‘This Is absolutely heartbreaking’: Matt LeBlanc’s farewell message for Matthew Perry leaves fans in tears

Matt LeBlanc has broken his silence over the passing of his castmate and friend Matthew Perry who died October 28.

Perry was struggling with alcohol and drug abuse for many years, but as per those close to him, at the time of his sudden passing, he was sober. The actor, who’s probably best known for the role of witty Chandler Bing in the cult TV show Friends, was found in the hot tub of his LA home.

The exact cause of death is yet to be revealed, but according to the first responders, he died of drowning. No illegal drugs were found at the scene.

Over the course of ten years, the period Friends was being filmed, Perry and the rest of the cast translated the on-screen friendship and chemistry into their private lives. As expected, the rest of the ‘friends’ were completely heartbroken by the loss of Perry, whom they considered family.

Their jointed statement following Perry’s tragic passing said, “We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family.

“There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss… For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.”

As expected, they attended Perry’s funeral. He was laid to rest at Forest Memorial Park in Los Angeles.

“…Matthew was an incredibly gifted actor and an indelible part of the Warner Bros. Television Group family. The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many…,” the statement by the Warner Bros read.

Although he was a huge name in the world of film, Perry wanted to be remembered as someone who never failed to provide help to those who were fighting the same battle as him, that with addiction.

“…the dreams now—the best thing about me, bar none, is if somebody comes up to me and says, ‘I can’t stop drinking, can you help me?’ I can say, ‘Yes.’ And follow up and do it. That’s the best thing. And—I’ve said this for a long time—when I die…I want that to be the first thing that’s mentioned…,” he wrote in his memoir.

According to Perry, the co-stars of Friends were well aware what he was going through because he struggled with addictions while filming some of the seasons, and he credited them for rallying around him in his time of need: “They were understanding, and they were patient…”

One of Perry’s closest friends from the set and out of it was Matt LeBlanc.

Days following his friend’s passing, LeBlanc shared a heartfelt tribute. Fans were overwhelmed with emotions and expressed their sadness over his loss.

The Lovesick star posted five pictures showing different moments shared between him and Perry during their time on Friends. His last picture showed the entire cast sharing a sentimental hug.

“Matthew. It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye. The times we had together are honestly among the favorite times of my life,” LeBlanc wrote on Instagram. “It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend,” LeBlanc’s post continued. “I will always smile when I think of you and I’ll never forget you. Never. Spread your wings and fly brother you’re finally free. Much love.” In true Joey fashion, LeBlanc ended his message with a joke: “And I guess you’re keeping the 20 bucks you owe me.”

Condolences came pouring in, with many writing that the friendship between Perry and LeBlanc was truly genuine.

Boy, 14, hears woman banging on front door screaming ‘Let me in!’ — He’s hailed a ‘hero’ for saving her

James Persyn III, who was just 14 years old when he did an amazing deed for a woman in need, was looking after his younger siblings when he heard a loud banging on the front door.

His father left him home with his 11-year-old sister Acelin Persyn and his 2-year-old brother Angus Persyn while he drove to J&M Produce and Nursery, where his fiancée worked, to drive her home.

Recalling that night, which happened back in 2013, James explained that the woman was shouting “Let me in! Let me in!” and was desperate to enter his home.

When James opened the door, she ran inside and he could see that she was severely injured.

The woman was a victim of kidnapping and sexual abuse by an ex-convict, Eric Ramsey. She was so frightened that she went straight to the kitchen and hid.

“She’s like, ‘We gotta hide! There’s someone out there who just kidnapped me and he’s trying to kill me,'” James recalled.

At that moment, James looked outside and noticed a car approaching his house. Recalling his dad’s instructions in a case of emergency, he hid his siblings and the woman in the bathtub of one of the bathrooms which was concealed entirely because of the lack of windows.

James then instructed his sister to call 911 while he grabbed his hunting knife.

The convict got to the house’s door and started banging and threatening to kill everyone if they don’t let him get inside.

In the meantime, James called his father and told him they were in danger. The father was in a frantic rush to ensure the safety of his children.

At this point, Ramsey, who wasn’t let inside, tried setting the house on fire with matches by spreading gasoline around it.

When the father arrived, he noticed flames at the front base of the house but was able to extinguish the fire with his feet and body. He then tried to open the door, but as he was unable to do that, he started breaking the windows in order to get to his children.

At that point, police arrived and believed the father was the intruder, and when the sheriff pointed a gun towards him, he explained that he was the father and he was trying to bring his children to safety.

Realizing the police was there, the children got out of the bathroom.

The officers questioned both the children and the woman after which she was taken to the hospital to receive medical attention.

