Halloween is all about spooky decorations, trick or treating, and carving pumpkins, but most of all it’s about Heidi Klum’s costume that everyone is impatient to see.
The Halloween parties she throws every year are on of the best in the whole country, and many celebrities hope to be invited and attend the show.
As for the host, she never fails to amaze us with the brilliant masks she rocks like no one.
She told US Weekly how she prepared for the mask a couple of months in advance. She is definitely the queen of Halloween.

They say a father is a daughter’s first love, and no matter how much time passes by, and how old they get, the father will always remain the most important man in every woman’s life.
Fathers are always there to support their daughters and to stand by their side no matter what life throws at them, and most important, they are the ones who get to walk their girls down the aisle when the time comes for them to get married and start a new life.
Although many believe the role of the father in the wedding preparation is just to write the check, it is actually way more than that. Dancing together at the wedding reception is one of the most emotional moments in the life of both the father and the daughter, and the speech he delivers about how important that girl is to him and how happy he is for her and her husband is always accompanied with emotions.
A girl named Nicole Cortez Figg got married and she got all the help from her bridesmaids, her mom, and others from the family. But the gift she got from her loving father is something so special that it brought tears of joy in our eyes.
Nicole is a sign language interpreter and she simply loves what she does. Knowing how important her job is for his daughter, Nicole’s father blended this passion of hers, along with some crazy dancing moves, and the final result left everyone in awe.
Nicole had no idea that for an entire year leading up to her wedding, her father was meeting up with her best friend at a coffee shop who was helping him learn how to sign the lyrics to the song “I Loved Her First,” by Heartland.
Once the father took the stage for his speech, everyone thought he was about to say something funny, but what he really did was beyond touching. The guests cheered him on.

As soon as the melody started playing, he made hand motions to sigh the song in sign language, and that’s when everyone realized it was about to be the most beautiful thing he could do for the girl he loves to the moon and back.
It’s amazing how he perfected the whole song, without missing any sign.
The bride and the groom are left speechless as tears of excitement start rolling down their face. Nicole couldn’t believe what she was seeing and neither the guests. They have never been part of a wedding reception like this before and it’s definitely something they’ll never forget.

Army Spec. Brooks Lindsey was trying to make it home and be by his wife’s side during the delivery of their first child. But since his wife Haley had gone into labor two weeks before the due date as a result of pre-eclampsia, she made sure to inform her husband of the induced labor. The soldier was granted emergency leave and he was more than eager to meet his daughter and hold her in his hands.
However, things didn’t go as planned and Lindsey didn’t manage to get on time because his flight was delayed.

That meant he would miss the miracle of birth and won’t be able to embrace his loving wife during the best moment of their life. The only thing he could do was wait at the airport in anticipation that everything was going to be just right. He sat against the wall of the Texas airport wearing his soldier uniform when something amazing happened.

His mom got the brilliant idea of contacting him via FaceTime so he could virtually watch his daughter being born. Although nothing compares with being there right by your family’s side, it was still better than missing it altogether.
The soldier was staring at his phone’s screen, and that’s when he got to see the gorgeous Millie Fritz Anne Lindsey enter the world. The father was overly excited and moved and a photo of him participating in the birth of his daughter via FaceTime was shared on the social media by a passenger named Tracy Dover. She explained how she and the others who were stuck at the airport could feel his impatience and later joy.
Soon everyone learned of the happy news and people rushed to congratulate the new father. He was now relieved to know everything went well so he couldn’t hide his tears of joy.
It appeared that the delayed flight was a blessing in disguise because if he was in the air he wouldn’t have the chance to watch the emotional moment.
“This Army soldier was on my delayed flight home yesterday to MS. He had to watch the birth of his daughter on FaceTime. He was crying and our hearts were breaking. We all gave him space. When we heard the baby cry, we all rejoiced for him. I wanted to share this because I never want us to forget about our soldiers who serve us everyday and the sacrifices they make.”
Haley later shared a video of her husband watching the birth.
In fact, when airport officials were pushing Brooks to board, the doctor delivering Millie screamed at the phone, “Don’t let him board the flight! She’s here! She’s here!”
Staff froze the second they heard shouting saying not to let him board the flight. Airport personnel understood the importance of that moment and halted everything so he could see his baby girl be born.

This soldier was finally able to board the plane and go home. The moment the plane landed, he rushed to the hospital to cradle his baby daughter.

A photo of a man soothing a baby while his mother is filling some paperwork was shared on the social media, and the story behind it is as touching as the photo itself.
It was posted by a woman named Natasha Crittenden Wilson from Florence, Alabama, who came across the heartwarming scene while waiting at the doctor’s office.
This caught Natasha’s attention because as she says, in a world full of racism, seeing a white man offering a helping hand to a black woman makes us optimistic of what the future holds. Treating people differently because of their skin color is something we witness every day, especially in the South where she comes from, and the world is yet to deal with and overcome this issue. However, this man didn’t care who the mother was, as long as she could use his help.

She was certain the photo was worth sharing because it had much deeper meaning than just a two random people standing next to each other at a waiting room.
“I was in the waiting room at the doc office today and this lady walked in with her sleeping baby! They handed her paperwork to do & as she was sitting there trying to figure out how to hold her sleeping baby while filling out the paperwork, this man, from across the room, asks her if she would like for him to hold her baby while she did her paperwork!!”
The mother embraced the offer and could fill her paperwork at peace while her little one was in the safe hands of the kind stranger.

It is not that often that someone offers to keep a stranger’s baby but this man “went over there and rocked and loved on that baby like it was his.” It was obvious he was a dad, or a grandpa, who knew the struggle of raising a child.

