Melania Trump slammed for ‘profiting off dead veterans’ with new jewelry collection

Donald Trump, business mogul and former president of the United States of America, is facing 34 felony charges related to the falsification of business records. These allegations stem from an alleged effort to conceal a $130,000 payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, aimed at preventing her from disclosing a previous sexual encounter she claimed to have had with Trump years ago—an accusation vehemently denied by Trump.

He pleaded not guilty to falsifying business records to hide damaging information. Back in 2018, Trump confessed that a non-disclosure agreement that his attorney, Michael Cohen, had made with Daniels existed but no campaign money was involved in the deal.

The former president has repeatedly denied wrongdoing in the matter and pleaded “not guilty.”

A source “who has been briefed on the procedures for the arraignment of the former president” told Yahoo that Trump was not put in handcuffs, placed in a jail cell, or forced to have a mugshot taken.

People close to Melania Trump claim she’s far from happy with the situation her husband has found himself in. “She remains angry and doesn’t want to hear [the alleged hush money payment] mentioned,” the source told People. “She is aware of who her husband is and keeps her life upbeat with her own family and a few close friends.”

Stephanie Grisham, former White House aid, told Inside Edition, “I would be very, very surprised. I would be very surprised to see her in court. Because it has to do with Stormy Daniels. It’s just not in her to stand by her man for something like that.

“She’s not lending him a whole lot of moral support, and I’m sure she’s still thinking: ‘You got yourself into this mess. I’m certainly not going to walk beside you and support you as you try to get out of it,’” she added.

Grisham recalled the time Melania learned of the affair and was disgusted with Donald. “She always said to me, ‘this is his problem,’” Grisham recalled.

Stormy Daniels’ testimony involved details of her journey into exotic dancing and provided information about her encounter with Trump in July 2006.

She has also seemed to have confirmed a detail regarding the former president’s relationship with his wife, Melania.

In response to questioning, Daniels testified that Trump’s bodyguard, Keith Schiller, asked her if she wanted to join Trump for dinner, which she refused. However, upon her publicist’s insisting, she agreed and found herself arriving at the penthouse floor where she encountered Schiller and noticed a partially open door to Trump’s room.

According to her, Trump was wearing satin pajamas and she asked him to change, which she did. What followed was a conversation during which the business mogul asked “very thought-out business questions” about Daniels’ work.

“He asked about the business aspects of it. Are there any unions, do you get residuals, how are people paid. Do you get health insurance. What about testing. Are you worried about STDs?” she recalled on the stand.

“The intention was pretty clear: somebody stripped down to their underwear and is posing for you,” Stormy Daniels told the court.

“He stood up between me and the door. Not in a threatening manner. He didn’t come at me, he didn’t rush at me. Nothing like that. When I exited he was just up on the bed, like this.”

While he was interested into Daniels’ personal life, their discussion about him and his wife Melania, who had recently given birth to their son Barron, was described as “very brief.”

Daniels recalled asking Trump about his wife and commenting of her beauty, and remembered him saying “We don’t sleep in the same room.”

Melania not appearing at court by her husband’s side could be beneficial, according to Berkeley Law professor John Yoo.

“I could see how some jurors would ask where Melania Trump was. Perhaps her presence would show her support for Trump’s story that his fling with Stormy never happened,” he explained.

“But her presence would also buy into the prosecution’s underhanded effort to make the trial about Stormy [Daniels], and not about whether any bookkeeping misdemeanors occurred and whether they concealed some greater crime.”

Melania is also absent from Trump’s presidential rallies across the country, but that doesn’t mean she wouldn’t have an important role later on.

“She’ll definitely have a role, but in terms of what that is, I don’t know,” a source close to the Trump campaign told CNN. “It is her decision on how much or how little she will be campaigning.”

“She is very selective and methodical in what she wants to do and how she presents herself,” another source close to the former president said. “She is very decisive with these things and knows they have a lot of intended and unintended consequences.”

Not being by her husband’s side in the New York courtroom doesn’t mean Melania is not supportive of him.

She doesn’t love being under the spotlight, but does what she loves away from the public. One thing about her is that she’s into fashion.

In the past, Melania has released a jewelry collection, and last week, she promoted USA Memoribilia’s Fortitude Collection, featuring a pair of necklaces.

“The Fortitude Collection celebrates our service members, our Nation, and our freedom,” the USA Memorabilia’s website states. Further, the website adds that each design “can be engraved with names, initials, significant dates, and symbols to create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.”

“Those who purchase a design can also receive a limited-edition digital collectible,” USA Memorabilia writes.

When she promoted it on her Instagram, the opinions regarding the collection were different. While some consider the pieces of jewelry “beautiful” and “wonderful,” there were also those who slammed her and accused her of profiting off veterans.

“Zero Trumps have served in the US military, grifter,” one user wrote.

Very cheap items sold at very high prices to people who need to choose between food, medicine, or baubles sold by a billionaire who will never look at them under any other circumstances,” another added.

“SHILLING off of our dead veterans, disgusting. And not a DIME will go to any actual charities. If it did, you guys would take most of the money,” a third stated.

A month ago, Melania Trump introduced her Mother’s Day necklace, which retailed for $245 each. Described as a “customizable necklace designed by Melania Trump to honor all mothers,” each piece included the former first lady’s signature.

I accidentally overheard my wife’s conversation with her friend — Now, I want to leave her

Posting under under the “Off My Chest” sub on Reddit, one man sought advice from fellow Redditors about the decision he was about to make after overhearing his wife’s conversation with her friend.

During the past ten years, the man suffered from a severe degenerative disease that lowered the quality of his life to the extent that he was no longer able to make most of the things that made him happy once. In fact, he wasn’t able to walk more than 20 feet or carry anything heavy. As a result, he put his career on hold and spent most of his days at home.

However, the only thing that remained constant was the help he was getting from his wife and the love he was receiving from his son.

Knowing that his wife had a lot on her plate, he often asked her if taking care of him was too much for her, but her answer was always a resounding no. She constantly assured him that she was there for him for whatever he needed.

One day, as he was putting on his shoes and was getting ready to leave the house, he overheard his wife speaking to her friend on the phone. Her words broke his heart.

Among the rest, she confessed that she was tired of being her husband’s babysitter because she was too exhausted herself. What followed was something even more devastating.

“I’d give anything to be able to have sex with a real man again,” his wife said. But she never though about actually doing that because she didn’t want to be accused of cheating on or leaving her sick husband.

“A real man? What does that make me?” the husband painfully reflected.

He said he was aware his wife was getting frustrated with his disease at times, but he had no idea she thought so low of him.

After giving the entire situation a thought, the man decided it would be for the best if he sets his wife free by saying that he was having an affair with someone so that she wouldn’t feel guilty of leaving him.

However, once he shared his story and the decision he made, Redditors advised him not to rush because his wife probably didn’t think what she said but was just venting her frustrations.

