The mother’s instinct is one of the strongest there are. No matter if they are humans, dogs, cats, or other species, a mother is a mother and she’ll always go above and beyond for her kids.
What one mommy cat did when she was introduced to a newborn puppy is truly powerful and heart-melting. As she was staying in a cardboard box together with her tiny kittens, a woman carrying the little puppy approached closer. The cat seemed pretty confused at first and was looking around not knowing what was going on.

In the next moment, the cat started sniffing the “strange creature” and someone in the background could be heard saying: “Look, she wants it.” And yes, the mommy was actually thrilled for the newest member of her family. The squealing pup was also confused, but once the woman put it down inside the box it stopped crying and felt secure.

What followed was lovely indeed. The cat mommy made a room for the puppy and took it in her embrace along with her babies.

“I love how the cat just had the natural instinct to take care of the little puppy even though she understands it’s not a cat. She just recognized he was small and fragile so she wanted to take care of it,” is just one of the comments.
The news that the owner of Microsoft, billionaire Bill Gates, and his wife of 27 years, Melinda Gates, are divorcing took the world by storm.
The two shared a joint statement regarding their separation saying, “we no longer believe we can grow together as a couple.”
“After a great deal of thought and a lot of work on our relationship, we have made the decision to end our marriage,” the pair, who met back in 1980 when Melinda joined Bill’s company, tweeted.
This came as a surprise for many because the couple always seemed to get along just perfectly, what’s most, they appeared as a pair that cannot break down.

The announcement raised many questions, such as how and if the divorce will affect the global tech development and the philanthropy, as well as how their enormous wealth and assets would be divided knowing they didn’t sign a prenup back in the day. Honestly, the fact they didn’t sign such an agreement was as shocking as their separation.
When the two first met, Bill had already earned his first billion dollars when the Microsoft stock hit $90.75 a share. By 1983, Microsoft was a global company with offices in Great Britain and Japan. Around 30 percent of the world’s computers ran on Microsoft’s software back then and everything lead to the assumption that this bright young man, who scored 1590 out of 1600 on the college SAT test, would make a name for himself in the industry.

Speaking of the time he started dating Melinda, Bill said in the Netflix miniseries Inside Bill’s Brain: “She had other boyfriends, and I had Microsoft. We were like, ‘Hey we are not really serious about each other, are we? We are not going to demand each other’s time.’”
Melinda said during an occasion that she found Bill writing a list on a whiteboard with the “pros and the cons of getting married,” and spoke of how everything started and how they started dating. In her 2019 memoir The Moment of Lift: How Empowering Women Changes the World, she wrote that they “talked over dinner,” and the following day he was waiting for her at the parking lot.

“He struck up a conversation and asked me out two weeks from Friday,” she wrote. “I laughed and said: ‘That’s not spontaneous enough for me. Ask me out closer to the date’ and gave him my number.
“I think he got intrigued when I beat him at a math game and won the first time at Clue, the board game where you figure out who did the murder in what room with what weapon.”
The couple dated for a while and eventually tied the knot in 1994, in Lanai, Hawaii.

After the announcement regarding their separation, the Gates’ eldest daughter posted a comment on the matter. “It’s been a challenging stretch of time for our whole family. I’m still learning how to best support my own process and emotions as well as family members at this time, and am grateful for the space to do so. I won’t personally comment further on anything around the separation, but please know that your kind words and support mean the world to me.”

One interesting detail which emerged and caught the public’s eye is that although there is no prenup, there is a “separation agreement” between soon the ex-couple. No further details have been revealed, such as what that agreement includes exactly. What is known is that it was signed between them and doesn’t involve the court. It lists all Bill and Melinda’s rights and obligations, including things such as child support and custody. Melinda won’t be asking for any support.
According to TMZ, the couple’s property, business interests and assets should be divided “as set forth in our separation contract.”
The way dogs show their love for their humans can’t be compared to anything in this world. Their emotions are always pure and their loyalty and dedication unconditional.

