Goran Marinkovic, an animal lover from Serbia, is one of those people who change the life of stray dogs for the better and do all in their power to find each and every one of them a loving forever home.
Well, the truth is that Goran is currently taking care of around 100 stray animals. He makes sure they are well-fed and pays for the food he provides for them out of his own pocket. The sad reality is that not many people are willing to support him in his mission to help as many strays as possible, but that doesn’t mean he’ll ever quit helping.
“I save animals that are endangered, that live on the street, and I take care of animals because I love them,” he told Bored Panda. “I feed abandoned animals on the street that are not getting food from humans and have no owners. Their numbers are constantly rising.”

Last year, as he was taking a walk, he heard strange cries coming from behind some rocks. He got curious and approached closer. The sight left him completely heartbroken. He spotted a tiny puppy in an old shoe. The poor baby was all by herself. He made sure he checked the area thoroughly in hopes of finding the puppy’s mother, but she was nowhere to be seen.
Goran knew the little one wouldn’t survive alone, so he decided to take her home and make sure she gets the food and the love she desperately needed.

Goran named the dog Coco and took care of her until he was able to find a suitable family for her. The good thing was that after he shared Coco’s story on the social media, along with the photos of her sleeping inside the show, he started receiving messages from people willing to adopt her.
Eventually, Coco ended up with a couple from Germany and is currently traveling with her new forever family.
Goran stayed in touch with Coco’s adopters and they regularly send him photos of their beautiful dog.
Coco is now a year old and has the best personality. She’s cheerful, charming, and extremely friendly.

Different people have different reactions when it comes to stressful situations. While some panic, others manage to stay calm and grounded.
Well, keeping cool in cases of emergency can be of crucial importance, especially when someone’s life is in question.
One teen named Logan Simmons, who works at the Flowery Branch Chick-fil-A, was on the job when he noticed one customer in distress. Namely, as the woman drove through the drive-thru, it was obvious she was panicking and was in need of help. Without hesitation, Logan jumped through the window and ran towards the woman.
“I just jumped out the window and ran straight down to the car,” he told Channel 2 in Atlanta. “I think it was the quickest option. It was right there and I saw the other car right there.”

As it turned out, this woman’s son was inside the car but she couldn’t get him out because he was tangled in his seat belt and was chocking.
“You could see he was turning red and losing pigmentation in his face,” Logan recalled.
He used a pocket knife in order to release the boy. Luckily, it all turned out for the best and the boy was feeling fine thanks to Logan’s quick reaction.
Although he saved a life that day, Logan didn’t brag about it. In fact, he only mentioned that to his mother some few hours after he returned home from work.
“I’m amazed he didn’t panic. As his mother, I would have panicked. I’d be running around going, ‘Oh my gosh! What do we do?’” his mom said.
If it wasn’t for Logan and his heroic act, the boy would have probably chocked to death. Thankfully, that didn’t happen.
“I’m still kind of shocked right now myself that all this has happened,” the brave teen said when speaking of the stressful event.
Being the longest-reigning monarch of the United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth has seen it all. Ever since her coronation in 1953, the Royal Family was subject to a number of scandals, one of which the divorce of Prince Charles to Princess Diana, who remained much loved individual among the Brits and people from all over the world.

Recently, it was reported that Queen Elizabeth delayed her scheduled trip to Northern Ireland after doctors advised her to rest, but not much has been revealed.
Buckingham Palace announced that the Queen was hospitalized for “preliminary investigations” last week and was advised to rest for two more weeks. Otherwise, she’s in good spirits.
A report by Town&Country stated that she will continue with “light, desk-based duties,” but will avoid any commitments that might put her heath in jeopardy.
As reported by the Daily Telegraph, the Buckingham Palace’s statement read:
“Following on from their recent advice that The Queen should rest for a few days, Her Majesty’s doctors have advised that she should continue to rest for at least the next two weeks.
The doctors have advised that Her Majesty can continue to undertake light, desk-based duties during this time, including some virtual Audiences, but not to undertake any official visits. Her Majesty regrets that this means she will be unable to attend the Festival of Remembrance on Saturday, 13th November.
However, it remains The Queen’s firm intention to be present for the National Service of Remembrance on Remembrance Sunday, on 14th November.”
Next year will mark Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee, a celebration to mark her 70 years of reign. It is planned for celebrations throughout the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth and around the world to take place in her honor.
The plans for the celebration of the milestone have been revealed. From Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June, 2022, communities will gather together and there will be public events and numerous community activities.
We truly hope Queen Elizabeth’s health would improve and that she would be able to attend her Platinum Jubilee together with the people she served for so many years.
The process of giving birth is a miracle all by itself. And no matter if the mother is a human or an animal, the love and affection they feel for their bundles of joy is completely the same.
The moment the mother lays eyes on her baby for the first time is a precious memory to be hold and cherished forever.

The man then helps the foal stand on its shaky legs before he lets it run around its mother.