Speaking of the incident, the children’s father said, “My daughter was quite hysterical. My son, you could tell he was upset and scared but he handled it very well.”

The night was an intensive one, especially because Ramsey was still on the run.

Luckily, the following morning, the family was informed that the ex-convict was tracked down and fatally shot.

When the story of James’ bravery spread around, his classmates and the entire community hailed him a hero, but he said he only did what he believed to be the right thing.

Isabella County also presented lifesaving awards to James and his younger sister Acelin following the traumatic incident. County Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski, who presented the awards, said, “There’s no question in this case that those young children ended up earning that. Without them opening up that door, there’s no way that victim would have survived that night.”

Woman that’s been renting same home for years finds out deceased landlord left home under her name

75-year-old Jane Sayner has been residing at St. Albans, Melbourne, Australia, for over twenty years.

Her landlord was multimillionaire John Perrett whom she paid AUD$250 rent a week for a two-bedroom apartment. That was the amount of money she has been paying from the first moment she rented the place.

In September, 2020, Jane’s landlord passed away. There were times when Jane was uncertain of who will inherit the house and who her new landlord would be. At the same time, she feared that the new person could chose to terminate her contract or ask for more money.

However, nothing of that happened. Believe it or not, Jane, as well as another tenant who was renting Perrett’s property for years, got the apartments following his passing. From being a tenant, Jane turned into a property owner and this was something she could not even imagined in her wildest dreams.

Perrett was an elderly gentleman who received a kidney transplant years prior to his passing so a great deal of his enormous fortune went to the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Nephrology Department, roughly AUD$18.6 million. Additionally, he left the hospital one of his flats which was later sold for AUD$400,000.

This millionaire was never married and didn’t have children. On top of that, he didn’t have any siblings or any closer relatives.

Speaking of the kind act, Jane recalled, “Then one day he just rang me and said, ‘My solicitor’s here, can you please give me your full name, because I’m leaving you your unit.’ I thought I hadn’t heard it right. Surely not. For the whole time I had known him, (leaving all his money to charity) was always what he was going to do.”

Despite being saddened by her landlord’s passing, Jane was relieved she now had her own place.

“I treated this place like it was my own. When I first came here there was no garden out the back. Because I was living here, I planted lots of plants and flowers, which are still here today,” she shared.

Jane was Perrett’s friend and he appreciated the fact that she was his tenant for that many years.

Princess Kate’s joyful baby news: Brother James Middleton welcomes first child

Kate Middleton is not just a princess but a devoted wife, a mother of three, a fashion icon, and someone who follows into the footsteps of Lady Diana, the People’s Princess.

Kate has her hands full when it comes to royal engagements and is always willing to be there for the people of Britain through direct meetings and through the many charities and organizations she either runs or is part of.

However, before becoming a princess, Kate was “an ordinary” citizen, as the media loved to describe her. Her parents were simple people who built an empire when Kate was just five years old.

As her parents were preparing for the celebration of Kate’s fifth birthday, they realized that the market lacked elegant tablescapes, as per the Vanity Fair. This was how the idea for a business was born. Thanks to their company, Party Piece, the Middletons made millions and were able to provide great life for their three children, Kate, Pippa, and James, and that included boarding schools.

“Party Pieces was literally born at our kitchen table, so I suppose the ‘big break’ moment came when I realized there were lots of other parents looking for more affordable and imaginative partyware and that I had correctly identified a gap in the market for quality products that added something special,” Carole, Kate’s mother, told SheerLuxe.

“It was so exciting knowing I had a business idea that could work.”

Not only Carole and her husband Michael were involved in the rise of the family company but their children too.

“Pippa wrote our ‘Party Times’ blog, James did the cakes when he first left school and Catherine developed our first birthday and baby category,” Carole revealed.

“My husband and I were young and a little inexperienced, but very enthusiastic, so we didn’t worry too much.”

It has been reported by a few magazines that nowadays the Middletons’ company is not doing well and that they are $3.3 million in debt.

At the time, however, the company was a huge success and the Middletons were able to afford the best education possible.

Kate’s brother, James, attended Marlborough College, just like his sister. He then enrolled the University of Edinburgh but decided to drop out a year later.

“I knew that that mouthful of academic prescription was not going to do it for me,” he told GQ. “My dream, which came to me when I was flying back up to Edinburgh after a weekend home, was to build a cake empire.”

Just like his parents, James started his own business. He founded the Cake Kit Company, which provided customers with DIY kits for festive party cakes.

At the time, Kate started dating William and as we all recall, the media was cruel to her at the time and called her names.

