Veteran Justin Anderson is not your ordinary neighbor. This man is one of the most selfless and most caring people you will ever meet. Despite the personal tragedies he had gone through, he still found a way to show his kindness to those who were there for him during his hardest of times.
Namely, Anderson served in Iraq where he lost his legs. His neighbors were there for him to help him overcome the pain and put his past behind. Today, he is moving around using a wheelchair which also serves as a snowplow. He custom-built it with a snow blade and inserted off-road-friendly wheels.

When snowstorms hit and everything is covered in snow, Anderson spends hours plowing it off the sidewalks thus making it easier for people to walk. He wants to keep the members of his community safe and all the people living nearby appreciate everything Anderson does for them.
Take a look at this incredible story in the video below and share it with your friends, you may inspire someone to make a good deed before Christmas.
We can never have enough of the Christmas carols that cheer us while we wait in anticipation for the holiday to knock on our doors and fill our houses with warmth. And while there are countless performances praising the Lord, none can bring so much laughter as the one of this quartet of boys singing in church.
They are all dressed up, ready to lift the Christmas spirit to the highest level and remind everyone present what the holiday is really all about, and that’s God, love, and having a bit of fun along the way.
The gospel they are about to sing is nothing like anything you’ve seen and a bit different from what the church congregation believes it should be. But it’s definitely unique and hard to forget.
The moment they let ‘their voices,’ the people understand it would be a once-in-a-lifetime performance and are eager to hear more.
They all do their best to make the performance more enjoyable, but as soon as the boy with the vest takes the spotlight, the atmosphere heats up and the real show begins. At this point no one can’t hold back their laughter.
They brought into the church a whole new mood and the people in the background lined up as ornaments on a Christmas tree only add to the overall experience.
These boys definitely know how to cheer their audience. The video of what people consider to be absolutely amazing has been seen more than six million times. The ‘comedic’ performance got the appraisal of many. One person says, “I am sure that Jesus and all of heaven was laughing when these guys performed,” and another person adds, “I really needed this laugh! Well done. God Bless these young men!”
What a wonderful show to put on stage; a clean humor that will definitely make your day.
Are you ready for some good laugh? If yes, just see the amazing gospel quartet in the video below.
When we go back to the iconic show Full House, we can’t help by think of the twins who made full careers out of it, the Olsen sisters. However, there was another set of twins who made the series what it turned out to be, one of the best and much-loved shows on TV ever. Those twins are brothers Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit who played the roles of Nicky and Alex, the sons of Uncle Jesse (John Stamous) and Aunt Becky (Lori Loughlin).
Youtube/kitankate
Full House won a number of awards, including four straight ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards and four consecutive BMI Film & TV Awards. It ran for eight seasons and gained more and more popularity with each re-run. People enjoyed this show so much that back in 2016, Netflix created a sequel, Fuller House, which to the delight of the audiences from all over the world reunited most of the cast.
Dylan and Blake were just two years old when they were cast for the show. They were part of it until it ended in 1995 and neither of them continued their career on film. However, when they returned for Fuller House, fans loved how the little twins grew into very handsome men who are now extremely successful at what they do, with Dylan winning three Emmy Awards for his post-production work for Game of Thrones and Black Sails. He’s also worked for Death Note, Jack Ryan, and Castle Rock.
The twins were said to love being on set when they were still just toddlers. However, due to child labor laws, they were not allowed to film long hours so according to them, they would only spend a couple of hours filming each day. But that, however, was more than enough for the fans and the cast to fall for them.
Speaking about Nicky and Alex at the time, Lori Loughlin told ET, “They’re definitely very independent. They do what they want to do, if you asked them to say a line or do something and they don’t want to, they won’t say their line.”
Instagram/realityduality
The twins were way too young to know the impact Full House had on people back then. But once they grew older and told people who they were, they realized the popularity of the show as there was not a single person who wasn’t addicted to the classic sitcom.
“I’ve even had people sending me fan mail when I was a teenager saying like ’this show saved my life, I’ve had this really crappy situation’,” Blake said in an interview. “That the full house family became their family and I thought ‘wow’. It’s a very wholesome show and I didn’t know it impacted people the way it did. It feels very rewarding to me to have been part of that, I’m very proud of it.”
Both twins are in the “family business” of audio engineering today. In fact, they followed into their dad’s footsteps and are very successful at what they do. Dylan started working along his dad Jeffrey right away, while Blake first worked as a firefighter for four years. He loved all about his job, except it prevented him to be close to his family, so he quit and moved back to California.
“Music and Sound Effects are such a vital part of creating these other worlds and experiences for people, and I am proud and excited to be a part of that,” Dylan told Trainwreck’d Society.
“When people come up to me excited, saying ‘oh my god that episode was amazing! How did you make that scene sound so real?! I almost puked when that guy’s head exploded!’ Making people FEEL through sound… those are the rewarding moments of my job.”

In Fuller House, the twins appeared in just two episodes and played food truck owners selling fish tacos and sleeping in their truck, to the delight of their on-screen father Jesse.
According to their Instagram accounts, the family suffered a tragedy in October of this year when their mother passed away at the age of 59.
