Sandra Bullock blasted for being ‘barely recognizable’ – but her partner accepts her just the way she is

Famed actress Sandra Bullock is a fan-favorite not only because of her incredible talent, but also because of her personality. It’s not often that A-list celebrities are down-to-Earth as much as she is, and that’s what makes her truly special.

Bullock, 58, became mother later in life when she adopted her two children, son Louis and daughter Laila.

As she was heading to her forties, Bullock believed she would never be a mother, but after Hurricane Katrina struck, she experienced an epiphany and said that something deep inside her told her her children were in New Orleans. She traveled there and started a process of adoption. It took four years before Louis became her child, but the waiting was worth it.

“I looked at him and said, ‘Oh, there you are.’ It’s like he’d always been there. He fit in the crook of my arm, he looked me in the eyes, and he was just wise,” she said of the time she laid eyes on her son.

Laila was adopted some years later. The little girl ended up in the foster system early in life and at the age of 2 and a half, she had already changed three different homes. That experience made her scared and prevented her from trusting people. Dealing with Laila’s trauma took some time, but Bullock was willing to go above and beyond for her daughter’s well-being. Before fostering her daughter, The Proposal star took classes designed to teach her how to raise a child that had been traumatized, as Laila had been.

After she adopted her her children, Bullock met her longtime partner, photographer Bryan Randall, whom the kids call ‘daddy.’

Recently, fans slammed The Blind Side star for her appearance, saying she’s unrecognizable.

Many say it’s obvious she has undergone plastic surgery to enhance her looks although Bullock denied going under the knife multiple times before.

“Plastic surgery around her eyes and cheeks. Made her barely unrecognizable, yikes!” one person wrote. “I said the same thing this past weekend. There was something about her eyes that I couldn’t put my finger on. After the movie I was Googling ‘What happened to Sandra Bullock’s face?’ Couldn’t find anything except people leaving comments to leave her alone, she’s beautiful. Jeez,” another added.

“It’s really good and wow Sandra Bullock is unrecognizable. Anyways I’m pretty good thx for asking. How about you? Anything new and exciting?” a third wrote.

Bullock doesn’t seem to be touched by the comments because she has her husband’s support. He loves her unconditionally the way she is, and we believe she looks as stunning as ever.

The legendary actress has been struggling with a decade-long battle with ‘traumatic’ sight condition

British-born Judi Dench is one of those actors who have been on the pedestal for so long they are considered legends.

Many agree that Dench, whose career spans over 60 years, is a national treasure, and although this sounds quite flattering, she doesn’t want to be called that. “For one thing,” she told People, “it’s a terrible label. So dusty, so dreary. For another, it relegates me to being an 86-year-old woman. Whereas in my mind’s eye I’m 6ft and willowy and about 39.”

The 88-year-old actress has been experiencing health issues which affect her vision and makes it difficult for her to read her lines. Namely, Dench was diagnosed with a condition known as macular degeneration which affects the middle part of the vision and may result in blurred or no vision in the center of the visual field. During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Dench revealed that her vision worsened over the years.

”It has become impossible and because I have a photographic memory, I need to find a machine that not only teaches me my lines but also tells me where they appear on the page,” the actress said when discussing the difficulty she faces when learning her lines.

”In response to the numerous articles in the media concerning my eye condition – macular degeneration- I do not wish for this to be overblown,” she told ET at the time.

”This condition is something that thousands and thousands of people all over the world are having to contend with…and it’s something I have learnt to cope with and adapt to — and it will not lead to blindness.”

Back in 2022, when she was asked of the condition of her eyesight, Dench shared with Louis Theroux, ”Bad. Bad enough. Bad enough in that you’re quite fuzzy. You’re just a tad fuzzy.”

Despite having difficulties reading her lines, Dench doesn’t show any signs of slowing down and doesn’t consider to retire from acting. ”I don’t want to retire. I’m not doing much at the moment because I can’t see. It’s bad,” she said. ”You find a way of just getting about and getting over the things that you find very difficult,” she added. “I’ve had to find another way of learning lines and things, which is having great friends of mine repeat them to me over and over and over again. So I have to learn through repetition, and I just hope that people won’t notice too much if all the lines are completely hopeless!”

Back in 2001, Dench experienced heartbreak when she lost her husband of 30 years and the true love of her life, Michael Williams. Speaking of the loss and her late husband, she said, ”He was the most unselfish man, and he wouldn’t ever attribute that to anything that might be between us… Oh, God, how he used to make me laugh. He used to make me absolutely howl.”

Following his passing, Dench never thought that she would be able to be with someone again, but love happened for her in 2010 when she met conservationist David Mills.

”I wasn’t even prepared to be ready for it. It was very, very gradual and grown up. It’s just wonderful,” she told The Times in 2014.

