The royal brothers are reuniting for statue of late mother Princess Diana which will be unveiled on her birthday

Ever since fuel was added to the fire regarding the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry after the revelations brought up during The Sussexes’ interview, people from all over Britain, as well as the entire world, are eagerly waiting to see how things are going to be between the brothers.

Meghan and Harry said that there were conversations before Archie’s birth about how dark his skin might be. They didn’t want to reveal any names, but apparently, Harry told Oprah after the interview that it wasn’t Queen Elizabeth or Prince Charles. Asked for a comment during a formal visit, Prince William said the Royals were not a racist family.

What shocked many were Harry’s comments about his brother and his father. Explaining that he felt “trapped” in the Royal family but was unaware of that before he met Meghan, Harry said: “My father and my brother, they are trapped. They don’t get to leave, and I have huge compassion for that.”

The former royal added how he was disappointed in his father, Prince Charles, for not taking his calls. Apparently, Harry was also bothered because his family cut him off financially although he and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties and moved to The States.

However, despite the differences and the apparent distance between the brothers, it is their late mother who is smoothing things between them. The Sun reported how William and Harry will meet in order to approve the final design of their late mother’s statue which will be placed in the Sunken Garden, to the east of Kensington Palace, to mark what would be her 60th birthday.

The project started in 2017, and it will finally be ready this year. It is a work of sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley.

We honestly hope that William and Harry will find a way to set their differences aside and be close as they once were.
