’t an easy one, however, and Lindsay spoke of her fears, her anxiousness, and the uncertainty she felt all the way. On top of that, she experienced fatigues and nausea.

At 20 weeks into her pregnancy, doctors told Lindsay how her cervix was getting thin and that she had to take a lot of rest and reduce her movements. When she reached 30 weeks and 4 days, doctors told her it was the time for her bundles of joy to be delivered.

On Tuesday, July 23rd, we finally met our four little loves that I fought so hard to get here! The birth was seriously the most incredible experience of my life and I was on the biggest adrenaline high imaginable. The c section went perfectly and we even had a clear drape so that once the handy work of the doctors was over we were able to watch the babies being pulled out and delivered. They all came out kicking and screaming and breathing on their own, and their cries alone made it all worth it. This is the first baby I got to see up close and personal but we aren’t quite sure who is who since they all pretty much look identical. All blonde and delicious even if it’s hard to tell with their little tubes! But without further ado, let us introduce you to our babies. 💛 Ps, while I can’t get to every message right now just know we are so appreciative of all your kindness and support along this journey! We love you! #quadruplets #thehayquads

This brave mother gave birth via c-section and welcomed four healthy babies into the world. Because they were tiny, the quadruplets had to spend around seven weeks in the NICU after which they headed home to be around their big brother and their caring mommy and daddy.

Lindsay documented her incredible journey with a lot of photos of her huge belly and kept her Instagram followers updated. Many commented that it really takes a strong personality to give birth to four babies all at once and loved how Lindsay spoke of her pregnancy and their children.

Her fans were eager to see how life is like with five children in the house, but Lindsay couldn’t really post every day because she had her hands full. “I rarely get a minute to myself. I’m constantly in motion and have learned how to move quickly and multitask. I sleep less. I worry more. But I will say this: The expression ‘full hands, fuller hearts’ has never resonated with me more. I am so overjoyed with happiness and fulfillment, and every day I wake up wondering how I got so lucky. I have everything I prayed for and more. We are so blessed,” she wrote.

What was really special about this mother is that she breastfed all of her children. It does sound like a lot of work, but she wanted to form that special bond with each of them. The Hays are a blessed family and we wish them all the best in the years to come.

Wife in coma hears husband whisper ‘you’re a fighter’ as plug is pulled

This is the amazing story of a mother and a wife from Arizona named Lyndee. One day, as this 45-year-old woman’s son entered the house, he saw her helplessly laying on the floor.

Seeing his mother in such state terrified him very much, but he pulled himself together and called 911. Lyndee was quickly rushed to hospital where she stayed for 12 days.

The medics were unable to identify the reason for Lyndee’s condition. And as her husband Steve, her daughter Amanda, and her son Steven prayed for a miracle, doctors said there was nothing that could be done and advised the family to turn off her life support.

Hearing this, her family decided to do what they were told. They also agreed for Lyndee’s organs to be donated afterwards as she always said she wanted to be an organ donor.

“My family knows I am an avid organ donor so when my organs started to fail, they made the decision — it was time to make that decision,” Lyndee would later explain.

Family members visited Lyndee to say that final goodbye to the amazing woman that she has always been. But, no one knew that Lyndee wasn’t brain dead as everyone believed. She could hear every word her loved ones said to her during the time she was in coma.

The phenomenon of being unable to move and react, but being able to hear is known as being “locked in,” and Lyndee was experiencing it firsthand.

“I remember people talking to me,” Lyndee recalled. “I remember when people came to visit, my niece reading to me.”

When the time came for Lyndee’s husband to say goodbye, he said, “You’re a fighter. I need you to fight.”

This made Lyndee even more determined to find the strength to tell everyone that she was still there.

“In my head, it was very clear what I was saying, but it wasn’t to them,” she explained.

Then, at one moment, she whispered, “I’m a fighter.”

Both her family and the doctors were left in complete shock. Steve even told the doctors how they made a huge mistake as his wife did everything they said she wouldn’t do ever again. She woke up, and spoke.

Amanda recalled the moment she found out her mother was alive. “I looked at her, and she just says, ‘Hi,’ and I just fell to my knees,” she said.

The road to full recovery was a long and a tough one as Lyndee had to learn how to walk and feed herself again. She also experienced a number of health issues along the way and underwent four surgeries.

“They released me with home healthcare to continue learning everything,” she said.

Now, four years after she fell in coma, Lyndee Brown Pellettiere-Swapp still has no answer of why she fell unconscious that day. She doesn’t even know how she woke up from the coma. But what’s important is that she’s doing great now.

She wants others to hear her story and know that “Just because you’re not conscious doesn’t mean you can’t hear.”

“So you should talk to your loved ones if you are in that situation. They hear you,” she told CBS 5 Arizona.

Her story teaches us that we should never take things for granted and we should always make sure we tell our family and friends how much we love them as life can turn for the worse when we least expect that.

“Keep your family close and don’t let them go. I don’t take for granted that I get to come home and kiss my mom,” Lyndee’s son Steven said.

“Every day I come home from work, seeing her and talking to her,” Steven continued.

