Katy Perry, one of the most beloved pop icons of today, is currently touring on the Lifetimes Tour that launched in April 2025 in Mexico City in support of her 2024 album 143. So far, she performed across the U.S., Mexico and Canada. In September, she’s set to play in Chile, Argentina and Brazil, before heading to Europe and Asia.
Perry’s tour will span 83 shows, and it’s her first tour in seven years.
The Firework singer set the stage for the countdown with a post and a photo of herself in a dazzling Bob Mackie–inspired dress as a tribute to Cher. She captioned it: “T minus 37 days till this bedazzled butterfly takes flight! Are you READY?!”

While many of her fans responded to her post with excitement, highlighting their anticipation for the tour, others shared their concerns over her looks.
Namely, a number of fans commented that Perry looked not only overworked but also underweight.
However, despite the online debate about her slim figure, Perry remains focused on delivering unforgettable performances and fashion moments.
Perry’s tour carousel pulled back the curtain on life offstage, capturing everything from a carefree bike ride and a playful popcorn-snacking performance to sweet moments with her 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.
Speaking of the tour, the singer told People, “This show will be full of BPM (beats per minute). So I suggest wearing some sensible shoes and staying hydrated because I think there’s going to be a whole heck of a lot of us just dancing the night away.
“We always put together a message in this huge Disneyland-on-wheels type tour. There’s costume changes, there’s acts, there’s dancers, there’s musicians. I’ll fly around the room. There’s no bad seat in the house. I’m going to get close to everyone at some point.”

The star also explained the inspiration behind the Lifetimes Tour, saying it’s a celebration of her entire catalog of songs to date.