People share a lot of things on Reddit. Often times, they feel the urge to ask fellow Redditors about something they did. It’s like they are asking for some sort of approval for their actions, but they don’t always get one.
One mother shared what happened at her daughter’s birthday party recently. Namely, she organized a very fun event for the guests, where each of the children invited would get a craft kit so that they could build things together. It was a pre-paid event and she made sure every parent understood that the number of kids was limited. She made sure they knew no extra kids were allowed to attend the party.
This is how the post started. “I’m am a mother of 3 and as with most parents I’m sure, you’ve attended many birthday parties and had the misfortune of seeing that one parent who always drops their kids off and leaves without considering that not all the children were invited. Sometimes more than one parent does this and honestly, I think it’s selfish. If it had been prearranged with the hosting family then sure alls well but often times it’s not. Who would say no to a child? After all, it’s not their fault.”

Well, as it turned out, one parent brought both of their kids to the party. One of them was on the invite list, and the other one wasn’t. When she realized the parent was planning on leaving both kids there, the mother writing the post told the parent that child B couldn’t stay and asked them to take it back home.
Hearing that, the uninvited child threw tantrum and started crying and yelling. Despite that, the mother didn’t allow the child to be part of her daughter’s birthday party.
“I stuck to it and firmly told parent that child B could not come. I still stuck to my decision when child B threw the biggest tantrum, parent made no move to calm but instead blamed me for saying no, and ‘all the other parents always let both children attend,'” the mother wrote.

“Now had this been a small at-home event then sure I probably wouldn’t have made the fuss, grit my teeth, and dealt with my private feelings on the matter. But this was a paid per child event and it’s hardly fair to child A or B that they would have to share a craft pack,” she continued her post.
The parent who brought both the kids got angry and decided to leave the party with both the children.
Another mother who witnessed the incident approached the mom writing the post and told her she should let the extra child attend the party, but she wouldn’t listen. “I feel teaching my children the value of your word and sticking to it is more important that sparing the feelings of a child and parent who should know better,” the mother concluded the post.

Some Reddit users slammed the mother, but there were also those who were supportive of her decision.
“Now those rude parents in the group will know you are NOT the one. I’m sure they’ll think twice before trying to dump extra kids on other parents too. Kids parties can add up, expense-wise, so I understand your irritation,” wrote one. Another added, “Happens often. Usually, that same parent is then the one who arrives late to pick up their kids from the party. Super inconvenient.”

The shelter life can be really hard for most of the animals who end up there for one reason or another. Imagine the sadness of being locked up most of the day waiting for someone to notice you among the crowd of other canines like you who are longing for a forever family. Not much of a life, right?

These dogs barely get to go outside and have fun, and no matter how much the shelter workers and volunteers try to make their days a bit better, it’s sometimes impossible to pay equal attention to each of the furry creatures because most shelters are overcrowded and the number of animals is huge.
Thankfully, the cross country team of St. Joseph High School, precisely their coach, Luis Escobar, found the perfect way to keep the dogs from the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter happy.

Early in the morning, before the students go for their training, which includes running a number of miles, they stop by the shelter and take all of the dogs with them, and they all run together.
This is a perfect way for the canines to get their daily exercise and work off their energy.

According to researchers, those dogs who go running and take walks are much happier and healthier, and feel more comfortable around humans, and with that, they are more likely to get adopted by shelter visitors. On top of that, creating a bond with the runners may result in them falling in love with the dogs and welcome them in their life eventually.

The dogs were sitting in the middle of the busy road and refused to move an inch which arose curiosity at the drivers. The day started as any other for Pittsburg Police Officer Kristin Mitrisin and she never assumed it will turn into a stressful event that will make her a hero.
As parents Joe and Jody Schleicher were driving along a highway, the mom noticed something wasn’t right with their 9-day-old baby daughter. All of a sudden, the tiny human stopped breathing. Her husband recalled how his wife started yelling: “She’s not breathing. She’s not breathing I have to get her out of the car seat,” as per WPXI News.

The traffic was busy and heavy and reaching the hospital or waiting for the ambulance to arrive wasn’t possible. Luckily, an angel in the form of an officer came along the way. Joe noticed the Officer Mitrisin in her patrol car and started beeping the horn in an attempt to attract her attention.
“He reaches out to me, the baby’s turning blue in her face and in her nose. So, he said, ‘please, my baby can’t breathe help me,’” Officer Mitrisin told CBS Local News. Thankfully, she knew exactly what to do. She took the baby in her arms, took her to the gate of her police pickup truck, and started chest compression.

As she was trying to save the baby’s life, officer Mitrisin noticed a correction officer approaching. She asked him to take out a defibrillator, but just as she said that, she heard the little one taking a deep breath.
“The baby took a breath, then there was a couple more seconds, another large breath, and then we got a few more shallow breaths, and then she started crying. And that was the best sound to hear,” said Officer Mitrisin.
“Just thought, you know, what we have to do to get baby Olivia breathing. The mom said her name was Olivia, so I just kept saying ‘c’mon baby Olivia, we can do this.’ And I just kept doing the CPR on baby Olivia.”