Since the photo went viral, the man’s family members recognized him and he was later identified as Joe Hale. He is indeed an amazing person.

It takes a village to raise kids, and sometimes those “village people” can end up being just as varied and colorful as the 1970’s disco band of the same name.

The sad reality of today is that many marriages end in divorce even after the first obstacle the couple faces. Almost every divorce is followed by bitter arguments, financial loss, long custody battles, and in many cases children who witness the breakdown of their family. Two people who once loved and cared for each other are now enemies, and those around them are as affected by the split as the couple itself.
A man named Blake Higginbotham went through the devastating process of divorce. He and his wife of six years got married when they were pretty young and have three kids together. At the time of the divorce Blake and his wife hated each other, but they eventually started getting along for the sake of their kids.
Although they were no longer together, when he learned his ex was getting married to another man, he had mixed feeling. But he was certainly happy for her. He shared her photos online with the most moving caption that touched the hearts of many.
Along with the photos, Blake wrote:
‘“This is my ex-wife. The mother of my three children. The woman who brought all three of my children into this world.
We got married young, had three beautiful children and had a bitter divorce.”
“Three years later, that relationship is much different. We share the kids evenly and support them in everything they do. We act as a team.

No matter what happened between the two while they were married, they still choose to respect each other and teach their kids the benefits of teamwork.
Both Blake and his ex found the perfect way to co-parent, and are ready to overcome any disagreements that stand on the way of their children’s happiness. The kids are glad to see their mom and dad respect each other.

According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), 1 in 59 children is diagnosed with autism. Parenting a child with this kind of disorder can be really challenging because many of these kids have trouble understanding the world around them. Some features of autism are the inability to communicate (verbal and nonverbal), social withdrawal, repetitive behaviors, difficulties making eye contact.
Unfortunately, many of the parents who have an autistic child don’t get the opportunity to see their precious babies taking the first steps, saying the first words, or make friends, or at least not at the period of life as the rest of the kids do it. But as long as they make progress, no matter how slow, parents like Briana Blankenship are happy.

Briana’s 5-year-old daughter Taylor was diagnosed with a ‘nonverbal’ form of autism which prevents her from verbally communicating with those around her. This lovely girl gets to understand certain words of English, but has never produced one herself, up to the day these mother and daughter drove along the McDonald’s drive-thru line.
‘”I am ugly crying in the McDonald’s parking lot and the employees probably think I’m crazy. In the drive-thru, I suddenly heard Taylor say ‘MAMA.’
For those of you that don’t know, Taylor is five and is nonverbal autistic. She has NEVER said a word. EVER.”

Not many people these days are considerate and empathetic. The world has become a cruel place where everyone is only concerned for their own well-being. The sad truth is that we pass this behavior to our kids and we slowly create a society of selfish humans. We hear of bullied kids all the time, but rarely do we stumble upon stories of young children being compassionate towards their peers, but when we do, our faith in humanity restores.
This is a story of a young boy who did just the right thing when he noticed a girl was in an unpleasant and sort of embarrassing situation. We thank the parents and admire kids like this who are well brought up.
While on the way home from school, a young lady got her period for the first time in her life. All of us who have experienced that know how confusing and embarrassing that might be, especially if it happens in public.

The girl’s face turned red and she felt like she couldsinkthroughthefloor the moment she realized other kids noticed what was going on. At one moment, a young boy approached and just as she expected from him to make fun of her, the most amazing thing happened.
He actually stood by her side and offered a helping hand. His action meant so much for the girl that her mother decided to share the story in the Moms Facebook group.

The mom explained how the boy, who was slightly older than her daughter, whispered something to the girl.
‘”that she had a stain on the back of her pants and gave her his sweater to tie around her waist so she could walk home off of the bus.”

The girl couldn’t believe what happened, and she was embarrassed to even say yes to the boy’s offer. But he assured her that everything was going to be just fine.
“(He) told her ‘I have sisters, it’s all good!'”
The mother was thankful because of what the young man did. She said his mother must be proud to have raised a true gentleman.
“We hear so many bad things about today’s youth, and I wanted to share something positive!”

This story reminds us that there are still people out there who care and who are willing to give a helping hand to those in need. Remember that every act of kindness, no matter how small, can go a long way.
If in one relationship there is lack of respect and support, and one of the partners constantly tries to undermine the other person, that might be a sign of a toxic relationship.
These people tend to be superior over their partners, believing they are better, more successful, and more good looking, and many times abusive and violent. Those who never found themselves in a relationship like this might wonder why wouldn’t someone simply walk away from that kind of negative influence in their life, but that’s not as easy as it seems.
Alvina Rayne knows that best. She experienced being bullied and humiliated by her partner which made her find comfort in the junk food. As a result, her health condition worsened over the years and at her heaviest she weighted 274 pounds. She was called names all the time, but something in her snapped when she was called a “fat piece of garbage.”

This mother of two not only gained weight, but she was depressed as well. Both her physical and mental state were affected by the way she was treated by the one who was supposed to protect her and love her.

Whenever she wanted to leave that scumbag, he would crush her self confidence by telling her how no one would ever want her because of her obesity. He was good at manipulating with her feelings. But it wasn’t until the year of 2009 that she finally left him and moved on.

She was determined to change her lifestyle and become healthy and fit again so she switched to a low-carb keto diet. Whenever she would think she won’t have the strength to keep going, she would recall the words “No one will want you” and that was enough motivation to continue her fight against the obesity. Eventually, she lost 103 pounds.

Once her ex heard of her transformation, he called her and said “I heard you put on some hotness” and wanted her to take him in again, but it was a big no no for Alvina.
