If your private parts smell fishy, it’s something you should be aware of

0

A lot of women have experienced bad odor coming from their private parts, but that’s not always a reason to worry. In fact, that fishy smell that makes many women rather uncomfortable sometimes happens for no particular reason.

Often, putting on clean underwear after bathing or showering is enough to bring your natural scent back to normal.

However, if the odor doesn’t go away despite good hygiene, or shows up with other unusual symptoms, it may be worth consulting your gynecologist.

If the fishy smell is accompanied with itching, pain, or other unexpected symptoms, it may signal an underlying issue such as bacterial vaginosis.

In fact, this bacteria is the most common reason for a fishy vaginal odor.

Bacterial vaginosis develops when the natural balance of vaginal bacteria shifts. Most common symptoms include thin gray or white discharge, a noticeable fishy odor (often stronger after intercourse), and itching or burning sensations. It needs to be treated with antibiotics.

Another reason that leads to fishy odor can be linked to poor hygiene, trapped sweat, and tight clothing.

Trichomoniasis, a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by a parasite, can also be the cause of the unpleasant smell coming from your private parts. This is treatable with medications, not home remedies.

Leaving a tampon in too long can also cause a powerful rotten odor, sometimes misidentified as fishy.

While the smell usually goes away on its own, it may sometimes stay longer than what is considered normal. In that case, it’s best to have yourself checked for bacteria or other underlying conditions.

Some ways to prevent the fishy smell from happening are maintain good hygiene, most preferably by gently cleaning the external genital area with warm water and mild soap instead of douching, wear cotton underwear, use protection to prevent infections, and avoid scented soaps, sprays, or feminine wipes among the rest.

You can also consider probiotics to maintain healthy vaginal flora if your doctor approves.

Dad with a body fully covered in tattoos decides to transform his appearance – Here’s why

0

Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, a 24-year-old Australian dad, had his entire body tattooed. Over the years, he has had over 200 tattoos and has undergone surgeries in order to change his appearance.

In fact, Bramble was just 11 when he had underdone his first body modification, during which his ears were stretched. Later on, similar procedures followed, involving those of splitting his tongue and removing his belly button.

While having a tattoo is a meaningful form of personal expression, Bramble realized he had gone too far, but by then, it was too late. His body was already covered in ink when he began to feel remorseful about some of his decisions.

All the tattoos and modifications cost him around $60,000 AUD, or about $39,000 USD.

Appearing on the LadBibleTV’s No Filter series, he shared, “I guess you could say I regret some tattoos. Not just regret, I think there’s a difference between regret and wanting to be perceived differently.”

Bramble opened up about how he feels when people stare, saying he can sense they are judgmental, especially when they see him with his daughter.

“The face is a big thing that can lead to so many – for some people, not everyone – can lead to a lot of problems for yourself, which I probably wouldn’t want my daughter to have to deal with until she was a bit older,” he said. “I wish that I had not gone as hectic as I did on my face.”

“I’ve been getting laser [surgery], or have been, for pretty much 12 months… We do it in sections, but I’ve probably gone over the full thing six or seven times,” he explained.

“I started getting it done because of the anxiety and stuff I was getting… Mental stuff is a funny thing to pin down, but I want to think that a lot of the anxiety was from just having a face full of tattoos.

“I’m happy with the way that I look, but I’m also happy with the mentality that over the next two years, my face tattoos are going to become less and less and less. I’m just clearing the canvas.”

What do you think of this transformation?

Symptoms of deadly virus with no cure and ‘epidemic potential’ as Covid-style checks introduced by airports

0

Health authorities worldwide are on edge amid growing fears of a contagious outbreak of the deadly Nipah virus after five people contracted the illness in West Bengal, India.

Narayan Swaroop Nigam, the principal secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department spoke to The Telegraph about two of those who have been affected, saying, “Two nurses at a private hospital are infected with Nipah virus, and one of them is in critical condition.”

The two nurses started feeling unwell and were admitted to intensive care on January 4 shortly after working together at the hospital between December 28 and 30.

As of January 26, around 100 people have been quarantined in order to try to prevent the spreading of the bat-borne virus, with Thailand, Nepal and Taiwan putting strict health checks in place at airports.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) classifies the Nipah virus as a priority pathogen due to its potential to trigger an epidemic.