We are glad these handsome twins are doing great and we wish them even more success in the years to come.
Christmas time represents those days of the year when even the elderly who have seen it all during their lifetime and know how hard things can get at times believe in some magic.
No matter if one is young or old, rich or poor, jolly by nature or not, everyone deserves to have cheerful holidays. And what would holidays be without the symbol, the Christmas tree?
One homeless man named John, who resides in a tent underneath New Orleans’ Pontchartrain Expressway, was getting ready for the most wonderful time of the year and did all he could to decorate a Christmas tree. Sadly, placing the tree in front of his tent was against the state’s sanitation codes, so the city just picked it up.
YouTube
He was left heartbroken, but then his story spread around and people stepped in to give him a a bunch of trees and the Christmas he deserves. Many passersby joined in in decorating another tree.
John, on the other hand, showed his kindness as well. He gave his spare trees to other people in need who couldn’t afford one. In return, those people filled his stocking with notes of sweet words written on them.
John and the rest of homeless people join in together and sing Christmas carols, and we think that’s very sweet because Christmas is all about being together and sharing the joy the holidays bring.
We hope John will celebrate his next Christmas in a new home.
Providing your dog with food and taking them out for a walk every now and then isn’t all what owners are expected to do. Dogs need to be trained as well. They have to be taught how to act around other animals and humans and to know they should never attack anyone.
Unfortunately, one of the neighbors of 6-year-old Mason Lindman never took the time to teach his dog these things and that resulted in this boy to be viciously attacked one day while he was out playing.
Mason tried to prevent an incident from taking place by reaching his hands towards the dog in a peaceful manner, but that wasn’t enough for the animal to calm down.
No one really knows what triggered such violent behavior at the dog. The rest of the kids got scared and ran away leaving Mason all by himself.
Sadly, Mason got bitten and was screaming in panic and pain and couldn’t protect himself.
“My son, he was just laying on the ground, I mean he’s six. Like he… He kind of knows what to do but… He’s never been put in a situation like that,” said Mason’s mother, Jillian Lindman.
Luckily, one very brave teen named Grant Brown found himself in the right place, at the right time and didn’t hesitate even a bit before rushing to help Mason.
Seeing Grant running towards them with high speed, the dog left Mason’s side and started chasing Grant. Mason could now get home, but Grant found himself in trouble. The dog was furious and ready to attack.
Eventually, the dog reached Grant who fell on the grass and tried to bite him. Grant got injured, but managed to escape.
Both Mason and Grant ended up at the hospital, but they will be just fine. Mason ended up with staples for his wound he sustained on the back of his head, while Grant had a deep cut on the hand.
“I looked back and my shoes came off, I tripped and fell, the dog was on top of me before I know it… And I knew that I had to keep his mouth away from me,” said Grant Brown speaking of the incident.
What Grant did for the little boy is truly heroic. Not everyone would provide help in situation like that where their life is in danger.
“I just want to give the guy a hug. There’s nothing I could do but just say thank you,” Jillian said.
Needless to say, Grant’s mom is proud of her son.
What we should all have in mind, however, is that there are no bad dogs, just bad owners who don’t spend enough time training their canines. This neighbor was fined for his dog’s action.
As for Grant, we should all learn from him and always be there for our neighbors.
7-year-old boy’s mouth was taped shut by his teacher for talking during lesson time. The boy suffered from respiratory problems and asthma and was left traumatized by the event to the extent that he refuses to go to school again. According to The Sun, he has already missed two weeks of lessons as well as the Christmas concert at Colwill School in West Auckland, New Zealand, he attends.
The boy’s mom was left horrified after her daughter, who goes at the same school, told her what happened. The boy only confessed what the teacher did after the parents asked him whether the incident really took place or not. The poor boy was afraid to speak to his mom and dad because he thought he would be in trouble.

In fact, the teacher put plastic labels on the mouth of a group of boys. However, after the mother brought up the issue, the school principal, Rob Taylor, wrote her a letter saying the rest of the kids enjoyed having their mouths taped.
Stuff obtained the principal’s letter which said: “Even though you chose not to follow the school’s complaint process, this did not stop me from dealing with this concern as if you had.”
“A careful and thorough investigation was finally able to be completed yesterday with the last of the parents of these children being interviewed. These things do take time, based on the availability of key people needing to be free to meet with us.”
“All children involved and their parents, excluding [student], have now been interviewed appropriately by the school’s Social Worker who informs me that [staff member’s] perspective that this was game [sic] that the children appeared to enjoy and wished to play with her was by all accounts the correct version of this event.”
Representational Image (Source: Getty Images | Photo by vitapix)
Neither the boy nor his family was ever offered an apology by the teacher. “I asked my 7-year-old what he thought about all this, and he said: ‘When we do something wrong in class we have to say sorry and that we won’t do it again, why can’t the teacher?’” the mother said.
All the school and the Ministry of Education offered, instead of trying to deal with the issue thoroughly, was counseling for the boy to help him with the trauma he was forced to go through.