Queen Elizabeth “scolded” Harry for using offensive language a day prior to his wedding

Harry and Meghan marked their third wedding anniversary by announcing they were building its next Community Relief Center in India in partnership with World Central Kitchen through their Archewell Foundation.

They didn’t celebrate big because Meghan is heavily pregnant with the couple’s second child, a baby girl due this summer.

However, we can’t help but think back of what was one of the most watched wedding ceelbrations ever. The beautiful ceremony of tying the knot between Harry and Meghan took place on on May 19, 2018. Among the guests were a lot of celebrities such as George Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham, Serena Williams, James Corden, and Oprah Winfrey. Meghan wore a wedding dress designed by Givenchy’s then-creative director, Clare Waight Keller, and the stunning Queen Mary’s bandeau tiara which belonged to the Queen’s grandmother, Queen Marry.

News on an incident which took place a day prior to the royal wedding involving the tiara has emerged recently.

A royal source revealed that Meghan requested from one of the Queen’s closest aides and friends, Angela Kelly, to give her the tiara to try on. Angela, who is a fashion designer and dressmaker who has served Queen Elizabeth for over 20 years, refused to allow an access to the tiara at such a short notice. It has been reported by The Mirror that Angela said how Meghan and Harry didn’t follow the royal protocol and added: “I’m very sorry, that’s not how it works. There’s protocol in place over these jewels. They’re kept under very tight lock and key. You can’t turn up and demand to have the tiara just because your hairdresser happens to be in town.”

Allegedly, Harry wasn’t happy with the answer and used rude language. The Queen was alerted of “the incident” and requested a meeting with her grandson. It was said by the royal source that she “scolded” him for behaving in such a rude manner and using “bad language.”

We can’t be sure if the royal source is telling the truth or not. The fact is that the royal family is now experiencing a “turmoil” and trying to reconcile their differences after the Sussexes stepped down from their royal duties, left Britain, and accused the Royals of many things, including racism.

“You’re free to go home:” Fox host Sean Hannity slams Prince Harry over First Amendment comments

The infamous Oprah interview placed the Sussexes under the spotlight and their work and life in America is now number one discussed topic, especially because they are giving even more interviews and speak publicly of their life as Royals and how everything changed after they left Britain.

Recently, both Harry and Meghan were part of a television fundraiser VAX Live: The Concert to Reunite the World

Harry, however, seems to be more present in the media, which he tends to slam whenever he gets an opportunity. Speaking on the Armchair Expert podcast, Harry touched on a lot of topics. Among the rest, he spoke of his upbringing and said how his father, Prince Charles, handed down a “cycle” of “genetic pain and suffering” and how he wants to break that cycle.

“I don’t think we should be pointing the finger or blaming anybody. But certainly when it comes to parenting, if I’ve experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I’m going to make sure that I break that cycle so that I don’t pass it on basically,” Harry said.

Shutterstock

“There’s a lot of genetic pain and suffering that gets passed on anyway, as parents we should be doing the most that we can to try and say ‘you know what that happened to me, I’m going to make sure that doesn’t happen to you.’”

Harry continued: “I never saw it, I never knew about it, and then suddenly I started to piece it all together and go OK so this where he went to school, this is what happened.

“I know this bit about his life, I also know that’s connected to his parents. So that means that he’s treating me the way that he was treated. Which means how can I change that for my own kids?”

Shutterstock

He explained how he wanted to leave the royal life when he was in his twenties and admitted he started therapy.

Harry also said that he feels more free now that he lives in the States but described America’s First Amendment as “bonkers” and added that you can find a loophole in anything. “I believe we live in an age now where you’ve got certain elements of the media redefining to us what privacy means. There’s a massive conflict of interest,” Harry said.

Source: Youtube/FoxNews

This didn’t make Fox host Sean Hannity happy so he decided to teach Prince Harry a lesson. During his lengthy monologue, Hannity said:

“I have a message for Harry, who is now attacking one of America’s most sacred rights, the freedom of speech under our First Amendment. Harry, we really don’t need you coming from England to give us lectures on the First Amendment.

“And if he can’t understand the importance of free expression and the importance of constitutional principles that allow for a free exchange of ideas and ideals and opinions that have made America the greatest country on Earth. Maybe it’s time for you to move to a place more compatible with your restrictive ideas.”

Source: Youtube/FoxNews

The host added that it was the amendment that actually allowed Harry to trash his family during the Oprah interview and other occasions.

“We don’t really need lectures about customs or sacred freedoms,” Hannity continued.

“And by the way, you’re free to go home, make amends at the palace with the people that you and your wife hurt deeply. And by the way, you’re enjoying the freedoms protected under the First Amendment as you’re living in America and an expensive place. Let not your heart be troubled.”

However, many found Harry’s appearance on the podcast humorous and beautiful as he also touched on many light-hearted things.