James always acted like a protective brother. “I used to be first up in the morning to make sure I could get to the papers and rip out any stories about my sister so nobody would see them, and there would be no conversations about them,” James shared with the Daily Mail in 2016.

James was aware that his sister dating and later marrying the future King of England would affect his own life as well.

“It’s always been, whether at school or now, that I am Pippa and Catherine’s little brother. It’s probably going to be the story of my life. [But] I am James Middleton. I am very proud to be ‘the little brother of…’ but, equally, they are proud that I am who I am,” he said, explaining how his life has changed because of his having older sisters.

“There were other implications of having older sisters, too: constant mothering. ‘I have always joked that I have three mothers,’ he says of the closeness between them all. ‘I couldn’t get away with anything as a kid. Whether I got a bad mark at prep school or was told off by somebody, it would always end up getting back to my parents,’” James Middleton said.

In the past, James battled depression and even confessed to his therapist that he had suicidal thoughts but wasn’t a threat to himself. In fact, the entire family, including Kate, attended some of the sessions with him.

“Not necessarily [the entire family] at the same time, but either individually and [sometimes] together,” he told The Telegraph. “And that was so important because that helped them understand me and how my mind was working. And I think the way the therapy helped me was that I didn’t need my family to say, ‘What can we do?’ The only thing they could do was just come to some of the therapy sessions to start to understand.”

In the summer of 2018, James met Alizee Thevenet while walking his dog Ella.

“The two of us were at the South Kensington Club in Chelsea,” James told The Telegraph. “Ella was lying at my feet under the table; realising she might want some water, I trusted her to take herself to the water bowl across the terrace. However, she made a beeline for Alizee. Rather embarrassed, I went over to apologize and bring Ella back.”

Sadly, Ella passed away since the couple met.

When the two got engaged later on, James announced the happy news on the social media. “She said OUI,” James wrote on Instagram. “Our secret is out, but we couldn’t be happier to share the news.”

The couple tied the knot on 11 September 2021 in Bormes-les-Mimosas. Alizee wore James’ mom’s wedding dress to her own wedding.

 “While talking about dresses with Carole and sharing ideas during lockdown for inspiration, I tried on her wedding dress and fell in love with it,” Alize said, as per Hello Magazine.

“It fitted me perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. It always troubled me that wedding dresses are only worn once so it was amazing to give such a beautiful dress a second lease of life,” she added.

Both James’ sisters, their spouses, and children were in attendance.

In July, James Middleton revealed that he and his wife were expecting.

These days, James and his wife have been seen walking around London with a stroller. The two welcomed a baby boy in their life.

“We couldn’t be more excited… Well, Mable might be,” James posted on the social media, referring to one of their pet dogs.

“We have settled into our new life as parents, and I’ve told him all about Ella and that if it wasn’t for her he wouldn’t be here today and that we miss her greatly. The dogs have been fantastic at welcoming their little brother into the pack (although Inka needs to know the teddybears are not all for her…)”

We are certain Kate Middleton is overjoyed by the role of an aunt to another nephew.

Young boy is called an idiot at the hair salon

Little Jeremy has always been a quiet boy. He was so quiet that people sometimes considered him to be a bit slow. They even mocked him at times, but his late mother, who passed away when he was just six years old, taught him not to care about the opinion of other people.

In fact, Jeremy loved how he was perceived by the people from his little town because he didn’t want to be asked questions or engage in small talks with anyone, so the fact that some ignored him and wouldn’t get near him wasn’t a bad thing.

One time, while at school, he was about to give a presentation in front of the entire class, but someone, he experienced stage fright and started to stutter all of a sudden. The story of this ‘incident’ spread around and people got even more certain that Jeremy was far from clever.

He was raised by his grandparents, who tried to provide the best life for him, but even they couldn’t convince him to show his true character to the rest of the world.

One day, Jeremy and his grandma visited the local barber shop so that the boy could get a new hair cut. The barber always spoke bad of Jeremy and made fun of him. So, when he spotted him entering the shop, he started laughing right away because he wanted to tease Jeremy in front of the rest of the customers.

Once at the shop, the barber started making all sorts of faces and once he was done cutting Jeremy’s hair, the barber asked the people who were at his shop to gather around Jeremy. He then told them that Jeremy was the most stupid young man in town and was ready to show that to them by playing a ‘game’ with Jeremy.

The barber then took a hundred dollar bill in one of his hands and two coins in his other hand and asked Jeremy to either get one or the other. Jeremy chose the coins. The barber and the rest of the customers started laughing.

One of the customers got sorry for Jeremy and decided to follow him and explain to him that the $100 bill was much higher than the value of the coins. He spotted Jeremy getting himself ice-cream so he decided to approach.

