A heartbreaking tragedy took place when a 3-year-old boy named Josiah Toleafoa was killed on the day he was supposed to celebrate his third birthday.
The sweet boy and his family were at the parking lot of Play City, an indoor venue for kids’ parties, when a car hit Josiah.
Witnesses of the tragedy said that his devastated mother screamed and cried hysterically as paramedics were trying to save his life. Unfortunately, Josiah didn’t make it. He died at the Rady Children’s Hospital.
This family’s lives turned upside down. What was supposed to be a day of joy turned into the worst experience of their lives. Their happiness was replaced with grief and sorrow and their world shattered into a million pieces.

Reportedly, the 36-year-old driver who killed Josiah and whose identity hasn’t been confirmed wasn’t under influence of drugs or alcohol. He stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities and reasons behind the loss of control haven’t been confirmed.
Members of the family started a GoFundMe to help Josiah’s mom and dad with the funeral expenses.
“JOSIAH brought the family together- his incredible SMILE, LOVING HEART simply brought JOY to any room. There was no time to see him do amazing things. I KNOW HE WOULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD,” the boy’s aunt, Tatiana Toleafoa wrote.

“We’re doing this gofundme to help with my sweet nephew’s funeral expenses and services for the little angel that touched so many lives in so many different ways before he was called to Heaven. Any amount would help, anything at all. We are so thankful to have loving family and friends to be with us and love us through this horrible tragedy and want to be able to put him to rest to say goodbye and never forget the little boy who loved with a tremendous heart,” the page stated.
The owner of Play City donated $2,000 to the Josiah’s family and that the landlord matched his donation as well.
Currently, no arrests have been made.
We are so very sorry for this family’s heartbreak. There is no greater loss than that of losing a child.

An icon to American youth in the 1960s, George Maharis, best known for his work on Fantasy Island and Route 66 passed away this month, his friend and caretaker Marc Bahan confirmed.
“George Maharis passed away on Wednesday, May 25. George is well known for his stardom in route 66, stage productions, singing, artist, and above all a great guy would do anything for anyone. My dear friend, you’ll be terribly missed,” Bahan wrote in his post.
On Route 66, Maharis played Buz Murdock, a hardened survivor of New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen. He, along with co-star Tod Stiles, who passed away in 2015, traveled the highway that author John Steinbeck had dubbed “The Mother Road” and embarked on new journeys visiting new city with each new episode.
After three seasons, Maharis left the show and the role which earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Continuity of Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Series. The reason was his hospitalization for hepatitis.
Maharis went on to appear in a number of films, including Sylvia, The Satan Bug and The Happening, before he got a leading role in another series, The Most Deadly Game. At the same time, he is known to be one of the first models to pose nude for Playgirl.
Before studying at the Actors Studio and being part of a number of off-Broadway shows, Maharis, who was born in Queens to parents of Greek origin, served in the Marine Corps.
Besides being a famous name in Hollywood, Maharis also had a singing career during which he released seven albums. His song Teach Me Tonight reached the charts.
George Maharis died aged 94. May he rest in peace.

Over the years, Kate Middleton became a much-loved member of the family. Along with her husband, the future King of the country, they make one of the most powerful couples in the world.
The Princess of Wales truly is a special woman, both as a royal and as a mother. One thing about her is that she carries a lot of weight on her shoulder, but she performs everything with such excellence that she leaves many stunned. Always down-to-earth and extremely fashionable, Kate steals the attention whenever she appears.

They both graduated in the same year, 2005; William with a master of arts degree in geography, and Kate with a master of arts degree in art history. But while their relationship appeared only to flourish, trouble lay on the horizon.
When the media learned that the Prince was dating Kate, who was labeled as a ‘commoner’ despite the fact her parents made millions through their company, all eyes were on her. And knowing how cruel the British press can be, then 19-year-old Kate went through hell when they started calling her “Waity Katie” and “Lazy Katie.” This was due to the fact that she quit her job to “prepare for her future life.”
However, in 2007, the couple split, and that split was a high-profile one as everyone suddenly started talking about it. The news filled the newspapers and made headlines while many speculated of the reasons behind the break-up.

Recalling the time of their break up, both Kate and William claimed it was actually good for them because they got to “find themselves.” Kate even said that “you can get quite consumed by a relationship when you’re younger,” as per The Telegraph.
As William was partying at London nightclubs and was dating different girls, Kate believed he was “cheapening her image.” According to royal correspondents Laura Collins, Katie Nicholl, and Ian Gallagher, “harsh words” were exchanged between William and Kate as she felt humiliated by his behavior.
William was very supportive of his loved one and made sure he prepared Kate for her life as a royal.

At certain point of their relationship, it was William’s friends who overstepped the line and treated Kate with certain amount of disrespect, giving her nicknames. This made William furious and he stood up for her.
Before starting their multi-million dollar worth company Party Pieces, Kate’s parents worked ordinary jobs. Her mother was an air hostess for the British Airways and it seemed like a good ground for jokes at the future Princess’ expense.
Speaking on Vanity Fair’s DYNASTY podcast last year, royal expert Katie Nicholl – author of The New Royals – described how William’s “snooty” friends whispered “doors to manual” when Kate arrived at one of West London’s nightclubs.
The prince’s aristocratic friends who were referred to as the “Glosse Posse,” a reference to their Gloucestershire roots, didn’t feel like Kate was on their level. However, she never rose to the “derogatory” comments made towards her, but decided to ignore them.
“It was never water off a duck’s back, but she has extraordinary strength of character and resilience. I’ve never once seen or heard of her losing her temper,” a royal aide told the Sunday Times Magazine.

William never let anyone mock Kate. When his friends didn’t treat her right, he would stop the insults right away. According to a 2021 article published by Daily Mail, “[William] flies off the handle at any sign of Kate being patronised and stamps that out very quickly. It’s one of his triggers,” a royal source said.
“Over the years, many people have come up with great ideas for her, but if they are put across in a dismissive way, they’ve got pretty short shrift from him.”
“When Kate felt isolated from his life, he confronted the ‘friends’ who were not only abusive toward her but also her mother, mocking her English [and] calling her ‘door to manual’ as she used to be a hostess. One time, people referred to Kate’s family as to “the en masse Middletons.” This was because the family would show up to an event in a “pristine” Land Rover, bringing with them all the things that come with an upper-class picnic.

“The snootiness of the upper classes leveled at what they called the ‘en masse Middletons,’ this idea that the Middletons would turn up for a picnic at a social event for example and they would turn up in their pristine Land Rover that had been newly polished and they had a brand new Fortnum and Masons hamper, all of the paraphernalia that comes with an upper-class picnic,” Katie Nicholl explained on the DYNASTY podcast.
“But of course, [they were] alongside the sort of true aristocratic double baron titles that turn up at these events, in their muddy Land Rovers, with their moth-eaten blankets that are full of holes and some sort of oddly cobbled together picnic with hardboiled eggs rather than M&S finest.”
As time passed by, Britons started showing their appreciation for Kate, and today, she’s high on the list of favorite members of the Firm.

Halle Berry isn’t just an on screen superhero, but an amazing real life mom to her two children, daughter Nahla, who was raised away from the spotlight and the public eye, and son Maceo Martinez.
The Monster’s Ball star, who is the first ever black woman to earn an Academy Award for best actress, was married three times. From 1993 to 1997, she was married to MBL player David Justice, and then, from 2001 to 2005, she was married to singer-songwriter Eric Benét. But it wasn’t until two failed marriages that she met the father of her future daughter. Berry met handsome Canadian model, Gabriel Aubrey, at a 2005 Versace photoshoot. The two fell for one another and welcomed daughter Nahla in 2008.

