The day unfolded beautifully, filled with friends, family, laughter, and heartfelt moments. It seemed like the perfect birthday — until my phone buzzed.
A Mysterious Box Arrives
An unknown caller informed me about a parcel waiting at my door. They specifically requested that I pick it up alone. Intrigued and slightly apprehensive, I went to the door.
The delivery man handed me a heavy box, its weight matching the curiosity growing inside me. I opened it to find something that stopped me cold — my stolen jewelry and a chilling note that read: “FROM YOUR HUSBAND’S LOVER!”