The family, of course, wasn’t satisfied with the outcome of the incident and the boy’s mom is trying to take matters in her own hands by standing in front of the school and the building of the Ministry of Education handing flyers to the parents whose kids attend her son’s school.
Further, a representative of the Ministry, Katrina Casey, encouraged the mother to to take up the formal complaints process with the board and to “contact our local office for further advice.”
What do you think of this? How would you react if a teacher taped your kid’s mouth during lesson time?
During her rich and long career of over six decades, Elinor Donahue played many roles, but it seems like portraying Betty Anderson, the eldest child of Jim and Margaret Anderson on the 1950s American sitcom “Father Knows Best” is what she’s best remembered for. The show lasted for six years and aired on the radio. It was very popular and reached the top ten most watched American shows.
But Elinor didn’t stop at this show. In fact, while filming it, she also took part in “Crossroads” and in the “George Burns and Gracie Allen Show.” She was so busy playing in three shows that she said how she never really had the time to watch them.
“By the time we’d get home at night and have our dinner, we’d be getting ready to learn our lines, go to sleep to get up and do it again. So, I never saw the show,” she told Closer.
Elinor’s career in the film industry seemed a bright one, and her mother even sacrificed her job in order to accompany her then minor daughter on set.
After “Father Knows Best” Elinor took roles in “The Andy Griffith Show”, “Dr Kildare”, “Star Trek” and “Mork & Mindy.” This now 83-year-old iconic actress played different roles in over 70 TV Shows and many movies like Winter Wonderland and Pretty Woman.
When it comes to her private life, Elinor first married at the age of 19. According to her, tying the knot with the first person to propose to her and have a child with them would help her grow up as she felt 13 when she was 19. “I’d never had a chance to grow into a real person so I was not mature at all. I’d had no high school friends…I had this idea if I ran away and got married and had a baby I’d be a grown up.”
She recalls how her first husband, the sound man on “Father Knows Best” Richard Smith, proposed. “We had gone to see a movie and after he whispered in my ear ‘I love you and I’d like to marry you’ and I said ‘Okay,” Elinor said laughing. They had one son together and divorces six years later.
Fabiosa
A year later, Elinor married TV producer Harry Ackerman. They had three sons together and a very happy marriage and life. Then, after being married for almost 30 years, Ackerman died in 1991. The following year, the actress married for the third time in her life and is still together with her current husband Lou Genevrino.
Watch Elinor speak of her marriage and children in the video below.
Not everyone enjoys playing in the snow, especially if the temperatures are way below the zero and it’s freezing outside.
One woman though it would be great if her two horses get out of the barn and into the snow. She was certain they would have lots of fun running around and she even put some warm coats on them.
YouTube
At first, the horses were eager to get outside and enjoy the weather, but just a couple of seconds later they changed their minds. Was it too cold for them to handle? We guess so.
Take a look at the hilarious moment these stunningly elegant animals realize running in the snow wasn’t really the best idea.
One doesn’t need to be rich in order to make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate or in need of help and some love. On the contrary, all one needs in order to impact others is to have a heart of gold.
So, what’s a better time for spreading kindness and positivity if not the most beautiful period of the year, Christmas time?
Jim Annis of Sanford, North Carolina is the real life Santa for a great number of kids. This 80-year-old man has been making toys for children for over 50 years and his age won’t stand on his way of putting smiles on so many tiny faces.
Facebook / Jim Annis
His creations are unique as he puts a lot of love in handcrafting each and every one of them.
Believe it or not, Jim sends over 300 toys a year to his local Salvation Army. This incredible man, who is also a veteran, says, “When the Salvation Army gives out the food and clothes to people in this area, I give out my toys. It feels like you’re sort of forgotten about at Christmas time.”
He makes the toys from wooden scraps he collects from his neighbors and spends about $1,000 himself on the wheels and the paint.
Facebook / Jim Annis
“My dad worked but didn’t make a lot of money. It’s hard to have a big Christmas with five kids. I love it when people ask me how much do I get paid for making these toys. I tell them my pay is when I see the smile on kids’ faces. I hope to be able to do this until my toes curl up,” Jim says.
We need more people like this man in the world, who remind us what Christmas is all about, and that’s love and sharing.
Take a look at the video below to learn more of Jim’s project.
The old but gold TV shows not only remind us of what life was like back in the day, but also bring a feeling of nostalgia for the good old times.
Among the shows that marked the ’60s was definitely the CBS sitcom Gilligan’s Island. Created and produced by Sherwood Schwartz, the show followed the adventures of seven castaways who tried to survive on an island on which they had been shipwrecked. It ran for three seasons and people loved it.
Youtube/Studio10
As most of the cast members were already famous names when the show aired, one in particular was looking for a breakthrough in the film industry and found it with this show. It was beautiful Dawn Wells who played the role of Mary Ann Summers, a character perceived by the fans as the girl next door.
Youtube/Studio10
In fact, Wells’ role was supposed to be a minor one, but people loved her so much that she became one of the most beloved actresses on the show.
Wells got into acting while at college in the small town of Columbia, Missouri, when she first discovered the drama division and was part of a couple of plays. After university, she headed to the Mecca of film, Hollywood. As any other new actor, this beautiful and talented young lady who won several beauty pageants, including Miss Nevada, Wells started with small roles.