Sadly, the couple split in 2010, and the two were left fighting over Nahla whom Berry wanted to move to France but was forbidden to do so by the courts. Over the years, the two have been involved in a number of disputes over their parenting styles.
One time, Berry accused Aubrey of dying Nahla’s hair, but he denied the accusations. Berry then took him to court and after analyzing the girl’s hair, it was determined that it was indeed dyed.

Today, Nahla is 15 and she’s bigger sister to Berry’s son whom she had with Olivier Martinez, her co-star from Dark Tide.
However, the fact that Nahla turned 15 surprised many, probably because of the fact that the world hasn’t seen much of her throughout the years.
For the occasion, Berry shared photos of her daughter. One of them is a framed black and white image on which the mother-daughter duo share a laught, and the second captures Nahla from the back, while she lies on a netted hammock overlooking the water. On the third photo Belly shared, Nahla is sitting on an outdoor couch while her face is covered with a brown, beret-styled cap.
“One of the greatest gifts the universe has given me is my daughter, Nahla. She is the sun that never fades and the moon that never wanes! Please join me in wishing her a happy 15th Birthday today! I love you sweet angel,” the proud mom wrote.
“Is that ‘15th a typo? That human cannot be 15 already,” one fan wrote.
Nahla’s dad also shared a sweet message for his daughter’s birthday. “Happy Birthday my beautiful little Nahla. Nothing brings more joy than seeing you grow into the amazing little woman that you are.”
One thing about Nahla that everyone agrees on is that she is a spitting image of her dad. A lot of people commented on the physical likeness between the father and the daughter, writing, “that baby looks like her daddy,” and “she has her dad’s face.”

After four months, the body of Brazilian actor Jefferson Machado, best known for his role in the soap opera Reis, who was last seen on January 27, 2023 and was reported missing on February 9 after his dogs were found abandoned at his Rio de Janeiro home, was found stuffed inside a wooden chest buried six-feet beneath the backyard of a house in the area of Campo Grande, Rio de Janeiro.
As of now, the suspect of this horrific crime is one of Machado’s friends who was renting the property where his body was located, but no arrests have been made.
The news of his tragic passing was reported by his lawyer Jairo Magalhaes Advogados who shared a statement with the public which read, “It is with regret that I share the sad news of the passing of actor Jeff Machado, whose body was found with signs of strangulation.”
“His arms were tied behind his head and buried in a trunk that is very similar to the ones in his own house,” Advogados added.
The actor spoke to his mother on January 29, two days after he was last seen, but no one heard from him ever since. What’s most, shortly after he went missing, the password of his iCloud was changed and his location deactivated. In the meantime, his family and friends were receiving text messages from his phone number from someone who tried to impersonate him.

When Esra Haynes died, she was just 13 years old, and the reason for her tragic death is bizarre.
This young girl who was referred to as “determined, fun, cheeky and talented” by the Montrose Football Netball Club that she co-captained, got caught in a viral craze called chroming, which involves inhaling toxic chemicals through the mouth or nose to get high.
Esra was an athlete and lead a healthy life, racing BMX bikes with her brothers, and leading her team to a national aerobics’ championship in Queensland. But all that was taken away from her after a wrong decision she made on March 31 during a sleepover at a friend’s house.

As she wanted to be part of the viral trend, Esra inhaled a toxic amount of aerosol deodorant and went into cardiac arrest, sustaining irreparable brain damage.
Her parents were devastated. Appearing on A Current Affair with host Ally Langdon, they spoke of the heartbreak and the fatal consequences of inhaling toxic chemicals in an attempt to prevent something similar from happening to other naive young people.
“It was just the regular routine of going to hang out with her mates,” her mom Andrea, told Langdon in the interview. Her father Paul added, “We always knew where she was and we knew who she was with. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary…To get this phone call at that time of night, (it) was one of the calls no parent ever wants to have to receive, and we unfortunately got that call: ‘Come and get your daughter.’”
Initially, her friends weren’t aware how serious Esra’s condition was. They only thought she was having a panic attack, not aware that their friends was dying right in front of their eyes. “But after inhaling deodorant, her body was actually starting to shut down, she was in cardiac arrest and no one at the sleepover used cardiac arrest,” Langdon explained.
When her mom arrived by Esra’s side, paramedics were trying to revive her and told Andrea that her daughter had been chroming, a word that the scared mother heard for the first time ever.
Esra was transferred to the hospital and was placed on life support, but just eight hours later, the parents were told that her brain was damaged beyond repair and that needed to make a decision to turn the life support off.
Knowing there was nothing that could be done, Andrea and Paul called relatives and family members to say their final goodbyes. “It was a very, very difficult thing to do to such a young soul. She was put onto a bed so we could lay with her. We cuddled her until the end.”
Esra’s siblings, Imogen, Seth and Charlie are have been shattered ever since their sister is gone.
“It was really devastating, devastating for everyone involved, all her friends as well,” Paul said. “It’s been the most difficult, traumatic time any parent could go through. We haven’t been sleeping, we’ve hardly been eating, we haven’t been smiling–we’re not ourselves…But it’s not just affected us, it’s the community as well.”
Following Esra’s passing, Andrea and Paul are doing all in their power to put an end to the crazy viral craze that took their daughter’s life.
Speaking to 7 News, Paul said he wished he knew of chroming when Esra was still alive, so he could have warned her of the dangers: “If we were educated and the word had been put out there, we would have had the discussion around our kitchen table for sure.
“We need to ramp it up and let these kids find out the information first-hand, and not through friends, and not through social media–then they’re given the right advice off the bat.”
Esra isn’t the first victim of chroming. Over the years, a number of young people lost their lives from the consequences of it as it can easily lead to seizures, heart attack, suffocation, sudden sniffing death, coma, and organ failure.
“We’ve got the pictures in our mind which will never be erased, you know, of what we were confronted with,” Paul told Langdon. “Our gut was ripped out.”
We are so very sorry for this family’s loss and we wish no parent ever experiences such heartbreak.

Known for blending traditional honky-tonk and mainstream country pop sounds, Alan Jackson’s list of awards is so long that we stopped counting. Among the rest, he is a recipient of two Grammy Awards, 16 CMA Awards, 17 ACM Awards and nominee of multiple other awards.

Around two years ago, the singer revealed he had been diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a group of disorders that cause nerve damage, which has affected his ability to move and keep balance on stage. His diagnosis was confirmed back in 2011, but he managed to hide it from his fans until symptoms grew worse over the years.

There are roughly 126,000 people in the United States and more than 2.5 million people worldwide living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease – nearly all CMT disease cases are inherited.

Besides the condition, he still does what he loves most, making music. On his daughter Mattie Jackson’s podcast In Joy Life, Jackson said, “I’m always scribbling down ideas and thinking about melodies… I feel like there’ll be some more music to come, yes.”
He was then asked by fans if he has plans on making a new album to what he answered, “Yes, I would hope so,” to the delight of many. Further, he added that besides not touring around, his ‘creative part jumps out every now and then.’
On the 56th annual CMA, Jackson was presented with the association’s Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award.
The country legend took the stage and had the crowd rise to their feet. Following the performance he said, “Country music’s been really good to me. I fell in love with it when I was a young man.”
But what he enjoys most about his career is writing songs. On his daughter’s podcast, he revealed that writing songs is ‘more fulfilling than anything’ and that he loves it way better than performing on stage.
“When you make an album, or especially when you write a lot of the songs for it, that’s creating something. It’s a challenge, so it keeps you interested a little more. If I didn’t write, I think I would’ve gotten bored just singing a long time ago,” he said.
Jackson started his career back in the day when he started performing at night clubs and local bars while he worked as a mechanic. Then, he signed with Arista Records in Nashville and released his first record, Here in the Real World, in 1985. Well, the rest is history.
The Georgia native has been married to wife Denise since 1979 and they have three children together.

