Same as little children, most dogs have a favorite toy too. It’s usually a teddy bear or another plush animal they can hug and chew on. The thing is that these toys have to be washed very often, which is a devastating fact for our four legged pals who refuse to spend any time separated from their stuffed friends.
The Golden Retriever from the video below just won’t allow for his mommy to place his teddy in the washing machine as she believes it’s a scary place for her friend to be. All that spinning around is probably not the best feeling and the Golden Retriever wants to spare the plush teddy from ‘the agony.’ What she does next is beyond sweet and will definitely put a smile on your face.
She undergoes a rescue mission and it’s all on camera.
“Our Golden Retriever is besotted with her teddy bear,” mom writes. “We setup a little sting operation to see if we could catch her on camera stealing it out of the washing machine…”I guess her teddy bear won’t be going into the dryer any time soon! Parents don’t have it easy as they have to make sure their kids are entertained at all times, otherwise, they get angry easily and throw tantrums, pretending something huge is going on, although the reasons for their crying and screaming are most times groundless.
A Californian father found himself surrounded by his crying daughters, Georgia, 3, and Genevieve, 6 while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Were they hurt or in pain? No! The reason they thrown such tantrum was because their mommy went to the store to grab something really quickly.
It looks like the older sister is the initiator of the scene, and her little sis just follows and screams in line with Genevieve. Occasionally, the word ‘mommy’ can be heard coming from their mouth. Their behavior is too much for their dad to put up with so he comes up with a brilliant idea on how to make them stop.
This ingenious dad does something we should all learn from. He starts his own screaming and crying tantrum too and that leaves his daughters in confusion.
What’s most, it all turns into a sweet game where everyone takes turn to ‘fake cry’ for a while.
By the time it’s Georgia’s turn to cry, she’s no longer interested in doing so and just shakes her head in refusal while Genevieve seems to be into the game but her loud noises now turn into a quiet ones.
In a matter of minutes, everyone gets completely quiet and the tantrum is over. Now if you think calming the girls down was a pure luck, you might be wrong as the dad said how he did it before with his older daughter a long time ago and it worked every time.
In another video, Georgia could be seen crying her eyes out when dad steps in and takes his turn to cry. The girl then doesn’t want to do it when she’s asked to and refuses to join in the game. Well, that’s exactly what her dad really wants to happen.
This trick seems to work its magic because it gives the girls a time out to control their emotions after which they are not into crying any longer.

As much as many moms and dads love dancing and goofing around with their kids, they don’t really have many opportunities doing so as the youngsters are often embarrassed to be seen hanging out and do creative things with their parents.
Well, not the kids from the video below. They have so much fun dancing and doing a choreography with their moms and dads that they will definitely make your day. I bet you can’t watch the whole thing without pulling some dance moves yourself.
It was choreographer Phil Wright from the International Dance Academy who came up with the routine and filmed the whole thing. Not only did he invite parents, but siblings, grandparents, and other members of his students’ families too.
It’s amazing how willing the older generation is to have fun when given the chance to. The song they’re dancing on is Earth Wind & Fire’s 1981 hit, “Let’s Groove” and it depicts just perfectly how everyone’s feeling being at the dance floor.
Just look at this mom’s crazy dancing style. I don’t think her girls were aware how great she was at twirling before she showed them how things are done.
A day filled with a bunch of laughing and endless entertainment, don’t you think so?
And this guy over here! He definitely deserves the parent of the year award as he’s dancing with his little baby; simply adorable!

Once in the house, dogs become an inseparable part of the family. They are equally important as the rest of the family members and Grizzy’s family knew that, so they never quit fighting for him once he was diagnosed with wobblers disease. This adorable dog and his human sibling Luke have been best friends from the moment they met and watching Grizzy struggle broke the boy’s heart.
The family was told that Grizzy could undergo a surgery and start walking again, but sadly, once out of the operating room, he was brought home on a gurney. It was difficult to move his huge body around the place, but his humans never lost hope that things could turn for the better for their dog.
The vets told them that it would take approximately four months for Grizzy to start walking again, but even after that period of time passed there was no significant improvement regarding his condition.
Determined to help him, his family placed Grizzy at a specialized facility, and although it meant he had to spend some time there, they all knew it was for the best. As it turned out, their decision was the right one, and after struggling for so long, Grizzy could be playing by his favorite boy’s side again.

This story is probably one of the most amazing stories you’ve heard and seen recently. It speaks of dogs’ solidarity and proves yet once again that our four legged pals are indeed compassionate creatures.
A guy named Dmitriy Timchenko and his friend were entering a store at the Russian city of Novorossiysk when they witnessed an incredible sight. In front of the place there was a tied pit bull pup waiting for his owner to finish the shopping for the day. One stray dog, however, assumed the pup was abandoned and rushed to rescue him.
“I’ve seen this stray dog around town many times,” Timchenko said speaking to The Dodo. “He always uses the crosswalk to cross the street. He’s a very smart dog.”
They saw the stray approaching the tied pup and waited to see what will happen. It was then when the stray started untying the leash trying to set the pit bull free.
Once he managed to do so, the two new friends were about to embark on an adventure.