“I went to work right away,” she recalled. “I was trained, I studied for it, but I was lucky. There was a lot of stuff being filmed and quite a bit going on in the 60s in television. I probably had two or three auditions a day. I did a couple of movies, but you’d get guest spots on all these TV shows. You’d work right away.”
After making a name for herself with Gillian’s Island, Wells recalled the days that preceded getting that role. “I went in and tested with I don’t know how many girls. There were quite a few. It was the people, we all grew up together. All the ingénues were auditioning, and I got it. But you would go on so many auditions, and you never knew what you were going to get.”
Youtube/Studio10
“I had an image in my mind of what she should be, wearing denim and a ponytail,” she continued. “I knew who she should be, and I think when you do stage a lot, you can do that. You lock in what and who the character is. They didn’t give you a description. I don’t even remember how many people auditioned for the role. You would do it for two or three days in a row, and they would either call you back or not.”
Youtube/Studio10
The cast members all became really good friends.
Wells spoke of the relationship between them and told Forbes: “Gilligan you don’t think of as a romantic partner. Alan [Hale, the Skipper] was more like a father. But the professor had everything: good looks, a sense of humor, was very intelligent. Bob [Denver] and I were really close friends. So was Alan [Hale]. He could pick up Tina [Louise] in one arm, me in the other at the same time, he was so strong. Ms. Howell and I also became really good friends.”
Fans, however, somehow always chose between the character of Wells and that of co-star Tina Louise who played the glamorous movie star Ginger Grant.
Shutterstock
Wells has only married once and her marriage lasted for eight years. “Well, I don’t believe in just living together. I think you either commit to it or you don’t,” she said, referring to her busy life which consisted of being on the road all the time.
The actress was also part of a number of spin-offs of Gilligan’s Island, but turned to the stage instead of focusing on film.
Wells is 82 years old and looks incredible. She is definitely one of those celebrities who defy age. On top of that, she’s still really active and not even the pandemic can stop her from doing what she loves best; acting.
When there’s a will, there’s a way, they say, and I guess the life story of the homeless teen Tupac Mosley proves this to be very accurate.
The life of this 17-year-old boy from Memphis, Tennessee, was a rough one. After his father died, his family struggled to make ends meet and they eventually ended up homeless. They were spending their days moving houses, but couldn’t afford to cover the rent.
Being in a situation like this is hard for everyone, but it’s especially challenging for people Tupac’s age. Most teens who would find themselves facing such obstacles would probably fail behind their grades and show poor school performance. But Tupac was determined not to let that happen to him. He knew that working hard and never stopping pursuing his dreams would get him out of the unpleasant situation.
At the end of his senior year, Tupac maintained a GPA of 4.3 and became his class’ valedictorian. He received numerous acceptance letters from various universities and more than $3 million in scholarship money. Fascinating, indeed.
“Never let your current situation, whatever circumstances you’re going through, be a mountain that you can’t climb,” Mosley said in his valedictorian speech.
He decided to continue his education at the Tennessee State University in Nashville where he will major in electrical engineering.
Tupac is an example that hard work and dedication can take you anywhere you want. We wish him success and all the luck in life.
74-year-old woman named Theresa Toledo suffered horrific death after their house was set on fire.
The Omaha, Nebraska lady filed a protection order against her 27-year-old grandson asking from the police to remove him from her basement where he lived. She feared for her safety and for that of her daughter and her partner because her grandson, Alexander Toledo, was using drugs and hallucinogenic mushrooms thus behaved unreasonably. He even had a meth lab in the basement, playing with the installation.
UPDATE: “I’m afraid he will start my house on fire.” The home owner, Theresa Toledo, 74, wrote that in a petition for a protection order against her grandson Alexander Toledo. Filed yesterday. Theresa Toledo and her daughter Angela died in the fire. https://t.co/VLwJu2FOAe
“I need Alex out of my house now before he destroys my house or harms me, the drugs make him crazy,” Theresa wrote.
“I told Alex that he needs help to get off the drugs and get a job. He has put holes in the basement walls where he stays and you can’t even walk in the basement. He had electronics in the walls and ceiling. I’m afraid he will start my house on fire.”
Sadly, both Theresa and her daughter, Alex’s mother, died in a house explosion just a day after her request was granted. The police ordered Alex to leave the basement, but it was way too late already.
“I need Alex out of my house now before he destroys my house or harms me, the drugs make him crazy,” Theresa Toledo wrote Monday in a protection order against her grandson. Theresa & her daughter died in Tuesday’s blast, which is still under investigation.https://t.co/jVF4Qj5qtO
Alex sustained severe injuries himself and is currently being treated at the burns unit in Kansas City, while late Theresa’s partner, Larry Rodriguez, remains in a critical condition.
Alexander Toledo is a man of trouble with a criminal past. Before the tragic incident in which his mother and grandmother lost their lives, he was charged with shoplifting and later spent seven days in jail on charges of drug abuse.
The authorities are yet to determine the exact cause of how the fire started.
Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. Christians from all over the world celebrate the birth of Jesus, our savior.
Besides the lights and the Christmas trees, all the incredibly beautiful Christmas songs add to the magic of the most amazing period as well. Many musicians do renditions of many famous evergreens, but the one below, which is a mash-up of the voices of the King of Rock ‘n Roll, Elvis Presley, and Susan Boyle is totally worth watching and listening to.
YouTube
There’s not much to be said of Presley that you don’t know already. He was truly one-of-a-kind, both as a musician and a performer and even years after his death, he still remains an icon whose fame can’t be reached. Boyle on the other hand, impressed the whole nation when she took the stage of Britain’s Got Talent.
Know imagine two such powerful vocals blending together for Carrie Underwood’s O Come, All Ye Faithful.
Take a look at the video below, it will send shivers down your spine, it’s that awesome.
Whether it’s singing, acting, cooking, sports, or something else, the truth is that most people out there possess certain talents. So, how come that only some of them are celebrities of some sort? Honestly, I believe that despite the skills, one needs to be truly passionate about something and not afraid of taking risks and making bold choices if they want to make a name for themselves.
Rachael Ray is just one example of that. She’s a television personality, a cook, an author, and a host. But she worked hard for what she has today and was never afraid to show the world what she has inside her, and that’s the love for cooking.
Shutterstock
In fact, Ray’s parents were restaurateurs basically their whole life so she and her siblings were used to the job there as well.
After her parents divorced, Ray’s mother had restaurants at nine different locations and that meant Ray was spending even more time helping around and learning how to perfect her cooking, although she was just a 14-year-old girl at the time.
“Good food and a warm kitchen are what makes a house a home,” Ray told Goodhousekeeping. “I always tried to make my home like my mother’s, because Mom was magnificent at stretching a buck when it came to decorating and food. Like a true Italian, she valued beautification in every area of her life, and I try to do the same. She raised me with a great aesthetic and taught me that you don’t need to be rich to live a rich life.”
Facebook/RachaelRay
During her high-school years, Ray started her own business, offering food gift-baskets called Delicious Liaisons. Some years later, she came up with the idea of offering cooking classes. In fact, she was looking for a cook teacher, but as no one applied, she took the job herself. The 30 minute meal recipes she was offering to her students later turned into her trademark. So, soon after, she had her own TV show, 30 Minute Meal, as well as a cookbook with the same name that people loved.
Today, this woman all Americans love has a contract with the Food Network, her own show, and a number of cookbooks under her belt.
Shutterstock
“She started out doing demos in stores, then landed one show, which turned into two, and then it just blew up,” chef Guy Fieri said of Ray. “Once you meet her, you understand just what a powerhouse she is. This isn’t a coincidental opportunity. She was destined for this.”
Ray has been happily married to lead singer John Cusimano, who is also the CEO of her company, Watch Entertainment. In 2006, she told ABC News: “You know, my husband is the only guy in the world I could have married. The only man that can possibly exist that doesn’t mind eating dinner at midnight, you know. I mean, he’s a really easygoing guy.”
Shutterstock
Ray and Cusimano don’t have children because they believed that would be for the best having in mind how busy they are. “I work too much to be an appropriate parent,” she told People. “I just feel like I would do a bad job if I actually took the time to literally give birth to a kid right now and try and juggle everything I’m doing.”
She is also doing a lot of charity work. Recently, Ray started the Yum-o! charity which fights against child hunger, obesity at children, and type 2 diabetes at young kids.
Shutterstock
The 52-year-old chef has always put her career first, and it wasn’t until a few years back that she decided to focus on her health and turn to a healthier lifestyle, thus lose some weight. On top of that, she started working out regularly. “Between my daytime appear, the Food Network appears, my magazine, and my books, I’m generally go, go, go,” she said speaking to Medium.
“Be that as it may, working out is my time. That is the reason I don’t utilize a coach. I’d feel like it was tied in with satisfying the coach, not fulfilling me. In addition, coaches need you to hear them out. I like tuning in to my music.”
She’s following a Mediterranean eating routine which includes a lot of fruits and veggies, whole grains and sea food. “I care about my general well being,” she said. “We’d keep awake until late having an additional piece of wine and manage stuff at work. Presently we head to sleep at 10:30 or 11. We rest better and mentally feel like we can manage our days better.”
We say Rachael Ray looks awesome, don’t you agree?
Some things never get old, in fact, they only get better over time. Just like some of the shows that were huge hits years ago and made millions stay in front of the TV in anticipation for each following episode. One of them is definitely the iconic The Carol Burnett Show.
It aired for eleven seasons and attracted a huge number of fans from all over the world. Their sketches were worth numerous prestigious awards, including Golden Globes and Emmy’s.
One of the sketches that still has the power to make people laugh is the one starring Tim Conway and Harvey Korman named The Dentist.
Korman plays the patient who has an unbearable toothache and can’t wait to get the help from the dentist. But, the dentist is not there and his newly-graduated nephew welcomes him instead. The patient is hesitant whether to take the seat and let this young dentist take care of his problem, but he has no other option.