Simon Cowell says his old “scary” electric bike he hurt his back on was a death trap

Simon Cowell, the judge of the X Factor and Got Talent shows, suffered a very bad accident after he fell off his electric bike last year. Sadly, he hurt his back and had to undergo a six-hour surgery. At the time, he posted on Twitter thanking the well-wishers and giving them advice to be extra careful when using an electric bike for the first time, thus saying they have to read the manual thoroughly.

Cowell’s recovery took some time, but thankfully, he’s now feeling great and is back to his job commitments.

Speaking of his incident, Cowell shared with Extra TV that he was in a complete shock when he saw the X-ray of his back. “I knew I’d broken my back the minute I landed. It was really, really kind of sudden and it hurt,” he said. “It could have been a lot worse. When I saw the X-ray, I really nearly could have smashed my spine to pieces, so I literally wouldn’t have been able to walk.”

People Magazine reported at the time, that it only took Cowell two days after the surgery to start walking again.

Shutterstock

According to Daily Mail, Cowell is in excellent shape and makes sure he walks several hours a day in order to stay fit.

“Cowell hasn’t worn trainers as much as he does now for over 20 years,” a source told Daily Mail. “He feels fitter than ever before and is keeping to a normal routine rather than being on the phone until into the early hours of the morning.”

Shutterstock

Last week, TMZ reported to have spotted Cowell riding a new electric bike, very different from the one he hurt his back on.

“First of all, I bought a crazy, crazy bike,” Simon told TMZ. ”Even though [the bike he had his accident on] had pedals on, this is not what I would call an electric bike.

“The one I had was basically a motorcycle with an electric engine when you have to wear a proper crash helmet, leathers. This thing was nuts,” he added. “I didn’t know how powerful it was before I got on it. And I fly 6-8 feet in the air and landed on my spine.”

Simon is set to start filming the new season of America’s Got Talent soon.

Homeowner powerless to remove woman squatting on her property because “the rules are set up in favor of tenants”

Fiona, a hairdresser from Melbourne, Australia, found herself in a very bizarre situation from which there is no way out.

Namely, a homeless woman named Heidi Withers moved to Fiona’s property and refuses to leave the land. She didn’t only place a mattress there, but a bunch of her belongings, including a fridge, and started squatting in a makeshift campsite.

“It’s not just a mattress or a bed. It’s everything. It’s fridges, it’s a couch and god knows what else, all her things are all out there,” the desperate homeowner told Nine News show A Current Affair. “She’s camping there. She’s essentially squatting outside my unit. It’s my place, I am the owner. You would think that I have a say as to who stays there.”

Credit: YouTube Screenshot/ Nine News

But Heidi isn’t the only person living on Fiona’s private property. She has also invited two other people to live with her.

Fiona is desperate as authorities say she doesn’t have the right to remove Heidi from her front garden. The president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Leah Calnan, says the rules are set up in favor of tenants rather than landlords.

The biggest issue is that Fiona doesn’t live in the house herself. Now, in order for her to be able to remove the trespassers, she would have to evict the tenant she’s renting her house to, and that’s a complicated issue.

“I don’t want to evict him. But I do want to evict Heidi from my property. She’s not welcome there. I certainly don’t want anyone to be homeless, but I need something to happen,” Fiona added.

“If she’s got nowhere to go, I’m sure a shelter will help her. There’s got to be help out there.”

Fifth-grade teacher asks students to share a story with a moral at the end of it

Teaching young children is the most humble thing ever. Although they misbehave and are hard to deal with at times, they can really make your day whenever you feel down. So, I guess that being a teacher really is one heck of a cool job.

One fifth-grade teacher gave her students an interesting assignment. Namely, she asked them to get their parents tell them a story with a moral. The teacher did expect for those stories to be interesting, but what one of the students had to share with the rest of the class left her in disbelief.

This is totally hilarious. Take a look at what the students shared.

Susie said “We live on a farm and I was collecting eggs from the hen house one day. I gathered the eggs and put them in my basket and set off running toward the house. While running I tripped over a rock and smashed all of the eggs.”
“So what’s the moral of the story Susie?” Asked the teacher.
“Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket,” said Susie.

Next it was Billy’s turn to go.
“We also live on a farm,” said Billy. “We have incubators to help our eggs hatch. One night there was a thunderstorm and lightning knocked out the power to the incubators.”
“So what’s the moral of that story Billy?” Asked the teacher.
“Don’t count your chickens before they hatch,” said Billy.

The teacher turned to Janie. “Janie, do you have a story to share?’
“Yes ma’am. My daddy told me a story about my Mommy. She was a Marine pilot in Desert Storm, and her plane got hit. She had to bail out over enemy territory, and all she had was a flask of whiskey, a pistol, and a survival knife.
She drank the whiskey on the way down so the bottle wouldn’t break, and then her parachute landed her right in the middle of 20 Iraqi troops. She shot 15 of them with the pistol, until she ran out of bullets, killed four more with the knife, till the blade broke, and then she killed the last Iraqi with her bare hands.
“Good Heavens,’ said the horrified teacher. ‘What did your Daddy tell you was the moral to this horrible story?”
“He said don’t mess with Mommy when she’s been drinking.”