At the time being, baby Olivia is at the hospital, awaiting surgery for a heart condition, but she’s doing just fine all thanks to the quick-thinking officer.
“I just know that God put me there that day at that time to help that baby,” officer Mitrisin said.
Joe and Jody are forever grateful to the heroic officer who saved their baby’s life. After Olivia’s surgery, they are planning on organizing a reunion between her and Mitrisin.

We, as humans, tend to judge others for their acts without being aware of the struggles they are going through. However, abandoning a helpless child is something I can never find an excuse for.
Recently, a two-year-old boy was left at a Goodwill store with a note written on a paper towel and a plastic bag with some clothes and some food. Witnesses say the boy was brought inside the store by a man who then left the poor kid behind. Before leaving the place, the man approached one of the employees and told them that “the child’s mother couldn’t care for him,” as per WREG News.

The boy couldn’t speak, but when asked about his age, he held up two fingers. Luckily, shortly after he was abandoned, the police managed to identify him.
According to the employees, the boy wasn’t really dressed up properly considering how cold it was outside, but seemed happy and was very playful.
Currently, he’s under the custody of Mississippi Child Protective Services, but no further information has been revealed.

In the meantime, the police arrested a suspect who is in custody. However, no names have been revealed.

Queen Elizabeth canceled her trip to Northern Ireland which was supposed to take place few days back. Reports are that she delayed the visit until further notice after she was advised by her doctors not to travel and to take some rest.
Buckingham Palace released a statement regarding the cancellation, saying it was due to health reasons not related to the coronavirus. They didn’t provide any further details, whatsoever.
“The Queen has reluctantly accepted medical advice to rest for the next few days,” a Buckingham Palace spokesman said.
“Her Majesty is in good spirits and is disappointed that she will no longer be able to visit Northern Ireland, where she had been due to undertake a series of engagements today and tomorrow.
“The Queen sends her warmest good wishes to the people of Northern Ireland, and looks forward to visiting in the future.”

Sky News reports that the purpose of the two-day trip was to mark the recent renaming of the Hillsborough Castle into Royal Hillsborough Castle. Further, Her Majesty the Queen was supposed to attend a church service at St. Patrick’s Church to “commemorate the centenary of the foundation of Northern Ireland.” This event was dubbed controversial after the president of Ireland refused to be part of it.
According to Sky News royal correspondent Rhiannon Mills, Queen Elizabeth “has all of the best possible help around her and she lives a very privileged life but for 95 years old she has been undergoing a very busy work schedule.”

Recently, The Queen has been spotted using a cane. The last time she used one to help her walk was back in 2003 and 2004 after a knee surgery.
This year, she was given the “Oldie of the Year” award by the Oldie magazine, but she didn’t accept it. In their latest issue, the magazine published that The Queen’s private secretary Tom Laing-Baker, said, “Her Majesty believes you are as old as you feel, as such The Queen does not believe she meets the relevant criteria to be able to accept and hopes you will find a more worthy recipient.”

Prior to the doctors’ advice not to travel, The Queen was also told to cut on the alcohol intake. The Palace said she didn’t mind that because she wasn’t really drinking much. She only enjoys dry martini in the evenings and has a glass of wine with her lunch every now and then.
Queen Elizabeth’s work schedule is quite demanding, especially for someone her age. The good thing is that her son, Prince Charles, who is heir to the throne, as well as her grandson, Prince William, are always ready to step in.

We truly hope The Queen isn’t experiencing any serious health issues and all she needs in order to get better is to take some break from all the commitments.
Don Chatten is the man who proved to us once again that not all heroes wear capes. It’s our everyday brave actions that determine our value as individuals who contribute to the well-being of other living creatures.
During a visit at the Bark Park at Ellicott Creek Park, Don and his two rescue dogs heard strange noises coming from a creek. It resembled whimpering and a cry for help, and both Don and the canines knew someone was in big trouble.
Soon enough, they realized it was a tiny pup who was in need of urgent help as it was stuck at the icy water. Knowing that the time was running out for the poor soul, Don didn’t hesitate even a bit before he entered the cold water. He managed to crack the ice and get the tiny Terrier Mix back to safety.
As it turned out, the dog’s name was Jackson and he went missing a couple of days before Don spotted him and rescued him. His owners were beyond thankful to Don for saving their little one and bringing him home.
As everyone is praising Don for his bravery, he says that his dogs were actually the real heroes because they were the ones who spotted something unusual was taking place and heard Jackson crying in the first place.
The news about Mark Harmon leaving NCISafter many years and 18 successful seasons caused quite a stir. Fans were deeply disappointed by this decision and many agreed that the show can never be the same without the iconic role he played, that of Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