Before the young dentist starts with the procedure, he takes out the manual and checks what he has to do. This left many in stitches.
During these hard times for the society and the social distancing, a good laughter is all we need. Check out the video below.
Losing a parent at young age can be devastating and it can change the life of that child forever. It’s not that the pain is any different when we are older, but at least we easily accept the reality, unlike the little ones who can’t understand why their mom or dad suddenly left and never returned.
Avey Cox is a young lady whose father passed away. That meant she would be the only girl in her class who wouldn’t attend the father-daughter dance. Well, at least she thought so, before someone special stepped in.
Source: YouTube – 5News
Officer Nick Harvey from the Van Buren, Arkansas department is a guy who is always going an extra mile for the people from his community. When he learned of Avey’s story, he decided to take the role of her dad for the upcoming school dance.
Of course, he first spoke to the girl’s mother of his idea. Harvey told KFSM: “I reached out to the mother because the last thing I wanted was to get rejected by a second-grader, and then the next day I formally asked if she’d be my date to the daddy/daughter dance.”

Avey was over the moon. She couldn’t wait for that special day to come and even asked Harvey to wear matching outfits. He was as happy and agreed on whatever sweet Avey asked for.
On the big night, Harvey and Avey took a group photo with the rest of the fathers and daughters and had a great time together. They both danced their hearts out.
Source: YouTube – 5News
Someone captured the precious moment these two shared and posted it online along with their story. Needless to say, everyone praised the kind officer for what he did.
“It meant a lot because I actually got to go and see all my friends there,” Avey told 5News. “And then, I got to go with him and have a lot of fun.” Harvey on the other hand said laughing, “I embarrassed myself a little bit and danced when I can’t dance at all.”
After the special night was over, all the kids went to have ice-cream with officer Harvey.

This story speaks kindness and being there for those in need louder than anything else. Thank you officer Harvey for everything you are doing for the community.
You can take a look at the whole story in the video below. Don’t forget to share it with your friends.

Whether you are rich or poor, homeless or owning a mansion, dogs don’t care. All they ever care for is that they are with you through thick and thin.

With the most beautiful time of the year just around the corner, we can’t help by let our hearts get filled with the holiday spirit. Christmas has always been about faith, love, closeness, and family. The Christmas tress, the cities covered with all those lights shining bright, and the presents we give to one another as a sign of appreciation are what make our lives complete.
And what a holiday would it be without all the charming Christmas movies that remind us of the beauty of this period?
Well, this year, we got to see one of the most awaited movies, The Christmas Chronicles 2, starring one of the best Hollywood couples, Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn. These two are the reason why we believe love between celebrities could last forever.

Children are our most treasured gifts. They are the future of the nation and in order for them to be able to grow into happy and healthy human beings, they need to get lots of affection, love, devotion, and of course healthy meals.
The sad reality is that many families struggle to make ends meet and are unable to provide their kids with the basic food needs.
It’s even sadder that many times we are not really aware that those kids who are hungry and even starving are among us.
A U.S teacher named Brooke shared how she was deeply touched by the question one of her students asked her, which made her realize what the poor boy was going through. Her post has gone viral and gathered the attention of people from ever corner of the world.
“Today I cried for a child, a child who so innocently talked about food, and the lack of it,” Brooke started her story.
As she was teaching, one of her students approached closer and asked her when the lady who was putting food in his bag was coming. Brooke was confused at first, but she quickly figured out that the lady the boy was asking about was the school’s guidance counselor.
This left Brooke heartbroken. She just couldn’t stop the tears rolling down her face.
She pulled herself together and told the sweet boy how she wasn’t certain when the lady would come, but asked him about the things he wished her to bring him. When she mentioned spaghetti O’s, the boy told her:
‘We don’t have those at my house, but when I do have them they give me a warm belly and help me sleep’
“I lost it, I cried in front of 20 little people. No kid should ever be hungry, ever”, Brooke said.
She knew she had to do something for the boy and the rest of the students who were in the same position so she asked the rest of the teachers to donate money for some food.
Thanks to Brooke’s initiative and her post that was shared around 30,000 times, the school where she works started a food pantry for their students. This way, they know none of the kids who attends the school will ever be hungry while there.
“I did not write this for anyone to get praise, nobody did it for the praise.
I want people to know that teachers are humans, we love our kids and want the very best for them.
Some days we get frustrated and feel overwhelmed, but today we did what was best for a child. Will it show on a test score? Nope! Do we care? Nope!
It’s a crazy rollercoaster of emotions being a teacher, but today it was worth every tear that fell to see him light up when that bag was put into his backpack,” Brooke said.
It’s because of teachers like Brooke who are loving and caring that students who struggle are given a chance to thrive.
One mother named Nicole Duggan speaks up of the issues parents of kids with autism face on a daily basis. She says how most people are harsh on everyone who is different and doesn’t fit the ‘norm’ imposed by the society.
She says how she always knew her son Riley had the condition, but wanted to be 100% positive and took him to doctors who were to confirm the diagnosis.
Nicole recalls one of the most unpleasant experiences she and her son have. Around Christmas some years ago when Riley was younger the two went to the mall to see Santa Claus who was placed in a grotto.