“I will also add that the way she was feeling in that moment doesn’t necessarily mean it’s her “true” feelings,” one user wrote, explaining that people do say things they don’t mean in situation of frustration.

“While hurtful, I don’t think she necessarily has been pining away for you to disappear just because she’s venting to her best friend,” someone else wrote.

A third person shared how their mother would often rant about their terminally ill father by saying things similar to what OP’s wife said. “…but in the end, she’s just venting. She loves my father with all her heart…We all vent about our loved ones at some point, but we still love them.”

Eventually, OP wrote that lying about having an affair with another woman would hurt his wife’s feelings but it would set her free without her being judged by others. “She’ll be free from guilt…She will be free…from me,” he painfully asserted.

George Fenlon, 23, was attacked during a night out in Blackpool, Lancashire, and was left unconscious in hospital for three months. While he fought for his life, his wife, Beth Turner, 23, was pregnant with the couple’s child. She gave birth to a baby daughter two weeks before George passed away.

George never woke up, but his wife wanted their baby girl, Clara Georgia – named after her dad, to have at least one photo with him, so she placed her next to him on the bed.

George’s devastated mother, Melissa, 53, told the Mirror, “Looking back now, I’m not sure how we all got through it, the range of emotions we had to go through was horrendous. Beth wanted Clara to meet George and have a little bit of time with him so she had a C-section and she had a couple of weeks in hospital with him where she saw him everyday.

“It was important that she did that because we’ve got memories, we’ve got pictures. The hospital did a lot, we’ve also got little prints of Clara’s and George’s hands together.”

George suffered the injuries that left him in coma on August 15.

Police was called out to The Strand in Blackpool at around 2am following assault reports. At the time of their arrival, they found George, who was working as a bartender at Revolution Bar, with severe head injuries.

George was rushed to the Royal Preston Hospital and placed on life support, but he succumbed to the injuries on November 22. Cause of death was complications of blunt head trauma.

Recalling the night of the tragic attack, Melissa said, “We were all in shock, we weren’t sure what was happening. It was one of his friends who phoned, he said something had happened but no one was sure what.

“Then we heard George had gone to Royal Preston Hospital and we didn’t know why but when we got more information, we found out he had a serious head injury so Preston was the best place for him.

“His girlfriend was six or seven months pregnant at that time so we were all just in shock and when we saw him it was pretty horrific.”

In her son’s honor, Melissa has organized a charity event called ‘The Fenlon Football Funday’, set for July at Stanley Park in the town. The event will feature a football tournament and activities for children.

“The fun day is for Clara and all of George’s friends, to keep his memory alive. If it’s a success this year, I’m hoping it will be an annual event. It’s just what George was, he was a fun loving guy who loved his football, so it’s what George would have wanted – for everyone to have a nice day.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with George’s family during their time of grief. May he rest in peace.

Teen daughter disowns mother in favor of cheating dad – years later she comes back begging

A woman found herself in a situation which made her wonder whether turning down her daughter down when she asked for help years after not reaching out to her was the right thing to do, or she still needed to be there for the daughter who disowned her years before.

It all happened when the woman, who asked fellow Redditors for advice, married a wealthy man.

He seemed like the right person for her, but shortly after tying the knot with him and falling pregnant with his child, she found out that he cheated on her.

At that point, she somehow convinced herself that he did that because she couldn’t be there for him enough because of her pregnancy so she made the decision to forgive him.

However, some years later, he cheated again, and she could no longer put up with his infidelity so she decided to divorce him.

This decision wasn’t easily accepted neither by his nor her family. Her parents told her to forgive him again and stay together with him for the sake of their daughter, while her in-laws believed divorce would ruin the family’s reputation as they were rich people known by many.

The woman knew that staying with her husband would only make her feel even more miserable than she was already, so she decided to leave him.

Sadly, he had power and she lost the custody over their daughter.

The young girl was told over and over again that her mother wasn’t a good person so she never reached out to the woman sharing this story.

Not being able to be by her daughter’s side was very hard, but the daughter had nothing to do with her mother for many years, until one day, she came to her door begging for help.

It turned out that the woman’s ex-husband lost all of his money because of bad business decisions and wasn’t able to pay for his daughter’s college expences.

When the daughter came looking for her mother after so much time, she said she needed money and wanted to reconnect with her.

The woman wasn’t sure whether her daughter’s change of heart was a genuine one or she only wanted to rebuild their relationship because she needed the money for her education.

The thing is that even if she wanted to help her daughter financially, there has been a condition in the woman’s will which said that in case she covers any expenses for her daughter, the daughter needs to forfeit her inheritance status and not receive her mother’s money and assets following her passing.

In fact, the woman listed her goddaughter as her main beneficiary.

When the family learned of this, they attacked the woman, telling her she wasn’t a good mother. They still claim she’s a bad person for prioritizing her goddaughter over her own daughter, who only wanted to connect to her mother when financial difficulties arose.

My parents didn’t show up for my school graduation — Their excuse is ridiculous

High-school graduation is a milestone we all look forward to. It is an experience shared with those we love the most because it marks a chapter in our life that we will always cherish as a precious memory.

For a young woman named Britt, this day was a roller-coaster of emotions. She was very proud of herself for graduating high-school, but at the same time, her heart wouldn’t stop pounding over the thought that her mom and her step-dad might not show up. Among the camera flashes and the crowd, she was hoping to see familiar faces.

As she was sitting next to her classmates, she kept looking around. “They’re probably running late,” she tried to convince herself. “Or maybe stuck in traffic. They’ll be here any minute.”

As names were called, Britt glanced around, and when it was finally her turn to walk up to the stage, she put a smile on her face. With the diploma in her hand, Britt prayed to see her mom smiling and her step-dad showing her thumbs up, but that didn’t happen. They were nowhere to be seen.

“They must be here somewhere,” she thought as she walked around the place. Once she realized they weren’t there and they were probably not coming at all, Britt checked her phone. There was a message there which read, “Sorry, we couldn’t make it. Something came up with your stepsister. We’ll celebrate later. Congrats!”

Britt got incredibly concerned. She wondered what could have possibly been more important than her graduation and couldn’t wait to get home and be there for her parents.

Iris, her step-sister, was always throwing tantrums, and wanted to be the center of attention, but what could be wrong this time?

As she stood there all by herself, Britt felt a hand on her shoulder. It was Justin’s, her prom date. “Hey, are you okay?” he asked her, realizing something was terribly wrong.

Britt couldn’t answer because she felt a lump in her throat. Instead of words, tears started rolling down her face.

“Oh sweetheart, come here,” Justin’s mom told her as she pulled her in her embrace. “You’re not alone, we’re here for you.”

They did all in their power not to let Britt feel alone and tried to fill in the void.

Following the celebration with Justin’s family, Britt headed home. Once there she saw her mom and step-dad on the couch, watching TV just like any other day. What’s most, they even looked relaxed.