Asked about the secret to his long and successful marriage, Harmon says there isn’t any. Apparently, he needed to kiss a lot of frogs to get where he is today. One thing, however, he believes helped is their age at the time they decided to tie the knot. “We were both in our 30s when we got married, so hopefully the stupid stuff, we did earlier. That’s probably the closest I have to what the key is,” he told People.
Harmon and Dawber met at a party thrown by a mutual friend. They married in 1987 at a chapel at the Harvard-Westlake School in Studio City, California, in an intimate wedding ceremony attended by few of their closest friends and family only.
At the time, both were well-known actors already. Harmon gained fame starring in 240 Robert, Flamingo Road,The Love Boat, and the drama St. Elsewhere. Dawber, on the other hand, got her breakthrough with the television series Mork & Mindy, where she starred alongside late Robin Williams. “It was clear. He was so adorable and so funny,” she told ABC in 2020, speaking of Williams. “He just had it. And that was it. It was just like, “Where do I sign?’”

Harmon and Dawber have two sons together, Sean Harmon and Ty Christian Harmon.
When they were born, Dawber decided to slow down and put her career on hold. She did appear in some series, but not as a regular, because she wanted to spend more time with her family. In fact, she believes that if two people are fully engaged in acting, the relationship between them is not likely to survive because of all the commitment and time the profession requires.
“I was in a number one show, I had my own deal, I got to do Broadway, I got to do musical theater. I got to do cartoon voices,” Dawber told Entertainment Online. “Did everything you can do in this business, and then I had children and it’s like, ‘I’m not going to chase this fame thing.’
“I wanted to drive my kids to school, I wanted to be there for their birthdays and bring cupcakes and donuts and do the school festivals and all that, and I did,” she added. “It was a different life then and I was very happy to do it.”

Both Harmon and Dawber agree on keeping their private lives out of the spotlight.
“It’s not even a choice. It’s who we are,” Mark said years later. “We stay home. A lot. I’m not a Twitter guy or a Facebook guy. Our sons aren’t into that either. Pam and I have both made a living in this business, and still, there’s a part of that, that’s just not natural.”

As their children are now grown-ups, Dawber returned to acting, but she doesn’t do it full time.
In 2020, she appeared in seven episodes of NCIS as Marcie Warren, a character described by the show as “a seasoned investigative journalist.”
“My husband is so supportive of me. He’s just a giving, great guy. He just gives me attagirl’s, you know? It’s fun because Gibbs grunts out a lot of lines. He doesn’t give a lot. So they go toe-to-toe,” she told EW.
“He frustrates the hell out of Marcie. So they’ve got this oddball relationship where they’re checking each other out. She doesn’t understand whether is he a truth-teller. Is this guy for real? And he’s thinking sort of the same thing about her.”

For many, October is the best month of the year. Everything is covered in the beautiful shades of the brown and yellow color and the smell of the fresh air brings a lot of memories. Between the yummy candies and the trick or treating, choosing the right costume has to be the highlight of the holiday.
The truth is that no matter how old one is, the excitement over Halloween is impossible to avoid.
Evan Struckman, a 10-year-old boy from Missouri, knew exactly how to dress for the school’s costume party. His mother Jill shared that her son was eager to put on a Tony Stark mask, the character behind the much loved superhero Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr.
He wore over-sized glasses, a snazzy suit and a goatee, and nailed the look.
Speaking to TODAY Parents, mom Jill explained, “Evan loves getting dressed up — and he was especially excited that day. It was hard to get his makeup on straight because he was smiling so much.”
Evan practically sprinted to the bus and was truly looking forward to the fun. Unfortunately, some 20 minutes later, Jill got a call from school officials who told her that her son had been teased for his costume in the bus and was left very upset.
Jill went to pick him up and all Evan did was kept apologizing for ruining the makeup his mom worked hard on. “He kept saying, ‘we worked so hard on it,’” Jill said. “He was really thinking about how I would feel, which tells you a lot about him.”
As it turned out, some kids laughed at him, saying his mask looked stupid.
Despite being left in tears, Jill didn’t let her son’s day to be ruined. She asked him whether he wanted to return to the party, to what he nodded.
“He was a little scared walking back into school,” Jill told TODAY Parents. “But he had a great rest of the day. And he was so proud of himself. It was absolutely a defining moment in his life. If he hadn’t gone back, it would have broken his spirit.”
Once she shared Evan’s story, she received a huge number of messages from people who were expressing their support.
“Thanks for all the sweet words (and offers to beat up 10-year-olds) lol,” she wrote in one of her updates. “I do appreciate you all.”
The great thing is that Halloween wasn’t ruined for Evan and he had great time.
At the age of 70, Richard Gere still looks as stunning as back in the old days. What’s most, he feels young and enjoys his life to the fullest. In April of this year, the actor and his wife Alejandra Silva, 37, welcomed a baby boy in their life. They have another son together, and Richard has a 20-year-old son from his marriage with ex-wife Care Lowell.