Everyone warned him about the gorilla he raised – When they meet 5 years later, I can’t hold back the tears

Damian Aspinall is one of the greatest names among conservationists. Through his foundation, Aspinall Foundation, this man has done for the gorillas more than anyone can ever imagine. He has dedicated his whole life raising them and helping them get back into their natural habitat.

Among the gorillas he has saved was one named Kwibi, whom Damian raised and took care of until its fifth year of life. Following the away from its natural habitat, Kwibi was released into the wild.

Years passed by and Damian was eager to learn how Kwibi was doing in her new home. When he brought up the idea of reuniting with his old gorilla friend, most of Damian’s family and friends warned him that Kwibi likely adapted to the wild completely and she would probably be hostile towards any human who would try to approach her. Damian, on the other hand, was convinced his friend would remember him, and so it was.

Their reunion, which took place five years after they last saw each other, is one of the most touching we’ve ever witnessed. The connection between Damian and Kwibi is stronger that anyone could ever imagine.

Karen Valentine, the star of ‘Room 222,’ recalls an ‘awful’ experience she had on ‘The Dating Game’

Back in the day, The Dating Game was the first ever dating reality show which opened the path for a number of similar shows that followed. This one, however, served another purpose, too, that of a launchpad for new actors, among which Suzanne Somers, Tom Selleck, Leif Garret, and Karen Valentine.

Before agreeing to be part of the show, Valentine was a former beauty queen who was then given the chance to interview three eligible bachelors hidden behind a dividing wall.

However, as she believed the experience would be a fun one, her ‘pick’ made it terrible.

Recalling her appearance on The Dating Game, the now 76-year-old actress shared with Closer Weekly, “That was awful, because the guy thought that this was really going to be a date, right? The Dating Game got more serious later where people would be sent on trips.” She then added: “I only got to go to the Ambassador Hotel to see a show, but the guy thought we were going to make out in the limo and it, was, like, ‘You know this is a first date, right?’ It was so sleazy. You’d go to dinner and then to a show, which is the prize I won, but the guy thought this was serious. I wanted to get out of the date. You know, ‘Save the money, who needs to go on a date? Let me do another show. Give me a shot at acting or something.’”

Although the experience wasn’t a pleasant one, the show did help her land roles, including the one in Room 222, which catapulted her into stardom.

In 1970, Room 222 cleaned up at the Primetime Emmy Awards, earning titles for Outstanding New Series, while Valentine and Michael Constantine both won supporting roles.

This was everything a young actress like Valentine dreamed of. It seemed surreal that she earned such a prestigious award at the start of her career.

“It was kind of mind-blowing to have that happen so soon, so quickly,” said Valentine of her first nomination and win. “And to meet Carol Burnett and her saying, ‘Well, congratulations for this.’ It was like, ‘Thank you.’ But that Carol Burnett would know me? Just incredible.

“I remember I was taking singing lessons at the time, and I went to my singing class,” Valentine started. “Also taking lessons was Gregory Peck… When he walked by, I was at the teacher’s piano and he saw me through the window and kind of mimed, ‘You did it!’ I was like, ‘Oh my God. It’s Gregory Peck!’ How was it that I had the fortune to meet these stars and talented people from the get-go?”

The series was a huge hit, with incredible rankings and positive critics, but then, during season four, people’s interest in it declined and it was canceled in the middle of season four.

“Why things changed, I have no idea,” Valentine recalled when the network told the cast the show was cut. “But they did have the wherewithal to give us the word that it was happening, and it was sad … well, it’s always sad, but especially when you feel you have a good product and a good show, for it to be taken away. But in the end, the network made the decision to go in a different direction. That’s what they always say, ‘We’ve decided to go in a different direction.’”

Valentine appeared in a number of series and films, with her latest one, Wedding Daze, released in 2004.

Speaking of the role in Room 222, the actress has only fond memories of it.

“Working with all of those people, and to have that kind of experience first time out–the show just brings back the fondest and best memories in the world to me.

“…It also kind of spoiled me, because it set the bar really high. So when other things come to you, you think, ‘What is this?’ It was different, you know. But I was fortunate that I did get material that was pretty fun and well done.”

Valentine has been married two times. She and her second and current husband, Gary Lewis Verna, tied the knot in 1977.

That celebrities live life of luxury and glamour is a well known fact, but the truth is that we never really know to what extent that luxury goes. Well, not until we see it ourselves.

Just recently, legendary British rock and pop legend Rod Stewart listed his $70 million home for sale, and as expected, the mansion was sold in no time and now we get to see how it looks on the inside, and trust us, it took our breath away.

Stewart, who was inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994 as a solo artist, the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2006, and was inducted a second time into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 as a member of Faces, is a father of six. He has his children with four different women, but it wasn’t until he met his current wife, supermodel Penny Lancaster, that he turned into a dedicated husband.

