Latest rumors are true – Donnie Wahlberg & Jenny McCarthy confirm

One of the most beloved celeb couples, Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg, have been in a happy marriage since 2014.

The chemistry between them sparked during a shared appearance on Watch What Happens Live in 2012. In March 2013, Wahlberg made a guest appearance on McCarthy’s VH1 talk show, The Jenny McCarthy Show.

Few months later, they started dating and made their first public red carpet appearance together. Shortly after, the two tied the knot in a ceremony featured on their A&E reality show: Donnie Loves Jenny.

The couple eventually moved to McCarthy’s home in Illinois with their perfect blended family, her son Evan, whom she shares with ex-husband, John Asher, and Wahlberg’s sons, Xavier Alexander and Elijah Hendrix, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kimberly Fey.

In the wake of the premiere of The Masked Singer’s ninth season, Wahlberg surprised everyone, especially his wife, when he disguised himself as a rooster known as Cluedle-Doo. In a post he shared on Instagram, he posted behind-the-scenes video of dressing up in the costume.

At the time of the reveal, McCarthy kept shouting the show’s catchphrase, “Take it off.” When she realized it was her husband, her jaw dropped and she collapsed to the ground in shock, leaned her head on the judge’s desk, and screamed, “Oh my God!”

“I’m shaking… Donnie! Have you been coming in each week and lying?” she said. Donnie replied: “I’ve been sneaking in and out,” which prompted her to exclaim once more: “Oh my God!”

The couple are planning on celebrating their tenth anniversary in style, by renewing their vows, which is what they do every year on their wedding anniversary.

Appearing on Live with Kelly and Mark, McCarthy said, “We renew our vows every year.”

“I always said it’s like a driver’s license,” she said. “You renew your driver’s license, so why not?”

McCarthy added: “You know, you stand in front of each other… Life gets so busy, and we just want to remind each other of the vows and the path and the love we share.”