The A-list actor who is best knows for his roles in Pretty Woman and An Officer and a Gentleman has been married three times. His first wife is the world famous model Cindy Crawford. The two tied the knot back in 1991 in a private ceremony in Las Vegas. At the time, both of them were extremely popular and reached many headlines as paparazzi would follow their every step.
However, four years later, they decided to put an end to their marriage. Cindy, who would always say she loved being around Richard said how the age gap between the pair was the main reason they divorced.
“I think I was more willing at 22 to be, like, ‘Okay, I’ll follow,’ but then you start going, ‘Well, I don’t want to just follow — I want to lead sometimes and I want to walk side by side sometimes,’” she admitted at the time.
Seven years later, Richard married model and actress Carey Lowell. In 2000, they welcomed their first child, Homer James Jigme. Homer was named after his parents’ fathers and was given the Tibetan name Jigme as Richard fought for human right in Tibet and felt a close connection to the people there.
In an interview with the Guardian, Richard said how the decision to have a child was spontaneous and just felt right. “It was actually quite simple. I never had an issue about children one way or the other. With Carey, she had a child from a previous marriage, and it was just a natural thing, caring for this child, having our own child. It was totally spontaneous and right.”
Richard felt fulfilled and loved his new role, the best he ever had, that of a father. “The marginal stuff just doesn’t affect you any more when you weigh it against the real things in your life. All the cliches [about parenthood] are true.”
But then, the couple decided they didn’t want to be together any longer and they started a custody battle. Carey believed she had the right over their son because she put her career on the side in order to be around Homer while he grew up.
Despite his parents being celebrities, Homer never lived under the spotlight. On the contrary, he enjoys a quieter style of life and loves doing what every other kid his age does. He lives in You York and everyone agrees that he inherited his dad’s charm and good looks.
He made several public appearances with his parents during the years but opts to keep his life private and doesn’t want to be exposed to the public eye.

In little less than three months time, one of the most famous actresses in the world of showbiz, Betty White, will be turning 100!
White was born on January 17, 1922 and has spent pretty much her entire life performing. She has given the world some fantastic roles such the one in the legendary Golden Girls.

Believe it or not, fearless Betty White gave the enormous animal a kiss and even got one in return.
Now, as her milestone birthday is approaching, fans are asking for their favorite actress to be provided with national security, according to The New York Post. They simply want to make sure White stays safe and sound.
“Please provide her with national security protection and wrap her safely in bubble wrap,” tweeted one fan.
“I have been informed that Betty White is turning 100 in January. We’re all getting the day off as a national holiday I presume,” another tweeted.

A mother is a mother no matter if she’s a human or an animal of any kind.
Mother’s love for her children can’t be measured because it is the strongest form of affection there is. There is nothing a mother won’t do for the sake and the well-being of her little ones, and that’s what makes these creatures special.
A couple from Maine, Emmily and Michael Austin, decided to take their 1-month-old baby at the Boston Zoo. Although he’s way too young to understand anything, they were eager to start creating memories, and the one they made there is one to last a lifetime.
Emmily was passing by the gorilla enclosure when she decided to stop and show one of the gorillas, Kiki, her baby boy Canyon. Kiki was stunned by the little guy. She was looking at him curiously and then decided to do something truly touching.
Kiki took her baby gorilla, 7-month-old Pablo, and put him on her lap. After meeting Canyon, she now wanted the Austins to meet her child. Pablo was as curious as Kiki and couldn’t stop looking at Canyon. He even tried touching him through the glass.

“My wife mentioned that she felt like she could understand their bond and could see how much she cared for Pablo since she is a mother now herself,” Michael told the Dodo. “My wife held up our son to show to Kiki, who was on the other side of the enclosure … then Kiki grabbed Pablo and put him on her leg to carry him over to us.
“Pablo even pushed his face up to the glass at one point and they watched him, noses touching, together. My wife and I both had tears in our eyes.”

This experience has been one of the best in the life of the Austin family, especially because it included their son, too.
“It was one of the most amazing experiences. Such an incredible memory to share with our son someday!” Michael said.
These two mothers couldn’t communicate using words, but they surely bonded over emotions and the love they both have for their children.