Once she spots her human, Freya can’t contain her happiness and starts jumping around. The two hug so tightly that they both end up on the ground.
Being separated from their owners for long periods of time can affect dogs in a negative way as they may feel depressed and unwilling to play around, but Freya knew her human would eventually get back to her and now as it finally happened, she’s the luckiest dog on Earth.

It doesn’t come as a surprise that this video melted the hearts of everyone who got to witness the perfect moment.
Earlier this year, one of the most powerful and most influential couples, Bill and Melinda Gates, announced they were splitting after 27 years of marriage. Their net worth is estimated to be around $150 billion and information on how they would split their assets hasn’t come to light yet. The couple didn’t have a prenup, but they said they have signed a separation agreement which is an agreement signed at the end of a marriage and includes terms of the split.

There were rumors that one of the reasons behind the separation was that Bill was involved in a relationship with another woman, but neither confirmed or denied that.
Recently, however, new information about their divorce came to light, as reported by the New York Post. According to the magazine, at the exclusive Allen & Co. “summer camp for billionaires” last week, Bill Gates spoke during an “off the record” Q&A and admitted the divorce “was his fault” when asked about it by the host, CNBC’s Becky Quick, an attendee was reported to have said.
The source was reported to have added: “He did seem a bit emotional about it. He might have been on the verge of tears.”

Another person told New York Post that Bill wasn’t in the mood of talking to the rest of the people attending the camp and added: “Bill Gates was pretty much a total a**hole.” Other described the Microsoft owner as feeling “agitated” during his stay at the “summer camp.”
We are, however, yet to learn the real reason behind the divorce.
The elderly are easy target for scammers because they are not familiar with technology and are more trusting than the younger population. In order to get money from them, scammers use different tactics; one of which is the gift card scam.
As reported by Detroit Free Press: “Federal Trade Commission data indicates that consumers have reported spending nearly $245 million on gift cards that they used as payment to scammers from January 2018 through September 2020.”

Jane, an elderly woman from Colorado, could easily fall a victim of scammers and she was about to lose her money if it wasn’t for Sophia Rossi and another employee from Safeway who were trained to detect when someone was being scammed into converting their money into gift credits.
Namely, they noticed that when Jane entered the store, she was quite disturbed. They approached her and asked her whether there was something that bothered her. It was then that she told them how she got a call from an “officer” who told her that she would be in trouble and even end up in jail if she didn’t cooperate.

Speaking to News 5, Jane said: “If I didn’t cooperate, then it was going to be in the newspaper this morning and everybody would know and they were going to strip me of my Social Security card and close all the different accounts of stuff that were in my name, and I’m like, ‘you got a be kidding’. He said, ‘then you’re going to go to jail’ and I’m like, ‘what?’ He said, ‘yeah, we got a warrant out for you.’ That’s what got me. That scared the hell out of me.”
After learning what was going on, Sophia called the Woodland Park Police and told Jane how the gift card scam worked.

Sophia also wanted to warn others of this scam and told News 5: “Social Security numbers are brought up, or I’m making a purchase on one website but having to get gift cards for another website, or my computer’s been compromised stuff like that. You’re never going to need large amounts of money in like Google Play gift cards. It’s not going to happen. So right away I recognized that that’s what it was.”
One thing everyone should have in mind is that no entity will ever ask from you to make a payment in the form of gift cards.

Thankfully for Jane, she stumbled upon the right people who helped her discover she was a victim of con artists before she lost her money.

One thing Americans have deep respect for, besides the flag and their veterans, is the national anthem. The Star Spangled Banner served as the hymns of U.S. officialdom before 1931 and for those of you not familiar with its origins, the lyrics come from the Defence of Fort M’Henry, a poem written in September 1814 by amateur poet Francis Scott Key.
Key witnessed the bombarding of Fort McHenry by British ships of the Royal Navy in Baltimore Harbor during the Battle of Baltimore and it is this event and the gorgeous U.S. flag that inspired the creation of the lyrics every proud American knows by heart.
The anthem is performed before every significant event, including sports.

