Royal fan Sharon Osbourne makes bold claim about Meghan Markle

Last year, host Sharon Osbourne was ‘forced out’ of the show The Talk for standing up for Piers Morgan and the comments he made about Meghan Markle, calling her a liar among the rest.

Although she didn’t agree with everything he said about Markle, Sharon did confess she’s not fond of the Duchess.

In her new documentary Sharon Osbourne: To Hell and Back, the star of the reality show The Osbournes opened up about the incident and said, “I’ve never met her in my life. But she mixes with the royalty of showbiz, put it that way.”

Further, Osbourne discussed her feelings about Markle and explained, “I think that you have to be over a certain bank balance for her to talk to you. It’s all the wealthiest of the [wealthy] in the industry that she hangs out with. And there’s nothing wrong with that at all. God bless you. But she does tell some porky pies [lies]. Put it this way, she’s surrounded by very, very, like how can I do this politely? It’s the cream of the cream in Hollywood music, film, everything she’s surrounded by… She’s hardly a victim.”

The media has always been obsessed with the royals, and it seems like they tend to treat royal newcomers harsh, but in the case of Meghan Markle, everyone believes the treatment was far worse than harsh. It was one of the reasons for what the media dubbed ‘Megxit,’ when Harry and Meghan decided to leave the royal family behind and step down from their royal duties.

At the time, the Queen herself issued an official response, which was a rare personal address from the monarch.

“Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working Members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family,” the Queen wrote.

The world got the idea that there were no hard feelings, but everyone assumed that the real ordeal was about to take place, and they were right. What followed was the infamous all-tell interview the Sussexes gave Oprah in which they made numerous accusations against the Firm.

Then-Prince Charles even asked from Harry not to drag the family name through the mud. Even today, the relationship between Harry and his family is a rocky one, although it has been reported recently that both he and Meghan offered olive branches to the King and are trying to rebuild the bridges.

These believes are even more present now that the Queen is dead and Charles took over the throne.

Sharon Osbourne was among the mourners who waited in line to view the Queen’s coffin lying in state. Cameras caught her showing emotions as she was hugging other mourners. “I love the Queen and I came over for this because I’m a royalist and I love the royal family,” she told ITV News.

Osbourne spoke of her admiration for the late Queen and the royal family and said that one thing that stood out about them is stability.

“No matter what would change in this country and, you know, everything changes in life but she never did. And it was just wonderful to have her.”

Speaking to Piers Morgan on his Talk TV show, Sharon Osbourne sais, “It’s unsettling and I know the mourning will go on and on and on for our Queen, people will never stop mourning for her.”