Although it is a widely accepted fact that cats and dogs don’t get along, the relationship between some felines and canines may truly surprise you. When they are “forced” to live under the same roof, these seemingly different creatures can in fact form a very strong bond and become really good friends.
A story of a Pit Bull who sacrificed his own life in order to save that of his fellow cat friend went viral and spread positivity among millions of people.
It all started when the cat’s owner, Pam Taylor, heard strange noises coming from her yard. She rushed to check what was going on when she noticed two coyotes trying to hurt the family’s cat, Kitty. One of them was holding the helpless animal by the neck and was shaking it.
Pam started yelling and went to tell her husband Greg about the emergency. He immediately started running towards the yard, but was stunned by the sight he came across.
The family dog, Pit Bull Jack, whom they recently adopted and who never seemed to be interested in becoming friends with Kitty, was outside, trying to rescue his feline sister. Jack managed to scare off the coyotes and bring Kitty to safety.
While Kitty suffered brain swelling and lost one of her teeth, and Jack ended up with few scratches from a bite, the two didn’t suffer any life-threatening injuries and are recovering just fine.
Pam and Greg are thankful to their dog for saving the cat. They say that in the past, the animals never spent time by each other’s side, but ever since the attack happened, Jack is looking after Kitty every minute of every day.

It’s been almost a year since the Trumps left the White House and moved to their Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, yet, stories related to the time he served as a President of The United States still catch the attention of the wide public.
In a new book titled I’ll Take Your Questions Now, former senior aide and press secretary to Donald Trump, Stephanie Grisham, is revealing plenty of juicy details about one of the most famous families in America.

For one, Grisham writes about what it was like to be working for the former First Lady, Melania Trump. She also recalls one specific moment when Trump went mad over his wife’s “mistake,” which made him target of wide criticism. Namely, on her way to a migrant housing facility in Texas, Melania wore a jacket with the text “I REALLY DON’T CARE, DO U?”
In an attempt to help improve the image of her husband’s administration, Melania’s wrong choice of wardrobe only made things worse, and she eventually abandoned the program.

Grisham recalls Donald yelling at Melania at the Oval Office.
“He yelled and asked “what the [expletive]” they thought they were doing,” Grisham shares in her memoir, as reported by The Washington Post.
Melania herself felt the urge to explain what had really happened. “It’s obvious I didn’t wear the jacket for the children,” she told CNN. “I wore the jacket to go on the plane and off the plane. And it was for the people and for the left-wing media who are criticizing me.”

I’ll Take Your Questions Now also reveals that some of the staff working for the Secret Service in the White House didn’t quite like Melania’s approach to the job.
Namely, being the First Lady, she was expected to be working from her office in the East Wing, but instead, she spent most of her time in the executive resident.
During the four years at the White House, Melania was reportedly spotted in her office only “a handful of times.”

“Mrs. Trump was working from home long before the country was,” Grisham wrote, referring to the Covid-19 pandemic, as reported by CNN.
“When warranted, we would have in-person meetings, but those generally took place in the Map Room across from the elevators to the residence. There we would plan out schedules, respond to pressing queries, and discuss goals. Other than that, the first lady kept to her rooms in the residence.”
Apparently, Melania was busy with “self-care” and would spend long hours sleeping.
“She believed that relaxation was central to one’s beauty regimen, as were, of course, spa treatments and facials.”
All this led to the staff at the Secret Service to secretly call her Rapunzel, because “she remained in her tower, never descending.”

Grisham also criticized Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner. According to the memoir, the two wanted to force their way into meeting the Queen of England during an official presidential visit. After trying to convince Trump to let them accompany him and Melania to Britain, they were told there was no place in the helicopter for them. According to Grisham, if they were allowed to attend the visit, it would have been a serious breach of protocol.
“I finally figured out what was going on,” Grisham writes in her memoir. “Jared and Ivanka thought they were the royal family of the United States.”

Donald Trump, of course, wasn’t happy with Grisham’s book. He made sure he slammed the former secretary even before her memoir was released, calling her angry and bitter.
“She had big problems and we felt that she should work out those problems for herself. Now, like everyone else, she gets paid by a radical left-leaning publisher to say bad and untrue things,” he said.
Even if you are not a fan of wrestling, chances are you have heard of one of the greatest sensations of WWE ever, Indian wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, or better known as “The Great Khali.”
This man with very distinctive looks is hard to miss. It is his physique that made him a huge celebrity, not only in his homeland, but in America and a huge number of other countries too.
Born in 1972 in the small town of Dhiraina, northern India, Dalip was forced to start working from early age in order to help his family. A condition he was born with, acromegaly, which causes gigantism and chin protrusion, made him a well-known name in his hometown.

So how did he succeed coming to America and reaching for the starts in the country where all dreams come true?
It all started when he was noticed by Punjab’s former police chief Mahal Singh Bhullar.
Speaking of that serendipitous encounter, Dalip told Daily Pioneer in 2015, ”He asked me ‘Why I was working so hard even after my shift was over’. My response was that ‘unlike others, I had a bigger stomach to fill and thus needed to work harder than the rest’ and that landed me a job with the Punjab Police.”
Known for coaching several employees of Punjab Police to become international sportspersons, the police chief offered Dalip that same opportunity. He was hesitant at first because he didn’t want to be away from his family, but he eventually agreed to get into the world of wrestling.