Trucker gives the funniest order ever for breakfast at his favorite restaurant

Although the stereotype that “blondes are dumb” doesn’t do any harm, many times people actually believe this is true and as a result there are many jokes of people, mostly women, with this hair color.

I believe these people are as smart as the rest, (which is even scientifically proven), but the jokes about them always make me laugh really hard.

This one, however, shows that blondes are witty and intelligent and won’t let anyone mess around with them.

A trucker came into a truck stop cafe and placed his order. “I want three flat tires, a pair of headlights and a pair of running boards.”

The brand new blonde waitress, not wanting to appear stupid, went to the Kitchen and said to the cook, “This guy out there just ordered three flat Tires, a pair of headlights and a pair of running boards.

What does he think this place is, an Auto Parts store?
“No,” the cook said. “Three flat tires mean three pancakes, a pair of Headlights is two eggs sunny side up, and running boards are 2 slices of Crisp bacon.”

“Oh , OK!” said the blonde. She thought about it for a moment and then Spooned up a bowl of beans and gave it to the customer.

The trucker asked, “What are the beans for, Blondie?”

She replied, “I thought while you were waiting for the flat tires, Headlights and running boards, you might as well gas up!”

Has this made you laugh?

The nickname Prince William has for Charlotte means “small, sweet, and delicate” in French

The life of the Royals has always been of great interest to the wide public, so it’s not surprising that people can’t wait to get a glimpse or learn something more about Britain’s most famous family.

Back in 2019, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a rare video of them and their children at Kate’s impeccably breathtaking garden created at the world’s most prestigious flower show, the Chelsea Flower Show, which “features the very best that the gardening world has to offer, from cutting-edge garden design to dazzling floral displays from every corner of the globe,” as put by House Beautiful.

Shutterstock

The sneak-peak shared on Instagram shows some adorable moments the family shared, among which one between Prince William and his girl, Charlotte, which reveals his nickname for her. As he’s swinging on a rope, he asks Charlotte to push him and could be heard calling her “Mignonette.”

In French, this cute-sounding word means “small, sweet, and delicate” or “cute.” At the same time, it stands for gentle and kind.

But did you know that Kate also has a nickname for her daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, whose name pays tribute to her great-grandfather, Prince Charles, her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, as well as her grandma Princess Diana?

A mom named Laura-Ann posted on Instagram that she met Kate during the Princess’ trip to Northern Ireland in 2019 and the two engaged in a casual conversation when Kate revealed how she calls her only daughter. “She asked how old Bertie is, and I said he is four and she said, ‘Oh, he’s the same age as Lottie.’ She calls her Lottie!”

Source: Instagram/ kensingtonroyal

That nicknames have always existed in the Royal family speaks the one late Princess Diana gave to her son, Prince William. Apparently, she called him wombat. “When we went to Australia with our parents, and the wombat, you know, that’s the local animal, so I just basically got called that, not because I look like a wombat, or maybe I do,” William said in 2007, according to Marie Claire. “I can’t get rid of it now. It began when I was two.”

Source: Instagram/ _kate_middleton_royal

According to The Sun, Prince William has a bunch of nicknames for his wife, among which, darling, babe, babykins, and poppet. But it isn’t just William who calls Kate other than her real name, Catherine, which she says she prefers over Kate, but Harry too. It has been revealed recently, that Harry calls his sister-in-law Cath, and we think that’s adorable.

Salesman sells car at discount to an attractive blonde and makes the old couple angry

Let’s get honest, most men fall for attractive blondes, and well, this salesman of used cars is not an exception. Although he promised he would hold a Mercedes car for an elderly couple, an attractive blond showed up and he couldn’t resist her so he decided to sell the car to her instead.

He even gave her a huge discount leaving the elderly couple without their car…or maybe not.

Take a look at the story below and get ready to have some laugh!

A retired older couple return to a Mercedes dealership where the salesman has just sold the car they were interested in to a beautiful, leggy, busty blonde in a mini skirt and a halter top. The old man was visibly upset. He spoke to the salesman sharply. “Young man, I thought you said you would hold that car till we raised the $55,000 asking price,” said the older man. “Yet I just heard you closed the deal for $45,000 to the lovely young lady there.”
“And if I remember right, you had insisted there was no way you could discount this model.” The salesman took a deep breath, cleared his throat and reached for a large glass of water. “Well, what can I tell you? She had the cash ready, didn’t need any financing help, and, Sir, just look at her, how could I resist?” replied the grinning salesman sheepishly.

Just then the young woman approached the senior couple and gave the car keys to the old man. “There you go,” she said. “I told you I could get that idiot to lower the price. See you later, Dad!”

35-year-old father was stabbed to death after he tried to stop a fight

A 35-year-old father lost his life after he was stabbed with a knife in the heart. His only guilt was that he intervened in a fight between his cousin, Shakeel Jabbaar, and his half-brother, Montell Williams, with two 17-year-old teenagers.

The deadly incident took place in Sheffield, England.

Right after he was stabbed, Marcus Ramsay was rushed to the Northern General Hospital where he was declared dead.