Also, WHO states that the virus’ potential for widespread transmission and its fatality rate range from 40% to 75%, adding that “This rate can vary by outbreak depending on local capabilities for epidemiological surveillance and clinical management.”

The Nipah virus infection often begins with flu-like symptoms such as fever, headache, muscle aches, vomiting, and sore throat, and in some cases can progress to respiratory issues including cough, shortness of breath, or pneumonia, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Its most severe and often fatal complication is encephalitis, a swelling of the brain that can cause confusion, seizures, altered consciousness, rapid deterioration, and even coma.

The virus is zoonotic, meaning it can spread from animals, particularly fruit bats and pigs, to humans, as well as through contaminated food or direct person-to-person contact.

Unlike Covid-19, which had a global mortality rate of around 3.4%, Nipah’s significantly higher fatality rate makes it far more dangerous, and there is currently no vaccine or approved treatment. Symptoms typically appear within four to 21 days, though in rare cases the incubation period can extend much longer.

Speaking to the Cosmopolitan, Dr. Suzanne Wylie explained: “Nipah outbreaks have historically been geographically restricted to parts of Asia, and there is no evidence of sustained transmission outside these areas.”

Woman who filmed Alex Pretti shooting reveals what she saw – confirms the rumors

0

37-year-old Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse, became the second person who tragically lost their life to shooting by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Pretti’s killing came less then a month after Renee Nicole Good was shot three times while attempting to flee with her vehicle.

US officials took the same stand regarding the tragic incidents, claiming the agents acted in self-defence both times despite footage of the scene showing otherwise.

Why are ICE agents even in Minneapolis to begin with?

Thousands of ICE agents were sent to Minneapolis starting on 5 January, in what the Department of Homeland Security described as the “largest DHS operation ever” in the state of Minnesota. Officials said the purpose of the deployment was to apprehend “fraudsters, murderers, rapists, and gang members.” It has involved hundreds of arrests tied to immigration violations.

The presence of the agents has been criticized by many, including Jacob Frey, the mayor of Minneapolis and a former civil rights attorney.

In a press conference shortly after Renee’s death, Frey demanded that ICE ‘get the f**k out of Minneapolis’, adding: “They are not here to cause safety in this city. What they are doing is not to provide safety in America. What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust.”

As of the killing of Pretti, US officials, including Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, claimed he carried a firearm and ‘wanted to do maximum damage’ and ‘massacre law enforcement.’ President Trump shared a photo of the alleged firearm Pretti had at the time of his death, though many publications wrote he was disarmed by agents and had no gun when his life was cut short.

Footage shared since the tragic incident shows Alex Pretti trying to help two women, holding only his phone, with no firearm in sight.

Pretti was forced to the ground by ICE agents, pepper‑sprayed, and then shot more than ten times. An eyewitness who recorded the shocking encounter on her phone has since given a sworn affidavit describing what she saw, which is now being used as evidence in an ongoing ACLU lawsuit against the Trump administration.

“I decided to check it out on my way to work. I’ve been involved in observing in my community because it is so important to document what ICE is doing to my neighbours,” the woman, whose identity has not been revealed, said.

“It didn’t look like he was trying to resist, just trying to help the woman up. I didn’t see him with a gun. They threw him to the ground.”

“Four or five agents had him on the ground and they just started shooting him. They shot him so many times. I don’t know why they shot him. He was only helping. I was five feet from him and they just shot him.”

“Then he started pepper spraying all three of them directly in the face and all over,” she added. “The man with the phone put his hands above his head and the agent sprayed him again and pushed him.

“The agents pulled the man on the ground. I didn’t see him touch any of them – he wasn’t even turned toward them.”

Another eyewitness of Pretti’s killing said, “The man did not approach the agents with a gun. He approached them with a camera. He was just trying to help a woman get up and they took him to the ground.

“I am disgusted and gutted at how they are treating my neighbours and my state.”

Pretti’s family said they were sick of the lies displayed about their son who was described as an agitator by Trump’s administration.

Barron Trump branded a hero after ‘saving’ woman’s life as she was allegedly beaten by her ex

0

Barron Trump, the youngest son of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, is known for keeping a low profile. Although he grew up surrounded by wealth, he’s widely described as humble and kind, and many believe it is his mother who influenced his character.

