Landen Hoffman: 5-year-old’s condition shows “very little change”

The whole nation is standing by little Landen’s side. The five-year-old who suffered severe injuries after the 40 feet fall continues fighting for his life.

As we are all praying and donating for the sweet boy, a friend of the family has provided an update on his condition. As the public was previously informed how there has been no marked change, we are finally getting some news that bring a spark of hope.

The tragedy that struck the family and left Landen in a life-threatening condition and struggling for his life was caused by Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda. He has been jailed on suspicion of attempted premeditated first-degree murder and could be serving up to 20 years in prison. Aranda told the police how he was looking for someone to kill that day, and Landen ended up being the unfortunate victim. He suffered in an unprovoked incident, and his fate is still uncertain, although we all hope for the best.

Noah Hanneman, a close friend of the Hoffmans, posted an update for the public saying: “We have good news to share with you all on this Good Friday! Our miracle child Landen is showing real signs or recovery. New test results have been positive, though he remains in intensive care with a long road ahead. Our faith in God, and our Savior Jesus, is strong and we are gaining more reason for optimism day by day.  “

He adds how the little boy’s family appreciates people are respecting their privacy during these hard times and are thankful for all the prayers and the donations.

The incident shook America to the core and now people from all over the country, and even other places, are gathered together in their mission of helping little Landed survive.

The goal of the GoFundMe page that has been set to help Landed and his family with the medical costs is $1,000,000. So far more than $900,000 have been raised.
