Bizarre theories about people who have ‘never broken a bone’

The rise of the social media led to plenty of trends, especially among the younger population. Recently, a so called “Never Broke a Bone” theory has flooded one of the most popular and most used social media app, TikTok.

This theory, that has gone viral, explains why some people never broke a bone in their life, and some of the reasons users provide are crazy.

The trend started in December 2024, when TikTok user @obviously_makenzie posted a selfie video captioned, “I just found out what it means if you never broken a bone and it makes so much sense I can’t stop crying.” In no time, the video received thousands of reactions and comments with a number of people resonating deeply with the concept.

Turns out never breaking a bone isn’t so fun after all.

Another TikTok video explaining the actual meaning of the theory of never breaking a bone has also gone viral gathering five million views in just five days.

In it, user @becomingmemo interprets the spiritual reason why some people have never broken a bone in their life. According to him, these people were born to face many mental burdens and emotions, as well as difficulties and traumas in the physical world, so their guardian angels protect their bones and bodies.

@becomingmemo It makes so much sense! #spiritualmeaning #spirituality ♬ Witchcraft – Perfect, so dystopian

One TikTok user alluded to a Bible verse as the origin of the theory.

Namely, Psalm 34:19-20 says, “The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.”

@ellafaithhh

I am blessed with my guardian angels❤️

Another user wrote: “mfs when they realise that the ‘never broke a bone’ theory is actually so scary like something is behind you EVERY DAY,” suggesting that the idea of a spirit constantly protecting you is frightening.

It’s interesting that a bunch of these videos discussing the “Never broke a bone” theory are spreading on the social media like a wildfire.

Scientists on the other hand believe that not breaking a bone might be due to genetics, good luck, and good nutrition rather than supernatural forces.

Obama breaks silence with rare statement after Trump levels ‘treason’ accusations

Following Trump’s accusations of Obama trying to rig the 2016 and 2020 elections, the former president finally broke his silence, denouncing Trump’s claims as “a weak attempt at distraction.”

“Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response,” Obama spokesperson Patrick Rodenbush said. “But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one.”

Also, the statement rejected the contents of an 11-page report by Tulsi Gabbard, who accused Obama administration officials of engaging in a ‘treasonous conspiracy’ and called for their prosecution.

“Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes,” Rodenbush said.

“These findings were affirmed in a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio.”

Trump delivered the claims from the Oval Office during a July 22 meeting with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., while addressing reporters and facing questions about disgraced sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who died by suicide while awaiting trial in federal custody.

The president dodged the questions and shifted the conversation to Obama.

“The witch hunt that you should be talking about is they caught President Obama absolutely cold,” Trump told reporters.

“It’s time to go after people, Obama’s been caught directly,” he added.

“It’s there, he’s guilty. This was treason,” Trump claimed of Obama. “They tried to steal the election, they tried to obfuscate the election. They did things that nobody’s ever imagined, even in other countries.”

NBC News

Not only Barack Obama, but also Trump supporters believe the president is redirecting attention away from himself after US Attorney General Pam Bondi shut down the release of more Epstein files and denied the existence of a client list. The decision prompted concern among MAGA supporters, with the Epstein files becoming a key topic at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit.

Ozzy Osbourne’s sisters reveal his heartbreaking final text before death

The sudden passing of Ozzy Osbourne marked the end of an era as the world lost a heavy metal icon.

‘The Prince of Darkness’ passed away Thursday in his Buckinghamshire home, just weeks before he had his last-ever life performance in front of a huge crowd of fans along with the rest of the members of Black Sabbath.

Ozzy Osbourne’s sisters, Jean Powell, 85, and Gillian Hemming, 80, revealed the late singer’s final message in which he told them he “couldn’t wait to come back” to Birmingham for his final gig.

They said “our John” was emotional because of the huge number of people who showed up to see him and his bandmates as they drove down Lodge Road in Birmingham, close to where his family once lived.

Speaking to Mirror, Jean revealed she ‘broke down’ at the stadium when she saw the crowds eagerly waiting to see her brother perform.

“We saw him in Birmingham the other week when he and the rest of the band were given the freedom of the city,” Jean told the publication.

“It was upsetting because he could not stand up straight, but he was still our John, still cracking the jokes.”

Although she didn’t get the chance to chat with him much, he did sent her a message. “I got a text off him as he drove down Lodge Road, where we used to live near the stadium,” Jean said.

When they got a call about his sudden passing, Ozzy Osbourne’s sisters were devastated.

“To us he was our brother, not a celebrity, so it’s crazy to see the outpouring of love since his death was announced.

“We just can’t believe he is gone and we won’t be getting another phone call or text from him. Every week without fail he would get in touch, either by phone or text, to ask how we were all doing and what was going on.”