Recently, an incident from 2025 involving young Barron emerged on the social media and many praise him for his action of stepping up for someone in need of help. Namely, Barron was on the phone with a woman when her ex-boyfriend, identified as 22-year-old former MMA fighter Matvei Rumiantsev, started beating her, according to the Mirror.

According to an east London court hearing, Barron witnessed the attack while on FaceTime with the woman so he made a call to 999.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Rumiantsev, who denies all charges against him, including assault and two counts of rape, grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor while shouting, “you are not worth anything.”

Barron’s call of the emergency services was played during the court hearing. In it, he could be heard saying, “It’s really an emergency, please. I got a call from her with a guy beating her up.”

The operator then says, “Can you stop being rude and actually answer my questions… If you want to help the person, you’ll answer my questions clearly and precisely.”

Barron replied: “I met her on social media. She’s getting really badly beat up and the call was about eight minutes ago, I don’t know what could have happened by now,” later adding, “So sorry for being rude.”

A police unit was sent to the home, and bodycam footage later shown in court captured officers questioning the woman.

They informed her that a call had come in from the United States but did not disclose the caller’s identity.

“I am friends with Barron Trump, Donald Trump’s son,” she told the officers.

One police officer was heard telling a colleague: “So apparently this informant from America is likely to be Donald Trump’s son.”

With police at the scene, the woman called Barron back. In video shown to jurors, he is heard saying, “She called me. I picked up the phone expecting a nice hello or something, I just saw a ceiling and could hear screaming. I could see a guy’s head on the phone, and then the camera turns to her crying and getting hit.”

According to The Independent, Barron Trump said the call lasted around 10 to 15 seconds, and as it ended, he dialed 999.

“I called you guys – that was the best thing I could do,” he told officers. “I wasn’t going to call back and threaten things to him because that would just make the situation worse.”

“He helped save my life. That call was like a sign from God at that moment, the woman said in court,” according to the Mirror.

The young Trump was praised for his quick-thinking. He truly is an extraordinary young man.

Border Patrol commander praises agents who killed Alex Pretti and offers surprising theory

0

Weeks after the killing on Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis, which triggered national outrage and demonstrations, 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti was also killed during an anti-ICE protest on January 24.

As well as with the agent involved in the shooting of Good, who the officials claimed acted in self-defence, President Donald Trump defended Pretti’s shooter too, describing Pretti’s firearm – allegedly pulled from his waistband – as “a very dangerous and unpredictable gun…a gun that goes off when people don’t know it.”

Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Trump said, “I don’t like any shooting. I don’t like it.

“But I don’t like it when somebody goes into a protest and he’s got a very powerful, fully loaded gun with two magazines loaded up with bullets also. That doesn’t play good either.”

A footage of the tragic incident showed the 37-year-old Pretti trying to assist a woman who had been shoved into the snow by an agent, before he was pepper-sprayed, taken to the ground, and shot several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to reports, Pretti was carrying a firearm legally, though accounts indicate that he was disarmed by agents before being shot.

His father released an emotional statement, firmly rejecting claims that his son had engaged in any violent actions.

“He cared about people deeply,” he said. “He was very upset with what was happening in Minneapolis and throughout the United States with ICE, as millions of other people are upset.

The father added: “He thought it was terrible, you know, kidnapping children, just grabbing people off the street.”

US Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino blamed the victims, saying, “The suspect put himself in that situation. The victims are the Border Patrol agents there.”

He continued: “I believe that the fantastic training of that our law enforcement partners has prevented any specific shootings of law enforcement. So good job for our law enforcement in taking him down before he was able to do that.”

Asked about the footage that shows Pretti being disarmed before he was killed, Bovino told CNN‘s Dana Bash, “Dana, you don’t know that he was unarmed. I don’t know that he was unarmed. That is freeze frame adjudication of a crime scene via a photo. That is why we have investigators, that is why we have investigation that is going to answer these questions.”

He added: “We don’t know that agent was taking his gun away. The facts are going to come to light. That is why we investigate.”

Bash then noted that his remarks appeared to prejudge the incident, to what Bovino replied, “Well, with respect you say that’s why we investigate, but you’re also drawing other conclusions that sort of fly in the face of waiting for an investigation.”

Bovino’s comments sparked a strong backlash on social media, as critics argued he was shielding the agents despite footage from several angles that appears to show Pretti no longer posed a threat when he was shot.