Realizing the dog may get lost, Timchenko and his friend rushed into the store and looked for the owner. If they didn’t do so, the pit bull would certainly get lost.
“We went into the store and called the owner on the loudspeaker,” Timchenko said. “She came outside to get her dog.”
Although the pit bull didn’t really need to be rescued, this still shows how courageous and sympathetic that stray dog was.
We do hope someone kind would recognize the goodness this dog carries inside and would welcome him into their home. After all, who wouldn’t want a companion like him?
The residents at this grandmother’s neighborhood are now at ease as she managed to solve the problem of drivers speeding around the place in a very clever way.
Knowing that neither her four grandchildren, nor the rest of the kids were safe, she came up with the idea of holding a hair dryer fooling the drivers into believing it’s a speed gun.
Believe it or not, this did magic and now everyone is making sure they don’t drive over the limit.
Jean Brooks really is one hell of a grandma as she would stop at nothing to make sure the neighborhood is a safe place.
“The problem with the traffic was that it was mental, kids with what I like to call sewing machines on wheels or quad bikes and mothers were driving at around 50 or 60 mph because they were late to school,” Jean said.
Her neighbors are very grateful for her dedication to put ‘law and order’ into action.
We, as humans, should be well aware of the consequences our acts bring. Still, we do bad things and hurt others, although we know it would put us in big trouble. Luckily, no deed goes unpunished and this judge from Painesville, Ohio, named Mike Cicconetti knows just the perfect way to punish those who treat animals in a bad manner.
His creative and sort of unusual methods made him a real celebrity in the community. Needless to say, he’s got all the support from his fellow Ohioans doing so.
Cicconetti is a huge animal lover and gets really mad and disappointed when a case of animal abuse or neglect comes along his way at the courtroom. What he does with such cases is give the doers of the crime punishments similar to what they did to the poor souls.
This way, he makes the wrongdoers go through the same discomfort they created at the animals. He believes that this is the only way for the cruel people to really understand how the animals felt when they abused them, neglected them, or dumped them.
“A judge can simply follow the law and if somebody committed the crime, here are the possible penalties,” Cicconetti told ABC News’ “Nightline.” “How much of that do I impose? Sure, you can do that and you go home and you can rest easy. Or you can take each case a little more personal and still apply that same law.”
When a woman was brought at the courtroom for dumping 35 kittens in the woods, judge Cicconetti gave her two options. Either to serve full jail time or reduce it by spending a night at the woods herself. She was so embarrassed of her action that she did accept to go into the woods and see how the poor kittens must have felt like when she ditched them there.
You have to agree this is a great way of teaching wrongdoers a lesson.
As he addressed the guilty woman, he asked her, “How would you like to be dumped off at a metro park late at night, spend the night listening to the coyotes … listening to the raccoons around you in the dark night, and sit out there in the cold not knowing where you’re going to get your next meal, not knowing when you are going to be rescued?”
Another woman was charged and found guilty of neglecting her dog by keeping him in filth. Now if she wanted to reduce her jail time, judge Cicconetti gave her an offer she ‘couldn’t refuse’, although it meant spending eight hours at the filthiest county dump.
Addressing the woman, he told her, “I want you to go down to the county dump, to the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest, smelliest, God-awful odor place they can find in that dump and I want you to sit there for eight hours tomorrow, to think about what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke.”
Does this way of sentencing animal abusers work? Yes, it does magic actually as the repeat offender rate for people who end up at Judge Cicconetti’s courtroom is only 10 percent compared to the 75 percent in other courts.
This amazing judge is to retire this years and we really hope someone as special would take his place and continue giving creative sentences.

The life of the stray animals isn’t easy at all. Not only these helpless creatures struggle to fend for themselves, but they are also many times afraid of the humans who treat them with disrespect.
Unfortunately, finding shelter to hide is another obstacle many of them face. Probably in an attempt to rest from the street life, two dogs ended up stranded in a sewer. The animals were aware they were in trouble and knew that the only way to survive was for someone to get them out of that place.
They started barking and howling hoping someone kind would hear their cries for help. Luckily, that’s exactly what happened.
It was teenagers Citlaly Rodriguez and Isaac Barajas who spotted the trapped dogs. They were aware something had to be done as soon as possible so they alerted Hope for Paws of what they stumbled upon. And as it turned out it was just the right thing to do as this organization has helped thousands of animals in need of help before.
Edgar and Loreta from Hope for Paws came at the scene at no time and were determined to get the dogs out. They approached very slowly and carefully because they didn’t want to further scare the already frightened souls.
But, the dogs knew these people were there to help and collaborated.
The teenagers stayed at the scene and offered their help to the rescuers and only left when they were sure the dogs were completely safe. “When Loreta and I arrived, we worked with these two awesome kids and together we completed this rescue mission,” Edgar said.
The dogs were brought at the organization’s shelter and were offered medical help and a nice bath. The staff named them Winn and Dixie and all they needed to do next was to find them a nice and loving home.
Although the assumptions were that Winn and Dixie were probably strays, they were still inspected for microchips. Since they didn’t have any, the rescuers could only make guesses whether they got stuck in the sewer by themselves or someone dumped them there. But, one thing was for sure, that Winn and Dixie were best of friends.
Once they recovered from the ordeal, both Winn and Dixie were transferred to another local organization, Wags and Walks. Thankfully, the staff at this organization managed to find them a forever home. What’s most, they weren’t separated but were adopted together by a family that loves them very much.