Jean added: “He was frail but it still came as a shock. He still had plans and things he wanted to do. We don’t know the details of his death, it’s still too early. It’s just so sad. I’m just thankful he died in England.”

The loss of the music titan was announced by his wife and children.

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love,” they said in a statement. “We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Two days before his death, Ozzy, who was battling Parkinson’s Disease since 2003, could be seen in good spirits in a video his daughter Kelly Osbourne shared on the social media. The family was seen having breakfast together and Ozzy waved to the camera.

According to the Mail Online, emergency services were alerted at around 10:30am on July 22, with Thames Valley Air Ambulance dispatching their helicopter from RAF Benson in Oxfordshire, some 27 miles away from the family’s home.

‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ to end after decade-long run — leaving fans fuming

CBS announced Tuesday they are ending The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and are retiring The Late Show franchise in May 2026 due to “purely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night.”

Dubbing the host of the show program “irreplaceable,” CBS added the decision was “not related in any way to the show’s performance, content or other matters happening at Paramount,” CBS’ parent company.

“We are proud that Stephen called CBS home,” the network said in a statement. “He and the broadcast will be remembered in the pantheon of greats that graced late night television.”

The news of the show’s fate was shared by Colbert himself who told the audience during Thursday’s taping that he had found out the previous night that next year will be the show’s final season.

“It’s not just the end of our show, but it’s the end of ‘The Late Show’ on CBS,” he said. “I’m not being replaced. This is all just going away. And I do want to say … that the folks at CBS have been great partners. I’m so grateful to the Tiffany Network for giving me this chair and this beautiful theater to call home. And of course I’m grateful to you, the audience, who have joined us every night.”

He went on thanking the show’s band and added he’s “extraordinarily, deeply grateful to the 200 people who work here.”

“I’ve had the pleasure and the responsibility of sharing what we do every day with you in front of this camera for the last 10 years,” he said. “It is a fantastic job. I wish somebody else was getting it. It’s a job that I’m looking forward to doing with this usual gang of idiots for another 10 months.”

Stephen Colbert/ 2024 Invision

Colbert took over the programme from David Letterman ten years ago, becoming one of most vocal Trump’s critics on late night TV. Previously, he hosted The Colbert Report on Comedy Central from 2005 until 2014.

The moment the audience learned the show is ending after a decade of Colbert hosting it, they booed.

Fans took to the social media to share their disappointment. “Stephen Colbert deserves better!” one person wrote on X. “I’m absolutely not ready to NOT have Stephen Colbert on my TV at night,” another fan added, while third wrote, “CBS letting Stephen Colbert go is BS! Boycott CBS.”

Some believe that the real reason behind the abrupt decision to cancel the show has to do with Colbert’s criticism of President Donald Trump during a time when Paramount Global is merging with Skydance Media, a move that needs approval from the Federal Communications Commission, reports The Mirror.

Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren wrote, “CBS canceled Colbert’s show just THREE DAYS after Colbert called out CBS parent company Paramount for its $16M settlement with Trump – a deal that looks like bribery. America deserves to know if his show was canceled for political reasons.”

Democratic California Sen. Adam Schiff shared similar thoughts on X, writing, “Just finished taping with Stephen Colbert who announced his show was cancelled. If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better.”

The homeless man who saved a kitten – and how it changed three lives forever

While on the train, I noticed a man with worn out clothes holding a sleeping kitten. It looked like he was a homeless man, or like someone tired by the life challenges that stood on his way. When our eyes crossed I asked him if the kitten was his. He smiled and said, “No, she found me.” He then explained that he had found her three nights ago, shivering and meowing in a dark alley.

Although he didn’t have much, he shared his last bite with the desperate animal. He then wrapped her in the only scarf he had and decided to keep her warm just for the night. But that was third night in a row that he cared for the little kitten. The man said he was bringing her “to a better place” and showed me a note he found on a bench near the alley where he found the kitten. It read, “She answers to ‘Mina.’ Please don’t abandon her. If you find her, bring her home.” The note was signed, “Her little girl.”

That note touched me deeply.

I realized the man was travelling back to the alley for three days straight in an attempt to find Mina’s owner who was obviously very worried for her pet. But to no avail.

Not having much, he could have abandoned the kitten. But instead, he decided to keep it until she could return home, safe and sound.

This man had a heart of gold, yet, he was homeless and alone.

“You know what?” I said, “I’ll help you track Mina’s owner.”

That evening, I offered him to stay at my guest house. It was the least I could do for someone as kind as he was. The following morning, I helped him in the search, and it didn’t take long before we found the little girl who was eagerly waiting for her kitten to get back home.

However, although “our” mission was complete, I knew I could do more for him, so I called some friends and we were able to find him a place to stay. In the days to come, the man, who was not homeless any longer, landed a job. The salary wasn’t much, but my friends and I, as well as Mina’s owners, were willing to step in and help him with the rent until he could stand on his feet again.