Over 150 people witnessed the fight. Many say they could clearly see the teenagers carrying knives. One of them slashed Ramsey’s cousin and that is when Ramsey decided to try and stop them from fighting. Sadly, he was then stabbed in the heart.

The 17-year-old suspects have been identified as Isaac Ramsey, not related to Ramsay, and Ruben Moreno.

“There were witnesses around. They say Isaac Ramsey was holding a knife,” Prosecutor David Brooke said of the CCTV footage of the fight. “You will see when we watch the CCTV in particular Isaac Ramsey gesturing towards Montell Williams and Marcus Ramsay and you can also see on the video Ruben Moreno was stood next to Isaac Ramsey with his hand poised and ready on his right hip where he also had a knife.”

According to The Mirror, Brooke further stated that “Both defendants went on the run and neither was arrested until some weeks later. When they were finally arrested, they were interviewed but both made no comments to any questions. Ruben Moreno now admits he did have a knife that night and he used it to stab Marcus Ramsay to death but he now claims he was acting in self-defense.”

Both Isaac Ramsey and Ruben Moreno have been charged in the case of Ramsey. Moreno has been charged with a single charge of murder and Ramsey has been charged with two counts of wounding with intent and possession of an article with a blade or point.

The incident took place in August of last year but the suspects have been charged just recently and they are still awaiting a trial.

Rest in peace Marcus Ramsay.

4-year-old Cash Gernon, who was abducted from his crib, died of “multiple stab wounds”, examiner finds

According to a report by the Dallas County Medical Examiner, four-year-old Cash Gernon, whose lifeless body was found on the street after he was kidnapped from his crib, died of multiple stab wounds, as reported by local news station CBS DFW.

At the time of his abduction, Cash and his twin brother were living with their dad’s girlfriend who was taking care of them all by herself since the father has been absent from March.

They boy’s mother had no idea where her boys were. It was reported by CBS News that she was searching for them extensively and only found out about their whereabouts after she was informed of her son’s death. As for now, her other son has been reunited with her.

The suspect, in what was described as a very violent case of kidnapping and murder, is 18-year-old Darriynn Brown. He was identified thanks to the surveillance footage from the home where the victim was living. Brown has been charged with kidnapping and burglary, but more charges are likely “pending results from a forensic analysis,” as reported by The Sun.

The suspect’s mother said he had mental issues but doesn’t believe he’s capable of committing such a cruel act.

The relationship between the suspect and the child or his family hasn’t been revealed yet and the reasons behind the killing remain unknown.

The boy was reported missing by his father’s girlfriend at 10.48 a.m. while his body was spotted by a passerby earlier, at 6.40 a.m. In the meantime, police was going door to door in hopes of establishing the boy’s identity.

“The closer I get to it, I can tell it’s a human because I see hands… and I see legs,” the person who alerted the police told CBS DWF. “To see a child covered in blood in the middle of the street? It’s truly traumatizing.”

According to The Dallas Morning News, the deadly wounds little Cash sustained were from “an edged weapon.”

Married teacher who had sex with 13-year-old student at school while his classmate watched gets 20 years in prison

Brittany Zamora, a former 6th-grade teacher at Las Brisas Academy, was sentenced to 20 years in jail on charges of sexual conduct with a minor, attempted molestation of a child, and public sexual indecency. She pleaded guilty and started serving her sentence in 2019.

The married teacher, 28, started her relationship with a 13-year-old student after the two started chatting on an online instruction school app – Class Craft. Allegedly, she invited her students to chat with her because she was bored, and soon, she and the 13-year-old boy started talking about sex.

One of the texts the teacher sent read: “If I could quit my job and have sex with you all day long, I would.” In another conversation, the boy wrote that he wanted to have sex with her to which she replied: “I know baby! I want you every day with no time limit.”

She would also sent him nude pictures regularly. On one occasion, the two had sex in the school and one of the boy’s friends was forced to be the lookout. Later, he told the police: “They were just doing it. It was very uncomfortable.”

What was going on between Zamora and the 13-year-old boy came to light after his stepmother noticed he was acting strangely and installed a parental monitoring app called “Sentry” on his phone. It alerted her whenever the boy would receive a message including explicit content.

The case was reported to the police and the rest of the students’ parents were alerted of the incident. “It just freaked me out right away,” one of the parents said. “That’s just crazy. I can’t even connect that. That’s wrong.”

During the court hearing, Zamora’s lawyer, Belen Olmeda Guerra, defended her client and tried to put the blame on the boy, describing him as “aggressive” and “obsessive.”

“I have represented Brittany Zamora for almost 16 months and I can tell you that she is not a monster. Brittany is not a predator and this was not between a young child and Brittany,” she attorney said, as per The Sun. “This was a teenager…She is not a danger to society.”

Zamora will also have to register as a sex offender.

The mother of the missing 2-month-old baby who was searched for at dumpsters, landfills and garbage trucks is arrested

A two-month-old baby named Kyon Jones went missing on May 5, but the case was only reported to the authorities two days later.

The search was very extensive, with a huge number of officers searching various Virginia landfills that accept DC Metro trash and rummaging through dumpsters and garbage trucks servicing the DC area.