How many times has it happened to you to lose your wallet, your keys, or even important documents? I know it happens to me very often. Luckily, I always find them in some of my drawers.
But when you lose something out of your house, you only hope an honest person will stumble upon it and give it back to you before you lose hope of ever finding it again.
Honestly, not many people will ever return a wallet full of cash, but luckily, for one veteran, his was found by a young man with a heart of gold.
Tommy O’Connor, a student at Irvington High School was leaving a 7-Eleven in Fremont, California, when he spotted a wallet on the ground. Once he opened it to see who it belonged to, Tommy saw a wad of $100 bills inside. Overall, there were $2,300 in the wallet.

The young man knew exactly what to do. He was determined to find the rightful owner, which didn’t seem like an easy task as there were no documents inside.
After thorough consideration, Tommy decided to ask his para-educator at the school, Andre Gomez, for help. “He was so concerned about finding the wallet’s owner,” Andre recalled. “No other option even occurred to him. He immediately knew what he had to do.”
Once they checked the wallet again, the two were able to find a veteran card with a name and an address on it. Tommy and Andre were quick to track the man down who was over the moon when he heard his money wasn’t lost. He was desperate to find the wallet as he needed to pay rent, and Tommy doing the right thing restored this veteran’s faith in humanity. He gave Tommy $50 as a reward for the kind deed.

Tommy could easily keep the money because his family was having a hard time make ends meet and lived paycheck-to-paycheck, but he held to his principles and made the right decision.
When his family learned what Tommy did they couldn’t hide the fact they were really proud of their son. “With us living month-to-month, it is a big chunk of money and I’m so proud of him that he did that,” his dad told KPIX 5.
When Tommy’s mom sent him a message that read “Ms. Kalra called me. Wow your one in a million. Love you to the moon and back,” Tommy responded in the sweetest way. He replied: “You should be thanking yourself. You raised me.”

The news of Tina Turner’s passing broke the hearts of millions of fans from every part of the earth.
“Tina Turner, the ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ has died peacefully today at the age of 83 after a long illness in her home in Kusnacht near Zurich, Switzerland,” the statement read. “With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model.”
With a career spanning over five decades, Tina Turner remains one of the best-selling recording artists. She was born Anna Mae Bullock and her parents divorced when she was very young leaving her and her sister with their grandmother. When she turned 19, Tina moved in with her mother and that’s when her talent got noticed.
Tina rose to fame when she started performing with her then-husband Ike Turner before she started a solo career.

Her energetic stage presence and her powerful vocal kept her on the top for many years. Tina’s songs “Private Dancer,” “What’s Love Got To Do,” “Proud Mary,” and many more are still huge hits and part of many generations’ lives.
She retired from singing some years ago, and sadly, she faced health issues during the final years of her life.
Many fellow colleagues paid tribute to the woman who changed the world of music forever. Among them was Mick Jagger who tweeted, “I’m so saddened by the passing of my wonderful friend Tina Turner. She was truly an enormously talented performer and singer. She was inspiring, warm, funny and generous, she helped me so much when I was young and I will never forget her.”
Lionel Richie shared: “What a life! What a show! What a talent! Your resilience was a lesson for us all. I will miss you, my dear friend! Thanks for the memories…”

Another person who shared fond memories involving Tina Turner and her everlasting music is Prince William.
Back in 2021, William revealed he has a soft spot for Tina Turner, especially her song The Beast which brought him back to his childhood and the carefree days when he and Harry listened to the song while at the backseat of their mom’s car who adored Turner and her music.
“When I was younger, Harry and I, we were at boarding school. My mother used to play all sorts of songs to kind of while away the anxiety of going back to school,” Prince William said.
“And one of the songs I massively remember and has stuck with me all this time, and I still, to this day, still quite enjoy secretly, is Tina Turner’s ‘The Best’ because sitting in the backseat, singing away, it felt like a real family moment.”

At first glance, the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla seemed a picture perfect one, but now that experts have analyzed the footage of the historical day, one thing caught their attention and it involves Camilla and Kate Middleton.
For the Britons, it’s all about tradition, and Camilla’s grandchildren being given such significant roles, that of Pages of Honor, just like Prince George, wasn’t received nicely by part of the fans and it seems that Kate Middleton was one of them.
Namely, a number of people from Camilla’s family were in attendance, and that included her former husband, Andrew Parker Bowles, as well as her son, Tom Parker Bowles and her daughter Laura Lopes, along with several of her grandchildren. Camilla’s sister, Annabel Elliot, was there with a friend, the Marchioness of Lansdowne. Overall, there were twenty people from Camilla’s side of the family at the Westminster Abby, which according to ABC royal reporter Victoria Murphy marked a new step for them.

On the other hand, Kate had four family members supporting her in Westminster Abbey; sister Pippa Middleton, brother James Middleton, and parents Carole and Michael Middleton.
This allegedly angered the Princess of Wales and she wasn’t afraid to show her dissatisfaction by ‘not moving a limb’ when Camilla left the Abbey and the rest of the guests took a bow.

“Camilla bought twenty Parker Bowles’ to the coronation, and there were four Middleton’s,” royal expert Tom Bower TV told host Dan Wooton.
“And what was even more noticeable was at the Windsor concert the following day, William makes no reference to Queen Camilla. So there is a tension there.”
The biographer then claimed the tension was a “dangerous position for Charles to be in,” especially after an “exhausted” Queen Camilla “disappeared” from the public eye as Kate was “behaving like the Queen.”
“If you look at the Coronation footage, as the King and Queen leave the thrones and head for the exit of Westminster Abbey, you’ll see that everyone bows and curtsies to the King and no one moves a limb, a muscle when Camilla passes,” the royal expert said.
“And that’s because they were angry with her. No-one moves. Kate and William were angry too. That anger went right through that small part of the congregation by the throne at the centre of Westminster Abbey. And in that moment it was absolutely noticeable to those people who had been excluded that nobody – let alone Kate – curtsied to Queen Camilla.”

Everyone who has seen the coronation has to agree that Camilla’s grandchildren did greatly as Pages of Honor, but many are convinced that the Queen’s daughter’s twin sons being given that significant roles broke the tradition British people swear by.
Kinsey Schofield, another royal expert, is among those who believe that the Queen took a step too far away from royal tradition.
“The Royal Family’s value is in their traditions. Traditions and ceremonies that the world envies. When they sway too far from those customs, you will anger and disappoint a significant amount of people that feel like those actions strip away at the mystique.” Further, Schofield believes that although they were under the spotlight during the coronation, Camilla’s family isn’t interesting to the royal fans. “Camilla’s popularity may have increased, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there will be any interest in her grandchildren,” the royal expert said.

The Queen loves spending time with her grandchildren, and according to her, so does King Charles who reads them Harry Potter when they are in Scotland.