Who could believe that finding a little kitten would trigger events that would change one man’s life for the better?

This story is a reminder that the kindness we give, even to animals, goes a long way.

Little girl walks into police dog auction alone — what followed brought everyone to tears

When Lily Parker got to the Willow Creek county fair, she felt completely lost. In her tiny hand, she had all her saving — $52.16. She had no idea if that money would be enough for her dream of getting one special German Shepherd who was about to be sold at the auction.

The truth was that the dog wasn’t an ordinary one, it was a K9 that worked alongside the girl’s late mother, Officer Hannah Parker, who was killed in the line of duty some months prior.

That German Shepherd, Max, meant the world to little Lily because he was someone who had known her late mother all too well, and there was no one who would take greater care of him than Lily herself.

Sadly, the bids climbed past $3,000, which was well above what Lily had in her jar. Still, she decided to place a bid, even as those around her chuckled. The auctioneer looked at her and said, “Girl, this isn’t enough, and you know it.” The truth was, no one knew how much Max meant to Lily. To everyone else, he was just another dog—but to her, he was a memory of her mother that she desperately wanted to hold on to.

As Lily lost hope of ever having her late mom’s dog by her side, Max spotted her and started barking. At one point, he managed to break loose and ran straight to her. At that moment, all eyes were on Max and Lily. It was obvious the two knew each other since their connection was undeniable.

Lily started crying tears of joy, and once everyone in the room learned the story about Max and Officer Hannah, they all agreed to withdraw their bids, allowing Lily to take Max home, the only place where he truly belonged.

That evening, Max’s excitement turned into unease. He acted as though there was something he wanted Lily and her dad to notice. They watched him pace back and forth by the door, his ears perked.

“What has gotten into him?” Lily’s dad asked. “I don’t know, dad.”

When they opened the door, Max ran straight towards the garden shed and started scratching at the door until Lily’s dad opened it. Inside, they found a stack of papers scattered across the floor — documents, photos, and notes Hannah had been collecting. Those were evidence for a case she had been working on. It involved names of people Lily’s dad had never heard of.

In the morning, he gathered all those papers and took them to the police station.

The case of Officer Hanna’s death was reopened. With the new evidence in hand, the police began a fresh investigation, uncovering leads that had long been ignored. Officer Hannah’s death wasn’t just a random act of violence, and the police was about to prove that.

Lily and Max’s story is one of devotion, loyalty, and hope.

Shocking claims from Area 51: Man’s DNA ‘permanently altered’ and others killed by ‘invisible enemy’

US Air Force veterans working at Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), known as the secretive Area 51, revealed shocking details about members of the staff dying and suffering from the same deadly illness after being exposed to radiation during “top secret” projects.

Area 51 has been the subject of numerous speculations over the years, with people reporting seeing aliens and UFOs next to the site that has been closed for years. There have also been conspiracy theories about alien equipment being kept there.

Former Air Force Sergeant David Crete, who worked at the base between 1983 and 1987, claims an “invisible enemy” was responsible for the deaths of more than 490 people at Area 51. He and other former colleagues of his believe the government handed them a death sentence without their knowledge by letting them work in an area contaminated with radiation from years of nuclear testing.

An aerial view of Nevada Test and Training Range/ 2016 Digitalglobe

Crete opened up about his health during testimony before the House Veterans Affairs Committee in April, stating that the toll on both his own health and that of his colleagues has been devastating.

“I have brain atrophy. The left side of my brain is shrinking and dying. That’s not too bad. I’m one of the healthy ones,” he said.

Crete added that his time at the base ‘permanently altered’ his DNA.

“My wife had three miscarriages. One of the guys that I worked with, his wife had seven. All four of my children were born with birth defects or significant health problems.

“It’s not their fault. I’m not saying it’s mine, but I brought it home. It was my DNA that was permanently altered from low-dose, long-term, ionizing radiation exposure.”

KTVK/KPHO

Despite concerns about radiation risks at the NTTR, a government report stated that halting the projects would “be against the national interests.”

Veterans, however, have no proof of the exposure to radiation because of the classified nature of their missions. Since their records have been “data masked,” the bill signed in 2000 by then-President Bill Clinton providing benefits and medical help to workers exposed to radiation and toxins at federal facilities doesn’t apply to them.

Crete, along with other veterans, ask the same healthcare rules to apply to those who worked at Area 51.

Dave Crete/ The House Veterans Affairs Committee

Two bills — the Protect Act and the Forgotten Veterans Act — have been introduced in Congress to provide more support to NTTR veterans.

According to Crete, the only acknowledgment for their service came from the late US Senator John McCain who was allegedly aware of what was truly happening at NTTR. “He came up to me and he said, ‘Your unit ended the Cold War.’ If you ever wanted validation that what you did was important, that’s just about it,” Crete recalled.