The baby has been described as “a black male infant, with brown hair and brown eyes.” Not much information had been released except for the fact that the little one was last seen on Wednesday on the 1500 Block of Benning Road NE and that his mother remains “the sole person of interest,” as per District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser.

“They are early in the investigation,” said Mayor Bowser. “She’s the only person of interest. She is not [in custody],” he said when asked about the baby’s mother on Monday, according to according to WRIC.

However, more news on the case came May 11, as ABC 13 News reported that the child’s mother confessed that she put the dead child in a dumpster after she found him not breathing. Allegedly, it was the boy’s father who reported the case of a missing child after the boy’s mom, 37-year-old Ladonia Boggs, told him he couldn’t pick him up because someone from the Child Protective Services already did so.

He got suspicious and alerted the DC’s Child and Family Services Agency and the police. When they initially confronted the mother, she stood by the claim that her child was taken away by the Services, which of course was proved right away not to be true.

Boggs was arrested on felony murder charges, but the only charges discusses at court were those related to tampering with evidence. She, however, is still facing murder charges and is expected to get back in court in November, as reported by ABC 13 News.

Emaciated dog sleeping on a pile of tiles undergoes the sweetest transformation

Those people who dedicate a great deal of their time and life to saving animals in need of help and changing their lives for the better deserve special place in Heaven.

The staff at one of the best animal rescue organizations there are, Howl of a Dog, are those types of people who would go to great lengths to rescue as many homeless and vulnerable animals as possible. The video of one of their latest rescue missions is so touching that we can’t help but shed tears of joy for the sweet dog named Arnia who was given a new lease on life.

Arnia and her friends were forced to fend for themselves and lived in the yard of a rundown garage. The day they were rescued was a cold one, and the four dogs were found lying on a pile of tiles.

Arnia’s health condition was very bad. She was emaciated, anemic and dehydrated, and was diagnosed with muscular spasms and giardiasis. She weighted only 13 pounds, which is half the normal weight of a canine her size.

After her rescue, Arnia, whose name means ‘as strong as an eagle,’ got a bath and was given food.

It only took one month for this gentle and beautiful dog to undergo an incredible transformation. She got used to be around other dogs and is now happier than she could ever be.

Although Arnia is in Romania, she can be adopted internationally. If you want to learn more about her story and the rescue organization check out the video below.

Stepdad sold his 12-year-old stepdaughter to 70 truck drivers for five euros and a pack of cigarettes

A man from the German city of Schweinfurt has been arrested on suspicion of selling his 12-year-old step-daughter to truck drivers for five euros and a pack of cigarettes.

The story of the girl who was subjected to horrible emotional and sexual abuse angered millions who heard of her ordeal.

The evil stepfather, Thomas S, 49, was reported to have sold his stepdaughter to over 70 people. He would take her at motorway service stations and offer her to truckers claiming he was doing that “to make her confident about her own body.” He was arrested after one of the truck drivers Thomas approached and offered his stepdaughter to called the police and reported him, as per The Sun.

At the time of his arrest, Thomas and the girl were inside an Audi at a motorway station.

According to witnesses, the girl was abused by a Romanian truck driver named Hartmut N three days prior to Thomas’ arrest. Allegedly, Thomas filmed the assault on his iPhone and used the video to incriminate Hartmut N who is now also in custody and awaiting a separate trial, as reported by The Sun.

Investigation revealed that the girl was violated 72 times, details of which were read in court. The prosecutor revealed that the girl’s mother, Brigitte, 39, who was given custody of her daughter from the girl’s biological father at a family court in Bad Kissingen, was well aware of everything that was going on.

According to The Sun, Prosecutor Gabriel Seuffert said in court that Brigitte and Thomas also abused the girl and forced her to walk naked around the house “in order to have fun exploring her own body in the future.”

Thomas pleaded guilty. He didn’t even try defending himself, and even if he did, everything spoke against him, including the videos of the cases of abuse and the naked photos of his stepdaughter.

The girl is currently placed in an orphanage and is getting treatments which would hopefully help her overcome the trauma she was forced to suffer. As for the wrongdoers, we hope they rot in jail.

4-year-old boy with speech difficulties calls police after mum collapses at home

We often say that there is nothing a parent wouldn’t do for the well-being of their children, but the great thing is that the same counts for the children.

A four-year-old boy named Essa, from Nottingham, England, did something amazing for his mother when she needed it the most. Namely, his mom Charlotte Khan suffered a seizure at home, felt, and cut her head. Unfortunately, she lost consciousness and there was no one around except for her son who could help her.

Quick-thinking Essa, who is experiencing speech difficulties, grabbed his police-car toy, read the emergency services number written on it, and called the police.

The phone call lasted for 17 minutes and Essa struggled to explain what had happened and why he was looking for help. He was able to pronounce short sentences such as “muma fall down” and “muma hurt.” Luckily, it was more than enough for the officers to act, as per The Sun.

Four officers and an ambulance arrived at the Khans home and were able to help Charlotte.