The two dated for seven years before Stewart got on one knee and proposed to her in front of the Eiffel Tower. There is an age gap of 24 years between the two, with Steward being Lancaster’s senior, but that isn’t a big deal as the two are very much in love.

Speaking of her, the singer said, “I am lost for words. They have not invented the words for how I feel about her. She is everything.”

However, despite loving her endlessly, Steward always puts his kids before everything else and says “I cannot get enough of them.”

Stewart’s Beverly Hills home is probably one of the most extravagant we’ve ever seen.

Located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Los Angeles; the gated exclusive community of North Beverly Park, the mansion resembles a dream castle.

It is placed on 3 acres of land and was designed by the famous Los Angeles architect Richard Landry in the 1990s.

The mansion boasts 14 bedrooms, including a massive screening room, a family room, a rec room, a library, a gym, a gorgeous hand-painted bar, and a formal dining room that seats up to 20 people. Now if you think this is more than enough of what such place needs, let us tell you that there is a lot more.

The floors are made of marble and the chandeliers are crystal. Further, the place features elaborate wood paneling and a tennis court which can easily be converted into football field. There is also an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, a pool, and a spa.

However, what is probably the best feature of this magnificent place is the incredible view of the city.

Of course, there are plenty of guest rooms as well.

‘Immature and stupid’: Harry admits to flirting with another woman while dating ex-girlfriend – experts label it cheating

Weeks following King Charles’ coronation, Prince Harry is back to his homeland, but this time, his visit isn’t related to his nearly ‘estranged’ family. In fact, the Prince is back in Britain for a court case against The Sun and Daily Mirror whom he sued back in 2019 for unlawfully stealing his voicemails after hacking his phone.

The claims against the Mirror Group Newspapers were filed in the High Court of Justice on Harry’s behalf, involving “illegal interception of voicemail messages,” Buckingham Palace confirmed, but no further details had been revealed back then.

Harry’s relationship with the British press has never been a friendly one as he believes they are to be partially blamed for his mother’s car crash, who died while being chased by the paparazzi. Further, Harry claimed that the tabloids have been attacking his wife, Meghan Markle, in a similar manner to that they used with late Princess Diana.

Harry isn’t the sole celebrity who’s suing the newspapers. On the contrary, over 100 other people, including the estate of the late George Michael, are suing the Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN) for alleged misuse of private information between 1991 and 2011. It includes phone hacking and intercepting voicemails. Allegedly, senior executives were aware of the hacking and turned a blind eye.

According to Harry’s claim, over 140 published stories by the newspapers that were written about him were the result of unlawful behavior, and the trial involves just 33 of them.

“As a teenager and in my early 20s, I ended up feeling as though I was playing up to a lot of the headlines and stereotypes that [the tabloid press] wanted to pin on me mainly because I thought that, if they are printing this rubbish about me and people were believing it, I may as well ‘do the crime,’ so to speak,” Harry said in the statement, further adding that these articles played a destructive role during his childhood and teenage years.

“It was a downward spiral, whereby the tabloids would constantly try and coax me, a ‘damaged’ young man, into doing something stupid that would make a good story and sell lots of newspapers.

“Looking back on it now, such behavior on their part is utterly vile.”

Among the many things that got destructed by these published articles involving Harry was his relationship with ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy. When Harry entered the High Court on Wednesday, he opened up about his former relationship and said that it was doomed because of “the prying eyes of the tabloids.”

“It was just that feeling of being under surveillance all the time,” the 38-year-old wrote. “I believe Chelsy found this even more difficult to deal with when she lived in England … everyone has a limit as to what they can endure,” The Duke of Sussex said as reported by The New York Times.

Speaking of the time the two met, Harry said that Davy knew very little about his family. “Unlike so many girls I met, she wasn’t visibly fitting herself for a crown the moment she shook my hand… Not only was she uninterested in my title, she seemed bored by it,” he wrote in his all-tell memoir Spare.

At the time, he believed she was the one, but it was the media that caused him troubles as he was worried that they “would cost me another person I cared about.”

Allegedly, in the 55-page-long submission to the High Court, Harry revealed he flirted with another woman while dating Davy, calling himself “immature” and stating he made a “stupid decision.”

“I hadn’t really thought about my actions, and I had made a stupid decision,” Harry said as per The Sun. “It was a challenging period for me.”

In an article titled Chelsy Is Not Happy, the author wrote how Davy learned Harry visited a lap-dancing club back in 2006 and was furious because of that. She allegedly screamed to him on the phone.  “It said she slammed the phone down because she was too angry and then called back to scream at me for half an hour,” Harry said of the article and added he doesn’t recall that to be true.