Britt’s anger bubbled up. “Hey, where were you guys?” she asked with a trembling voice. “You missed my graduation.”

Her mom, looking embarrassed, sighted, “Your stepsister broke a nail. She threw a huge tantrum and demanded we take her to the beauty salon to get it fixed immediately. She was inconsolable, Britt.”

In disbelief, Britt said, “A broken nail? You missed my graduation because Iris broke a nail and had a meltdown?”

Iris, who didn’t even bothered to raise her head said, “It was an emergency for me.”

At that point, Britt realized how skewed her parents’ priorities were. It wasn’t that she didn’t know Iris was their favorite, but this was the breaking point. “Are you serious?” she shouted. “Do you even realize how much this meant to me?”

Unable to look at her eyes, her mom said, “Britt, we’re sorry. We’ll celebrate later, I promise.”

After giving it some thought, Britt decided it would be for the best if she left the house for some time. So, she called Mrs. Anderson, Justin’s mom. With a shaking voice she said, “Good evening, Mrs. Anderson. I want to ask you for a favor. But I don’t know how to…”

“Go on, Brittany. What is it?” Mrs. Anderson replied with her sweet voice.

“Can I stay with you guys for a while? I’ve had a fallout with my family and I need to get out of here.”

Justin’s mom didn’t hesitate. “Of course, sweetheart. You’re always welcome here.”

Britt packed her things and headed towards the front door. “I’m leaving,” she said. “I need some time away from this house, from you.”

Her mom tried to stop her, but it was too late.

In the weeks that followed, Britt was able to find a job and eventually, an apartment. She ignored her parents’ calls and didn’t want any contact with them.

However, years later, when she was about to graduate from college, Britt decided to give them a chance for redemption so she called them on the phone and invited them to her graduation ceremony. She believed they owed her to be there this time.

Sadly, the history repeated itself. On the day of her college graduation, Britt’s mom and step-dad didn’t show up. The reason why? Iris, who was pregnant at the time, had a craving for a particular cake from a sweet shop in the next town and they got stuck in traffic. Just like the first time, they excused themselves with a lame text message.

This was yet another blow from the people who were meant to be Britt’s biggest support. Following the ceremony, Justin found Britt. “They didn’t come, did they?” he said softly. “No, they didn’t,” she answered.

Justin was always there for her, he felt like the closest person she had in her life, and eventually they started a relationship and moved in together. Britt was happy with how her life turned out, but the ache of her parents’ absence from her life was something she needed time to get over.

Looking back, Britt learned that even when given a second chance, some people will waste it, and they will disappoint you over and over again.

‘Noah’s Ark’ site in Turkey shows evidence of human activity dating back to biblical era

One doesn’t need to be religious to recognize the well-known biblical tale of Noah and his ark, who preserved pairs of every animal species from the flood. Noah’s story shares many similarities with those of ancient neighboring civilizations, which also included themes of a global flood sent by divine forces for different purposes.

Over the years, there have been many debates and attempts to interpret the story of the animals preserved from the floods and the man who saved them, and recently, in an extraordinary find with potential biblical implications, researchers have been exploring the enigmatic location that could be Noah’s Ark in the eastern mountains of Turkey.

This discovery made people wonder if the age-old legend would finally be unlocked.

The legend about Noah and his ark crosses cultural boundaries, holding significance in Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. However, validating its authenticity has posed an ongoing challenge for scientists.

The first study on the before-mentioned location in Turkey was done in December 2022 under a project carried by three Turkish and American universities known as Mount Ararat and Noah’s Ark Research Team. Situated in the Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı, Turkey, the Durupinar formation has captivated attention since its unearthing in 1956.

Analysis of rock and soil samples taken from the site show that they date back to between 3500 and 5000 years ago, corresponding to 3000 B.C., a timeframe aligning with the biblical narrative of the Great Flood.

According to Dr. Faruk Kaya, the Vice Rector of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, these findings do not definitively establish the existence of the ark, but they certainly show human activities in the region between 5500 and 3000 B.C.

“According to the first findings obtained from the studies, it is thought that there have been human activities in the region since the Chalcolithic period, that is, between the years 5500 and 3000 BC,” Çeçen said.

As written in the Book of Genesis, the ark came to rest in the “mountains of Ararat” following the Great Flood, and this place that scientists link to the tale of Noah’s ark is located less than two miles from the Iran-Turkey border, near the Greater Mount Ararat summit.

The Durupinar formation exhibits a boat-like structure that is around 538 feet long. This measurement closely corresponds with the biblical depiction of the ark which had “a length of three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.”

Other scientists, among which Dr. Andrew Snelling, a young Earth creationist, believe that mount Ararat could not be the ark’s location because the mountain didn’t form until after the floodwaters had subsided.

The tale of Noah’s Ark remains a topic of debate among scholars, with many being convinced that it isn’t a literal story but a historical event with significant symbolic meaning.

Prince Harry was left ‘furious’ after King Charles’s ‘slap in the face,’ claims royal expert

Following their royal wedding in 2018, Harry and Meghan initially resided at Kensington Palace, which was the home of Prince William and Kate Middleton. However, they later relocated to Nottingham Cottage for a brief period before ultimately moving to Frogmore Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle. This residence was a wedding present from the late Queen Elizabeth.

Reports were that despite their move to the States, the couple made a payment of $3.3 million to the Royal Family in September 2020 and the place remained licensed to them until March 2022.

During the launch of an annual report into the taxpayer-funded Sovereign Grant that finances the royal family’s public duties, Sir Michael Stevens, Keeper of the Privy Purse, confirmed to the reporters that “the payment covers all their [Harry and Meghan’s] current obligations,” according to People.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made a substantial contribution to the Sovereign Grant that covered the refurbishment costs of Frogmore Cottage,” Stevens added.

The Royal Family’s official website reads: “Frogmore Cottage will continue to be the property of Her Majesty the Queen.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will continue to use Frogmore Cottage – with the permission of Her Majesty The Queen – as their official residence as they continue to support the Monarchy, and so that their family will always have a place to call home in the United Kingdom.”

However, following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, things changed. With Charles becoming the head monarch, his plan of slimming down the monarchy meant among the rest asking evicting Harry and Meghan from the UK based property.

The news was confirmed by Harry and Meghan’s spokesperson. “We can confirm the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been requested to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage,” the spokesperson told Vanity Fair.

Allegedly, the residence has been offered to Prince Andrew instead, who has been living in a 30-room Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park since 2003.

As per The Sun, Andrew is “resisting” the King’s wish for him to move into Frogmore Cottage. “This surely spells the end of Harry and Meghan’s time in the UK,” a royal source told the newspaper.

Royal expert and author Omid Scobie wrote that King Charles was “spitting mad” with Harry’s book, which undoubtedly played a role in the decision to evict the prince. The relationship between Harry and his family had, at the time, also reached “an all-time low,” Scobie wrote.