Ever since he appeared on the popular BBC program Trading Spaces where he worked as a carpenter, Ty Pennington, the host of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, stole many people’s hearts. Extremely skillful and smoking hot, it didn’t come as a surprise that Ty was soon offered to host one of the best shows designed to help people in need.
Hosting the show put Ty in the spotlight, but being on the set took its toll. He could barely find the time for his private life.
“I didn’t see family or a girlfriend for 10 years. I would come home to do laundry and go out again,” he told The Atlanta Constitution in 2019.
“When I saw people from the old TV show, they said ’My God! You look amazing!’ I got some sleep! I would imagine I look a lot better than when I was on the show.”

In fact, Ty didn’t always want to be in the business of building things. On the contrary, he planned on being a graphic designer and worked in construction to pay the bills while he was in art school, but a near-fatal car accident he was involved in stopped on the way of his modeling career and he turned to carpentry.
“Overnight my career seemed to explode… but alas, fate had other plans. Only one week later I would be in a horrible car accident,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “I hung up my one decent head shot, picked up my trusty tool bag and went back to construction and carpentry. 9 years later I would get a call to audition for Trading Spaces… and the rest is history.”
He was first introduced to Hollywood as a set designer for the 1995 film Leaving Las Vegas, starring Nicholas Cage, but he only rose to fame with his role as a builder on Trading Spaces, the show that disrupted conventional concepts of home renovations.
After Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which brought him two Prime Time Emmy Awards, was canceled back in 2011, Ty turned to other projects. He joined ABC’s talk show The Revolution and later on became a part of two cooking shows, On The Menu and American Diner Revival. He also opened a Los Angeles based design store. In 2018, Ty was part of the third season of the Deluxe Corporation’s series Small Business Revolution: Main Street, and he also did some renovations for Trading Spaces. Most recently, he was seen hosting Battle on the Beach.
When Extreme Makeover: Home Edition aired again recently, he wasn’t offered to get back on the show, but he said there are no hard feelings or any bad blood.

Currently, Ty appears as a mentor and design expert on HGTV’s Battle on the Beach, and as a host on the show Rock the Block.
Ty married 33-year-old social media manager Kellee Merrell in November 2021. He proposed to her with a beautiful tea-drop-shaped diamond ring and shared the great news on Instagram by posting a photo with the caption “It’s the ‘yes’ for me…”
They have known in each other for a long time but only started dating last year after they stumbled upon each other.
“I have admired Kellee from afar for years. She’s a beautiful person inside and out,” Ty told People.
“Luckily our paths finally crossed at the right time. It’s one of those things where you just feel happy being around a person. I never thought I would get married, but she changed that. Glad I waited for the one.”
Last year, the host posted a fun video of him from the beach with his shorts spiked up to his stomach and added that ‘he was pushing his stomach out’ after some fans noted tha he no longer has six-pack.
He then decided to further address the criticism and wrote a lengthy Instagram post titled Thoughts on Aging in which he wrote: “What was an honest moment of just trying to make my wife laugh, was then picked apart by strangers- with a lot of views, comes a lot of hate! Comments like “disgusting,” “gross,” “omg he’s so old now,” “grandpa,” “he got fat…And I wondered, if I was still young and fit, would I be getting the same comments?” He continued, “There has been such a force behind accepting all shapes and sizes and aging in the female community which is AWESOME (keep it coming) but maybe let’s give that same grace to men?”
Of course, when he first appeared on television, he was decades younger than he’s today.

The friendship between Cher and late Tina Turner had been a strong one. The two divas, each in her own right, shared much more that their celebrity status and their love for music.
Following the passing of the ‘Queen of Rock and Roll,’ Cher paid tribute to her friend of many years and recalled the last time she visited Turner who was battling an illness.
“I started going to visit her because I thought, ‘I need to put this time into our friendship, so she knows we haven’t forgotten her,” Cher explained in an interview, explaining how she decided to prioritize her friendship with Turner. “So we all took turns going and spending time with her and it made her happy.”
Although the exact cause of death hasn’t been confirmed yet, Cher revealed that Turned had her dialysis machine in her home. Back in 2017, Turner experienced kidney failure and was forced to undergo a kidney transplant after her husband Erwin Bach gave her his kidney.

“She fought this sickness for such a long time and she was so strong as you think she would be, but I know towards the end, she told me once, she said, ‘I’m really ready. I just don’t want to put up with this anymore,’” Cher said of her friend.
She also noted that Turner “was really happy” nonetheless.
“She said, ‘I can’t spend too much time,’ and then five hours later we were laughing like crazy and she wanted to get up and show everything she bought in the house,” the singer said of the first time visiting Turner in Switzerland. “… She was having a good time in spite of the fact that she was really sick and not wanting people to know about it.”
During the last visit, Turner gifted Cher shoes. “She gave me a pair of shoes the last time I saw her. What kind of shoes? Tina Turner shoes!” Cher added. “The big high heels that she just [walked] around in like they were nothing.”

Two two singers first met and became friends while Turner was still married to her abusive husband Ike Turner.
“When I first knew her, she was still with Ike,” Cher recalled. “It was very strange to see her with Ike and afterward. I was so thrilled, because afterward, she was so free. You could just see her being able to take a big breath. Her new life was like a big, fresh breath.”
In fact, it was following Turner’s divorce from Ike when she and Cher started spending even more time together.
The memories of Turner are a beautiful reminder of a special bond the singers shared. “She was such a force. Honestly, I think she just hit everything head-on… She wasn’t about to stop. She might not have won every battle, but she fought every war. She was there fighting for all the things she believed in,” Cher told E Online. “… She’s one of the great artists in our generation, in rock and roll. There was no other person like her. There’s no other person who could come close to who she was.”

Losing such a great friend and a person as special as Turner left a deep mark at Cher who is left heartbroken. “She gave me lots of strength sometimes, and I gave her lots of strength too.”
The devastating news of Tina Turner’s passing was shared by her representative.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Turner. With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow,” the statement read. “Today we say goodbye to a dear friend who leaves us all her greatest work: her music. All our heartfelt compassion goes out to her family. Tina, we will miss you dearly.”

Candace Cameron Bure, whose career started during her teenage years, has spoken openly of her eating habits and disorders, as well as how her relationship with food has affected her life.
Most recently, she shared with her fans that she hasn’t eaten fast food in the last 20 years, apart from In-N-Out. The Instagram story she shared read: “I haven’t eaten fast food except for In-N-Out in 20 years. Some days I wonder what a burger and fries is like from McDonald’s or Burger King or Wendy’s or any of those other places I’ve never eaten at. Today is that day. Am I going to find out? No.
“And no, I’ve never had Taco Bell or anything similar,” the actress added. “I don’t regret it. You can’t convince me otherwise.”

Following the post, fans were quick to ‘do their homework’ and check if the actress was telling the truth, and based on an old photo of her, she wasn’t. Namely, they unearthed a photo of Bure showing her holding a Chick-Fil-A cup with one of her sons. The photo, which was taken back in 2012 was captioned: “We love chikin!”
This made Bure take a stand and confront those who attacked her, and she did that through her spokesperson. “Candace told me that she drove her son to get food at Chick-fil-A and she only ordered an iced tea for herself,” the spokesperson said, adding that the accusations of Bure lying about not having eaten fast food in the last two decades were ‘ridiculous.’ “Candace is only holding a cup,” her spokesperson further added.