“To the best of my recollection, I don’t think Chelsy did go mad about me going there. We did speak about it over the phone, but I promised her that I hadn’t had a lap dance and stayed with the three other cadets that had girlfriends,” Harry added.

Following his witnessing, experts took stands over whether flirting is in fact cheating, and according to most of them, it is.

For example, licensed family therapist Christie Tcharkhoutian said: “I think the biggest misconception is that cheating has to be physical— that’s not the case. It can be emotional, and it can be flirting… If you don’t ask yourself the deeper questions, flirting may become a gateway drug to cheating down the line.”

Harry and Chelsy Davy called their relationship quits in 2011 but remained good friends. She attended Kate and William’s wedding, and later, Harry and Meghan’s as well.

Goldie Hawn’s 7-year-old granddaughter is pretty much a spitting image of her famous grandma

For two people to love each other unconditionally and be together for a long time, they definitely don’t have to be married, and one of the cutest and most adorable Hollywood couples, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel, are just the perfect proof of that.

In fact, they once said that the reason their relationship lasted for that many years is exactly the fact that they never tied the knot.

“So as long as my emotional state is in a state of devotion, honesty, caring, and loving, then we’re fine. I like waking up every day and seeing that he is there and knowing that I have a choice. There is really no reason to marry,” Goldie explained in an interview with Woman’s Day in 2007.

Today, the couple is happier than ever with their grandchildren. Yes, believe it or not, bombshell Goldie is a grandmother and one of her granddaughters, Rio, looks exactly like her famous granny.

When the actress’ daughter, Kate Hudson, gave birth to her youngest child, baby Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa, last year, Goldie was in the delivery room and witnessed the precious moment of seeing her granddaughter entering the world. She shared the one-of-a-time experience she will cherish forever on the Ellen’s Show. “The doctor was in there and I could see the head and then it disappeared,” the proud grandma said. “And I’m looking over his shoulder, then the doctor turned to me and said ‘Goldie if you get any closer you’re gonna fall in.’”

Goldie has two other grandchildren from her daughter, boys Ryder Russell, 15, and Bingham Hawn Bellamy, 8.

The Christmas Chronicles stars have three other grandchildren from Goldie’s son Oliver Hudson.

The couple is always sharing photos of the little ones and have said in many occasions that their grandkids make them happiest grandparents ever. When baby Rani Rose was married, Kate shared an adorable photo of Goldie and Kurt cuddling with her, and people loved the devotion they showed, saying it was a representation of the purest form of love there is.

“I look at our kids and grandchildren and there’s nothing in the world that could make me as proud as I am of all them,” Goldie said, as per Australian Women’s Weekly. “Being a grandmother is amazing, I love it. It brings incredible joy. Family is so important.” Her grandkids called her “GoGo” and we thing that’s adorable.

Kurt agrees that the most important thing in the couple’s life are their kids and grandchildren.

Lisa Hartman Black celebrated 67th birthday and 31 years of marriage – her daughter is her look alike

Lisa Hartman Black and husband Clint have been married for over 31 years, proving it wrong that unions between celebrities are short-lived.

The gorgeous blonde beauty rose to prominence with her role in Knots Landing, which aired from 1982 to 1986. At the same time, Lisa pursued a career in music, releasing the hit If Love Must Go.

On June 1, Lisa celebrated her 67th birthday, and it’s safe to say that she defies age as she looks as stunning as ever.

Today, she and her husband, together with their daughter Lily Pearl Black, live a quieter life.

Over the years, Lisa and Clint made music together and released several songs, and now their daughter is joining the club. Back in 2021, the family announced they are taking the music road with their first-ever tour, Mostly Hits & the Mrs. Lily joined her parents after taking a gap year from studying music at Belmont University in Nashville. When they asked her to be part of their tour, the family was having dinner together and Lily’s reaction was overwhelming. She started screaming and crying out of excitement.

“She’s always been an actor and able to assume characters,” Clint told People of his daughter whom he and Lisa welcomed into their lives after ten years of marriage.

“She would walk in and be a British concierge,” Lisa recalled about one of her daughter’s childhood flights of fancy.

“Yeah, only traveling parents can raise a pretend concierge!” Clint added smiling.

Being their only child, Lily is the main focus of Lisa and Clint’s lives. Back in the day, when Lily was born, Lisa put her career on hold to be able to raise her and be there for her every step of the way. Watching her parents sing and make music, Lily fell in love with the profession herself and decided to follow into their footsteps. What’s most, she not only inherited her mom’s talent, but also her beauty. Watching them side by side, it’s easy to see the uncanny resemblance.

Asked what the secret to a long-lasting marriage is, Clint simply shared, “Love is something that you nurture and protect. We’ve grown together in our relationship and never apart.” He added that his wife has been a major influence on his life and from the moment he met her, each love song that he has written is a tribute to her.

What a beautiful family.
