Woman claims she met Trump in Epstein’s office as she details ‘troubling encounter’ with president

Maria Farmer, an artist who accused disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his longtime partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, of sexual assault, recalled meeting Donald Trump in the 90’s in Epstein’s New York office, The New Yor Times reported. She described the meeting as a “troubling encounter” during which Trump “started to hover over her.”

She said that “she recalled feeling scared as Mr. Trump stared at her bare legs,” the newspaper reported. “Then Mr. Epstein entered the room, and she recalled him saying to Mr. Trump: ‘No, no. She’s not here for you.’”

As the two men left the office, Farmer overheard Trump saying how he believed she was 16 years old.

Farmer and her sister Annie who testified at Ghislaine Maxwell’s 2021 sex trafficking trial urged the FBI twice before to look into people in Epstein’s social circle, including Donald Trump. According to Farmer, she brought up the requests both in 1996 and in 2006, when the FBI interviewed her again. She expressed concerns about the disgraced billionaire’s interest in girls and young women while rubbing shoulders with powerful individuals such as Trump and Bill Clinton.

The White House disputed Farmer’s words, with communications director Steven Cheung claiming that “The president was never in [Epstein’s] office” and that “The fact is that the president kicked him out of his club for being a creep.”

Trump has been under scrutiny over his friendship with Epstein and Farmer’s claims only made things worse for him, especially now that the FBI and DOJ refuse to release all files on Epstein who died of suicide in his New York cell in 2019 while awaiting trial.

They also denied the existence of a “client list,” which allegedly contained the names of mainly influential individuals who used Epstein’s services.

Trump has ordered the justice department to release all grand jury testimony in the late financier’s case, but that’s not likely to happen.

While the president agreed to release parts of the grand jury testimony last week, experts warn that it probably won’t meet the public’s demand for more information about the true extent of Epstein’s crimes and all the people involved with him.

With Farmer’s resurfaced testimony about meeting Trump, the public is now even more eager to understand the extent of Trump’s association with Epstein whom he distanced from after years of friendship.
