With millions of fans and extremely rich film career, Sandra Bullock is one of the most recognizable Hollywood stars. For a very long time period she has been starring in our favourite films. Her smile and charm are just amazing.
However, her private life has not been that perfect as her professional career. In several interviews in the past she has been talking about her privacy and love life.
Nevertheless, Bullock is not like those people who like to share details of her private life. She has never talked about details and she keeps her profile low. In her life, she has been in several love relationships, and all of them have not ended happily.
In 1996, she said:
“For a year I was by myself trying to date and I’m telling you dating was the worst experience I ever had,” she said. “I seem to have attracted everyone whose intentions were not the best. Just people who’s intentions were so not in tune morally with mine. They were nice people but they just weren’t suited for me and that’s hard because I seriously thought I’m never ever going to find anybody that will love me and just enjoy life.”
In 1992, Sandra Bullock has filmed Love Potion No. 9. Tate Donovan was starring in the film as well. This professional collaboration resulted with a love romance between these two Hollywood stars. However, this romance lasted only two years and they separated.
She never told us why they separated. Instead, she says:
“I adored Tate so much. It’s like they say, there’s one person in your life, and Tate and I are closer than any two people I’ve ever experienced in my life. There’s nobody that means more to me, and I know for a fact that I mean the most to him, in that certain way. I can’t explain why things worked out the way they did. We both know why it happened.”
One year after the separation with Donovan, Sandra Bullock met her first husband – Jesse James. Prior this marriage she was dating Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gossling.
Sandra and Jesse were announced as ‘odd couple’. People said that they do not match, but she was always saying:
“No one knows what someone is like based on appearance.”
The love romance between Bullock and James lasted five years. Bullock has been devastated upon finding out that James has been cheating on her. That even shadowed her Oscar win that year.
As soon as she found out that James was cheating on her, she started the process of adopting her son Louis and filed for a divorce.
In 2010 the couple divorced. Sandra adopted Louis in April that year and she said “he’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way.”
It took her five years to adopt her second child. She adopted her daughter Laila in 2015.
“When you adopt a child, there’s a placement period, and if something goes sideways, they have the right to take the child away. It’s a tenuous, strenuous six months,” she said.
With two kids and happy family, Bullock enjoyed the life. However, one photography session led Bullock into another romance. She met the photographer Bryan Randall in 2015.
Since then, Randall and Bullock have been in a happy relationship. They are very happy together. Bullock with the two kids and Randall with his daughter function perfectly.
Both of them say they are soulmates. Besides the love, what keeps them together is the perfect harmony in the family, especially the importance of the kids.
Sandra’s kids accepted the Randall’s son and they love him. Regarding this she says:
“He’s super kind. For the kids he’s sort of No. 1 and I’m No. 2,” she told InStyle.
“But I get it because he’s more fun and has better treats.”