The man told Jeremy that he should have chosen the $100 so that he could buy himself as many ice-creams as he wanted.

Jeremy then turned to the man and said he’s well aware that the coins were less worth than the $100 bill. So when asked why he still did what he did, Jeremy replied, “The moment I choose the bill, the game ends and I’m left with nothing.”

Martina Navratilova shares devastating news

A nine-time Wimbledon singles champion, Martina Navratilova is still considered one of the greatest female tennis players to play the sport.

Under her belt, she has 18 major singles titles, 31 major women’s doubles titles, and 10 major mixed doubles titles, for a combined total of 59 major titles, which is the most in the Open Era. She was inducted into the International Tennis Hall Of Fame in 2000. At the peak of her career, Navratilova was ranked number one for 332 weeks.

Following her career as an active tennis player, she has been working as a TV tennis analyst.

Back in 2010, she was diagnosed with noninvasive breast cancer and received treatment. Luckily, she was declared cancer free just six months later.

Back in January of this year, she felt a lump in her neck. When she went for a check-up, it was determined that she had first-stage throat cancer. The news was shared by her spokesperson who said the former tennis star has been diagnosed with type HPV throat cancer, which responds well to treatment.

However, the tests doctors ran showed that she also had breast cancer, unrelated to her throat cancer.

The 66-year-old former star said, “This double whammy is serious but still fixable, and I’m hoping for a favorable outcome. It’s going to stink for a while but I’ll fight with all have I got.”

Recently, she spoke of her health condition and shared with Pierce Morgan, “I was in a total panic for three days thinking I may not see next Christmas.”

“The bucket list came into my mind of all the things I wanted to do.

“And this may sound really shallow, but I was like, ‘OK, which kick-ass car do I really want to drive if I live like a year’?'” she told Morgan.

The good thing is that the prognosis is good.

A woman ls at home when she hears someone knocking at her door

Cheating is never a good idea, because eventually, the cheater gets caught, just like the person from the joke below. This is bound to put a smile on your face.

A woman was sitting home alone when she heard someone knocking on the door. When she went downstairs to answer, a man was standing in front of her and had a rather strange question for her. “Do you have a Vagina?” the man asked. The woman was caught by surprise and simply slammed the door.

The following day, she heard knocking once again. When she went to check who was it, she saw the same man, and he asked her the same question, “Do you have a Vagina?”

The woman slammed the door once again.

In the evening, when her husband came back home from work, she shared with him what had happened. He was surprised and angry at the same time and told his wife how he was going to take a day off just in case the stranger returns yet again.

“Honey, im going to hide behind the door and listen and if it is the same guy I want you to answer yes to the question because I want to a see where he’s going with this,” the husband told his wife.

The following day, they heard knocking again, and the husband hid behind the door while the woman answered. She saw the same man, who asked her once again, “Do you have a Vagina?” to which the woman answered, “Yes I do.”

The man then said, “Good, would you mind telling your husband to leave my wife’s alone and start using yours!”

She refused to pull the plug on her husband, years later he awoke and said two surprising words

When a woman named Danielle Davis married the love of her life, she knew her life would resemble the one she always dreamed of. Sadly, her happiness was short-lived when her husband of just seven months were involved in a motorbike accident and ended on life support.

The chances of him ever recovering from the injuries he sustained were dull and every doctor she ever consulted of her husband’s condition advised her that it would be for the best if she made the decision to take him off life support.

However, against medical advise, Danielle decided to keep her husband Matt on life support, praying for a miracle.

“I felt that God could carry him through, and God could handle the situation,” she said.

As they would no longer keep him at the hospital, Matt was transferred home and it was Danielle and her mother-in-law who took all the care for him. “Let’s give him the best view in the world if he’s just going to be a body in a bed,” Danielle went on to say, making sure Matt was as comfortable as possible.

Months passed by, and as everyone started losing hope that things could get better for Matt, he woke up.

Him being able to open his eyes was a miracle. What followed was a gradual psychological and physical recovery. But what stunned his wife and his family the most were the first words he uttered when he woke up. He had a request, a “buffalo chicken wrap from Cheddar’s.”

Matt was able to restore his long-term memory, but still has difficulties recalling his wedding day and what happened in recent years. Sadly, he’s not able to walk, but despite all the challenges, he’s still doing all in his power to get even better in the days to come.

His witty personality still shines bright, and he even has advice for husbands out there. “Take out the trash because there might be a day when you can’t,” he said jokingly.

Matt’s story is just another proof that we should never question the power of prayer and faith in God.

“Just have faith; nothing is too big for our God,”a person who stumbled upon Matt’s incredible story said. “With God,” another added, “anything is possible.”
