With 90-inches of flowing brown locks, this real life Rapunzel has hair brushing the ground behind her

33-year-old Alia Nasyrova is not an ordinary looking woman. On the contrary, her appearance is so staggering that she attracts the attention of many wherever she goes. Why you may wonder. Well, it is because of her incredibly long hair which reaches 90 inches.

Speaking of her stunning locks, Alia says, “I started to grow my hair because since childhood I liked long hair very much. And I was always attracted (to) long hair heroines from fairy tales.” The Latvian-born woman now works as “a very long hair model, and is also a Queen of super long hair!”

She earns her living from offering exclusive content of her hair to paying fans.

On her website, she writes, “I dream of traveling the world, looking for long-haired girls, telling about them and showing this beauty, which I treat as an art.”

Of course, having such long hair requires a lot of work. Among the rest, it takes an hour for Alia to wash it, and a full day to air dry it. The hair also requires its day bag, packed with 22 pounds of liquids that include shampoo, conditioner and other hair accessories.

Her husband, Ivan Balaban, adores his wife’s hair and loves the way she looks, but as he says, he stays away from Alia’s hair in order to avoid to damage it in any way. In a 2017 interview, he said, “I am always cuddling up the wall to give more space for hair, so there is no way I can damage it accidentally, mix them up or harm it any other way.

“I always talk to the braid respectfully. Sometimes I ask it to move a bit,” he added.

Of course, although it looks fascinating, having hair as long as that of Alia can be tricky at times. “Once in my childhood when I was in theatre someone left gum in my hair, it was a tragedy,” she said. “I had to cut out a clump of hair to get rid of this gum, because it was very difficult.”

Now if you think that Alia holds the world record of having the longest hair, you are wrong. This record is held by Xie Qiuping from China whose hair is measured at 18th 5 in long, which is the length of an adult male giraffe.

What do you think of Alia’s hair? She does look like a real-life Rapunzel, don’t you think so?
