Actually, he didn’t know until years later that her grandson was waking her, but she still answered every single time, just to speak to him.
Family should always be appreciated and looked after, and that is why this story is so hard and painful to read…When Grandma moved into the retirement home it was obvious that there was something that she always insisted upon, she liked to do the jobs herself that she could do before she got into the home.
She was after all quite embarrassed that she could not manage some things on her own now, she was losing her independence and she didn’t really like it!

We have seen in the media about abuse of the elderly before, but this case will make you feel sad and ashamed of other human beings, so-called human beings!!Camille thought that she had found a great accommodation for her mother Helen, she suffered from Alzheimer’s, but it turned out to be one of the worse cases of abuse by staff that she suffered there.
After just a short while Camille suspected that something wasn’t quite right, it just felt wrong, she got a bad feeling about the place.One day they discovered she had a black eye, they took action and installed a hidden camera to see what was going on!
It wasn’t long before they realized that things were even worse than they could possibly have imagined…They watched the recordings and realized that several of the staff were being abusive!You can clearly see in the video below what was going on, and how the staff was really being horrible, one person blew their nose on the sheets as they were making the bed.

Not even a single staff member was prosecuted, much to everyone’s disappointment, especially Camille.

Most people have negative opinion for drug addicts and believe those people are outcasts and can’t be helped. Sadly, the number of people who abuse drugs is pretty huge in America. Almost 21 million people here live with some sort of substance addiction, which is one in seven people.
The good thing is that many realize drugs don’t bring anything good and decide to turn their life upside down. Luckily, that’s true for a woman named Jamee Valet.

Jamee was first introduced with drugs at very early age. Her childhood wasn’t easy and she was just 15 years old when she started a relationship with a guy who provided her with various pills such as Vicodin, Morphine, and Perocets and taught her how to crush them and snort them.

Soon after, she was addicted to opiates and even referred to the substances as her “best friends.”
When she was just 17, Jamee got so drunk one day, that she wasn’t able to fight against two men who raped her. This experience was so traumatic that she eventually let go of the pills and turned to meth and heroin. Jamee recalls the time she met her dealer. She spent four days locked with him in his house and tried all the possible drugs.
“I didn’t know limits. I remember throwing up and doing more and throwing up and doing more,” she said. Whenever she would run short of money to satisfy her addiction, Jamee would steal.

The stealing led to Jamee getting arrested many times. That one time she ended up in prison, she through the only solution to her problems was to end her life so she tried hanging herself, but a cellmate alerted the prison guards and Jamee was taken to hospital. She spent two days in coma and that seemed to be her awakening call. She promised herself to put her addiction behind and start her life over.

Sadly, she didn’t even spend a day without drugs and once she was out of hospital she reached for it again.
Then, she was arrested once again and on probation. This time was the first time for Jamee to be away from drugs for a longer period of time. She spent nine months being drug free before she got back to it once again.
But then, Jamee’s life changed. She went to rehab and met someone special there, her boyfriend Jack. The two clicked right away and were determined to turn a new leaf. Once their rehab was over, they moved in together and things seemed to be working just perfectly for them.
But as it seemed the life of drugs was left in the past, Jamee got pregnant and lost the baby. She was so depressed that she turned to drugs again. It led to another rehab. Jake was always there to support her and help her overcome her problems. Luckily, it was the last time for Jamee to use substances.
Today, her life is completely changed. She got her GED and is planning to attend college. We hope she will never go back to her old life and that her successful story would serve as an example for other addicts to try to overcome their addiction.

But she’s now all grown up and her latest fashion choice just didn’t put her dad at ease. According to this guy, her jeans shorts are way too short and he came up with the most hilarious idea possible in order to tell her that.
Arguing with his sweet girl over her new pair of shorts just wouldn’t help, so Jason decided to get one for himself too and see how Kendall would feel seeing him wear it in public. Would she be embarrassed if her dad’s rear end was barely covered? Well, we guess so. And Jason knew the answer to this question was a big yes.

