Journalist Chris Cuomo Opens Up About the Bizarre Symptoms He Experienced While Battling COVID-19

The coronavirus pandemic seemed to slow the whole world down. The number of people affected grows with each passing day and no one can tell with certainty when this madness will be over, but one thing we know for sure is that this virus doesn’t discriminate. Young or old, rich or poor, famous or not, it can affect anyone.

Understandably, he felt scared at the beginning as he didn’t know how things will progress. Although the symptoms the virus causes are more or less the same at most of the people affected and include cough, fever, and shortness of breath, they manifest with different level of intensity at different individuals.

Cuomo was so worried after the diagnosis that he had troubles sleeping and spent the first days sitting in a pool of his own sweat.

But then, after he came to terms with the reality and spoke to a pulmonary expert, Cuomo became aware it was up to him to fight “the beast” off.

Further, he says how the expert told him things could get ugly unless he follows some of the advice which included activities that felt painful during those moments, such as getting up, holding his breath and then taking a deep one, and stretching his torso.

“You’ve got to do the things that will beat this virus. You’ve got to breath deep when it hurts—and it hurts,” Cuomo explains.

Some of the other things you can do and are crucial in the fight against this evil virus is drink a lot of water, take the Tylenol, and breath deep, especially when it hurts. These all worked for Cuomo, so we honestly hope his experience will help others end up winners themselves.

Please take a look at the video below and hear Cuomo’s experience of battling Covid-19 first hand. Share it with your friends, maybe it will reach someone who is fighting the same battle.