As sweet Riley loved the grotto, he started clapping his hands, jumped up and down, and hummed and squealed. He acted like that because that’s the only way he can express his emotions, through sounds as gestures. Yes, Riley cannot speak, but people jump into conclusions without ever wanting to know other people’s story.
Nicole was aware people would react to her son’s jumping and squealing, but she let him enjoy the sight that made him happy.
As time passed by, more and more people started staring at Riley, but it was one mother’s reaction that made things worse.
“I will never forget that woman. I will never forget the way she looked at my little boy. The way she stared. The look of disgust on her face,” said Nicole.
Riley than continued admiring the grotto sitting on a bench. A little girl approached and said “hi,” to what Riley answered with the cutest smile.
Trying to tell his new acquaintance how he was happy to meet her, Riley started flipping again. It was then that the woman who stared at Riley got closer. As it turned out she was the little girl’s mother. She didn’t want her daughter to sit next to Riley and told her to move from him after which the two left.
But then the woman turned to Nicole and said, “Maybe you should try those special Santas. You know. For kids like him.”
Nicole didn’t say anything and let that woman live her sad and miserable life which was filled with negativity and lack of compassion. She felt bad for her son, but she knew Riley was stronger than those words.
This incident showed how small-minded some people can be. Instead of teaching her daughter about appreciating and accepting differences, she made her go away from Riley and that’s really not the kind of world we want to leave in and leave to our children.
Nicole still remembers this incident as though it happened yesterday although Riley is now older.
Thankfully, Riley is surrounded by a loving family who always supports him unconditionally. They are aware he will be stared at by many people, and will hear words from strangers that will hurt his feelings, and only hope that things will change in the future and our society will become more friendly to people who are considered different.
Recently, the post of Angela Fellars, a mother of a six-year-old daughter, went viral and people’s thoughts are divided.
Namely, as she and her girl were shopping at Nordstrom, Angela noticed a product at the girls’ section that caught her attention and made her very angry; padded bras. According to her post, she couldn’t possibly understand why would six year old girls even wear padded bras.
The debate that took place was pretty much heated. Some parents supported Angela and said that selling such products lead to over-sexualization of little girls. Some of the comments are:
“This is MeToo era and no swimsuits in Miss America … but padded bras 4 6ers?”
“I’m confused. Why would a six-year-old need a bra. Maybe they’re mislabeled?”
These are padded bras for SIX YEAR OLDS — WTAF, Nordstrom & Calvin Klein?
Others, however, believe that the bras labeled 6-6x don’t really refer to the age of the girls, but to the size only. And in case it does, they say how the girls these days go into puberty early than it was the case in the past and they see nothing wrong with the product.
“Ana only got bras because her nipples would show through the shirt materials she liked. And then they would still poke out with the simple bras. So the little pad was needed or she was really self-conscious.” one person commented, sharing the experience of her daughter.
“Having 2 daughters there’s nothing wrong with this. It isn’t a padded bra for adding size or a lift. It isn’t even underwire. It’s for comfort and discretion. Geez lady, get a grip” another mom added.
The thing is that most of the girls will eventually start wearing a bra. However, it’s up to the parents to explain them why they are for.
What are your thoughts on this? Are you for or against padded bras for girls as young as six? Share it with us in the comments section below.
Young children are really fun to be around because they are honest to the core and always speak their mind. Teachers on the other hand usually get lots of questions, many of which can be pretty silly, but they are always expected to come up with the right answers and satisfy the children’s curiosity.
One teacher shared on Facebook a fun story of how she taught her deaf students that passing gasses was actually audible to the hearing world after one of her first graders slipped a fart. The explanation and the whole conversation are hilarious and we are so happy we got to read it.
Flickr/Pittsburgh Association of the Deaf, Inc.
Below is the conversation which was posted on Facebook by Anna Lind Thomas. Passing gas is a life lesson that’s already hard to grasp as a child – add a loss of hearing, and the concept is nearly impossible to comprehend!
She wrote:
“Today in 1st grade, one of my Deaf students farted loudly in class and the other students turned to look at them. The following is a snippet of a 15 minute conversations that happened entire in American Sign Language among the group of Deaf students and I.*
Kid 1: Why are they looking at me?
Me: Because they heard you fart.
Kid 1: Whhhhat do you mean?!?!
Me: Hearing people can hear farts.
Kid 2: *Totally horrified* Wait, they can hear all farts?!”
Facebook/Anna Lind Thomas
The confusion continued:
“Me: Well no. Not all farts but some of them yes.
Kid 3: How do you know which farts they can hear and which farts they can’t?
Me: Hmmm … you know how sometimes you can feel your butt move when you fart? A lot of those they can hear. But if your butt doesn’t move it’s more likely they didn’t hear it.
Kid 1: TELL THEM TO STOP LISTENING TO MY FARTS! THAT IS NOT NICE!
Me: Hearing kids can’t stop hearing farts, it just happens.”
Facebook/Anna Lind Thomas
That’s when a novel idea struck the student – they were going to stop tooting altogether!
“Kid 2: I just will stop farting then.