The controversy even prompted a measured response from President Donald Trump, who told the Wall Street Journal, “We’re looking, we’re reviewing everything and will come out with a determination. I don’t like any shooting. I don’t like it. But I don’t like it when somebody goes into a protest and he’s got a very powerful, fully loaded gun with two magazines loaded up with bullets also. That doesn’t play good either.”

According to The Independent, the public outrage forced officials to remove Bovino from his duties in Minnesota. Trump said he would replace him with his border czar, Tom Homan.

“Tom is tough but fair, and will report directly to me,” the president posted on Truth Social.

Pick a chair and see who forever sits by your side

0

People come and go. During our lifetime, we meet plenty of people, but not all of them are meant to remain part of our life. Some friendships and relationships crumble, and new ones form, and that’s perfectly fine since that’s how life works.

The short quiz below will tell you who truly is there to stay by your side.

Chair 1 – The One Who Never Walks Away

Chair number one, or the rocking chair, represents someone who knew you from the beginning, even before you evolved and changed into the person you are today. They know all of your flaws and virtues and accept you for who you truly are. This person never walks away from you, despite any difficulties that stand on the way of your relationship. This someone could be a childhood friend or a close family member.

Chair 2 – The One Who Carries Life With You

The second chair represent that one person in your life who always takes your side and never fails you, no matter what. In fact, they’d choose you over and over again and are your biggest support.

They love you at your best and at your worst, so make sure you keep them close and never fail their trust.

This person could be your life partner, and someone who built a life and family with you.

Chair 3 – The One Who Never Leaves Because It Is You

Sometimes, the relationship we have with ourselves is the most sacred of all. If you chose chair number three it means you chose yourself and you are that one person who’d never let you down.

After some relationships fail, you actually realize that no one can understand you better than you, and no one can protect you better than yourself.

My husband suddenly insisted on church every Sunday — When I learned why, I filed for divorce

0

During the ten years I was married to Brian, he never expressed any interest in going to church and attending service. And honestly, neither did I. We were simply not raised in religious families and our Sundays were always predictable. It was either cartoons, some movies with our daughter Kiara, 9, or errands if we were up to getting out of the house.

However, that changed out of the blue. My husband insisted on church every Sunday. At first, I thought he was just joking, but no, he was dead serious. When I asked why he expressed such desire all of a sudden, he said he was stressed at work and just needed the calmness the church could offer. Being the wife I was, I agreed.

So, we started attending church. Every Sunday, we would sit in the same pew and exchange polite smiles with the same familiar faces.

It was peaceful, and somehow, it suited me.

But then, one Sunday, Brian told me and Kiara to wait for him in the car because he needed to use the bathroom. However, more than ten minutes passed by and I started feeling a bit anxious. You know that gut feeling that tells you something could not be right? That’s exactly what I felt at that moment, and because of some reason, I asked a churchgoer to keep an eye on Kiara while I went to check on Brian.

And that’s when I learned the truth about his sudden urge to become this religious person he never actually was.

Brian was nowhere near the bathroom, so I walked back down the hallway and spotted him in the garden through the partially open window. He was talking to a woman whom I spotted attending service during the past weeks. And then I heard him say, “Do you understand what I did? I brought my family here… so that I could show you what you lost when you left me.”

I froze. What was he talking about and who was that woman?

“We could’ve had it all,” he continued. “A family, a real life, more kids. You and me. If you wanted the perfect picture, the house, the church… I’m ready now. I’ll do anything. Anything.”

The woman took a step back. It somehow felt to me like she wasn’t comfortable listening to Brian’s words.

“I feel sorry for your wife,” she said. “And your daughter. Because they have you for a husband and father.”

She then spoke of his obsession with her, and that she considered requesting a restraining order if he tried talking to her again.

At that moment, I felt too weak to confront him, so I just went back to Kiara.

And that’s when Brian returned and apologized for keeping us waiting.

It didn’t take long before I learned who that woman was. It turned out Brian was in love with her from the time they attended high school together. I got her number and asked her to meet me. She agreed and told me about the messages Brian was sending her over the years. He was telling her how much he loved her and how willing he was to leave me and our daughter for her.

That’s when I knew that my picture-perfect marriage was fake from the beginning and that there was nothing worth saving. My lawyer handed Brian divorce papers the following week.