“It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment,” a friend of Harry and Meghan’s added. “It’s like [the family] wants to cut them out of the picture for good.”

Sources close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at the time claimed the couple was “stunned” by the decision.

“Harry and Meghan have until early summer to vacate,” a source told Scobie, reporting for Yahoo. “Initially, they were given just weeks, but now they have at least until after the coronation.

“It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment,” a friend of Harry and Meghan’s added. “It’s like [the family] wants to cut them out of the picture for good.”

Now, new details about what really happened come to light. Royal author Omid Scobie, who is said to have been friends with Harry and Meghan, wrote in his latest book, Endgame, that King Charles wanted to punish the Sussexes. He also called it a “cheap shot..”

The sources cited by the author confirmed that a “significant” aspect of Harry and Meghan’s eviction was “undoubtedly” a repercussion for their release of the Netflix series just weeks prior.

Scobie claims Frogmore was Harry and Meghan’s “‘only safe place to stay when visiting the UK, as armed guards surround its grounds.”

According to Scobie, Harry was shocked by his father’s decision and called him on the phone a few days later, asking, “Do you want to see your grandchildren?”

Charles then made a “half-hearted declaration that they would always have ‘somewhere to stay.’”

However, this “didn’t give Harry much hope.”

Facing eviction from a home is always painful, but royal expert Tom Quinn goes as far as suggesting that Harry interpreted his father’s decision as “vindictive.”

Quinn told the Mirror, “The story of Harry’s change of residence may have come out only in the past few days, but in fact Harry quietly changed his primary residence as long ago as June 29, 2023 – on the very day he and Meghan were evicted from Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate. That’s the date given in new business documents filed in the US this week.”

The royal expert added: “At the time, few people realised what a slap in the face the eviction from Frogmore felt like for Harry – it was the last straw.”

A woman named Tammy, 30, shared a story of how her brother-in-law’s gender reveal party, which seemed innocent at first, turned into a complete chaos. Thankfully, she wasn’t the only one who was offended at the end of the day, but the rest of the family too, including her future mother-in-law who anticipated the drama that unraveled.

Namely, when Sam, Tammy’s BIL, invited them to their gender reveal party, he asked from them to bring a gift which was supposed to consist of medium diapers and something for the mom and dad, which Tammy and her fiance Dan found unusual. However, they decided to ignore the red flags and were looking forward to the party.

A week before the event, Sam called everyone in order to inform them that they decided on a dress code and asked them to wear all white. Since Tammy didn’t have anything in that color, she was forced to buy some white clothes in order to fit in.

During the baby shower, a subtle discomfort could be felt in the air. Sam and his partner, Berta seemed very enthusiastic and walked among the guests when in one moment bursts of pink and blue paint burst forth, drenching everyone present. It became apparent that the suggested white attire was intended to spoil our clothing for their entertainment.

While the guests were outraged, Sam and Bertha wouldn’t stop laughing.

At that moment, Sam’s mother intervened. She handed the guests envelopes containing gift cards to repay for the ruined clothes. This was her way of addressing the disrespect by her son and her daughter-in-law.

She was mad at Sam and Bertha and gave them a lesson on respect.

As Tammy left the party, her ruined clothes remained a symbol of a collective stand against inconsiderate behavior.

Customers express frustration over rising prices at McDonald’s!

One of the most popular fast-food chain restaurants, McDonald’s, attracted the attention of the public with a remarkable 14% surge in revenue, soaring to an impressive $6.69 billion in a span of three months. While this profit is noteworthy for the fast-food titan, it has triggered a passionate debate among customers, experts, and economists.

The reason why is that according to the New York Post, McDonald’s credited the colossal figure, initially forecast at $6.58 billion, to “strategic menu price increases.”

One TikTok user slammed McDonald’s for not being affordable any longer due to the prices going up.

When the man went to the fast food chain restaurant recently and got his typical order, a Smoky Double Quarter Pounder BLT burger, large fries, and Sprite, he was shocked to realize that it cost him over $16.

The cost of living in the USA, and most of the world, increased significantly over the last couple of years due to the sharp inflation.

Sadly, even the takeout options that were once affordable to most people are now quite expensive and Americans can no longer rely on having cheap McDonald’s meals.

Christopher Olive, the man who created the TikTok post that caused a stir and caught many people’s attention, explained that just a couple of years ago, this meal, which he now paid over $16 for, cost $10 or even less.

In the clip, he says: “So I get there’s a labour shortage, I get there’s wage increases and a number of other things but… sixteen dollars?

“Sixteen dollars for a burger, a large fries and a drink. It’s just crazy.”

The video has received close to 180,000 views and thousands of comments from the internet community. Most users believe that $16.10 for a burger, some fries, and a drink is a rip-off.

“Five Guys prices at McDonald’s?!?” someone commented, to what Christopher replied, “It’s crazy.”

Another said: “It’s officially not convenient or affordable anymore, might as well go to the store and buy hamburger meat.”

“I make a lot more of my own food these days because of stuff like this,” added a third, with the TikToker replying: “Exactly. I eat 90 percent from food I cook and this really shocked me.”

Others, however, say that we should keep in mind that rising costs have an impact on the entire supply chain.

Further, they say that Christopher opted for the most expensive item on the menu.

“Bro ordered the most expensive meal they have and acted surprised,” wrote one, while another said: “Because you got DOUBLE DELUXE BACON quarter pounder, literally the most expensive option on the entire menu.”

There were also those who shared some advice on how to cut the costs while having a meal at McDonald’s.

“Download the app. You can literally eat McDonald’s for under $6 every time.”

A second chimed in: “Use the McDonald’s app, sometimes they have a 50% off and other offers.”

The dissatisfaction by consumers fuels allegations of “greedflation,” insinuating that companies capitalize on inflation concerns for profit. Nonetheless, McDonald’s profitability persists in expanding, partly attributed to elevated prices, signaling enduring consumer demand despite financial pressures.

The fast-food chain asserts that its pricing remains equitable, and the ongoing demand for its products indicates a nuanced situation.

The shortage of workers has become an issue many business, particularly in the United States, face. This lack of staff is especially pronounced in sectors that rely heavily on hourly workers, such as hospitality, construction, and retail.

However, despite all this, it is pretty hard for people to find job.

A man named Joey Holz decided to investigate the reason why business lack employees, yet plenty of people are still jobless. During the month of September of last year, Holz applied for two jobs a day. The outcome was something he didn’t expect. Out of 60 job applications, he received only 16 email responses, 4 phone calls, and just 1 interview offer. These findings suggest that the much-publicized labor shortage might not be as acute as companies assert.

Further, this revelation provided notable insights. A construction company that initially offered him a full-time job at $10 per hour attempted to start him at Florida’s minimum wage of $8.65 shortly after. Sadly, these inconsistencies and challenges that job seekers encounter regarding fair pay and employer expectations lead to the current issues the market faces.