1999 was the year that triggered the change in Dalip’s life. He immigrated to the U.S. and joined All Pro Wrestling (APW) boot camp as a trainee and the colossal wrestler.
Dalip, or “The Great Kahli,” had his first fight together with Tony Jon when they teamed up against ‘West Side Playaz.’ Dalip, who is 7 foot 1 inch tall, stunned the audience with his appearance and talent. This fight helped him make a name for himself almost overnight.
“For the first time in my life I could buy a TV, a decision that changed my life forever I not only got introduced to wrestling but decided to make it my passion and my profession,” he told Daily Pioneer when speaking of the start of his career.

In 2006, Great Kahli signed contract with WWE and became the first ever person from India to accomplish that. His debut was one to remember. He went up against the legendary ”The Undertaker” and people loved it.
“You’d probably understand the kind of reaction winning a World title in WWE would generate in a wrestler. It was the proudest moment I’ve felt in 35 years. For an Indian, getting to WWE is a big deal. Winning the title was something else; my dream came true when I won the World Heavyweight title in WWE,” Dalip told Sportskeeda.
He eventually left the organization when his contract expired in 2014.
Dalip is married to the Indian-American actress Harminder Kaur. Their marriage was arranged and they have one daughter.
Today, Dalip looks better than ever. He hits the guy almost every day and tries to eat clean. Having in mind how tall and big he is, it doesn’t come as a surprise that a regular meal of his consists of a kilogram of chicken, dried fruit, 2 litters of milk, around 6 eggs, vegetables, curry, rice and white bread.

He has a net worth of $6 million.
”I started by keeping small, simple and short-term achievable goals for myself. I never thought that I would become this huge global icon, The Great Khali, or do brand endorsements, work in Hollywood and Bollywood, and I wasn’t aiming for this. My area of concern was as simple as any regular Indian’s is,” he says.
Dalip does all in his power to help other young Indians achieve their goals and start careers in wrestling.

We are glad his life is still as great as it has been since he moved to the States.
Police dispatchers don’t have it easy. Every day, they receive a huge number of calls from people who are in different kinds of trouble and in immediate need for help. It is their job to log those calls, track emergency vehicles, and prepare detailed reports. What they do is of crucial importance in handling serious emergencies in a timely manner.
However, it is not unusual for them to receive fake calls from prankster, too.
One 911 operator from New Zealand received a pretty strange call. When she answered the phone, she heard a young boy asking, “Police lady?… Can I tell you something?” She answered “You can tell me something,” and that’s when the boy said, “I’ve got some toys for you,” as quoted by CNN. “Come over and see them!”
As the operator tried getting the boy’s address, his dad took the phone and explained that there was no emergency in the house. He then apologized for the inconvenience and promised not to let his son near the phone again. Well, the boy was only four years old and was eager to show his toys to the police officers, so who could blame him for that.

The operator decided it would be nice if she really sent an officer to the boy’s place and surprise him. “There is a 4-year-old there who is wanting to show police their toys, over,” she said on the internal radio system.
One police officer who was nearby answered the call and said he would be happy to pay the little guy a visit.
Once there, the boy took all of his toys out and showed them to Officer Constable Kurt, who said jokingly, “He did have cool toys!”
Finding this whole thing funny and sweet, the department decided to share it on their Facebook page.
“While we don’t encourage children to call 111 to show us their toys, this was too cute not to share,” they wrote. “Constable Kurt from Southern District Police responded by arriving at the child’s house and was shown an array of toys. He also had a good educational chat with the child and his parents about only using 111 for emergencies.”
As the story reached a huge number of people and melted thousands of hearts, the department told Today Parents, “It was no doubt a lighter, fun moment out of the Constable’s day. Helping foster a positive relationship with the police at an early age promotes that trust and confidence in the organization, and is something the New Zealand Police Service works hard to do.”
Thinking of all the negativity that surrounds us, it doesn’t come as a surprise that we lose faith in humanity more and more. The good thing is that there is always someone special who helps restore it, just like the officer from the following story.
Police officer Michael Kelly was working security at the local Walmart in Cleveland, Tennessee, when he noticed a familiar face. One father, who would always shop for groceries there, was going through the self-checkout lane together with his kids when his card was declined.
The officer knew he needed to do something about it when he saw the devastated expressions on the kids’ faces. These kids have always behaved well while at the store and something told Officer Kelly to step in and replace the disappointment with happiness.
As he couldn’t allow this family to leave empty-handed, he paid for their groceries.