In her book Reshaping It All, from 2010, Bure opened up about her eating disorder. In a 2016 interview, Bure shared with ET: “I knew I had a problem but again, it’s like being on a runaway train and you wanna get off but you don’t know how to get off.” Further, the Full House star noted, “I kind of lost my identity in a sense and what happened was I turned to food for comfort when my husband was traveling and when I was alone. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food that turned into bulimia. I dealt with it for several years but it wasn’t about body image and trying to feel good — It was about trying to find comfort or fill voids within myself.”

Jeff Bridges, The Big Lebowski star, was honored with Lifetime Achievement at the 2023 Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
The award was presented to him by his long-time friend John Goodman.
Watching Bridges stepping on stage and receiving an award made his fans extremely happy, especially because the actor has experienced very hard two years when it came to his health.

Back in 2020, Bridges was diagnosed with cancer and was forced to undergo chemo treatments. Unfortunately, while battling the disease, both he and his wife contracted COVID-19. As his body was already weak from the cancer treatments he received and his immune system was compromised, he had a hard time fighting the virus, which unfortunately left him unable to stand on his feet.
“I had no defenses. That’s what chemo does — it strips you of all your immune system. I had nothing to fight it,” said Bridges in an interview with PEOPLE earlier this year. “I was pretty close to dying. I was in surrender mode. I was ready to go. I was dancing with my mortality,” the actor recalled.
Luckily, he overcame both COVID-19 and cancer and he’s now in remission. “Although it is a serious disease, I feel fortunate that I have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good,” he wrote.

During his acceptance speech at the 2023 Critics Choice Awards, Bridges said he dedicates the award to his late father, Lloyd Bridges. As he was overwhelmed, he forgot to share all of the remarks he had prepared beforehand, but he still got the chance to do so while in the press room.
“I was sick for two years — with cancer and COVID — and when I talked about my family … I wanted to, you know, talk about their support during that time,” He then added, “I didn’t think I was going to make it at all, let alone get going back to work.”
“When you get close to losing something like that, your gratitude and your thankfulness for what you have, the people that you love, and the love that you feel for your loved ones, grows,” he said. “It just magnifies it, and that was something positive that came out of it.”
And yes, not only Bridges feels way better, but he’s back on set. “But because they supported me so beautifully, I was able to go back and finish The Old Man. We were stopped in the middle of the season and it was very surreal. It was like we had a two year long weekend ya know?”
He then said how the last two years felt like a dream to him. “I’d say to Amy Brennamen and [John] Lithgow, and say, ‘I had the weirdest dream guys. I was in the hospital. I couldn’t believe it. But their support during those times — and also The Old Man. Doing that show was terrific and I’m so happy we’re going to do another season starting in March.”
He shared how blessed he feels, saying, “I’m so blessed to have this cast. To get back to what invigorates you, it feels great, man.”

Tina Turner, the greatest diva in the history of mankind has died aged 83.
The news has been confirmed by her spokesperson via a statement.
“Tina Turner, the ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ has died peacefully today at the age of 83 after a long illness in her home in Kusnacht near Zurich, Switzerland,” the statement read. “With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model.”
With a career spanning over five decades, Tina Turner remains one of the best-selling recording artists. She was born Anna Mae Bullock and her parents divorced when she was very young leaving her and her sister with their grandmother. When she turned 19, Tina moved in with her mother and that’s when her talent got noticed.
Tina rose to fame when she started performing with her then-husband Ike Turner before she started a solo career.
Her energetic stage presence and her powerful vocal kept her on the top for many years. Tina’s songs “Private Dancer,” “What’s Love Got To Do,” “Proud Mary,” and many more are still huge hits and part of many generations’ lives.
She retired from singing some years ago, and sadly, she faced health issues during the final years of her life.
Dubbed the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll,” Turner won six of her eight Grammy Awards in the 1980s.
Her first husband, Ike Turner, abused her, and he was the man she made some of the greatest hist with. Ike and Turner were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. Phil Spector accepted the award on their behalf.
In 2019, a Broadway Musical honoring her life debuted with Tina in attendance.
In her book, Tina Turner: My Love Story, published two years ago, the singer spoke of her health struggles, among which her battle with intestinal cancer followed by kidney failure. “I began to think about death. If my kidneys were going, and it was time for me to die, I could accept that. It was OK. When it’s time, it’s really time. I didn’t mind the thought of dying, but I was concerned about how I would go,” she wrote.
After the successful surgery during which part of her colon was removed, she had a kidney transplant. Her donor was her husband Erwin Bach.
Tina leaves a legacy behind that will live on forever. May she rest in peace.

Now that the much-awaited coronation, which was watched by around 20 million Britons, passed, the royals are back to their duties of serving the country. While the King and the Queen took a deserved vacation, the Prince and Princess of Wales don’t seem to have the time to rest.
On Monday, Kate Middleton visited the Chelsea Flower Show in London on Monday, which was attended by 100 children from ten different elementary schools who joined together for the inaugural Children’s Picnic. When one of the children asked the Princess for an autograph, she could be heard saying, “I can’t write my name, but I can draw,” according to People. When they asked her why is that, she replied: “My name’s Catherine. I’m not allowed to write my signature, it’s just one of those rules.”
Not only Kate, but the rest of the royals too are not allowed to give autographs because they fear that their signatures could be forged.

Now as the royal family are doing their best to complete all of the engagements on their list of duties, they sometimes get involved in unpleasant situations and are not resistant to criticism and mockery.
Last week, royal fans and experts, as well as the members of the Firm, were left outraged when Kate Middleton became the subject of an obscure sex joke heard by millions.
In an episode of the Amazon crime series Citadel – starring Priyanka Chopra – a crime boss compares breaking into an office to getting “between the legs of the Duchess of Cambridge.”
“The chief of armed forces? You might as well have asked me how to get between the legs of the Duchess of Cambridge!” character Mason Kane, portrayed by Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden, said.

Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth, and Charles III becoming the King, William and Kate received the titles of Prince and Princess of Wales, with Kate retaining the title of Duchess of Cambridge.
Regarding the line in Citadel, many fans stood by the Princess’ side and condemned the series. “Gratuitous and vile,” one Tweeter user wrote, “Who wrote the script and who approved it?!” another added.
The Sun also reported how fans and readers slammed the show.
“We were all set to watch Citadel when we found out you slammed Kate! We won’t be watching anything else your in! That was low class!!!!!” one person wrote.
A second added: “Citadel, since your Meghan loving star thinks its funny to make obscene jokes about Kate, I stopped watching Citadel after the 2nd episode. A little dignity from your stars isn’t too much to ask.”

A number of royal experts and commentators also took a stand, among them Richard Fitzwilliams who described the attack on the Princess as “shocking.”
“It is absolutely surreal that anybody would stoop to obscene comments. It’s quite extraordinary. I think it’s shocking,” Fitzwilliams told The Sun.
“Amazon must explain what obscenities to real people, to members of the royal family, are doing in their film.”
Sadly, this isn’t the first time members of the royal family to be mocked and made fun of. It happened to Meghan Markle in the past when royal expert Robert Jobson, author of the 2002 book Diana: Closely Guarded Secret, spoke of Archie’s appearance on the royal balcony and suggested that the baby be dangled over the balcony the same way late music legend Michael Jackson dangled his son ‘Blanket’ around 20 years ago.