As his experiment and the results he came up with gathered the attention of the social media users, he invited them to share their own experiences.

With additional data gathered, Holz hopes to offer a more accurate depiction of the current job market and to challenge the belief that “nobody wants to work anymore.”

The truth is that the job market is influenced by various factors and if the businesses recognize the difficulties of job seekers, things may get better for both sides.

‘General Hospital’ actor Johnny Wactor passes away at 37 — Grieving mom reveals tragic details

Johnny Wactor, best known for his role as Brando Corbin on General Hospital (GH), died aged 37.

As reported by TMZ, Wactor was shot and killed in downtown Los Angeles.

Scarlett Wactor, the late actor’s mother, told the news outlet that her son and his coworkers noticed three men tampering with his car, and despite not confronting them, Wactor was shot before the suspects fled the scene.

Paramedics arrived shortly after 3 a.m. and rushed him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Wactor appeared in the ABC daytime soap between 2020 and 2022. His character, Brando Corbin, joined the show as the son of Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs), who was previously believed to be dead. Brando married Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and eventually died after being stabbed by The Hook.

Wactor’s friends and coworkers paid their tributes.

Mattsson, who played his on-screen wife and later widower, shared she was “utterly heartbroken.”

“Johnny was the absolute best. So genuine. So caring. Incredibly hard working and humble. With a huge heart that spread so much kindness and joy. He always made sure everyone around him felt seen, heard and loved. I admire the man he was so much and I’m a better person for having known him. We shared so many special moments, both on and off screen, and I will forever cherish them deeply in my heart. You will be so incredibly missed Johnny … I’m sure you’re already busy taking care of everyone up there,” she wrote on the social media.

Co-star John Lindstrom expressed his grief and felt “sick to his stomach” when he learned the news. He added, “Johnny was one of those rare young men in this business who was kind, unassuming, humble, and always thought about other people. A talented young guy who just wanted to share that talent with the world.”

“I wish I had enough love to fill the hole that his loved ones must feel right now, but I know that’s impossible. Johnny will be missed on this plane,” he added.

TV anchor Frank Buckley paid his tributes, “Saddened and angered to hear that actor Johnny Wactor was shot and killed by suspects trying to steal his catalytic converter. He was in a staged reading of one of Elena’s screenplays in 2021..great in the role and couldn’t have been nicer. We send our condolences to his family.”

Journalist and producer Michael Fairman was among those who expressed heartbreak over Wactor’s tragic passing. “I am just gut-punched over this as we all our. My thoughts are with Johnny’s mom and brothers at this time.”

The bridges between the Sussexes and the rest of the royals remain burnt down and no one knows with certainty if they would be restored in the near future.

Following King Charles’ and Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis, both Harry and Meghan reached out to them and offered their support and well-wishes, but that wasn’t seen as an olive branch, thus things between them haven’t changed and remain rather rocky.

When Prince Harry visited Britain in order to meet with his father after he learned of his cancer, he caused a stir and angered many, among which Camilla, who believed his visit was more of a PR stunt than a genuine act towards his father.

For the Invictus Games which took place last week, Harry visited London again, but he and his father didn’t see each other due to the King’s busy schedule.

Harry’s spokesperson said the Prince “hopes to see him soon.”

However, much as the fact that Harry and his family are not getting along ever since he and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties, the truth is that the Sussexes enjoy popularity in the States and live their lives to the fullest along with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, who received the titles of Prince and Princess shortly after Queen Elizabeth’s passing.

Despite their departure from royal duties, financial opportunities continued to flow their way. In September 2020, they inked a lucrative five-year, $100 million production deal with Netflix, signed a four-book deal with their publisher that allegedly included a staggering $20 million advance and global royalties for Harry’s book Spare, potentially totaling over $120 million. Additionally, they secured a $20 million deal with Spotify, estimated to be worth around $35 million according to industry experts.

The Invictus Games – founded by Prince Harry for veterans worldwide – are a beautiful initiative, but it’s hard not to question if it might be an even bigger win from a publicity standpoint.

Harry and Meghan are beloved figures in America, and now they seem to be accepted by other countries as well. Recently, the two took a trip to the African country of Nigeria where they were welcomed as royals.

Shortly before the trip during which the couple was to further their work surrounding the Invictus Games, Meghan opened up about the results of a DNA tests she had taken, sharing that she was 43 percent Nigerian, making the trip to the country rather personal.

Harry and Meghan greeted the crowd that gathered to see them with beaming smiles, snapped selfies and relished all the enjoyable aspects of royalty without needing to answer to the Firm. Meanwhile, their visit brought a lot of unwelcome attention to Buckingham Palace, and the Sussexes managed to shift the narrative in their favor without having to address any royal matters.

Royal expert Tom Quinn told Mirror that Kate and William were furious about the Sussexes’ trip because it felt like a royal engagement.

“Everything you might expect from an official royal visit was there – the receptions, the visits to schools and charities, to wounded soldiers and the disabled,” he said.

For Meghan, this trip was also a way to restore her image while acting as a ‘non-royal’ princess.

While Kate faces her own challenges, Meghan is about to launch her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. She and Harry’s recent visit to Nigeria signifies a promising new beginning for them, and some see this as Meghan’s “cold” revenge against Kate and the rest of the royals.

This doesn’t mean, however, that Meghan and Harry don’t wish Kate to recover as soon as possible, just like the rest of us.

Kate Middleton will return to royal duty if this one condition is met, royal expert claims

Not only Britain but the entire world is eagerly anticipating the moment Kate Middleton would return to her royal duties.

Following her planned abdominal surgery which took place in mid-January of this year and required a hospital stay of 13 days and even longer recovery, Kate was initially expected to be out in public around Easter, with the Palace claiming she was doing fine, but that didn’t happen because the Princess of Wales disclosed with the public that she’s undergoing treatments for cancer. According to Kate herself, it was following her surgery that doctors found the presence of cancer after running tests.

She hadn’t disclosed her condition with the public right away because she and William needed time to tell the news to their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

However, although she hasn’t been doing any public duties, Kate is said to be working from the comfort of her home.

At the time being, most of the royal engagements have been performed by William and Queen Camilla.

This summer, the royal family has a busy agenda. Major events include Trooping the Colour, a state banquet, the 80th anniversary of D-Day, and Garter Day. Kate usually attends these events, and it turns out that this year, King Charles did his best to find a suitable replacement for his beloved daughter-in-law.

As per the Daily Mail, Beatrice, Prince Andrew’s eldest daughter, is “looking forward to helping out.”

“They’ve got a busy diary coming up, and they need to widen the family at social events. You’ve got a whole week of Ascot. You have four garden parties. You’ve got Trooping the Colour, and you’ve got a state visit before you even start on other things,” the source said.