“When the police came they were able to wake me up and without them coming I don’t know how long I would have been unconscious for. I am so proud of him. Even the police were saying that they couldn’t believe what he had managed to do,” mom Charlotte told The Sun.

PC Reece Morris, from Nottinghamshire Police, said: “For such a young lad he really did a fantastic job for his mom and should be really proud of himself.

“He kept calm, remembered what he’d learned about the police and did exactly the right thing.”

What a smart and lovely boy!

Climate activists invade farmer’s private land so he covers them all in raw sewage from his farm

That the global warming is a real thing which poses threat to our Planet is something we should all be aware of, the sooner the better. In fact, there are a great number of organizations that do the best of their abilities to find a solution to this problem and raise awareness of the negative consequences it might have on the Earth. Of course, there are also those who are still convinced that global warming is just a hoax and don’t do anything in order to reduce their environmental footprint.

A large group of activists who decided to protest against the climate changes found themselves in a big, smelly trouble.

Source: YouTube Screenshot

Namely, the group protested against genetically modified foods by placing tents on a farmer’s private property.

The farmer wasn’t happy about all those people invading his space so he asked them multiple times to leave his farm, but to no avail. Not only they didn’t leave, but they invited more people over. That is when the farmer decided he had it enough and took matters into his own hands.

Believe it or not, he hooked a septic trailer to his tractor, headed to where the protesters were, and sprayed them with the sewage from his farm. Needless to say, they were so disgusted that they had no other choice but to leave the farmer’s land.

Source: YouTube Screenshot

Once the Internet community heard of what had happened, the story went viral. Some people defended the farmer and believed he had the right to act as he did while others said that he went too far and could have handled the situation more “gently.”

You can take a look at the whole story in the video below. What are your thoughts?

The throne Prince Philip used to sit in is missing as Queen makes first public appearance since funeral

After the death of Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, who was a loyal husband of 73 years to Her Majesty The Queen, things started taking a different turn in the royal family.

Royal experts believe that Queen Elizabeth will “fade away” as Prince Charles will be given more duties and more freedom when it comes to making decisions about the family. One of the things experts believe will happen after he succeeds the throne is to ditch his son Harry and his daughter-in-law Meghan from the family. In fact, Prince Charles has been planning on “cutting the monarchy down to save costs and to make people be worth the money that they got from the taxpayer,” as reported by the Express, quoting Angela Levin, a royal expert.

However, not only Charles, but Prince William is as well expected to step up helping his grandmother who has been reigning for almost 70 years.

“Her family will step up and be by her side, but she will carry on,” a source told People in early April.

“She understands that she has a job to do, and [Philip] would have wanted her to crack on. She did do so when he retired from public life. She will never abdicate because of duty and honor and public service is so deep in her, as it was for him.”

However, according to former BBC royal correspondent Peter Hunt, Queen Elizabeth will retract from the spotlight and will likely attend meetings at Buckingham Palace just two days a week only, and leave the receptions, the garden parties, and other events to Prince Charles to host.

Her Majesty had her first public appearance on Tuesday of last week when she attended the formal opening of the British Parliament. However, now that her husband of many years is not by her side, the ceremony looked very different for the Queen. Instead of wearing a formal robe and her Imperial State Crown, she was dressed in a lilac colored outfit and a hat.

She arrived in her car, instead in a coach, and was accompanied by Prince Charles and Camilla. What also caught the eye of the press and the public is that the throne Prince Philip used to sit in was removed after 120 years. It was first installed into the Lords’ chamber for Queen Alexandra, the wife of King Edward VII, back in 1901.

Prince Charles didn’t sit next to his mother because of the strict COVID-19 regulations. Only 108 members were present, all wearing masks and having shown negative test results beforehand.

We are very glad the Queen is back to her public duties and among her people.

German prosecutor working on the case of missing Madeleine McCann believes she was killed in Portugal

Ever since then 4-year-old Madeleine McCann went missing from an apartment in Praia da Luz, in Portugal, while her parents were out having dinner, her case became “the most heavily reported missing-person case in modern history.”

Sadly, 14 years later, no one knows where Madeleine could be or whether she’s still alive, although her parents and her family never lost hope of ever seeing her again.

On May 12, what would have been her 18th birthday, her devastated parents shared a heart-wrenching message. “We love you and we’re waiting for you and we’re never going to give up.”

Unfortunately, detectives who are working on Madeleine’s case believe the girl had been murdered. German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters allegedly said that he believes the suspect in the case, Christian Brueckner, didn’t move the girl from Praia da Luz to Germany as many believe, but executed her in Portugal, as reported by the Evening Standard Newspaper. “I am optimistic we will solve this case,” Wolters added.

The prime suspect in the case, German pedophile Christian Brueckner, 44, is currently serving a seven-year sentence for raping a 72-year-old American in Praia da Luz in 2005. At the same time, he’s awaiting a trial for a separate case in which he’s charged for raping an Irish tour rep in 2004.

The investigation, which is still treated as a missing person inquiry, is ongoing.