People didn’t find Jobson’s joke fun. On the contrary, they were left furious.
“Hearing King Charles’ biographer boldly state that Prince Archie should be held over the Buckingham Palace balcony during the coronation is vile…” one person wrote, as reported by Irish Mirror.
Freelance writer R.S. Locke wrote: “Robert Jobson thinks it would be funny to dangle Archie over the balcony. Eammon Holmes wants Harry & Meghan thrown off it. Jeremy Kyle wants Meghan thrown down a well.”
Stella Parton, Dolly Parton’s sister, also stood by the royals’ side, dubbing Jobson’s words “tasteless.”
“Was anyone else shocked by the British media making such a tasteless joke about Harry and Meghan’s son Archie being put over the balcony at the Coronation?” Parton wrote on Twitter. “These are evil people! I couldn’t believe it when I heard it!”
“Trying to recall a time when reporters have “joked” about Princes George & Louis & Princess Charlotte in this distasteful manner,” a third person wrote.

Most of the love stories born in Hollywood are fascinating to say the least. And as most of them don’t last long and are often surrounded by controversies, there are also those that remind us that forever is a thing, even in the world of celebrities.
Sarah Jessica Parker, who conquered the world as Carrie Bradshaw in the cult series Sex and the City, found true love with fellow actor Matthew Broderick, and 26 years later, they are still going as strong as ever.
Before marrying the love of her life, with whom she shares three children, a son and two tween daughters they got through surrogacy, Parker dated actor Robert Downey Jr. for seven years.
“I liked to drink, and I had a drug problem, and that didn’t jibe with Sarah Jessica, because it is the furthest thing from what she is,” Downey remembered of the time. “She provided me a home and understanding. She tried to help me, she was so miffed when I didn’t get my act together… I was in love with Sarah Jessica, and love clearly was not enough.”

In the early 90s, Parker’s brothers Toby and Pippin started a Broadway theater company together called ‘Naked Angels’ and that’s where Parker and Broderick first met.
“Matthew and I come from a different time and place. When we were young people, all we ever wanted was to be good working actors. We didn’t think of fame or money because, honestly, money was never part of the dream,” the And Just Like That star revealed in a 2013 interview with Harper Bazaar. “It was to work in theater, to be around those people whose work I was in total awe of.”

Two months following their initial meeting, he asked her on a date. “He left a very charming, very self-effacing message on the machine,” Parker told New York Times in a 1996 interview. “You know, ‘Hi, it’s Matthew Broderick.’ You had to use your last name.”
“I do remember first meeting her,” Broderick said in 2012. He continued, “[…] And I still remember very clearly seeing her walk down the street toward the movie theater … it’s very unique, because I wouldn’t remember most people the first time I saw them come down the street. [But] I remember it as clear as day.”
Parker knew right away that he was the man she wanted to spend her life with. “I think I learned early on when I was talking too much. I was like, ‘I’m in love. When’s he going to marry me?’ Oh my God, I’m so sorry about that,” she told Broderick. “I’m still apologizing for that.”

On their wedding day, which was a surprise for the guests who believed they were attending a party, not a wedding, Parker wore a black dress.
“I never thought about a wedding dress. Never. Had not one daydream about it,” said in a 2018 interview to People. “At one point I just simply remember thinking, ‘God, I really hope he asks me to marry him.’ I don’t know when or why. It was fairly early on.”
Besides being celebrities of their rank, the couple, along with their children, are down-to earth. “We painted our patio furniture ourselves … I make my children’s food myself,” Parker revealed in a 2010 interview with Vogue. “We put together their high chairs ourselves; we do a lot ourselves! We do our own grocery shopping, we go to the market ourselves, you know? I do my laundry.”
This year, they celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary and Parker paid a touching tribute to the man of her dreams and the father to her children. Sharing a photo of champagne cork, she wrote: “Happy 26th anniversary my husband. That sure was a nice celebration and a real nice bottle of champagne. And a gorgeous walk home. Oh the miles we have strolled together. I love you. XOX, your SJ.”

Siblings’ love is one of the strongest and purest forms of love there is, and this story is yet another proof of that.
Owen Burns, a 13-year-old boy Alpena Township in Michigan, was getting ready to play his favorite game “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” on his PlayStation 3 when he suddenly heard his younger sister screaming. The screams were coming from the yard where she was playing and goofing around. Concerned that she might be in trouble, Owen rushed towards the window and that’s when his little heart froze. Someone was forcefully dragging the 8-year-old girl towards the woods that edged the family’s home.
Aware that he needed to act as fast as possible, Owen grabbed the slingshot that his mom bought for him for $3 and reached to the nearest ammunition he could get his hands on, a marble and a rock. Having practiced how to use the slingshot by hitting used orange cans, he knew he could hit the kidnapper too.
Believe it or not, Owen was able to hit the kidnapper both times, once between his eyes, and the second time on the chest. “He was swearing. He was cussing,” Owen told Washington Post.
The kidnapper ran away, leaving the girl alone. She was very traumatized by the event, but at least she was safe and sound, and it was alll thanks to her brave and quick-thinking brother.
Once home, the siblings called their mother, who was helping a relative at the time the incident took place. The moment she heard what had happened, she rushed home and alerted the police.
Michigan State Police were able to track down the alleged kidnapper. They didn’t reveal his name but said he was a 17-year-old teenager who will be charged as an adult.

“He really is the one that … I believe saved his sister’s either life or from something seriously bad happening to her,” Lt. John Grimshaw said at a news conference, calling Owen’s actions “extraordinary.”
Further, Grimshaw recounted the encounter saying the kidnapper, “came from behind her, grabbed her like you see in the movies — hand over the mouth, arm around the waist — and was attempting to pull her into the woods.”
Owen’s mom, Maggie Burns, didn’t believe her son’s story of hitting the kidnapper right between the eyes and on the chest, but the police confirmed it was true.
“[The suspect] had obvious signs of an injury consistent with those that would have been sustained from the slingshot strikes to his head and chest,” police said in a press release.

“You said I always lie!” Owen said to his mother.
“I just couldn’t believe it,” she replied. “It just didn’t sound real, until there was proof. It sounds like something you would see in the movies.”
“Mom,” the teenager said, “stuff in the movies can and do happen in real life.”
It’s easy to say that Owen is a true hero. His efforts of protecting his little sister have been praised by the entire community. Well done, young man.

Ronald Dion DeSantis has politics running in his blood. Born September 14, 1978, he served as a military officer and as the 46th governor of Florida since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, DeSantis represented Florida’s 6th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2013 to 2018.
Today, he’s the top challenger to former President Donald Trump for the upcoming presidential elections and is expected to make his presidential campaign official next week.
“My father’s from western Pennsylvania, my mother’s from Northeastern Ohio,” DeSantis told Fox News in February. “So that is like steel country. That is like blue collar salt of the earth and, as you know Mark, Florida’s very eclectic. People kind of come from all over, we do have a culture and so I grew up in that culture, but really it was kind of those Rust Belt values that raised me.”

As a student, he showed immense talent in baseball. While attending Dunedin High School in Dunedin, Florida, he showed he had what it took to maybe even make it to Major League Baseball. His team reached the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania,and DeSantis learnt what it felt like to experience fame.
“We were like local celebrities for a while,” DeSantis told Yale News in 2001. “We were the lead story in the local newscasts and on the front page of the Tampa area papers.”
DeSantis continued his baseball career while at Yale and became the captain of the Yale Bulldogs baseball team. “He’s a great captain,” his teammate Kyle Cousin told the Yale News at the time. “He helps everybody out. He is a true leader on and off the field.”