“I think Beatrice and Eugenie are adding support where they can. They’ve always been clear they’re non-royal, but they’re always there to help fulfill any duties required.”

It is apparent that King Charles sees his nieces as “sensible, lovely women” who could be a great asset for the royal family.

“They have been crying out for that royal glamour that has been missing during a time when his slimmed-down monarchy is in desperate need of bulking up,” the source concluded.

“Beatrice, in particular, has been desperate for her chance to shine. She was once shy, and her style was a little frumpy. But these days she’s ambitious, confident and fashionable. She looks great in photos.”

Despite the fact that she tries to stay out of the spotlight, the Princess of Wales is “excited” to be at the heart of the launch of a new project that could boost the UK economy by £45.5billion ($57 billion) a year. As per The Daily Mirror, Kate’s Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood would release a report this week from eight British firms that would identify five areas where businesses can support children under five and their caregivers. It will also highlight the significant future benefits of investing in early childhood.

“The work of The Prince and Princess’ projects is ‘always on’…early childhood is a huge priority for The Princess, and so she has been kept fully updated throughout the development of the Taskforce’s work, and she has seen the report,” Kate Middleton’s spokesperson told the Daily Mail.

A senior royal aide told GB News: “The Princess of Wales was the driving force behind the business task force. She has been kept up to date since the inception of the task force, and she has read the report and been briefed on it.”

“This is a clear commitment she has made that throughout her life of public service that this will be focus. That will continue when she returns to work. But we have been really clear that she needs the space and the privacy to recover right now. She will return to work when she has had the green light from doctors.”

The Centre for Early Childhood, described as Kate Middleton’s “life’s work,” was founded in 2021.

Christian Guy, executive director of the early childhood center, told the newspaper: “This is another crucial moment for HRH’s early childhood work…its impact, and the work of her Centre for Early I know, having briefed The Princess on this, that she is enormously grateful to the members of the Taskforce who have made such fantastic progress on this work over the past year.”

Although working on this project “should not be seen” as Kate is back, as per GB News’ royal correspondent Cameron Walker, the news about this project is giving royal fans hope they would see Kate back at work in the near future.

Speaking on GB News, host Isabel Webster said: “It’s characteristically Catherine, isn’t it? To say she wasn’t doesn’t want to distract from this report by having people talking about her health. We should start probably by saying she said she’s not feeling well enough to come out and talk about this in public, but she is saying she’s watching it, keeping a close eye from behind closed doors.”

Cameron Walker added, “This should not be seen as a return to work by the Princess of Wales, but I have been told she’s read the report and has been briefed on it. But this will stem from her work from when she started being a working member of the Royal Family, where she was working closely with people suffering from addiction and mental health problems.”

“It’s a big task, isn’t it?” the royal correspondent concluded.

“That’s a lot of change that would need to happen. So it’s going to happen over a long period of time. The princess cannot lobby the government. She can’t be political. So I think she’s trying to encourage the private sector to do as much as they can in sport and create societal change.”

Graduation: A celebration for all

During Sunday’s commencement at Duke University, students walked out as speaker Jerry Seinfeld was introduced. The reason why is that Seinfeld has openly supported Israel. This incident is the latest in a string of disruptions at colleges across the country.

As they left the ceremony, the students chanted “Free, free Palestine,” as a group of other graduates appeared to jeer them.

The walkout triggered many online comments, suggesting that the students were protesting because Seinfeld is Jewish, with some accusing the participants of antisemitism.

Former U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, an Illinois Republican, posted, “So students at Drake [sic] walk out because the speaker, Jerry Seinfeld, is Jewish? This is antisemitism, cloaked in concern for Gaza.”

Democratic U.S. Rep Daniel Goldman of New York, posted on X, “Jerry Seinfeld is a Jewish American who has nothing at all to do with Israel’s foreign policy or military defense. Holding an American Jew responsible for the actions of the Israeli government is quintessential antisemitism.”

The organizers of the walkout claimed their decision had nothing to do with the actor’s religion but with him being vocal in supporting Israel. Further, the protesters called for Duke University to disclose its investments in Israel and consider divesting from companies with connections to Israel. They called for a ceasefire amid the ongoing conflict.

Seinfeld received an honorary degree and delivered his speech without major interruptions.

“We’re excited and delighted for the Class of 2024 and their families. We understand the depth of feeling in our community, and as we have all year, we respect the right of everyone at Duke to express their views peacefully, without preventing graduates and their families from celebrating their achievement,” Duke spokesperson Frank Tramble said in a statement.

Man who claims to be the son of King Charles and Queen Camilla launches legal fight to prove his ‘royal paternity’

During the years, a man named Simon Dorante-Day, 56, of Queensland, Australia, has claimed he was the son of King Charles and his wife Camilla. He made headlines in the past, but now, with the passing of Queen Elizabeth, and Charles ascending to the throne, those claims only became more frequent and pretty much stronger than before.

As reported by 7NEWS, Simon was born on April 5, 1966, in Gosport, Portsmouth, and was adopted by a couple named Karen and David Day. His adoptive grandparents, Winifred and Ernest Bowlden, were employed by Queen Elizabeth and Princ Philip and worked at the royal household.

According to Simon himself, it was his grandmother who told him the truth about his biological parents, saying he was the son of Charles and Camila. Simon says she didn’t go around the bush but told him straight. “She didn’t just hint at it, she told me outright,” he shared with 7NEWS.

Although the newly appointed King and his wife Camilla, who received the tittle Queen Consort, only married in 2005, their history together dates back to the times Charles was still married to late Princess Diana. The two had an affair and it was the main reason Diana decided to leave him.

According to Simon, Camilla, who he believes is his biological mother, gave birth to him when she was still a teenager.

Now, with Queen Elizabeth II’s passing, Simon’s mission to prove his heritage became stronger than ever.

He believes that King Charles gave the tittle of Prince of Wales to William with ease, and he still refuses to do a DNK test and prove whether Simon’s claims are true or not.

The Queen herself never responded to any of Simon’s letters during the years, and with her death, a “window of opportunity has closed,” Simon said.

“There has been a discussion in there between a judge and myself and his barrister about the legal standing of Charles, and whether the monarch is protected by the law or is above the law,” Simon explained. “And the answer to that was no – they told me that we don’t see any reason why he is.”

Further, this alleged ‘heir’ to the throne said, “And secondly, Camilla and her family are certainly not above the law. So that argument’s already been had and settled.”

Simon Charles Dorante-Day called Charles “weak” for failing to respond to any communication or recognizing him as his “firstborn Son.”

“On the eve of your coronation, when all that you have waited for and all that you’ve fought for has come to fruition, I hope that you are finally satisfied,” Simon wrote.

“I am disappointed that my issue couldn’t be resolved before you ascended to the throne, but I feel that in the fullness of time this will reflect more poorly on the Monarchy than it ever will on me.”