Me: Everyone farts, it is healthy. You can’t stop.
Kid 3: Wait, everyone? Even my mom?
Me: Yep.
Kid 2: My Dad?
Me: Yep.
Kid 1: …. You?
Me: Yep.
Kids: *Laugh hysterically*
Kid 1: So you can hear and small all the farts?
Me: Some of the farts, yes. Not all of them.
Kid 2: Can hearing people see farts?”
Facebook/Anna Lind Thomas
Mrs. Anna never thought she would talk and teach about passing gas during her lesson, but there she was, and she found the whole thing interesting.
“Kid 3: Yeah. Green smoke comes out of their butt, I saw it on TV.
Me: That doesn’t happen in real life.
Kid 1: What?! Ugh, I don’t understand farts.
… I went to college for 8 years to have these conversations.”
The conversation ended with lots of laughter. It was a very educational day, as students learned a life lesson, and that’s that farts can be loud enough so other people can hear them.

As for the rest of us, today’s lesson is to teach us how to sign fart in sign language. See it in the video below.
The amazing story of Adeboye Taiwo and his wife Ajibola teaches us that we should never give up on our dreams no matter the obstacles and the difficulties that come along the way. And if we feel as there is no way out, we should always remember that God has better plans for us.
The Nigerian couple had been married for 17 years, but they couldn’t have children. Adeboye’s family and friends even told him to get a divorce and get himself another wife who could give him the baby he wanted so badly.
Needless to say, he never though of leaving his wife, despite what everyone advised him.
In the fight against infertility, the couple spent around $213,000, and although it seemed that all the effort was in vain, they refused to give up on becoming parents one day.

“I made it known to them that I love my wife so deeply,” he told the Standard. “I assured them that my wife, Ajibola, would surely give birth to baby for me at God’s own time and in His season.”
And Abeboye’s faith paid off big time.

“I was excited,” Adeboye told CNN. “For the very first time, we were expecting.”
To everyone’s surprise, Ajibola was caring not one, not two, but six babies.
This brave mother gave birth at only 30-weeks pregnant via c-section. They welcomed their bundles of joy and were over the moon with the adorable sextuplets of three boys and three girls. We are sure the Taiwos will have so much fun with that many children under one roof.

The babies were delivered at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU Virginia. Team of around 40 doctors and other staff was preparing for the big arrival weeks in advance making sure everything goes as smoothly as planned.
The babies were tiniest but the cutest little creatures the hospital staff has ever seen.

“The team quickly assembled to begin prenatal management and delivery planning including pre-delivery drills and resuscitation exercises. A typical labor and delivery shift includes one, perhaps two premature births, usually with time in between. We had to coordinate with our colleagues in the NICU for six premature babies to be delivered simultaneously,” the hospital’s medical director of labor and delivery, Dr. Susan lanni, said in the press release.

“I hope for the smallest of my six children to grow up and say, ‘I was so small, and look at me now,’” Ajibola said.
Thanks to the doctors, the babies are doing great. The parents are extremely grateful for everything the staff does for their children.
“The medical team is excellent in medicine and hospitality,” Adeboye said in the statement. “We are far from home but the medical team is our family. That is what got us this far.”
Source: Children’s Hospital at Richmond at VCU
However, the hospital staff says how the parents were willing to collaborate, which resulted with a positive outcome in the process of complete recovery.
“We’re going through this extraordinary journey together with the family,” Ronald Ramus, M.D., director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at VCU Medical Center, said. “It’s not every day that parents bring home sextuplets. Mrs. Taiwo was eating, sleeping and breathing for seven. A lot of the support and encouragement we gave her to make it as far as she did was important, and one of the biggest contributions we made as a team.”
If you like this story make sure you share it with your family and friends.
If you ever been a naughty kid or you are already a parent, then you are probably familiar with “the slipper.” Yes, your mom used to threaten to hurt you with it when you misbehaved, and now you use it as a secret “weapon” to keep your kids out of trouble.
A video that has gone viral recently made many people laugh only because they found themselves in a similar situation. A mother and a daughter were probably involved in an argument that didn’t finish well, so the young girl decided to leave the house. Well, it turns out her mother didn’t like that, so she decided to get outside and chase her daughter. The woman could be heard yelling at the young lady, as a man’s voice says, “Go on, hit her, hit her!” The mother seems to like this passerby’s idea so she takes her sandal off her foot and throws it towards her daughter.
Although the mother is more than 50 yards away from the girl who’s walking along the street, she hits her directly in the head. The lady falls straight to the ground. Even she got hit, people found all this pretty hilarious.
The good thing is that the daughter didn’t get hurt. Her mother’s intention wasn’t to harm her, that’s why she used her flip flop which isn’t heavy. But she definitely taught her a lesson.
The video was originally posted on Twitter and has been seen more than 1.4 million times. People are impressed by this mother’s ability to hit her “target” from that far.
“That lady must work as a sniper,” someone wrote.
“A possible first Draft selection for the @NFL,” another person added.
We do agree how this woman’s throw is even better than that of the professional baseball players.
Take a look at the video below. This is gonna make you laugh!
