Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke on the 11-hour footage showing the outside of the cell of disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein on the night he took his own life while awaiting trial.
The footage has been released by the FBI recently in an attempt to address the conspiracy theories surrounding his death.
Over the years, the public speculated that sex offender Epstein could be actually executed due to his purported “client list” that allegedly contained the names of those using his services, among which a number of celebrities, politicians, and other highly-influential individuals. The FBI claimed they haven’t been aware of such a list that many believe Epstein used in order to blackmail his clients.

“This systematic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list’. There was also no evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions.
“We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”
The video in question, however, is missing a minute, and Attorney General Pam Bondi attempted to explain the gap, but according to many, her statement made more harm than good when it comes to shutting down the conspiracy theories regarding the way Epstein died while in federal custody.

Bondi insisted the one-minute gap in the video was part of a routine daily reset that takes place at the Metropolitan Detention Center. “The video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he [was not murdered],” she said. Further, she stressed the missing minute is not unique to the Epstein video. “There was a minute that was off the counter, and what we learned from the Bureau of Prisons is every night they redo that video. … Every night should have the same minute missing.”
In order to prove the routine quirk of the prison’s surveillance system, Bondi said the Department of Justice would release CCTV videos of other nights.
“We’re looking for that video to release that as well, to show that a minute is missing every night,” she said, adding, “And that’s it on Epstein.”

Bondi is already under fire from furious conservatives for failing to deliver the promised revelations, including an Epstein ‘client list’ that the FBI now claims it doesn’t have.
In an interview she did in February, Bondi said an Epstein client list was on her desk to be reviewed. Asked about it on Monday, she tried to defend herself claiming she was only referring to a variety of files related to the Epstein case.
She said thousands of hours of video that were part of the Epstein case turned out to be child sex abuse material and would not be released.

Just as the video was released, Trump-aligned influencers erupted with accusations of a cover-up. “Assuming this leaked Epstein Files memo is true, then we all know this is a shameful coverup to protect the most heinous elites,” MAGA personality Rogan O’Handley, known as DC Draino, wrote on X. Far-right figure Jack Posobiec fumed, “We were all told more was coming. … [It’s] incredible how utterly mismanaged this Epstein mess has been.”
