Every parent out there, no matter how rich or poor, does their best to give their children the perfect Christmas. Besides all the love they receive, kids would really love a nicely decorated Christmas tree with a bunch of presents underneath.

Angelica Huitt is a single mother of four who struggles making ends meet. This year, the family is moving to a new rental home in Sacramento County, California.

This mother works three jobs only to make sure her kids get the so much-anticipated presents. She somehow managed to save around $1000 for the gifts and she simply couldn’t wait to see her kids’ reaction to her surprise.

Unfortunately, the plan of having the perfect Christmas at their new place was ruined by some nasty thieves who broke the glass of their old place and took all the gifts. When she came home and stumbled upon the harrowing scene, her heart broke into a million pieces. She was left in shock and felt sorry for her little ones. All her trouble went down the drain.

And that’s not even the scariest part.

Take a look at the whole story of this traumatized mother who was left empty handed just days before what was supposed to be the best day of their life.

If you would like to help Angelica in any way, please visit the GoFundMe page that has been set up for her family.