The size of the ark is as big as that described in the bible and it took two years to be built. Our parents are our greatest support in life and just the thought of having them by our side makes everything easier. They are the people who are willing to risk it all for the well-being and the happiness of their little ones.
For a woman named Richie Ann Castilo from Cebu City in the Philippines understanding the role of her dad in her life took some time, but she now knows that she owes him a great deal.
Her father who has Down Syndrome has often been a victim of bullying and has been called names, and she has been mocked because of his condition too.
Both Richie Ann and her father experienced many inconveniences during their lifetime mainly because of the way people with Down Syndrome are perceived by the society.
But despite the bullying and the numerous health issues Richie Ann’s father experienced, he has always been the best father she could ever ask for and she wanted people to know that. So, on his 50th birthday, this loving daughter shared a post in which she expressed her gratitude to the most important person in her life, her daddy.
“Dear, Dad,” Richie Ann wrote. “Today marks a very special and very miraculous moment of your life. You turn 50 today and I am so blessed that you continue to live such a long and beautiful life. Doctors are still amazed by it!
“I know you won’t be able to read this because I don’t know if you have Facebook, but I want the whole world to know how proud I am that you are my dad. I want the whole world to know how beautiful you are inside and out.”
She wrote how she remembers the times when she was mocked and shamed because of her dad’s condition.
Being young and vulnerable she tried distancing from him during those times, but then she got older and understood that what others had to say should have never affected the way she saw her father who is the most amazing person ever.
“I understood this later on and it made me a coward. But you deserve more than the coward daughter that I am. You deserve love, understanding, patience and acceptance as any individual with Down syndrome should. Here I am composing a birthday greeting to you because I’ve never done such a thing. You deserve so much more.“
She continued: “Dad, no amount of words can sum up to how sorry I am for being an absent daughter. I’m sorry for not bringing you to the beach more often or I don’t bring you your favorite dimsum [sic] food or I don’t visit you more often than I should. If there is one thing I regret, it is hiding you from my life because I’m still the same little kid who was afraid of getting bullied. But I love you more than you could ever know, Dad and I am inspired by you always.”
Richie Ann opened her heart in that post and no one blamed her for anything, but praised her for being honest and for not letting others influence or lessen her love for her daddy.
This young woman’s words touched the hearts of many, especially those who are facing certain conditions or have a loved one who does.
We should always embrace the differences because they make this world more colorful and add a little spark of hope that these people will never again have to be bullied for who they are.
When sweet baby Logan was born, his parents Christian and Justin Moore were overly excited. Their bundle of joy was a vibrant little boy who brought so much joy into their lives.
At the beginning, Logan seemed to be developing just perfectly, but his parents noticed he had difficulties raising his head. This, of course, didn’t concern them a great deal as they knew not every child develops at the same pace. But as time passed by, they also noticed how Logan couldn’t sit up at the age he was supposed to be able to do it.

Christian and Justin took him to the doctor’s again, but this time, they were given some news they didn’t expect to hear. Logan had hypotonia, or a condition known as a floppy baby syndrome resulting in low muscle tone and reduced muscle strength.
The good thing is that this condition is treatable but it takes a lot of time and patience, something both Logan and his parents were more than willing to invest in order for him to be able to walk one day.

Christian and Justin tried different things in order to ease their only child’s movements. They bought him leg braces, but it wasn’t enough. Sweet Logan needed a walker as well. Sadly, the Moore’s health insurance wouldn’t give them a mobility walker, but they were determined to do all they can in order to get him one.
Justin then came up with the idea to build one. All he needed to do was buy some parts from Home Depot and follow the instructions that he found online. He hoped they wouldn’t cost a lot of money and was carrying Logan with him when he went shopping.

Once there, he asked the service desk manager, Cathy Ennsley, whether they had the parts he needed. She was curious to learn why he needed them, so Justin told her his son’s story. Cathy said she had to consult with the store’s manager and see whether they could help him with the parts. But she had something else in mind.
Namely, Cathy though Logan was very sweet and he definitely deserved to have his walker, so she told the manager how she wanted her and the employees to build it for Logan and surprise him and his father. The manager agreed and Cathy told Justin how some of the parts he was looking for were at the storage and asked him to return in an hour.

Justin had no idea the day will turn into one of the best in their life ever.
When they got back to the store, the workers had already constructed the mobility walker for little Logan.
When Justin saw it, he couldn’t believe his eyes. Cathy even told him how it was on them and he didn’t need to pay anything for it.

The smile on the boy’s face when he could finally make his first steps on his own, using just the walker, was enough for the manager and the employees at Home Depot. They were very glad they could step in for the family.

We hope Logan would be soon healthy and would walk without any kind of assistance. As for now, he’s doing his best and is glad there are kind people out there who make his life better.

Canada is dubbed one of the most peaceful countries in the world. So, does that mean that its police doesn’t have a handful of criminals to deal with? Luckily, it’s exactly like that.
The police officers of Saskatoon had some free time while at the job so they decided to make the citizens have some fun while watching them perform at one of the best songs from the 90’s, Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way.”
Many of you may have already forgotten this huge hit, but these officers are here to refresh your memory and remind you of the time when this boys’ band was stealing the hearts of many both with their hits and their appearance.

The video starts with two of the officers in the station discussing whether one of them recognizes any of the people in the lineup. And as one would assume that lineup consists of criminals, it doesn’t. Instead it consists of other cops. The officer than says how he remembers the “suspect” sang I Want It That Way after which they ask the cops in the lineup to sing the song one by one.
Seconds later, they all sing together in a perfect harmony.

The challenge then shows other police officers lipsyncing the hit while at the airfield. The story continues at the bridge and then at the banks of a river. Honestly, it just gets better and better as you watch it. We are sure they spent a lot of time practicing this awesome dancing and singing routine.

The best part is when some of the cops enter a doughnut shop and sing to what is known as police officers’ most favorite food; doughnuts, of course. It’s both entertaining and hilarious and we can’t stop watching what these guys have prepared for us.