“I feel dismissed. Charles got what he wanted: he got the throne, he got his wife, he got it all. I don’t even get the truth about my mother. When’s it going to swing the other way? Now it’s time for me to get my happy ending.”

He continued, “Maybe you can come clean and admit when you first met because the truth is you haven’t before!”

The Palace has never addressed these claims.

A few weeks ago, the Australian made another move towards seeking ‘justice’ by sharing details of his latest legal effort to prove his royal paternity. He plans to take King Charles and Queen Camilla to court during their visit to Australia.

“What [legal action] am I going to do this time? Well, I’d be a very silly person that when he comes into the same jurisdiction as me not to do something,” Simon told 7News.

“But I think I’d be even sillier to let that cat out of the bag right now.”

He added: “You know, there’s always something going on in the background here at our place. It never stops. People think just because it goes quiet on Facebook, [the case] is quiet, but it doesn’t. We’re hammering in the background.”

Claiming he doesn’t want fame or money, Simon says he only wants the truth to be told.

“I’m not doing all this to be a Facebook character. And I’ve had to learn to do this and objectionably at times, because we were private people. These accusations that I’m doing this for money? Yeah, right, okay. And I’m doing it for fame? None is true.”

He concluded, “All we want is the truth. All we want him to do is tell the truth, and her, Camilla as well. They both need to own up.”

Although he cannot prove anything, there are people who believe his claims. Could this man give King Charles a headache in the days that follow? We will have to wait and see how this man’s life story unfolds.

Wisconsin DQ puts up ‘politically incorrect’ sign, owner doesn’t back down

A sign spotted on the front window of a Dairy Queen restaurant in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, has caught the internet’s attention. The billboard boldly showcases the establishment’s commitment to what some may deem as politically incorrect, highlighting its frequent use of holiday greetings such as “Merry Christmas,” “Happy Easter,” and “God Bless America.”

Speaking to WDJT-TV, owner Kevin Scheunemann said he “felt the sign was appropriate to hang in terms of being transparent about the views of the owner and staff supporting God and country.”

The sign has been up for the last four years and it didn’t cause any problems until recently when a customer took a picture of it and complained about it.

The location’s owner, franchisee Kevin Scheunemann, told GoMN that “a student from Oregon” posted the photo of the sign on the official Dairy Queen Facebook page last Wednesday, triggering a huge thread of comments.

According to Scheunemann, the complaint by the student described the “politically incorrect” sign as “extremely offensive” and demanded that the company “deal with (the) franchise owner.”

Most of the comments under the photo that attracted plenty of attention but has since been deleted were in support of Scheunemann.

Dairy Queen responded to the controversy with the following statement: “American Dairy Queen Corporation does not encourage our independently owned and operated franchisees to post non-business related messages in their locations or on their external reader boards. This sign expresses the views of this independent owner only and does not speak for ADQ Corporation or any of our other independent franchise owners. We expect our franchisees and employees to treat every person who walks through our doors with the utmost dignity and respect. Nothing less is acceptable.”

Scheunemann says he’s not planning on taking the sign down and adds that store is a “huge tourist landmark at this point,” with “people driving hours to take a picture with (the) sign.”

The idea to put the sign in the first place came after a complaint from a customer who was upset about the Christian music playing inside the store.

While promoting her new Netflix movie Atlas in Mexico, singer and actress Jennifer Lopez was asked point blank of the rumors regarding her alleged split from husband Ben Affleck to what she replied, “You know better than that.”

In the background, JLo’s co-star, Simu Liu, could be heard coming to her defense. “OK, we’re not doing that,” he said, before adding: “Come on, don’t come in here with that energy, please. Thank you so much.”

However, besides her response, body language expert Judi James believes JLo revealed signs that say otherwise.

“Lopez is no stranger to high-profile marriage and high-profile divorce so must have been expecting questions like this one, given all the recent speculation about her relationship with Ben.

“The fact that her body language here makes her appear wrong-footed and awkward might not go far then in terms of the reassurance fans are hoping for.”

Judi continued: “When the question about their relationship comes from the audience her initial reaction is to keep the mic to her mouth as though willing to speak, but she lets out an explosive laugh into it instead.

“Tellingly, her ring hand lifts from her knee as though forming a silent signal of solidity but then she seems to stuff the hand between her knees instead, looking at her host while acting bouncy and smiling.”

“Jen co*ks her head as she looks across in a gesture of likeability,” Judi added. “She then seems to try to take control, leaning onto her knees with a serious facial expression. ‘You know better than that’ is her line here, while the ring hand fiddles. Her body language announces ‘that’s it’ as she then wipes her ring hand on her leg and leans back and looks away.”

JLo has been promoting the new sci-fi film for which she is a producer, without Affleck, 51.

Earlier this week, when InTouch magazine wrote that Lopez and Affleck had called it quits, they also implied that Affleck had vacated their shared home in Beverly Hills and has been staying in his Brentwood residence for the past week.

The couple have been last pictured together in March in New York City.

Reports have suggested that the singer was in search of a separate residence apart from her husband.

Lopez and Affleck married in July 2022 following a second engagement. Since tying the knot, their relationship has been under the spotlight, particularly after she disclosed that her prior relationship with Affleck had “crumbled under the pressure.”

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have not issued any official statement regarding these rumors.

The widow of comedian Bob Saget took to social media on Tuesday to extend birthday wishes to her partner, marking their first public post together on the platform. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Speaking to E! of her new relationship, Rizzo said that it took “a while” for her to “get to the point where” she felt comfortable dating again.

Addressing critics who claimed she had moved on too quickly following Bob Saget‘s sudden passing, Rizzo said, “Unless you are a widow or a widower, you truly have absolutely no place and no right to comment on this because you do not know what it’s like.” She added: “You just don’t understand the incredibly complex and difficult and dynamic thoughts and feelings that come up during this entire process.”

Rizzo started dating 18 months after her husband died and she’s grateful she found a partner who understands that Saget is “always going to be a part of my life.”

Although Rizzo didn’t need the blessing of Bob’s daughters, it held significance for her to receive their approval, aligning with her sense of what felt appropriate in the situation.

“I’d love to think that Bob would want me to be happy too, but to hear it from them is just a totally different level,” the journalist said. “And it meant the world just to hear, ‘Hey, we trust you. We love you. We know you’re going to do what’s right, and we want you to be happy.’”

Rizzo and Saget were married for four years until his passing in 2022.

As of Rizzo’s new love, Breckin Meyer, he’s best known for the 1990s cult classic Clueless. Meyer is also a writer and a producer, having served as the creator of Men At Work.

Meyer was previously married to filmmaker Deborah Kaplan from 2001 to 2014. The two share two daughters.

Appearing on KIIS FM’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show, Meow, an American woman, shared fascinating details about her everyday life as a canine.

During her interview, Meow provided insight into her unique lifestyle, explaining that she sleeps in a crate, enjoys dog treats, and relies on her handlers for care.