It was during a recent football game by the Nashoba Regional High School when the performance of the anthem by one of the sophomores named Sam Keith went viral and stole the hearts of many.
What is interesting is that this incredibly talented singer with a mesmerizing vocal is a football player as well. He took the microphone in his hands and belted the famous lyrics while wearing his jersey with number 59 on it and holding his helmet in his hands.
Many agree that Keith’s performance will go down in Nashoba High history!

This young man possesses many skills. Besides being a very successful football player and a singer, he’s an actor too. His videos of his stage performances are seen by many. Keith has taken part in plays like Footloose, Addams Family, and Les Miserables!
After the footage of him singing the national anthem went viral, his school posted an upade, writing: “Sam has continued to sing the anthem at multiple football, soccer, and basketball games at his high school. He has continued his passion for voice and acting and is currently attending University of Cincinnati as a Musical Theater Major at CCM (College Conservatory of Music). He is part of the class of 2021.”

Paul Servat and Barbara Bienvenue from Montreal, Canada, had been dating for over two months when she told him he was going to be a dad to five babies. The father-to-be was over the moon. Not even in his wildest dreams did he imagine he would be having quintuplets.
Everyone in the family was overly excited and the whole community stepped in for the future parents. A number of people and companies started donating baby clothes and diapers. Presents started pouring from each side.
When Barbara was in the 34th week of pregnancy, she started having contractions and it was finally the time for the five bundles of joy to be welcomed into the world.
To everyone’s shock and surprise, instead of Barbara delivering babies, Paul was delivered the news that his girlfriend was actually never pregnant.
Hearing this, Paul’s whole world collapsed. He was tricked into believing he was going to be a dad for months, and now the truth felt like a bad taste on his tongue.
It seemed that the only ones who weren’t shocked by all this were Barbara’s family and friends. According to them, she did the same thing to her previous boyfriend and even faked having leukemia at one point in her life.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, devastated Paul said: “She let me choose the names. I lost everything, it was my whole life.” He then added how he had nothing to do with those lies and said he wasn’t a bad man. Paul returned most of the presents they received and gave the rest to other expectant parents.
Barbara was held at the hospital to be examined mentally as doctors believed she was suffering from a condition known as pseudocyesis or phantom pregnancy where the woman convinces herself that she’s pregnant and the body starts behaving as such.

Although they settled in Montecito, California, probably for good, Harry and Meghan haven’t cut ties with the Royal Family entirely. In fact, they seem to be improving the relationship with the members of The Firm and the birth of Lilibet Diana has a lot to do with that.
When the couple announced the birth of their daughter on June 4, congratulations came pouring in. Prince Charles, William and Kate, as well as the Queen have all sent their best wishes to the family.

Later on, Harry stepped on British soil again for the unveiling of his late mother’s statue which is placed on the grounds of the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace. The brothers were seen walking shoulder to shoulder and released joint statement through Kensington Palace following the event.
“Today, on what would have been our Mother’s 60th birthday, we remember her love, strength and character — qualities that made her a force for good around the world, changing countless lives for the better,” they said.
“Every day, we wish she were still with us, and our hope is that this statue will be seen forever as a symbol of her life and her legacy.”

However, one more thing that ties the Sussexes with the Royals is their former home, Frogmore Cottage, which is located on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Harry and Meghan lived there prior to their decision to step down from their royal duties and move to America.
New reports say that the couple made a payment of $3.3 million to the Royal Family in September 2020 and the place remains licensed to them until March 2022.

During the launch of an annual report into the taxpayer-funded Sovereign Grant that finances the royal family’s public duties, Sir Michael Stevens, Keeper of the Privy Purse, confirmed to the reporters that “the payment covers all their [Harry and Meghan’s] current obligations,” according to People.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made a substantial contribution to the Sovereign Grant that covered the refurbishment costs of Frogmore Cottage,” Stevens added.
