Animals never forget, and this doesn’t only apply on elephants but to every creature out there who has ever experienced love and a human touch.
A lioness named Kiara, after the character from Lion King, was rescued as a cub. The man who saved her, Alfonso, took care of her for some time until she needed to transferred to a sanctuary with other animals.
Years passed by and Kiara was again transferred to a new home, this time in New Mexico.
Little did she know that someone special was waiting for her there.
Alfonso was looking forward to the reunion with Kiara, but he wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Kiara’s reaction knocked him to the ground, literally. Realizing the man standing right in front of her eyes is the man who gave her a new lease on life when she was still just a baby made Kiara jump all over him in excitement.
Her reaction is something you definitely don’t want to miss.