Jermaine Bowe, who found himself at the store and witnessed the act of kindness unfolding right in front of his eyes, decided to share the occurrence on Facebook. Along with the story, he asked from his friends to help him identify the kind officer. The police department stumbled upon the post and decided to help tracking down the officer who made a change in a family’s life that day.
“Scrolling through random Facebook posts and then see this one that makes us ALL proud to be Cleveland police officers,” they wrote on the social media. “After a ‘he’s 6’5 and buff’ description, we narrowed it down to our tallest officer and deducted it was School Resource Officer Mike Kelly.”
Those who knew Kelly weren’t surprised by his deed.
“I am not surprised, Mike being Mike exactly,” someone wrote. “Mike has always had a big heart, what a great guy!” another person added. “Not a bit surprised. He comes from a long line ofgood people,” someone else wrote.
In their post, the department added: “It is guaranteed that Kelly wouldn’t want the credit from this, but it’s these random acts of kindness that inspire US ALL to be kind to others.”
Inside Edition reached officer Kelly and asked him for a comment.
“They went to self-checkout, and he went to put his card in. The attendant says, ‘I am sorry’ [and] they start walking out,” he recalled.
“The little girl’s face got me. Her eyes were welling up and it broke my heart. I felt God telling me, ‘I put you up here for a reason.’
“I walked up to [the man] and said, ‘Please let me bless you today.’”
While we may not be able to change the world, we CAN change SOMEONE’S world. Thank you, Officer Kelly.
Celebrities opening up about the struggles they go through at different points in their lives reminds us that no matter how rich and famous they are, they are still humans, just like any of us.
Despite living their dream, these people face lots of issues, and speaking openly about them makes us love them and respect them even more. At the end of the day, sharing the emotions with the entire world takes a lot of courage.

Recently, one of our favorite actresses of all time, Goldie Hawn, opened up about her mental struggles. Many praised her for her bravery and shared their support. She explained that she suffered from depression and had a hard time getting out in public. Filming long hours put enormous pressure on her during her 20s and although it looked like she had it all, she started feeling down.
“When I was young, I became depressed. I was 21 and I was rising to success,” she recalled during a BBC Radio 4 interview. “I know it sounds terrible, but it’s a very, very difficult thing, I didn’t necessarily want that.”

After she had her big breakthrough, she expected her fame to bring her great happiness. But the opposite happened.
“I was very depressed and I had a lot of these issues where I couldn’t even go outside in public,” Goldie recalled. “I didn’t want to be a big deal, I wanted to go home, I wanted to get married, I wanted to be a dancing school teacher.”
She added, “I did have a plan and I didn’t have delusions of grandeur on any level, I was extremely realistic.”
“This is something that, for me, I worked through,” she added. “I went to a doctor, I went to a psychologist, I learned about quieting my mind and what happens to the brain.”

Through an Instagram video posted on October 5, World Teacher’s Day, Goldie thanked her second-grade teacher, Mrs. Povitch, and recalled something from her childhood. As it turned out, as a child, Goldie had troubles reading and was put into the “worst” reading group, but Mrs. Povitch made her feel as though she was part of the best group.
“She made me feel like it was the best reading group, so I never really felt bad,” Goldie said in the video.
She also revealed that she was “in love” with her teacher.
“Well, I was in love with her,” she said jokingly. “In fact, I think I still am!”

In the caption of the wonderful video clip, which is part of her organization MindUp, Goldie wrote: “I fell in love with my 2nd grade teacher, Mrs Povitch. She made me feel good about myself even if I was [one of] the only kids in the ‘purple balls’ – the worst reading group!
“Our teachers can become angels in our lives. I honor each and everyone of them.”
Goldie Hawn overcame her reading troubles and ended up being one of the best actresses in Hollywood.
Two young children lost their loving mother after a stray bullet hit her in the head.
The terribly tragic incident took place on Sunday night. At the time of the shooting, 23-year-old Melanie Yates from Zion, Illinois, was reading the bible to her seven-month-old daughter as she was putting her to sleep.
The police arrived at the scene at 2800 block of Enoch Avenue in Zion to see young Melanie bleeding from the head. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries on Monday.
According to Lake County Major Crime Task Force spokesman Christopher Covelli, Melanie was not the intended target.
Neighbors reported to have heard seven or eight gunshots at the time of the shooting.
Melanie’s brother, Stephan Calderon, wrote on social media, “Everybody who knew Lanie knows she loved Jesus Christ with every fiber of her being. There is no doubt whatsoever that she is in heaven at this very moment. But we on earth miss her very dearly.”

The entire family is devastated and heartbroken. They have a hard time accepting this beautiful young mother and wife is no longer by their side.
“You totally transformed the lives of my son-in-law and my granddaughters. They will never know their mother again. It’s heartbreaking because she wasn’t out and about, she was in her own home,” her mother Lam Calderon shared with Fox13 News.
The investigation is ongoing. So far, there is no information about the shooter, and there are no suspects. The police is asking anyone who has any information about the case to come forward.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family during times of grief. So far, $134,600 have been raised.
“We miss her passionate, powerful prayers. We miss her infectious laugh. We miss her beautiful singing voice lifting songs of worship. We miss her feisty, witty humor. We miss her dedication to being an amazing, godly mom and wife. We miss her. And we wish with every fiber of our being she was here, but we know she’s in a better place,” her brother wrote online.
Rest in peace, Melanie. Our hearts go out to her family.