We can’t imagine the pain Madeleine’s family is experiencing each and every day. We truly hope they will be reunited with their daughter, or will at least get a closure.

Walmart employee touches hearts with selfless act of kindness for ailing woman

Whenever I am scrolling through my Facebook account, I can’t help but notice how lots of people who spend their time on social networking sites use them for the sole purpose of posting negative and offensive comments.

It seems to me that most of us feed our ego by making others feel less worthy, and that’s really devastating.

Unfortunately, this is true in real life, too. We’ve become selfish and ignorant, and only think of our own needs and interests. That is why whenever we stumble of stories where we witness people showing empathy and compassion, we feel like there is still chance for this world to become a better place.

The following story is there to remind you that kindness is still there, among us, and to restore your faith in humanity. It was shared by a mom who witnessed the good deed done by a Walmart employee. It goes like this:

Following my appointment this morning to check on our growing baby boy, my husband and I stopped at Walmart in Evans to pick up a couple of things. As we were walking to the refrigerated section, we noticed a woman who had passed out and fallen on the floor. Being a registered nurse, my first instinct was of course to stop, assess, and be there to help. She had regained orientation, but did say she was on blood thinners and felt dizzy. So I stayed with her, along with her daughter and the Walmart personnel, until the ambulance came and tried to encourage her to stay seated. The Walmart staff was amazing. They kept in contact with dispatch as we waited on the bus to arrive.

Then there was Jason. I don’t know his last name, but this man, no questions asked got down on the floor with this woman and supported her back so she could lean against him. He literally got down on the floor to serve her, not because he was asked to do it, he wasn’t, but because he wanted to.

The media lately shows our country divided, filled with hate and racial tension, but this right here was one human being loving and serving another without condition of race or obligation. While we waited, another man stopped, knelt down and prayed over this woman. What I experienced today was love, kindness, and serving. We are human beings, each and every one of us regardless of how much pigmentation our skin has or doesn’t have. I couldn’t help but share because the media doesn’t seem to report this… the unity and the positive that occurs. This right here is real life, this is what it’s all about, not hate.

Isn’t this a fantastic thing to hear? Please share it with your loved ones!

Boy called “rabbit” and bullied for his teeth gets incredible transformation

We always tend to teach our children that they should never mock anyone for their physical appearance, but regardless, they often bully others for the way they look.

Evan Hill from New Zealand had a tough time coping with the way his classmates treated him. He was bullied and called names such as “rabbit boy” because of his front teeth who were pretty large. Not only it led for him to be a victim of bullying, but it also caused him troubles closing his mouth entirely.

His parents were well-aware of what their boy was going through but they couldn’t do much because they couldn’t afford to pay for an operation.

It wasn’t until a magazine decided to publish Evan’s story that people heard of his struggles and felt sorry for him.  It touched complete strangers to the extent that they started fundraising campaign to help him collect the money needed to change his life.

“I don’t know where we would have been today without the generosity we had,” Evan’s mother told Newshub.

Hundreds of people donated to the noble cause of helping a young boy feel confident about himself.

After the surgery was paid for, there was still money left so Evan’s family donated it to a charity that helps children get the surgeries they can’t afford.

The transformation is simply incredible. Evan now looks like a completely new boy who’s happy with the way he looks.

Take a look at it in the video below and make sure you share it with your friends. Maybe you will inspire someone to donate money for children in need of medical help.

Redneck mother sends a hilarious letter to her son

When you are away from home, the only thing that makes you feel like you’ve never left are the letters that your parents send you. They are always filled with touching words of love and encouragement that are likely to melt your heart.

But is it always like that? Well, apparently not, as some moms are so redneck that they are likely to write something like the letter you can take a look at below. You’re gonna love it as it will make you burst out laughing!

Dearest Son,

I’m writing this slow ’cause I know you can’t read fast. We don’t live where we did when you left. Your dad read in the paper that most accidents happen within twenty miles of home, so we moved. Won’t be able to send you the address as the last Arkansas family that lived here took the numbers with them for their house, so they wouldn’t have to change their address.

This place has a washing machine. The first day I put four shirts in it, pulled the chain and haven’t seen ’em since. It only rained twice this week, three days the first time and four days the second time.

The coat you wanted me to send to you, Aunt Sue said it would be a little too heavy to send in the mail with them heavy buttons, so we cut them off and put them in the pockets. We got a bill from the funeral home, and it said if we didn’t make the final payment on Grandma’s funeral bill, up she comes.

About your sister, she had a baby this morning. I haven’t found out whether if it is a boy or a girl so don’t know if you are an Aunt or Uncle. Your Uncle John fell in the whiskey vat. Some men tried to get him out, but he fought them off playfully, so he drowned. We cremated him and he burned for three days.

Three of your friends went off the bridge in a pickup. One was driving and the other two were in the back. The driver got out. He rolled down the window and swam to safery. The other 2 drowned. They couldn’t get the tail gate down.

Not much more news this time. Nothing much happened. If you don’t get this letter, please let me know and I will send another one.

Love,

Ma

P.S. I was going to send you some money, but the envelope was already sealed.