“I have pastel blankets and pastel pillows in there, something about being in a confined space, I don’t know if it makes me feel safe from the world or makes me feel like the world is safe from me but it feels comfort for sure!” she said.

“It can fit me, the rule of thumb with a dog is that if they can stand up in it, then it’s big enough for them, so as long as I’m on all fours standing up.”

Meow, who believes she’s a Dalmatian, is also a well-known star on social media platforms like Twitch. She fully embraces her dog-like characteristics, occasionally barking and moving on all fours.

Her crate is the place where she feels secure and comfortable and is decorated with a bunch of pillows and blankets that make it a cozy place.

Meow isn’t in a relationship, but she does have ‘handlers’ who act like her boyfriends. She also considers them friends who help her with various tasks, such as going on walks and practicing training exercises. Her relationship with them is non-sexual, but they share similar interests.

When it comes to her diet, Meow does eat normal food such as shredded chicken and jerky, but also dog treats such as biscuits.

Meow doesn’t really care what people think of her lifestyle as she confidently focuses on living out her dog identity.

On Instagram, under the username meowdalyn, her online presence provides a peek into her remarkable lifestyle, attracting a following of more than 11,000 individuals.

One type of skin condition people suffer from is dyshidrotic eczema, which is prevalent in the spring. Although this condition isn’t curable, it is manageable and can be kept under control. The symptoms are small, itchy blisters.

Eczema refers to a group of diseases that cause skin inflammation, often known as dermatitis. As per statistics, eczema affects an estimated 35 million people in the States only. Around seventy percent of these cases include children under the age of five.

During a flare-up, the skin becomes red, itchy, and swollen with fluid-filled bumps that may ooze and crust. The most common triggers of eczema are allergic reactions, but it can also be genetic. Eczema isn’t contagious.

One of the most common forms, as stated previously, is dyshidrotic eczema.

Dyshidrotic eczema (pompholyx) is a chronic, recurrent skin condition that causes itching and often appears symmetrically on the palms, fingers, and soles. It is marked by small, deep-seated vesicles measuring 1–2 mm, which eventually resolve with scaling after a few weeks.

There is some disagreement about the exact terminology and definitions, but this condition is also referred to as pompholyx, acute and recurrent vesicular hand dermatitis, acute palmoplantar eczema, vesicular endogenous eczema, cheiropompholyx (when affecting the hands), podopompholyx or pedopompholyx (when affecting the feet), and cheiropodopompholyx.

Of course, not every inflammation of the skin is related to this type of eczema, so before you even start treatment make sure you are properly diagnosed.

Some of the most common symptoms of dyshidrotic eczema are:

Deep-set blisters on hands and feet (specifically on the edges of the fingers, toes, palms, and soles of the feet)
Itching
Redness
Flaking
Scaly, cracked skin
Pain

People with contact dermatitis, atopic eczema, or hay fever are at a higher risk of developing dyshidrotic eczema. Sadly, it has a tendency to get infected, which delays the healing process.

Although there is no cure and no surefire way to prevent flare-ups from taking place, an effective skincare routine can bolster your skin’s resistance to inflammation.

The most conventional treatment for dyshidrotic eczema are creams, which likely include corticosteroid creams or ointment or a prescribed injection or pill.

Other treatments include:

UV light treatments
draining large blisters
antihistamines
various anti-itch creams
immune-suppressing ointments, such as Protopic and Elidel

Besides these conventional methods, there are also natural ways of treating and soothing the condition. Generally, maintaining clean and moisturized skin is one of the most effective methods for managing eczema. The type of treatment and its frequency will depend on your specific symptoms, but these natural, at-home approaches enable you to feel confident about the products you use on your skin.

Cold Compresses

To reduce the inflammation of the skin, soak the affected area and apply cold compresses for 15 minutes. Repeat this process two to four times throughout the day and then apply moisturizer to the affected area for maximum effectiveness.

Aloe Vera

Renowned for its ability to soothe irritated skin and accelerate the healing process, aloe vera can help reduce the symptoms of eczema. For best results, break off a piece of the plant and apply the thick gel directly to your inflamed skin. Alternatively, you can purchase a bottle of natural aloe vera lotion from your local pharmacy.

Oatmeal

Due to its proven anti-inflammatory properties, oatmeal is often used to alleviate skin conditions, including dyshidrotic eczema. Applying oatmeal directly to irritated skin can help reduce eczema symptoms, leaving your skin feeling healthy and soothed.

A source told the Daily Mail: “[Garner] has been through it with the same man herself and although the circumstances were quite different… they both dealt with some of the same issues.”

Garner and Affleck split up in 2018, and the 52-year-old actress started dating businessman John Miller. While she has moved on romantically from her ex-husband, she considers Lopez a stabilizing influence in his life and wants to help save their marriage.

“Jen does not want Ben to pull the plug on this marriage because she really does care about JLo,” an insider told the Daily Mail. They added that Garner “did go to his house to talk to him about this and to try and keep the two of them together.”

“JLo was told several times by Jen how valued she is in all their lives,” the source added. “She is one of the only women who can get through to Ben and keep him from jumping off the deep end with his addiction.”

Back in 2020, Affleck admitted in a New York Times interview that his drinking had worsened his “marital problems” with Garner.

“People with compulsive behavior, and I am one, have this kind of basic discomfort all the time that they’re trying to make go away,” he said at the time. “You’re trying to make yourself feel better with eating or drinking or sex or gambling or shopping or whatever. But that ends up making your life worse. Then you do more of it to make that discomfort go away. Then the real pain starts.”

Pat Sajak’s final ‘Wheel of Fortune’ episode has an airdate

Pat Sajak, the long-time host of Wheel of Fortune, has announced his retirement.

After 43 years, Sajak will leave the show on Friday, June 7, when the final episode of him as s host would air, Entertainment Weekly confirms. The farewell episode will coincide with the current season 41’s finale.

For his role as a host, Sajak received 19 Daytime Emmy Award nominations, winning three.

He has been part of Wheel of Fortune since its 1983 nighttime debut but has also hosted the daytime edition from 1981 to 1989.

In the statement he issued last summer, Sajak said, “Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)”

Stepping down from his role doesn’t mean Sajak would be leaving TV entirely. On the contrary, he will stay on as a consultant for three years. The network quickly chose Ryan Seacrest as Sajak’s replacement for season 42, with Seacrest also taking on the role of consulting producer.

“I’m truly humbled to be stepping into the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak,” Seacrest said of the new gig. “I can say, along with the rest of America, that it’s been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years, making us smile every night and feel right at home with them.”

He is said to be dating Telly’s Queen of Mean Anne Robinson. As per The Sun, the former Weakest Link host, 79, and retired Army brigadier, 83, have been secretly dating for a year.

The relationship has been confirmed by Robinson herself.

“Yes. Full stop. Mind your own business,” she told Saga magazine.