DeSantis received his Bachelor of Arts with a major in history in 2001, from which he graduated with honors and went on to attend Harvard Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2005, also graduating with honors. However, while at university, he didn’t have much money and worked various jobs, such as sweeping floors, collecting trash, moving furniture, parking cars, and served as an electrician’s assistant, coached baseball clinics, and more.
He was elected to Congress in 2012 as the US Representative for Florida’s Sixth District and his popularity grew bigger and bigger.
While he held office, DeSantis helped with cutting down taxes and the No Budget/No Pay Act and supported the military greatly sponsoring legislation to make it easier for the military to prosecute sexual assault.
Some of his policies have been heavily criticized by those who don’t support him. Among the rest,there were plenty of negativity surroung DeSantis regarding the Parental Rights in Education act which limited the discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity in public schools. This policy has been dubbed “Don’t Say, Gay” by critics.

When it comes to his personal life, DeSantis has been happily married ti wife Casey Black, now DeSantis, since 2009, and they share three children together. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in economics, she started working on television as a broadcaster and a producer who has received an Emmy for her work.
The two first met in 2006 when she worked as a news anchor for Jacksonville-based WJXT, while DeSanatis had just graduated from Harvard.
“I kept looking over my shoulder because I wanted the bucket of balls that somebody had left because my swing was so terrible,” Casey told First Coast News in 2018. “I needed as much practice as I could possibly get. As I’m looking over behind me, Ron is over there. He thinks I’m looking at him. I was really looking at the balls. Long story short we started to talk and that’s how we met.”

“There was no way I was leaving that driving range without asking her on a date,” he wrote.

One day, the now-Florida Governor called into WJXT to surprise Casey while stationed abroad.
“I told myself as soon as I get back from Iraq, I’m proposing, and I’m going to ask her to marry me, and if you know my wife, that was not a very difficult judgment for me to make,” he said in March.

In 2021, at the peak of DeSantis’ political career, Casey was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Luckily, she beat the disease and a year after the diagnosis, she was cancer free.

Together, the couple has been involved and funded various charities and foundations, including The Facts; Your Future; Hope For Healing Florida, which provides help regarding mental health, and Resiliency Florida, which addresses the stigma surrounding mental health and is a partnership with professional sports teams and athletes from Florida.

Ron DeSantis does have a successful career in politics, but it is his wife who is always by his side and supports him unconditionally.
“It’s clear she’s the X factor,” Scott Parkinson, one of Ron DeSantis’ former chiefs of staff in the US House of Representatives, said. “They complete the political element that is Ron DeSantis. Without Casey, he would not be the same person.”

16 years after her death, the name of Anna Nicole Smith still stands for fame and controversy. She was a model, an actress, and a television personality who first gained popularity when she won the title of 1993 Playmate of the Year after posing for Playboy magazine.
Smith modeled for huge names in the fashion industry among which Guess, H&M, Heatherette and Lane Bryant.
“I love the paparazzi,” she once told the Washington Post.
“They take pictures, and I just smile away. I’ve always liked the attention. I didn’t get very much growing up, and I always wanted to be, you know, noticed.”

Sadly, the life of glamour took its toll. Smith married petroleum tycoon J. Howard Marshall who was 63 years her senior. This relationship wasn’t just controversial, but a high-profile one and many believe it marked the start of Smith’s downfall. Six months after tying the knot, then 90-year-old Marshal died.
Following his passing, Smith and Marshal’s family got involved in a long and controversial legal battle over his fortune and assets. The case ultimately went as high as the US Supreme Court in 2006.

Larry takes great care of his daughter and shares adorable photos of the fun time they spend together. They live in Kentucky and Larry makes sure his daughter’s life is as normal as possible. She attends a public school and has a lot of friends.

Speaking of her likes and dislikes and what makes her happy, Larry says Dannielynn wants to follow into her late mom’s footsteps when it comes to acting.
The girl once said, “It’s really cool to like, act as a character and not yourself. It’s like portraying a new person. It’s fun.” She and her dad have appeared on several shows such as ‘Life after Anna’, ‘Wife Swap‘, and ‘The Millionaire Matchmaker.’
Dannielynn wants to try herself as a YouTuber, but her dad thinks she’s way too young to be doing something like that. He wants her to stay out of the spotlight and enjoy her teen years the way her friends do. Speaking to US Weekly, Larry said, “If it’s something you want to do when you get older, you can, but right now let’s sell some Girl Scout cookies.”
Some years ago, an unnamed source told National Enquirer, “Anna Nicole was seduced by the showbiz lifestyle, and Larry wants to make sure Dannielynn doesn’t end up like her. “[Anna Nicole was] chasing stardom and surrounded by greedy hangers-on.”

However, Larry does his best to keep the memory of Smith alive. Last year, Dannielynn paid tribute to her mom by wearing her heat from her appearance at the Kentucky Derby in 2004 and a pink dress. The resemblance with her mom is there, although as she grows older, Dannielynn seems to be taking more after her dad.
Speaking of her character, Larry told Fox News, “She’s fun and fearless like her mom was. She’s a good kid. I’m just happy that I’ve been able to spend all the time I have been able to have with her.”

At the Barnstable Brown Gala that took place ahead of the Derby, the now-17-year-old wore a blouse with photographs of her mom. Larry wore a tie featuring the same images.
“She’s showing off her fashion sense but at the same time paying tribute to her mom,” Larry said. He added that he and his daughter had decided to pay tribute to Anna Nicole Smith because it marked the 20th anniversary of the day he had met the model back in 2003. At the time, he was a photographer covering the event.
The late model’s clothes are in Larry’s possession so Dannielynn often goes through them.
“And everything she has of her mom’s is cataloged in storage, with photos of the event where she wore it,” Larry revealed.
“So someday, she can give them to her kids if she wants to.”

Actor Rock Hudson lived during an era when many of the things that are greatly accepted today were considered taboo.
When he was ten, his mom divorced his father and he ended up living with her and his step-father who often mocked him for wanting to become an actor. Sadly, this, together with his inability to remember long lines as a youngster, prevented him from pursuing a career from early age.
As he grew older, Hudson worked for the post office and then joined the WWII war effort as an airplane mechanic. Following the war, he worked as a truck driver and passed out his headshot and information at studio lots. Luckily, Henry Willson, a talent scout who later turned his manager, noticed Hudson and offered to help him find his place under the Hollywood sky. It was Hudson’s good looks that helped him land a role which turned into a big breakthrough, that in Fighter Squadron.

Hudson became a well-known name in the world of film and roles started coming one after another. He found success, but it was his personal life that he experienced troubles with.
At one point of his life, at the peak of his career, Confidential magazine threatened to expose his sexuality, something he tried hiding from the rest of the world.
Hudson was a homosexual, and that wasn’t something people approved of at the time.

In order to stop people from talking, he decided to marry his agent’s secretary, Phyllis Gates. The two claimed they were much in love, but divorced some three years later with Gates claiming she experienced mental cruelty. Hudson agreed to pay her alimony for he next ten years and Gates never remarried.
As of Hudson, he dated Lee Garlington from 1962 to 1965 but it wasn’t until Hudson’s biography was released that Garlington understood he was the actor’s “true love.”
“I’d sneak out at 6 am in my Chevy Nova and coast down the street without turning on the engine so the neighbors wouldn’t hear. We thought we were being so clever,” Garlington said. However, Hudson decided to call the relationship quits after a fan broke into his home to find evidence of his sexuality.

One of the most significant relationships Hudson had been involved in was that with Christian, a 28-year-old actor who had gained fame for his roles in films such as 1988’s Deadly Addiction, and who was twice the age younger than Hudson. The two met at a political fundraiser and clicked right away, and just as they were the happiest they had ever been, Hudson started experiencing strange symptoms such as body sores, weight loss, and extreme sweating bouts. These symptoms were due to AIDS, a disease little was known of back in the day.
Hudson was hesitant whether to go public with the diagnosis because he was aware AIDS was closely connected to homosexuality so he decided to stay silent for some time. He even hid the condition from his partner.

Eventually, the actor went public via a statement, and that was how his lover Christian learned Hudson had AIDS.
Following Hudson’s passing in 1985, Christian sued him for hiding the truth about the disease from him, citing emotional distress and fear of infection.
After considering his case, the jury awarded Christian 21.7 million dollars, but the amount was later cut down to 5.5 million dollars.

Jaydon Pettipas and Aidan Hart, two kind-hearted friends from the Canadian town of Saint Andrews in New Brunswick, noticed a group of people gathered around a car. They were curious to learn what was going on, so they approached closer and were shocked by the sight. An animal, which was totally unrecognizable and looked frozen, was stuck under the car.
After inspecting closely, they realized it was a squirrel covered in insulation foam. The poor soul was unable to move and was in distress, and it was very obvious that it didn’t have much time to live. In order to change that, the two teens decided to do all in their power to save the powerless animal. “There was nothing recognizable about it,” 15-year-old Jaydon told CBC Canada.
So, they called Jaydon’s mom and told her what was going on. She agreed to help and called a veterinary clinic which was around 20 miles away from the place the squirrel was found. Until the boys’ waited to Jaydon’s mom, they grabbed a milk crate and put the squirrel in it.
“I had never seen anything like this before,” Dr. Melanie Eagan, from St. George Veterinary Clinic said.
She said the squirrel was so encrusted in the insulation foam, it could only move its back legs slightly. “Someone was probably patching up a hole trying to keep a draft out and this little guy ran through it when it was still wet,” she said. “But that stuff hardens pretty quickly so it wouldn’t have taken long for him to become in distress.”
Luckily, the vets were determined to help the little soul, and after rubbing alcohol to loosen the foam from the animal’s fur and a lot of patience, the squirrel was finally free to move. After some time, it was released into the wild.

Striking to look at, with a vivid blue face, two red flaps of skin hanging from their neck and a hollow “helmet”, the Cassowary birds are considered to be the most dangerous in the world. These flightless birds, which are huge, territorial, and aggressive are native to the forests of New Guinea, the Aru Islands, and northeastern Australia. It is believed that thousands of years ago, they were kept as pets by the humans, something that is difficult to imagine nowadays, but not for everyone.
One particular man from Florida named Marvin Hajos, 75, has studied these birds for many years and he even had a permission to keep two breeding pairs as pets on his property. In fact, Marvin did a lot for this species and it was his goal to help preserve them. Over the years, he became an expert, and traveled around the US giving lectures on them at various colleges.

Being very familiar with their aggressive nature, Marvin was aware of the dangers that came with keeping them and approaching close to them. Unfortunately, one day in 2019, he got too close to one of the Cassowaries he kept and got severely wounded by one of them. His call to the emergency services as a blood-chilling one.
The tragedy took place when Marvin tried to retrieve an egg the female bird had laid in order to prevent the male from smashing it, because that is what they do.
According to Fox 35, He was tending to them when he got attacked. One of the females recently laid an egg, the males typically try to smash those eggs. It is believed that Hajos tried to retrieve the eggs and put them in an incubator before the attack.”

It is not known how exactly he got attacked, but when he called 911, Marvin could be heard saying, “Can you send an ambulance? I’m bleeding to death.”
He was rushed to UF Health Shands Hospital where he succumbed to the injuries.
Alachua County Fire Rescue Deputy Chief Jeff Taylor explained: “It looks like it was accidental. My understanding is that the gentleman was in the vicinity of the bird and at some point fell. When he fell, he was attacked.”
While these birds are certainly equipped to kill, like most animals, they don’t look for trouble. On the contrary, they tend to avoid contact and conflict unless they feel that their lives and that of their young are endangered.

Mary Magdalene is a 25-year-old internet sensation from Toronto, Canada who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars to look the way she does, and her changes are so drastic that they cause mixed feelings of whether she looks good or ridiculous.
In a recent Internet post, Mary says that her ‘new face’ looks like a “forest fairy elf.”

Her desire for plastic surgeries emerged when she was 17 years old and started working as an exotic dancer. The first ever surgery she had undergone was breasts enlargement surgery. From that moment on, Mary turned into an internet sensation, gathering over 300,000 followers on her now suspended account. During the pandemic, she turned into a full-time online dancer and charged $110 for five-minute sessions.
“I do a chat and a [exotic dance], although sometimes I am just a therapist. Some people just love having someone to talk to,” Mary Magdalene told Unilad. “I get all sorts of different requests. Some people just want to see me eat, twerking, trying on clothes. I also get foot fetishists – I’ve even had people begging me to humiliate and insult them.”

Over the years, she has undergone plenty of surgeries, and the list is so long that it’s easy to lose a track. Among the rest, Mary has done a brow lift, fat transfers, three Brazilian butt lifts, multiple nose jobs, boob jobs, liposuction, veneers, and butt injections.
All these surgeries cost her over $100,000.
For her latest surgery, Mary had to fly to Russia because the surgery she wanted couldn’t be performed in the States due to safety reasons. “Next week I have my eyebrow transplant, jaw and lips booked then my face will be complete,’ she captioned the photo,” she told The Sun in early February.
“The doctors think I don’t need any more surgeries but respect the fact that I have my own unique aesthetic and are open to helping me achieve my goals,’ the dancer and model explained.

What Mary wanted from her latest surgery was getting the “fattest v*gina in the world,” where doctors took fat from other parts of her body and injected it into her v*gina. Sadly, it went wrong and her left side kept growing consistently, which resulted in a surge of scar tissue. In order to save her life, she had two blood transfusions.
“I custom-designed it, so I have the fattest in the world. I almost died during [the] procedure,” Mary Magdelene said on the No Jumper podcast. “The doctor said I was losing so much blood and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.
“He thought I was going to die. I felt nauseous for a whole week, and I thought I was dying and had a bad allergic reaction to the new blood I received from the transfusion.”

One would say this would be an alert to stop undergoing more surgeries, but not for this extravagant woman.
“I plan to have my next boob surgery in a couple of months. I’m on the fence with what route I’m going to take, but I plan to have the world’s biggest boobs,” she said.
“I get a lot of dirty looks and have literally caused car accidents. I often have people stop me on the street begging for my number and desperate to give me money. The wives and girlfriends try and distract their boyfriends and husbands when I walk by because they are jealous. They will stare at [my body] and get turned on,” Mary added.
“But I don’t care; they always find a way to stare at me anyway. There have been times where they secretly slipped me their number before. I thought it was hilarious.”

Just recently, she posted a photo of her face all wrapped in bandages. And although she is complete swollen on it, she says she’s pleased with the results and the way she looks.
“It’s a very fake-looking Barbie nose which is exactly what I asked for, and so many surgeons said it was not possible for me to have this type of nose because of my three prior nose jobs.”
Mary believes that her appearance is good for her business, but at the same time, it prevents her from being in a relationship. “They get controlling and insecure about my Instagram and my website; they hate other men seeing my [hot] pictures, and they wish I wore more clothes out in public because it is too chaotic,” she said.
